Takes too long. Ordered at 7:07 p.m. and not there yet. It is now 8:27 p.m.

The staff is the last thing I would call after a misplaced order from one of their colleagues. He was pretty aggressive and told me if I ordered something again and forgot to give the correct address I would be blocked and no longer get any food. I mean, yes, it's understandable, but then I still don't snap at a customer like that!!

Ordered from this branch for the first time and overall very satisfied! We had 8 articles, unfortunately one of them was wrong. After a quick call, the error was resolved very quickly and we received a replacement. The service was great - the delivery arrived quickly and the team was friendly. Overall a great experience!

Bestellt, 2h auf Pizza gewartet, geschmacklich auch nur lala (Belag recht dürftig) und keine entsprechende Entschuldigung- selbst nach Anruf und Rückfrage wo die Pizza bleibt .

I've always ordered pizza so I can't say anything about the atmosphere. But the food and service are great. Whenever I crave pizza, it's always Freddy Fresh!

More than 2 hours to prepare two pizzas? And time is still ticking. Sorry...that's how you can scare away customers.

Absolute cobra class of the store!! Super fast delivery and top quality and taste. Our colleagues in Merseburg can take a lesson from that.

Ordered 2 pizzas, rösti sticks and fried chicken strips. The sticks were completely missing, the chicken on the pizza was half raw and the leek was missing. Plus a delivery time of over 80 minutes. Completely underground. Sorry.

The food is really great and the service is really great too

Sometimes I have it delivered (then everything is as expected, hot on time, delicious) sometimes I walk straight there for 4 minutes and then everything is just perfect. You will receive friendly advice and get (try) tips. Individual requests are never a problem and of course just as tasty (wait for 5-10 minutes on the cool bench in front of the shop) as delivered. Highly recommended!

The Pizza Sommertraum (15.99) was unfortunately very dry, super thinly topped and tasteless. The dough was very tough and didn't seem to be baked through. The chicken kebab was almost completely missing from the Pasta Odysseus and the food was dry. Both dishes were unacceptable, a shame. Voigt family

We have always been very satisfied, absolutely recommendable delivery service with great pizzas etc. The delivery was always early... In the meantime it has somehow subsided... wrong toy, the driver wants to tell me it wasn't paid for, even though it is visible on the receipt... it still tastes good, but it does it elsewhere with less annoyance. We've always liked and ordered well, but I think we'll change our focus more.

Food took 1.5 hours before it was delivered. Ordered on a Monday evening. It was also in the oven too long. This time we are not satisfied. I order there often and are otherwise satisfied.

Food came at the right time, very warm, tasty. Driver was nice. The last one was missing a surprise for the child. Calling was difficult and no one answered for ages. When we were finally able to clarify the problem (the staff on the phone were also extremely nice), someone came quickly to bring the missing surprise. But it felt like only half arrived here. Very annoying! I won't go through the chaos of calling there again!

the bowl was terrible. The bowl was absolutely terrible, the chicken tasted like the ready-made chicken from Kaufland. I had mushrooms in it even though they were neither ordered nor included with the dish. The cup in which the bowl is delivered is only half full, I would say that it contains just 100-150 g. Definitely a rip off for €13.49. It doesn't taste good either, the three lettuce leaves I had in there could have been left alone. It's not even worth one star.

Unfortunately, the online order didn't work this time, but the nice lady on the phone sorted it out. One star deduction because we ordered at work and only have a certain time to eat but unfortunately the food came three quarters of an hour later than ordered.

The pizza I ordered was really thin, lukewarm and tasteless. I will never order a pizza again and would have to ask for my money back.

Order was a failure, I ordered through Lieferando, the pizza took almost 1.5 hours to be delivered, the delivery person was relaxed and nice but the pizza itself was very bad, bacon was burnt, cheese was charred so not at all edible and The pizza itself was just lukewarm, all in all I would say it was an absolute failure and I'm thinking about never ordering there again

Wie immer schnelle Lieferung und sehr freundlicher Pizzafahrer! Und alles lecker!

Wir hatten Pizza bestellt, die kamen nach 70min. 2 Pizzen für knapp 30€. Als wir essen wollten sahen wir erst das Desaster, sie waren zusammengestaucht wahrscheinlich durch den Fahrer der mit dem Rad kam. Alles lag kreuz der quer, sry aber für 30€ erwarte ich Qualität! Und nich so einen Müll. Ob das kundenfreundlich ist mag ich zu bezweifeln. Wir werden erstmal nicht wieder bestellen.

Leckere Pizza, wie immer, aber die Wartezeiten sind nicht ok. 1 Stunde 40, wenn auf der Website steht: in 30 Min genießen. Nehmt das bitte von der Seite, es ist unglaubwürdig und hat in unserem Fall noch nie gestimmt. Das kürzeste war mal 1 Stunde 10.

Heute, am Samstag nach der Gartenarbeit, rief ich an und bestellte ne Thunfischpizza...die Lieferung nach Wahren erfolgte in knapp 10 Minuten +++ mega 🫶🏻💯🌻 Update vom 08. Oktober 2023: das Team ist richtig flott vor Ort und die Pizza ROTTERDAM schmeckt tiptop! ... zubereitet in circa 7-10min 💯🫵🏼

Lecker, frisch, heiße Ware, pünktlich, freundlicher Fahrer

Meine bestellte Pizza war in knapp 25 min da. ( können sich andere Läden echt mal eine Scheibe abschneiden) Dazu war sie ordentlich geschnitten, hübsch angerichtet und nicht mit Tonnen von Käse bedeckt. ( Da hat sich jemand in der Küche mal was einfallen lassen und nichts so Lustlos ) Dazu noch einen freundlichen Fahrer, der echt dufte war und vorallem fließend deutsch sprach, ist nicht immer so der fall, leider. So macht bestellen Spaß, was vor allem auch schmeckt! Da gibt man gerne Trinkgeld 😀

Schnelle Lieferung.Pizzen,Nuggets, Pizzabrötchen noch schön heiß, geschmeckt hat es auch sehr lecker :) Zu anderen Pizzastores etwas teurer aber dafür tolle Qualität.

Lieferzeit angemessen. Burger und Pizza waren sehr gut. Die Käse-Wedges sehr scharf, der Dip wurde nicht extra, sondern direkt auf die Wedges gegeben und nicht wirklich knusprig. Insgesamt hätte es etwas wärmer sein können. Es gab Probleme mit einem Gutschein, weshalb die Essensübergabe sehr lange dauerte. Es konnte aber alles geklärt werden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verältnis ist insgesamt ok.

Wir bestellen echt gern bei euch und das Essen ist auch richtig gut und frisch, jedoch war der Fahrer gestern massiv unfreundlich, als er kein Trinkgeld erhalten hat...was schade ist. Trinkgeld ist eine freiwillige Leistung und sollte nicht als selbstverständlich angesehen werden. Es sollte auch nicht negativ reagiert werden, wenn man als Kunde kein Trinkgeld gibt. Im Endeffekt ist die Lieferung immer noch inklusive... Uns hat es die Bestellung massiv vermiest

Immer von gleicher leckerer Qualität. Ja, sie sind nicht nicht besonders günstig, aber ich gebe gerne etwas mehr aus für Qualität. Aber eine Kleinigkeit habe ich zu bemängeln. Es gibt keine Gummibärchen mehr 😟. Sehr schade, hatte mich immer darüber gefreut.

Lieferung war vorbestellt und auch zu dieser Zeit da.....die Pizzen waren gut belegt und entsprechend der Bestellung, gut Temperiert und den Kollegen hats geschmeckt...Alles gut 👍

+ essen problemlos innerhalb der angegebenen Zeit bei uns :) + alles war warm und lecker - Der Herr ließ uns deutlich spüren, dass er es nicht ok fand, dass wir kein Trinkgeld gegeben haben. Zuerst war er sehr nett, fast schon aufdringlich. Als ich dann sagte, dass ich mit Karte zahle, da kein Bargeld vorhanden verzog er schon das Gesicht und als ich mich dann verabschiedete starrte er mich sehr lange und ging dann ohne tschüss oder bitte. Er fuhr mit quietschenden Reifen davon. Man könnte nun darüber streiten, ob man über das EC Gerät Trinkgeld hätte geben können oder nicht, aber so zu reagieren ist wirklich daneben !

Es schmeckt immer und die Lieferung ist auch immer schnell da. Hatte noch nie eine kalte Pizza bekommen.
