absolutely bad. The extra ingredients were simply left out of the burger I ordered, but I also paid for them! In addition, every €1.50 cheeseburger tastes better at mc's!

Delivery arrived after almost 2 hours, one pizza was completely disintegrated in the box...

We have been using Freddy Fresh for many years and have always been very satisfied. The inline ordering works very well and the time information has always worked very well so far. We can only recommend Freddy Fresh.

Price performance total disaster. First something positive, the staff is friendly and the food is ready quickly. But for €15.99 for a normal pizza (SALONIKI) you can really expect more. Pictures say more than a thousand words, for this price you can expect what is promised. Unfortunately, the reality is completely different, thin dough, far too little topping, you can really call it "fart dry". There are frozen pizzas that have more toppings and cost a fifth. Very poor performance, was always a big fan but in the future I will order somewhere else or 5 TK's for the money.

Food was very tasty and delivered to your home very quickly. Unfortunately our dips were forgotten, but they were brought within 10 minutes and we even got 2 extra sauces. That was very, very sweet. :)

I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. The order was delivered within 20 minutes. I don't know if that was the case or if the people in the store didn't feel like cooking decent burgers, but our burgers were cold. Not lukewarm, but really cold, the meat hadn't been on the grill for a long time. My bacon burger was also missing cheese. Unfortunately, the baked cauliflower was also nothing. Little content and poorly prepared. Price-performance is not right at all. Actually only the coleslaw salad was good. The delivery driver was also a fail. Despite the exact delivery instructions, we ran after him. Conclusion: I am extremely annoyed that I paid for this “service”! Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5

Fast delivery, still hot food despite delivery taking over 15 minutes. Very friendly delivery person. A bit more expensive than the competition and a little less salt wouldn't hurt.

This Malaga Bowl was by far the nastiest thing I've ever had to eat. The only fresh and edible thing was the edamame. The rest was sticky and soft... like it had just been thawed. Separator meat as “chicken” for €13.

Pizza rolls are twice as expensive and sometimes only a quarter of the size of a few years ago! So for €7.49 I don't expect pizza rolls the size of half a Hanuta :( of course you can save money that way. The Bosborus pizza was quite good.

We waited over two hours for our online order. Because the driver forgot part of our order, part of our order was delivered with a big delay. I personally ordered the bacon burger & to date this is the worst burger I have eaten. The taste was subterranean and the bacon was raw! For €12.95 this is an absolute no-go. (This was also the case on another bacon burger in our order)

For Poles, the taste of this pizza is a bit strange. Maybe not so much pizza as such, but cakes. Nice service and served quickly.

Since the old branch was closed and my review from back then was deleted, I'll just give a new/old review here, as there is simply nothing different from the old branch in Marienthal. Considering the price, you might think you're buying the pizzas in Switzerland, but they don't taste any better than those from other delivery services. On the contrary, actually. The quality has deteriorated significantly. The pizzas are relatively dry, sometimes only arrive lukewarm, if at all, and therefore don't really taste that great. The cheese alone no longer looks delicious when it is cool and dry. Only the variety is still convincing, especially with certain promotional pizzas. But the problems mentioned above exist there too. Freddy Fresh's prices have always been slightly higher than other delivery services, but now it's becoming a luxury if you treat yourself to pizzas for the family at Freddy's. Luxury that unfortunately doesn't even convince. I earn pretty good money, but I have to say that I'm no longer willing to pay such huge amounts of money for lukewarm, mediocre pizzas. Therefore no recommendation from me. By the way, a justification for my rating was already given back then. Rising wages, rising costs, etc. I get it. But then the overall quality has to be right. But she doesn't. Therefore, in my opinion, the prices are still not justified. Greetings and bon appetit.

So for a pizza that tastes just mediocre, these prices are an absolute disgrace. I definitely can't recommend it and I definitely won't be ordering there again.

The restaurant seems a bit cold as it is very large and not very decorated. It is very clean and modern and the staff is very nice.

The taste has diminished. Hollandaise sauce seemed very diluted, so the pizza was tasteless. As always, the driver was very friendly. The delivery time was as stated.

The food is good, but mediocre for Freddy Fresh. The ambience doesn't necessarily invite you to linger, so it's better to take it with you.

Always fast delivery, friendly drivers, everything problem-free. Requests for changes if you cannot eat an ingredient due to allergies are also taken into account. And it tastes good anyway. Brilliant!

Absolutely top...tasty and quick

Seitdem unser Essen aus dem Store von der Leipziger Straße kommt,bin ich enttäuscht. Heute ist das Essen leider kalt. Oft schmeckt man einen Unterschied zu den Pizzen,die in Marienthal gemacht werden. Das Personal und die Fahrer sollten evtl. auch besser miteinander kommunizieren. Es wurde mal auf meiner Pizza Personal was vergessen, kann passieren alles gut. Am Telefon meinte man bekomme neue Pizza, alte kann da gelassen werden...Ich frag extra nochmal....Ja,ja die kann eh keiner mehr essen,weil die dann kalt ist. Fahrer fragt ganz pampig wo denn die "alte/falsche"Pizza ist. Erklärte ihm,was mir am Telefon gesagt wurde. Wurde er wieder pampig. Ohne Worte, habe selbstverständlich die alte,kalte Pizza mitgegeben, kein Thema.

Das ist der am Abstand, beste Pizzaladen in Zwickau, man kann seine Bestellung vielfältig gestalten, die chilli cheese Soße ist sehr empfehlenswert, zb. auf einer Pizza. :) An Gerichten gibt es auch eine große Vielfalt. (Nudeln,Burger,ect) Die Mitarbeiter, geben sich große Mühe, und wollen den Kunden zufrieden stellen, was auch klappt.

Habe meine Bestellung bei Herrn S. aufgegeben, sehr freundlich und hat mir verschiedene Sachen empfohlen die sehr sehr lecker waren, das Essen war sehr heiß noch und richtig lecker sehr zum Empfehlen und es ging alles sehr sehr schnell weiter so Freddy Fresh und spitzen Service von Herrn S. sieht und hört man nicht oft. Weiter so ☺️

Wir hatten auf Arbeit das 10er Package bestellt... die Lieferung erfolgte sehr pünktlich, die Pizzen waren noch heiß, sehr gut belegt und geschmacklich einwandfrei. Preis-Leistung top!

Wir hatten 11 verschiedene Pizzen eine leckerer als sie andere.Der Pizzabote super nett und hilfsbereit und auf die Minute pünktlich. Wir waren alle begeistert. Alsodas Fazit immer wieder gerne.

Ich kenne nun schon ein paar Freddy Fresh Läden aber so gut wie dieser war bis jetzt mit Abstand keiner. Ob man Mittags oder Abends wenn mehr los ist bestellt, die Pizzen sind immer mehr als gut belegt. Immer Freundliche Mitarbeiter und auch Immer Pünktlich.👍🏽

Essen ist immer frisch und lecker, außerdem ist das Personal sehr freundlich, wenn man mal eine Frage oder Extrawünsche hat.

eigentlich bestellen wir gerne dort, jedoch gab es bisher kein einziges mal, dass alle zutaten vorhanden waren. das getränk wurde heute vergessen aber fix nachgeliefert -passiert. aber es fehlte wie immer der schnittlauch bzw. allgemein die nachbelegung. kein chillitütchen, kein Rucola, kein schnittlauch. dann fehlte der hirtenkäse bei der london pizza und die pizzen waren in nur 4 teile geschnitten (ist man da heute zu faul gewesen?). außerdem war es deutlich alter und übergegärter teig, das schmeckt, riecht und sieht man. und wie die fahrer rum laufen, weiß glaube jeder selbst.. kein richtiges ansprechendes image. sehr schade! wir werden es ein letztes mal probieren und wenn es sich nicht bessert bestellen wir wo anders!

Super essen, vlt etwas teuer aber tragbar. Personal in der innenstadt ist sehr unhöflich und schnell generft( Frau mit kurzen, gefärbten haaren) wartezeiten sind nicht zu hoch und essen kommt immer warm an. Durch das unhöfliche personal an der kasse nur 3 von 5. Ansonsten qualitativ gut

Die mit Abstand leckersten Pizzen der Stadt.!!! Ich würde mir nur wünschen das es wieder einmal eine Pizza mit Lachs gäbe in einer Aktion oder einfach so, wie vor längerer Zeit die Pizza Oslo

Spontan Besuch, nach dem Weihnachtsmarkt Chef persönlich hat uns bedient und man wurde gefühlt familiär Bedient. Qualität und Geschmack der Aktion Pizza ist phänomenal.

Super Pizzen, immer frisch und lecker. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Beste Pizza der Stadt für mich. Dominos mag günstiger sein, spart dafür aber auch mächtig beim Belag ...

Leider war der Teig der Pizza stellenweise noch nicht durch. Bei über 50€ für 4 Gerichte sollte die Qualität stimmen... Die Soße einer Pizza schmeckt nach Minze...

An sich ganz okay. Nur hatten mein Partner und ich heute bei unserer Vegetarischen Pizza unterm Käse versteckt Salami dabei gehabt. Wir bestellen nicht ohne Grund Vegetarisch, logischerweise sind wir Vegetarier. Wir haben das aber auch erst gemerkt als wir die Pizza fast aufgegessen hatten. Das war absolut Wiederlich. Wir werden nicht nochmal bestellen und euer Personal sollte besser auf die Bestellungen achten.
