Es war wieder sehr lecker!!Und Heute auch wieder!!Und schon wieder lecker!! Ach was soll ich sagen......wieder lecker

​Ich habe Pizza + Donut Mittagsaktion bestellt. ​Es ist mir leider nicht gleich aufgefallen, dass der Donut bereits abgelaufen ist. Ich finde es als Kunde ehrlich gesagt respektlos, abgelaufene Ware unkommentiert im regulären Menü mitzugeben.

Super schnell Lieferung, alles frisch und lecker. Die Pizza war reichlich belegt, Bürger war gut, nur die Hähnchensticks hätte noch knusprig sein können.

Ich war sehr zufrieden, von der Bestellung bis zur schnellen Lieferung und der Geschmack hat auch voll gepasst und es war alles wunderbar warm….Danke dafür

Lieferung war super schnell, leider hat da scheinbar die Qualität des Essens gelitten! Für das Geld haben wir Qualität erwartet. Aber sorry da liefert auf der Leipziger Straße weiter vorn mehr Qualität zum günstigen Preis. Salamipizza wurde beschrieben mit extra viel Salami…na ja der Begriff viel ist interpretierbar. Pizza mit Hähnchenkebap, auch da konnte man das Fleisch an einer Hand abzählen. Der Teig war noch halb roh dafür der Käse schon dunkel… schade! Viel Geld wenig Qualität. Genau der falsche Weg.

Es ist alles super lecker und sehr abwechslungsreich. Der Lieferant ist sehr freundlich und Pünktlichkeit ist oberste Priorität. Macht weiter so, liebes Freddy Fresh Team!

Wir waren mit der Familie essen, der Mann mit den Krüken, hinter Theke war super unfreundlich. Als ich eine Quattro Formaggi Pizza bestellte, fragte er mich mit einer derartig unfreundlichen Art und Weise "Was für'n Ding?"... davon mal abgesehen dass wenn man in einem Pizzageschäft, nicht weiß, was eine Quattro Formaggi Pizza ist, ist die Art und Weise wie mit den Kunden umgegangen wird, unter aller Schublade. Ich bin selten jemand der sich von sowas gekränkt fühlt, aber wenn man schon respektvoll bestellt, wie es sich gehört, erwarte ich einen gewissen Grundrespekt ebenfalls zurück.

I've been ordering from there for years, but this time everything was awful! I ordered a pizza, it was completely burnt on top and almost raw on the bottom! I ordered two burgers, one was undercooked, the other had no sauce and no bacon (it was a bacon burger)! The finger food I ordered was absolutely terrible, everything was cold and just thrown into a pizza box.

Tastes delicious, very quick to prepare.

The pizzas arrived piping hot, which was a positive. Unfortunately, they had absorbed some of the cardboard taste, and the crust was very soft and partially undercooked, making them difficult to eat. Overall, the taste was underwhelming. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio is not good.

Thank you so much for the friendly staff member who answered the phone so late. The pizzas, salad, and pasta I ordered were large, fresh portions and very tasty. The price was also reasonable for the size of the portions. Delivery was quick, and the delivery driver was very friendly. In short, I'd gladly order again.

Never again! Last time the burger wasn't cooked through, the noodles were cold, and the pizza was soggy. This has happened to us three times already, and now again, and it cost over €50!

Reasonable delivery time and good food. Great driver, very friendly. The dips came in larger portions than with many other delivery services, which was very welcome. We had burgers and the finger food box. The burgers were pleasantly low in fat and large, but they could have used a bit more seasoning and the bacon could have used more time to cook. The house sauce is rather sweet, which is definitely a matter of taste; not my favorite, but still tasty. The finger food was generally very well seasoned and offered a nice change from the same old nuggets. The Freddy Stars were the highlight in my opinion. The overall packaging of the food is really great—finally, sturdy, custom-made boxes, which you don't see very often.

The arugula was missing for the third time. The cola was eventually delivered. When we wrote a review, we were bombarded with calls from various numbers. When we answered, they offered us the same order for free if we withdrew our review! You're buying your reviews and customers, which is ridiculous. You should train your staff instead.

A friendly server took my order. The food was prepared quickly, packaged well, and piping hot and delicious. My burger was really large, so I was quite full.

We ate a huge pizza. We ordered three different types, and they were all soooo delicious. The pizzas had plenty of toppings and a huge amount of cheese. You could even eat the crusts! We highly recommend them! So order now, or you'll miss out!

After years, I ordered there again and I'm still amazed at how delicious the pizza is. I'm deducting one star because a lot has changed, and many of the good things are no longer on the menu.

Good pizza nothing to special but it does the job

Yesterday evening I received my order, invoice number zwi-is_48 The order arrived pretty quickly. The hash browns were wonderfully crispy, unfortunately the garlic dip was missing. The Philadelphia pizza was so undercooked that I had to bake it in the oven for 15 minutes myself. For 20 euros, I would have expected more. I won't order from you again unless you give me a voucher for a pizza. PS: Your prices are INSANE. Mfh Thelen

Every pizza at Freddy's tastes absolutely delicious. We order for the office from time to time and are very happy with the online ordering process. Everything has always arrived on time and piping hot.

We ordered and picked up today. The cheese on all the pizzas was too burnt, two pizzas were double, and one of them didn't have bacon on it even though we paid an extra 3-4 euros for it. It's a shame, because with a 160-euro order, you'd expect it to be at least okay, and not experience such a disappointment.

Ordered a Dubai yesterday. The note even says that chives are added after the oven, but unfortunately, we searched in vain for them. Please remember that next time. The toppings were good and generous, although the Budapest broccoli had pieces with rather long stems, but it still tasted good. The food was okay, the service was professional and friendly (Ms. S. at the cash register), and they even brought the food out to me. Not every restaurant does that. We have been using Freddy Fresh for many years and have always been very satisfied. The inline ordering works very well and the time information has always worked very well so far. We can only recommend Freddy Fresh.

Price performance total disaster. First something positive, the staff is friendly and the food is ready quickly. But for €15.99 for a normal pizza (SALONIKI) you can really expect more. Pictures say more than a thousand words, for this price you can expect what is promised. Unfortunately, the reality is completely different, thin dough, far too little topping, you can really call it "fart dry". There are frozen pizzas that have more toppings and cost a fifth. Very poor performance, was always a big fan but in the future I will order somewhere else or 5 TK's for the money.

I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. The order was delivered within 20 minutes. I don't know if that was the case or if the people in the store didn't feel like cooking decent burgers, but our burgers were cold. Not lukewarm, but really cold, the meat hadn't been on the grill for a long time. My bacon burger was also missing cheese. Unfortunately, the baked cauliflower was also nothing. Little content and poorly prepared. Price-performance is not right at all. Actually only the coleslaw salad was good. The delivery driver was also a fail. Despite the exact delivery instructions, we ran after him. Conclusion: I am extremely annoyed that I paid for this “service”! Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5

This Malaga Bowl was by far the nastiest thing I've ever had to eat. The only fresh and edible thing was the edamame. The rest was sticky and soft... like it had just been thawed. Separator meat as “chicken” for €13.

Pizza rolls are twice as expensive and sometimes only a quarter of the size of a few years ago! So for €7.49 I don't expect pizza rolls the size of half a Hanuta :( of course you can save money that way. The Bosborus pizza was quite good.

We waited over two hours for our online order. Because the driver forgot part of our order, part of our order was delivered with a big delay. I personally ordered the bacon burger & to date this is the worst burger I have eaten. The taste was subterranean and the bacon was raw! For €12.95 this is an absolute no-go. (This was also the case on another bacon burger in our order)

Since the old branch was closed and my review from back then was deleted, I'll just give a new/old review here, as there is simply nothing different from the old branch in Marienthal. Considering the price, you might think you're buying the pizzas in Switzerland, but they don't taste any better than those from other delivery services. On the contrary, actually. The quality has deteriorated significantly. The pizzas are relatively dry, sometimes only arrive lukewarm, if at all, and therefore don't really taste that great. The cheese alone no longer looks delicious when it is cool and dry. Only the variety is still convincing, especially with certain promotional pizzas. But the problems mentioned above exist there too. Freddy Fresh's prices have always been slightly higher than other delivery services, but now it's becoming a luxury if you treat yourself to pizzas for the family at Freddy's. Luxury that unfortunately doesn't even convince. I earn pretty good money, but I have to say that I'm no longer willing to pay such huge amounts of money for lukewarm, mediocre pizzas. Therefore no recommendation from me. By the way, a justification for my rating was already given back then. Rising wages, rising costs, etc. I get it. But then the overall quality has to be right. But she doesn't. Therefore, in my opinion, the prices are still not justified. Greetings and bon appetit.

The restaurant seems a bit cold as it is very large and not very decorated. It is very clean and modern and the staff is very nice.

The food is good, but mediocre for Freddy Fresh. The ambience doesn't necessarily invite you to linger, so it's better to take it with you.

Absolutely top...tasty and quick

Seitdem unser Essen aus dem Store von der Leipziger Straße kommt,bin ich enttäuscht. Heute ist das Essen leider kalt. Oft schmeckt man einen Unterschied zu den Pizzen,die in Marienthal gemacht werden. Das Personal und die Fahrer sollten evtl. auch besser miteinander kommunizieren. Es wurde mal auf meiner Pizza Personal was vergessen, kann passieren alles gut. Am Telefon meinte man bekomme neue Pizza, alte kann da gelassen werden...Ich frag extra nochmal....Ja,ja die kann eh keiner mehr essen,weil die dann kalt ist. Fahrer fragt ganz pampig wo denn die "alte/falsche"Pizza ist. Erklärte ihm,was mir am Telefon gesagt wurde. Wurde er wieder pampig. Ohne Worte, habe selbstverständlich die alte,kalte Pizza mitgegeben, kein Thema.

Das ist der am Abstand, beste Pizzaladen in Zwickau, man kann seine Bestellung vielfältig gestalten, die chilli cheese Soße ist sehr empfehlenswert, zb. auf einer Pizza. :) An Gerichten gibt es auch eine große Vielfalt. (Nudeln,Burger,ect) Die Mitarbeiter, geben sich große Mühe, und wollen den Kunden zufrieden stellen, was auch klappt.

Habe meine Bestellung bei Herrn S. aufgegeben, sehr freundlich und hat mir verschiedene Sachen empfohlen die sehr sehr lecker waren, das Essen war sehr heiß noch und richtig lecker sehr zum Empfehlen und es ging alles sehr sehr schnell weiter so Freddy Fresh und spitzen Service von Herrn S. sieht und hört man nicht oft. Weiter so ☺️
