Taste good, delivery staff friendly but not nearly as much topping as in the photos advertised. Illusion.

Food was very tasty, service was quick and the employees were very nice and helpful. The shop isn't very big, but you won't be disturbed by other guests while you're eating.

Unfortunately, quality has deteriorated significantly. The pizza rolls are getting smaller and smaller and apart from a bit of ham you can hardly find anything in the roll. The pizzas are carelessly topped, dry and taste quite boring. Unfortunately, this no longer has anything to do with Fresh. That was our last order for now. One positive thing to mention is that the pizza was delivered on time and hot.

It's not normal that you have to wait 2 hours for your food, especially since the email says about 60 minutes, yes it's Sunday, a few minutes later it's not the end of the world if you're told on the phone that the driver is already on the way, I wonder Why the food is still not there you can't just be honest and say that you forgot the order That would be honest and understandable.

Very disappointing :( Ordered online, delivery time was ok, but unfortunately cold pizza and pasta. Extra request was calculated but not implemented. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't convincing either. For the prices that are quoted, you can expect a lot more.

We had ordered 4 pizzas for a celebration the day before and also paid via Paypal. Nothing happened at the appointment. When I asked after 15 minutes, they politely said the order had not arrived in the system. This is not quality, and the ordered goods could not be delivered as requested due to missing ingredients. This may sound very demanding, but the order was already placed the day before and we already paid at the time of the order. However, there was a problem with the delivery. Taste average with certainly a lot of industrial ingredients.

Pizza yesterday and salad today. Everything fresh and super tasty. The delivery today was also great. Keep that up and you'll be a good competitor in the city.

I was there for the first time today and got pizza and burgers. Everything tastes delicious and fresh. And the service was super nice, open and friendly! 👍🏻 I just wish I had the pleasure of trying the Winchester pizza... I'll be happy to come back🙂

Great service, I ordered online, very clear and easy to use, oh for over 50 people 🤗 After ordering I noticed that the kasedonats were missing, a quick call and everything was sorted out. Very friendly on the phone. Delivery was even delivered 15 minutes in advance by a very friendly employee. Thank you very much Special order pizza was delicious, cheese and dessert too. Thank you very much. Price a bit expensive about 36 euros for a margarita, cheese donuts with cranberries and 3 nougat particles. BUT I'd rather pay a few euros more if the quality is great and that's it. Thanks for that

Places that are further away are visited and places that are closer are not because they supposedly cannot be entered into the system. Well, if you don't want to make money, that's a shame...

The service was good and very friendly. Unfortunately you can no longer eat on site. The pizza didn't take long to arrive, it was very hot. The taste of the pizza was good but not a fireworks display. The price for a pizza is already very high. However, as a collector you got 10%. Unfortunately, the covering wasn't quite as lush as advertised in the pictures.

Very friendly service, clean facility. Because I ordered at short notice and therefore had to wait a few minutes, Lukas even apologized and proactively offered me a drink. I have never experienced such customer-oriented behavior at any franchise.

Super Service - Lieferung pünktlich und Pizzas waren sehr lecker, wir bestellen wieder

Am Standort Delitzsch wird Kundenservice groß geschrieben. Spontane örtliche Bestellungen werden mit kurzfristiger Wartezeit problemlos überbrückt. Die Heizung wurde sogar extra höher gedreht und umgehend wurde es gemütlicher (trotz Klimakrise). Nach einem netten Plausch bekamen wir eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit und den Freddy Fresh Kalender nebenbei kostenfrei für zuhause mit. Zu unserer Bestellung können wir wie eigentlich jedes Mal nur Positives berichten. Auch wenn die Pesto zur Pizza zwar nicht mitgegeben werden konnte (da derzeit nicht lieferbar) gab es eine Alternativsoße. Beim Bezahlvorgang gab es Kundenrabatt. Alle Gerichte waren dann zuhause noch angenehm heiß und lecker. Ja, die Preise sind wie überall inflationsbedingt nicht niedrig aber aufgrund des Service u. des Geschmackes wegen, ist es uns das wert. Wir hatten Pizza, Burger und Pastaauflauf. Der Burger war wie immer frisch und lecker. Pizza auch. Wir probierten heute mal das Saisongericht Pasta Dagobert. Die Rucolablätter waren ganz frisch und die Nudeln schön weich. Absolut lecker. Auch die Tomaten waren saftig und nicht wässrig. Einen klitzekleinen Abzug gab es beim Entenfleisch-damit dieses wie beschrieben knusprig wird und dann auch so schmeckt, könnte man es vielleicht vorher anbraten oder leicht ausbacken. Wir kommen zwar nicht allzu häufig, aber immer gerne wieder! Spitze-macht weiter so!

Ja soweit alles super aber leider ist es hier nicht möglich das eine Pizza etc. Nicht günstiger wird wenn man manche Zutaten nicht will, wie zum Beispiel Zwiebel etc. Ich denke man sollte hier auch die anpassen da der Burger etc . ja nicht alle Zutaten hat und man trotzdem den vollen Preis zahlen soll das finde ich nicht kundenfreundlich.... Aber ansonsten ist alles super

Falschen burger erhalten und erst zu Hause bemerkt. Extrawünsche wie mehr Soße auf Wedges werden nicht berücksichtigt. Dann kann man sich das Anmerkungsfeld auch schenken!

Es war gut, aber nicht überragend. Wenig Gyros auf der Pizza und kein echtes Gyros. Etwas zu teuer. Fahrer war sehr freundlich und gut drauf.

Super tolle Pizzeria!!! Da reichen fünf Sterne gar nicht aus! Nettes Personal und super Chef der uns persönlich begrüßt hat. Nach einem kurzem Gespräch mit ihm, gab er uns Getränke aus und dazu gab es gratis zwei tolle Gläser, die wir als Erinnerung mit nach Hause nehmen durften. Die Pizzen schmeckten erstklassig. Sollten wir noch einmal in der Nähe sein, werden wir sicher nochmal reinschauen.

Das Essen ist spitze, im Normalfall halten sie auch die versprochene Lieferzeit sehr gut ein, etwas unschön ist der Umgang damit wenn der Fahrer oder die Fahrerin etwas vergessen hat, vorallem wenn es schon bezahlt ist, sorry aber dann müsst ihr das Geld erstatten und könnt nicht Gutscheine ausstellen, welche nur kurz haltbar sind, durch die gestiegenen Preise kann man nicht mehr so oft und regelmäßig bestellen dann kann so ein Gutschein nicht 4 Wochen nur gelten. Wenn man eine Leistung nicht erbracht hat muss man auch das Geld erstatten, leider kommt sowas öfter vor und das macht euch mittlerweile unattraktiv. Ihr seid am Drücker etwas zu ändern.

Sehr leckere Pizza und endlich mal eine Kette, wo auch Füllung in den Pizzabrötchen ist. (Die pulled Turkey Brötchen sind Mega!) Personal vor Ort immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Weiter so!

Es gibt dort leckere und frische Pizzen. Super Service vor Ort. :-) Tolles und freundliches Team, geleitet von einem prima Chef. Daher 5 Sterne von mir. Gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Gestern das erstmal Pizza von Freddy Fresh gegessen, für mich die beste. Der Pizzateig sehr frisch, sehr gut belegt, und der Käserand war ein Traum. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Aufjedenfall wieder.

Die bestellte Pizza war sehr gut und die Lieferzeit passt auch. 15 min. später kann man verschmerzen. Sehr schade finde ich, dass es zum Chefsalat, der ausreichend groß ist, nur ein Mini-Dressing (40 ml) gibt. Der Salat war deshalb Recht trocken.

Selten mit so viel Auswahl, so LECKER und frisch gegessen.

Die Pizzen sind die besten die ich hier in der Umgebung je hatte. Der Preis ist es voll und ganz Wert!

Immer sehr zufrieden,essen total lecker und das Team immer sehr nett. Es ist der beste Lieferant hier,kann es nur empfehlen

Die Qualität der Speisen schwankt leider sehr, je nach Mannschaft. Meistens hat man aber Glück und es schmeckt gut. Wir wohnen 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und bestellen daher meistens zum selbst abholen. Die Pizzen waren noch nie pünktlich fertig, 10 Minuten Wartezeit sind es immer.
