Our first thought: "A pizzeria in the train station. The main thing is that you get full." was completely wrong. The quality is absolutely top-notch. There's a pizza here for every taste. If you don't find what you're looking for right away, just ask the very friendly service. Despite the high volume of customers, they're always willing to listen and are super friendly. It's now become our regular pizzeria, and we highly recommend it.

Freddy Fresh is always worth ordering from. Great selection and combinations of pizzas, burgers, snacks, etc. The fact that you can customize your pizzas with a wide variety of extras is pure freedom! 😀

You place an order and the delivery time is stated as 30-35 minutes. I ordered at 1:30 PM, it's 3:20 PM now, so it takes almost two hours to deliver a pizza! I can't understand this! Of course, when you politely ask where the food is, you're just told it's already on its way. If this happened once, okay, but it's happened quite a few times now.

Super tasty and quick to prepare. The burger menu was more than enough and looked great. Always happy to come back.

I had a delivery. They even arrived ahead of schedule, and it was delicious. Best pizza ever. I'd gladly order again.

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service. My order was canceled over the phone because the promotional pizzas were supposedly invalid. When I asked, they said it wasn't their responsibility to cancel the Lieferando order, but mine. However, the Lieferando terms and conditions clearly state: "Orders cannot be canceled by the customer on Takeaway.com. ... The store is entitled to cancel the order..." (Lieferando terms and conditions) The fact that, despite a cancellation, customers end up having to chase after their money is absolutely disappointing and unacceptable. Proper training on how employees should act and what their responsibilities are is definitely needed! Instead of rudely yelling at customers on the phone, they could and should have acted in a friendly and customer-oriented manner!

The pizza was delicious. The app itself could perhaps be improved, especially if you're just registering.

Ordered through Lieferando – after 1.5 hours, it was discovered that there was no more dough. Delivery was then no longer possible.

The food is OK. The delivery service leaves much to be desired. Sometimes the wait times are miserably long. Delivery times are approximate. Update...delivery time is beyond belief.

I've mostly ordered here during my break and just wanted to share my experience. There are days/moments when Ma is sometimes seen by the staff, but is left standing at the counter without any response, and there are days when you're served immediately, or at least asked what your order is. When you order, you naturally hope that it's ready by the specified pickup time, but that only rarely worked here (there was usually a 30-minute lead time), and any inquiries about the order are usually not answered very warmly. In summary, it's difficult to rate this place. There are good days and bad days. The quality of the food is always the same, only the service differs... Therefore, there is only one rating out of 3 stars: 4 for the quality of the food, 3 for the service, and 4 for the ambiance. My tip for people ordering here: plan more time and give the employees time. My wish for the “restaurant” is that it does not work with the minimum and cheapest number of employees, but rather pay more for staff than have two employees have to pack delivery and preparation.

The restaurant in the Nordhausen train station building is a bit gloomy and exudes a 1970s charm, but hardly anyone sits there anyway, and that's irrelevant for the wait as a pickup customer. However, other factors are crucial, and they are top-notch. Another branch (also) in Sondershausen, and I would be completely satisfied.

Served or delivered by friendly staff. Regular pizza specials and other specials to try. Lunch specials (until 3 p.m.) at a discounted price. Vouchers with a wide selection. Discounts available upon presentation of a student ID. As always, a delicious recommendation.

I've had better and worse vegan pizzas. Maybe it would taste better with a different pizza melt.

We just had two pizzas to pick up, if we had had the time to come back it would have been unpleasant. Because we had beard hair on two pieces of pizza on one pizza, of course it could happen but it shouldn't. The ambience is dark. No light except in the kitchen!

Ordered four pizzas for pickup. Two out of four were cold, so our journey took 3 minutes, 1.2 km distance. Unfortunately I can't recommend it at all. Unfortunately the cold pizza didn't taste good either. The medium margarita was really cheap, but I really can't recommend the shop.

The faces of the employees were sensational when we arrived with 21 people.😉 Very, very tasty, and all the pizzas also looked very good. The preparation time was also okay. Staff was friendly. Ambience a solid 3.

Yesterday I bought a Pizza Venezia. Luckily I still made my train. So if you order a pizza on site. brings time. The ladies and gentlemen are very hard working and yet friendly.

You stand at the checkout and wait. Dialog: "I would like to order something." “Colleague is coming soon,” says the person who previously served other customers. The colleague comes and asks: “Do you have time?” "Well, until the train comes. How long does it take you to make a Chicken Crispy burger?" "Well, at least 15 minutes." "OK, it's settled..." But the employees have fun in the kitchen - as you can see and hear. I'm not having fun. The store goes on the negative list! Irrevocable!

Ordered food via Lieferando, stated delivery time an hour later and still no food. It may well be that there will be a lot going on on Monday after more 15 minutes later we are still hungry 🤔 nothing but an apology or something similar. The driver was very nice but to say to the child you are probably hungry. Well, after more than 80 minutes you get hungry at some point. Oh, that was the child's desired birthday meal. 😑

Thank you for the delicious food! As the friendly employee already told me, it's extremely bad that while you're waiting for your food, you hear the boss insulting her employees in the worst possible way and making a mess of them! There is often a rough tone in the kitchen, but not like this! Hats off, I have rarely experienced so much disrespect, to be honest never!! Hopefully she won't have any employees for much longer and then she can do everything on her own - maybe something will work out then! Or she looks for another job, maybe that would be better!!!!!!!!

Absolute disaster, ordered pizza and asked if I was in a hurry when I ordered. Question answered in the negative and waited on site for 40 minutes, pizza was forgotten. Money not received back.

Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas. Apart from the fact that the goods were delivered later, which can happen. Both pizzas were just an indefinable mass. Apparently they were just thrown around during transport. I cannot recommend this store!

You can forget that it used to be good, the pizzas taste like they have been thawed and nothing is fresh anymore. Maybe the salad that is freshly prepared. We don't eat there anymore and it's not recommended.

Never again. Unfortunately, anyone who eats there has never seen a decent pizza. Every kebab shop makes this worlds better and juicier.

Ambiance is more like an arcade. Seating furniture is partly very worn!!! Pizzas are ok but nothing special… I also think the prices are way too expensive…!!! 🫰 Everyone as they like, but it's not my shop...

I ordered a meal from the store. The consultation with the clerk takes more than 30 minutes. I'm about to miss the train. And it's getting late. After consultation, the cashier agreed to the refund. But because the refund function of the checkout machine is invalid, the seller said that the refund will be made within a week, and now it has been three or four months. Do you treat your customers this way? I still have this copy of the receipt with the names of the cancellation and the cashier. I get angry every time I think about it. If the restaurant processes the refund properly after seeing the review, I will consider deleting the review at my own discretion.

Fazit: Lecker 😋 😋 und super Angebot Lob an alle Mitarbeiter die immer sehr nett und freundlich sind 👍

Sehr grosses Angebot,schwer sich zu entscheiden. Dann die Pizza Osama genommen,ein Traum. Die Frische der Zutaten schmeckt man,der Boden ein Gedicht. Sehr nettes Personal, kurze Wartezeit. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Preis-Leistung stimmt vorne und hinten nicht!!! Pizza sehr dünn, Belag ist zum Teil zu wenig und dafür viel zu teuer, da gibt es bessere. Salat für 9 Euro aufwärts.. Eine kleine Verpackung (nicht Satt),ein billiger Salatmix (im Laden für 1-2 Euro), keine Tomaten, Gurke oder ähnliches, gefühlt 5 Hähnchenstreifen, ein bisschen Käse und Croutons....das ist doch ein Witz. 2 Sterne bekommen Sie nur, weil Sie schneller waren als angegeben und die Fahrerin sehr nett und freundlich.
