unzumutbar lange Wartezeit, keine Bestellbestätigung per Mail erhalten, trotz zweimaliger telefonischer Nachfrage kein Entgegenkommen....Pizza kam dann statt nach 50min erst nach 1h 45 min und die bestellten Freddysterne waren sogar schon wieder kalt....

The price-performance ratio is great. The staff is friendly and delivery was quick. Payment is quick and uncomplicated as all options from cash payment via PayPal and ApplePay or GooglePay are possible.

So I'm happy, but sometimes the pizza tastes very good and sometimes it doesn't taste at all... because it was taken out too early or the sauce wasn't there. Depending on who is doing it!

Simply very cool employees have often delivered to difficult addresses everything always worked out a win on freddy fresh❤️ the food there is the best I've ever eaten it's always hot when it arrives and it tastes incredibly delicious (since I don't know If it's possible, I might have a suggestion for delivery that in the future you can simply do it via GPS as it's a lot easier for the customers and the drivers) but still a huge respect to the kitchen and a nice greeting

I ordered 4 pizzas online in the morning for 6:30 p.m. to Biendorf. If you live in the countryside you have to look very closely at who delivers where, because even though Biendorf belongs to Bernburg, they don't deliver to the district but to Köthen. You just have to look. You can enter special requests, what should be included, what should be left out. I wanted the La Paz but without dill please. No problem. The delivery was on time, the pizza was still hot and each of the different pizzas tasted very good. Big praise to Freddy fresh köthen.

Best pizza delivery company. We placed an order for pickup over the phone. Pizza and salads. Our order was ready for pickup super quickly. Everything was again very tasty, perfectly packaged and I met very nice employees.

So you can eat the pizza every now and then if it hasn't just been half-heartedly put into the oven for 5 minutes. (Dough was often not baked properly) You can completely forget about the burgers, you really don't have to look forward to anything except going to the toilet combined with a stomach ache the next morning. But well, you have to know.

They are very friendly and the pizzas taste very tasty. Lots of choice. If you order it to your home, it usually arrives quicker than it is posted on the internet.

If you like American pizza, this is the place for you. A small but nice store with a huge selection. The offer ranges from burgers to pasta, Röstisticks, baked Camembert, pizza and much more. The store is decorated in a very nice retro style, but with modern, large, electronic offer boards. In my opinion the best pizzeria there is. Especially the Pizza Budapest (hollondaise sauce, ham, broccoli) is fantastic. I usually use the cheese crust and the best garlic dip I've ever tasted. I also tried the pasta and pizza rolls and they were simply delicious. There are always other promotions, which means that unique pizzas are on offer. The best so far were the spaghetti pizzas, I think. There are also a few bulk offers that can save you a lot of money. I have already recommended the pizzeria to many of my friends and they are also very enthusiastic. There is also a pickup discount if you pick up the pizza yourself (whether ordered online or on site) and if you have it delivered, you get points that can save you money on your next order. Just today we ordered there again and with all the points I collected I was able to save €25.25. The staff has always been quite nice and accommodating, you can't complain. The only thing I could complain about is that the prices are a little higher than other pizzerias, but this pizza is really high quality, which is why I still prefer to order there. I can only recommend it. :)

Food is good, speed is good but what doesn't fit is the website and the functions, after the crash it still doesn't work!!!

We always enjoyed going there because the pizzas were delicious and it was our favorite pizzeria until Sunday (February 25th, 2024). Unfortunately, we were approached in the branch in Köthen by a very, very unfriendly and aggressive person and I was literally told "then you have to speak clearly". To explain: I told the woman I needed a card to order. This stroppy manner made us feel like she didn't want to sell anything and we were disappointed to be treated like that as a customer and left the pizzeria without placing an order.

Absolute Katastrophe, sehr, sehr lange Wartezeit. Weit über 1 1/2 Stunden und dann unverschämt beim hinterfragen der Bestellung. Kein Entgegenkommen bezüglich der langen Wartezeit. Nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Essen nach bestimmter Uhrzeit bestellt, war pünktlich da und wirklich sehr stimmig, lecker und vor allem noch wie frisch. Nur empfehlenswert.

Pizza s wurden 10m zeitiger geliefert als angegeben. Lieferantin wahr sehr Freundlich. Geschmack der Pizza' s sehr Leccker. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Weiter so ❤️.

Die Zeit der Zubereitung ist echt super und schnell. Aber wenig Belag auf der Pizza und dann teuer, die Bilder des Prospektes sprechen einen mehr an als das was man dann bekommt echt enttäuschend. Geschmack lässt sich drüber streiten mein fall ist es absolut nicht.

Es geht halt besser. Und ich kann wenn ich über die App bestelle nicht meine jetzige Nummer angeben da dann dort steht geben sie die Telefonnummer richtig ein obwohl sie richtig steht . Ich finde es einfach nur nervig.

Wir bestellen seit Jahren. Die Pizzen, Burger etc. sind immer frisch, saftig in gewohnt gleich bleibender Qualität. Tolle Aktionen mit wechselndem, saisonalen Angeboten. Das Essen kommt immer schnell an und ist wirklich noch mega warm, fast heiß- noch frischer geht es nicht auf den Tisch. Immer nette junge Leute die ausliefern, da gebe ich gern ein Trinkgeld. Alle sind stets sehr bemüht. Ich habe keinen Grund mich über irgendetwas zu beschweren. Für mich bester Pizza- Lieferdienst in Köthen. Mit anderen nicht zu vergleichen.
