This is the second time we have ordered from Freddy Fresh Pizza. Our food arrived quickly and hot. The most important thing is of course the taste 😉 The pizzas and pizza rolls were absolutely delicious 😋. We will order again.

I used the delivery service because I moved. As always, pizza was hot, very tasty and very appealing. The messenger was very friendly. I know the local store. Was always clean and attractive with friendly staff.

Sorry, we are deeply disappointed! The order was placed at 5:30 p.m. and the delivery time was 45 minutes, i.e. 6:15 p.m. The pizza was actually delivered at 6:50 p.m., which is clearly too late! Even the 8-minute route took more than 20 minutes. The pizza was half cold and clearly old and the box was soggy on the bottom! As we could see, you probably still had an order 2 doors ahead of us. When asked, they said they ordered about 20 minutes after us. We can understand from an economic point of view that you probably kept our prepared pizza warm for another 30 minutes, but you will definitely lose customers due to poor quality. What a shame! The same text was sent to the branch that same evening, we are still waiting for an answer today.... Luckily there is still the delivery service with the dice on the car...!!! Addendum. We were compensated and the new delivery was OK again. Therefore we increase the stars.

The bread on my burger was already moldy. Despite emailing the branch and contacting the official Freddy Fresh website, there has been no response for weeks!

The food took almost 2 hours to arrive. Then the burgers weren't as expected either.

The pizza was hot and the delivery time was ok. I also ordered two dips, which at €1.29 aren't really cheap. When the delivery came, the driver informed me that one of the dips I had ordered was unfortunately not in stock. Instead, I was offered to choose one from the varieties that I *didn't* choose^^ My phone number was known, so they had me just call and ask. Now I'm sitting here with a dip that I don't like at all.

The food always comes very quickly, usually in about 30 to 45 minutes, and is still hot. We order more often and in 9 out of 10 cases we are extremely satisfied, both with the food and the service. Keep it up!

Ich habe um 19 Uhr das Essen über Lieferando bestellt. Eine halbe Stunde später kam die Bestätigung, dass wir das Essen in 50 Min bekommen...20:45 Uhr kam das Essen dann. Fast 2 Stunden geht gar nicht. Beim Essen gab es jedoch nichts zu meckern. Alles war lecker und warm.

Super pünktlich auf die Minute genau geliefert. Essen heiss und lecker.Fahrer sehr freundlich. Gern wieder.

110 min wartezeit (donnerstags), Burger in zerrissener Verpackung und durchgeweicht, Nuggets matschig, zwiebelringe genauso und die chickenstickt nicht braun und knusprig sondern gelb und eiskalt. Nie wieder!!!!
