Expensive and strangely sour sauce

Ordered by phone over 4 very good advice on pizzas for children's birthday parties. Unfortunately the delivery area was not, despite it being only 1km away from Mölkau, which was explained to me very well, so I picked it up at the store. By 5 p.m. all the pizzas were ready and the children really enjoyed it. Thank you Freddy for a first class service, people like you, keep it up.

Why only 3 stars in the overall rating? I have been ordering from Freddy Fresh again and again for several years because I was very impressed with the quality and selection. But: the offer is being canceled more and more lately, without any information as to why and why. The food and service get a full 5 stars because there is nothing to complain about in these points. Now for the criticism: Recently I wanted to order burgers and pizza. Pizza was possible, the burgers have disappeared. The various bowls also suddenly disappeared, although they are still displayed in the tab above. The diverse offering has been reduced quite a bit, which was my decision-making criterion for Freddy Fresh up to that point. My decision will be different in the future. But the quality of the food is really very good. The selection and addition of ingredients is also really good. The vegan offering is also satisfactory and there is a good selection for creating your own pizza. I hope that the offering will be as diverse as it once was.

The food was delicious as always, the delivery time was absolutely reasonable at 7 p.m. in 30 minutes. everything is great!

Initially good, Freddy Fresh has slowed down a lot. Burgers and bowls have been removed from the program for some time. Furthermore, the processing times - which you only find out after the order has been placed, which is not exactly cheap - are regularly significantly exceeded and the friendliness on the phone is sometimes subpar.

But the driver leaves in 2 minutes... After 96 (!) minutes the doorbell rang with cold pizzas and a Fanta as "compensation" and we then cooked pasta ourselves...

Burger cold and the caramelized onions! Well, onions in sweet and sour sauce are not K aramelized onions sry. According to the description there is supposed to be cheddar on it, but that is most likely just a regular Chester sliced ​​cheese. The pizza rolls are missing some tomato sauce. So all in all, pretty disappointing.

We ordered a Margherita pizza and a Caesar salad. The salad only consisted of lettuce leaves and a bit of chicken, there was nothing else. The pizza was cold, very solid and it had been in the oven too long. Even the frozen pizza tastes worlds better. The only positive thing was that the food was delivered quickly. But it's of no use if the food doesn't taste good.

Ordered a pizza and rösti sticks. You could see that the pizza was old, as if they had warmed up the pizza from the previous day (€15 for old pizza). The rösti sticks were okay but we paid €4 for about 10-12. Bit pathetic

Even though I live relatively close to Stötteritz, Freddy Fresh always takes a relatively long time to deliver the food. You can never get your food in less than 45 minutes, sometimes it takes more than an hour. The problem is that the food is usually not really hot when it arrives. Most of the time it is rather lukewarm. One time my noodles were actually really cold. I then called the branch. The employee just said that that couldn't actually be the case. The food was steaming when he gave it to his driver. Yes, sorry - when it's cold there's nothing I can do about it. He sent out another portion and I was supposed to give the one I ordered first back to the driver, even though I offered to do so on the phone and it was rejected. Ah, whatever. At least the second portion was hot. But basically Freddy Fresh should work again on how to get the food hot to the customer... The food itself is actually incredibly tasty and the portions are really big. The pasta dishes are all gratinated with cheese. You can't deselect it, at least via the Lieferando app, but a note in "Other comments" is enough and it will be left out. In terms of price, Freddy Fresh is in the higher segment, especially extra toppings / extra ingredients cost a decent surcharge, which almost borders on outrageous: garlic, for example, €0.50, which is free in most pizzerias! Most other additional ingredients cost €1.70, meat ingredients cost €2.00. At Freddy Fresh you should really think carefully about what you want to spice up your dish with. The pasta Bolognese is particularly delicious. It's not just minced meat and tomato sauce, but it's actually made with lots of vegetables and is really delicious. Since I have only ever ordered or picked up from Freddy Fresh, I unfortunately cannot say anything about the ambience, accessibility, etc. The drivers are actually relatively nice and motivated. Freddy Fresh orders used to have a bag of gummy bears stapled to the bill, but that has now been rationalized away, which I find a bit of a shame. Overall, a restaurant where you can order with a clear conscience if you have enough money and can live with it if it takes longer and the dish may only arrive lukewarm.

But if you read the reviews, this is normal in this store!!!! It's not possible to make the customers wait and make fun of them. Now you live near Augustus Platz and have to wait so long for the city ring? I won't order here again. I'd rather walk to the main station and get something to eat there. Have ordered here several times over the years. The 5 of us spontaneously ordered 5 pizzas. Delivery time over 60 minutes... All the pizzas were not tasty at all, totally dry, solid and the taste was boring to terrible! As an example: The pizza salami, which was actually supposed to be very juicy, was simply dry, even the pizza box remained dry, no oil stain on the bottom of the box, etc. The same with the Hawaii, the Annas shriveled up and almost without taste, how does that work? (should be juicy/sweet) and you had to look for the mini pieces of ham, as well as the taste, you looked for the tomato sauce on all pizzas in vain, herbs - none available. The toppings are reduced to the minimum, which makes frozen pizzas much better these days! They have more sauce, cheese and spices on them and not just 5 slices of salami. Completely disappointed, we will never order here again!

We ordered 2 pizzas yesterday afternoon, they arrived after 1 hour and the pizza bases were raw. We then called them and there was a man on the phone. He said he would send us a voucher as an apology. The voucher still hadn't arrived after 4 hours and we called them again. After asking about the voucher, he said the voucher had already been sent out and it should definitely be in the emails tomorrow. Well, 24 hours have passed and still no email has been received. We now called them again and there was a very nice, friendly lady who told us that no email had been sent and no voucher had been given. But then we received a voucher code from her. I think it's such an impudence from this man!

Die Pizzen sind absolut lecker, Lieferung bis auf einmal immer schnell und definitiv immer frisch und warm. Das einzige was nicht so sehr zu empfehlen ist sind die Burger, sie schmecken mir persönlich nicht so sehr.

Wir hatten eine Pizza Kapstadt mit Käserand und gebackenen Blumenkohl. Die Pizza war super und kann ich an Hotdog-Liebhaber empfehlen. Der Blumenkohl hat mir persönlich nicht so gut geschmeckt. Alles war warm, aber für um die Ecke (700m Anfahrt) war es mir mit 70 min Lieferzeit dann doch überraschend lang und lau.

Wieder mal nen gutes Erlebnis. Hab hier über ne Weile schon 6 mal bestellt und war immer sehr zufrieden. Die Pizza ist immer gut und die Lieferanten sind super nett. Preise sind absolut fair erst Recht wenn man sie mit anderen Pizzaketten vergleicht bei denen man fürs selbe Geld nur Rotz bekommt. Top, immer gerne wieder 😁

Mein fetter Freund bestellt hier immer. Ich persönlich finde es nur so semi gut. Trotzdem kann man es aber in schlechten Zeiten essen. Im großen und ganzen, gerne wieder!

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Von Dienstwegen her bestellen wir öfter bei Freddy. Zumeist Salate oder Bowls, die sind sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich hatte heute einen sehr netten attraktiven Fahrer. Schnelle Lieferung, war alles super👍🏻👍🏻

Es wurden Dinge geliefert, die wir nicht bestellt haben. Leider wurde es erst beim Öffnen der Packung bemerkt. Geschmacklich eher durchschnittlich. Lieferzeit ca 75 Minuten, obwohl nur ca 550 Meter entfernt. Werden nicht wieder bestellen.

Essen schmeckt gut ich habe nichts an dieser Filiale auszusetzen aber ich kann bei dieser Kette leider aus Prinzip nichts mehr bestellen weil diese internet seite die schlechteste seite einer Kette ist die ich je gesehen habe. Abstürze der seite das einloggen alleine dauert 10 minuten weil anscheinend die Datenbanken auf nicht so leistungsfähigen server laufen oder sie aus mysql laufen. Da sollte das Unternehmen vielleicht mehr Geld in die Software und Hardware von ihrer webseite investieren anstatt sich es in die Tasche zu stecken.

Wie ich das inzwischen von Freddy Fresh's Pizza-Service gewohnt bin: schnelle Lieferung einer heißen, leckeren Pizza, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein sehr guter Service. eine Woche später: wenn man allerdings auf das Gutscheinsystem vertraut, ist man gekniffen. Die gelten erst ab (über) dem Mindestbestellwert, sind also für 'normal gemäßigt essende' Einzelpersonen wertlos. Vor einer Woche noch hatte ich einen Rückruf vom Chef, der mir einsichtig half, meinen (Knacklos-) Gutscheingewinn genießen zu können. Bei den inzwischen gesammelten 10 Gutscheinen aber war es wieder nichts mit ''Gratis'' und es gab, trotz einer Mail an ihn keine Reaktion. Dafür ziehe ich jetzt zwei Sterne ab (lecker und schnell stimmt ja noch immer). Sorry - mich als Stammkunden habt ihr verloren. Naja, ein Verlustgeschäft will ich Euch natürlich nicht zumuten ... die zwei Sterne füge ich wieder hinzu. Denn euer Service ist ja nach wie vor super; fast immer seid ihr bedeutend schneller als die Vorgabe, das Essen lecker ... und "ein bisschen teuer" sind mittlerweile ja alle.

Eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat meine Wünsche am Telefon entgegengenommen und hervorragend umgesetzt Die Pizza wurde pünktlich und heißt geliefert. Es war sehr lecker;)

Ich bekam mit der Bestellbestätigung die Nachricht "Auf Grund der angespannten Personalsituation und / oder Witterungsbedingungen kann es vereinzelt zu längeren Lieferzeiten kommen. Wir bitten um Verständnis! Wir werden in etwa 60 Minuten mit Deiner Bestellung bei Dir sein". Am Ende war die Pizza in 40 Minuten bei mir, die Lieferung klappte reibungslos, der Fahrer war nett und alle Sonderwünsche wurden beachtet. Und das wichtigste: Während mich andere Ketten zuletzt oft mit Geschmack und Würze enttäuschten, oder die Qualität der gelieferten Gerichte oftmal stark schwankte, handelte sich es hier eine superleckere Pizza, welche meine Erwartungen übertraf 🥰🍕

Wenn man dort anrufen tut sind die Mitarbeiter immer freundlich,nett und machen auch mal Spaß mit. Das Essen schmeckt mit dazu immer top und ist auch immer noch warm wenn es hier ankommt. PS: Satt wird man immer

Mangels Alternativen haben wir versucht Burger bei Freddy Fresh zu bestellen. Das Angebot sieht erstmal nicht schlecht aus. 90min Lieferzeit am Sonntagabend ist auch nicht ungewöhnlich. Allerdings fiel erst nach 1 Stunde auf, dass gar keine Burger mehr da sind und nun stehen wir nach 20:00 ohne Essen da, das ist schon ziemlich bitter. Also gibts heute Pasta. Mal wieder...
