Hello, I always order online. Can't comment on the ambience... In my opinion, the quality of the pizzas is very good. It hasn't deteriorated over the years. Orders are delivered on time, drivers are always polite. I continue to order from Freddy in Bernburg..

Today I ordered again from Freddy Fresh in Bernburg. All in all, the boys and girls were quick with me. Unfortunately, the fried onions were missing from my Cape Town. Mistakes happen and the human source of error cannot be eliminated, but for the price I still expect a fully topped pizza. As a note, maybe next time check your order again before delivery. Otherwise the taste is good. Keep it up

Pizza with burrata. The burrata came extra, so not on the pizza, frozen in a cup! What kind of nonsense is this? After calling, it was delivered new after half an hour, fridge cold again. Burrata in the microwave etc backfires, so you should either preheat it at room temperature beforehand or not offer such a combination. The pizza without the burrata was ok but nothing more because the rocket, for example, which wasn't supposed to be on it beforehand, was anything but appetizing. Too bad about the money. Then it's better to do it yourself on the grill etc etc etc. That was so much money and in the end AGAIN just a lot of annoyance.

Pizza summer dream turned into a nightmare. Ordered food last Thursday, July 18th, 2024. I ordered this pizza for my wife. She was thrilled by the pictures and was already interested in them. Opening the box, we saw a pizza but it was more reminiscent of a normal salami pizza. You looked for the ham in vain, not to mention that the balsamic vinegar was probably still vegetating in a bottle somewhere. Mozzarella? None. In addition, all the dips were forgotten, whereupon the driver was fed up, blamed it on the kitchen staff and drove off completely annoyed and then delivered the missing dips even more annoyed. All in all, it is a disgrace to sell such products for these current hefty prices, and even to show dishes in photos that are far removed from in reality. And then being completely annoyed and reacting stroppy is completely unnecessary... you wanted the job, then do it sensibly.

Ordered the summer snack mix today. I was really looking forward to the cauliflower and unfortunately there wasn't any. This is disappointing. The mushrooms are also breaded differently and one breading is unfortunately very slippery. So not so happy🙄

Had to call twice, apparently it was delivered. Then within 20 minutes there is another delivery, now 30 minutes have passed again. Then I was called to confirm my order and address, which I had even spelled out Once and never again. The supplier Björn apologized several times and was super polite. But I'll never order from there again. It can't be that I have to wait more than 2 hours for my order

I can't comment on the ambience Service, from the ordering process to delivery, was ok We had 3 different pizzas and were all disappointed lukewarm like rubber The taste was very diminished The 40 euros are definitely not justified

Everything was going well until the system change this year. Food was delivered at the requested time. But since the change, it has been difficult to even place an order online because the delivery area is not properly defined. The store in Bernburg is not responsible for Bernburg, but the one in Köthen is. And today there was no delivery at all. After a delay of almost half an hour, someone finally got on the phone and said the driver was on the way. After more than another hour, no one could be reached by phone and the order did not arrive. Hope things go better next time. If the system problems are fixed, I'll be happy to give more stars.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the ambience, we always have the pizza brought home. Service is great, friendly staff. So the pizzas are awesome.

Pizzas taste good. Not as good as the Italian, but still good 😉 Nice little shop. Great for waiting when picking up yourself. But we didn't really like the garlic bread...

So first of all I would like to mention that, apart from small things, I have always been satisfied, especially with the employees and suppliers. Unfortunately, I had a really stupid experience over the weekend that really pissed me off. We ordered two burgers, both of which were missing sauce at the bottom (I've been ordering there for years and that's never happened). So I called them and wanted to let them know, NOT TO COMPLAIN, and I said that right on the phone. It could have been that someone new worked there and simply forgot about it and is now giving out all the burgers like that. Well, what can I say? The lady on the phone insisted she put sauce on it and called me out not only as stupid but also as a liar, even though I said I took pictures in case it would be relevant. She got really cheeky at times because I said that there was always barbecue sauce on it (I just left the sauce because it's always red). I should please read correctly and make further cheeky comments. It doesn't matter what kind of sauce it was, there wasn't any down there and that's a fact! And all because I just wanted to let you know in a friendly way! All the other employees get a big thumbs up from me, so I've always been very satisfied.

Everything is fine there, the food tastes good and the delivery service is also good. Everyone on site is also very nice and friendly. Even if something goes wrong, which happens very, very rarely, you get an apology and a voucher as compensation. I rarely order fast food, but when I do, it's from Freddy Fresh. I can highly recommend Freddy Fresh Bernburg.

The sisters from neurology in Bernburg would like to thank you very much for the 3 great pizzas. They were super tasty. It's just a shame for their company because of this fake order.

The very last boss prepares pizza and doesn't put gloves on while he puts cheese and salami in his mouth. I have to say I was really disgusted. And then I went in and he came and when I spoke to him he acted as if he was it's the most normal thing. No insight into the fact that this is the bottom drawer in terms of hygiene. Tomorrow I'll inform the health department about it. And he's also become rude.

I'm standing at the train station in Bernburg and have to watch as the branch manager puts the food in his mouth while he's preparing the food for the customers and at the same moment he adds the pizza to the customer. Observed twice with witnesses. Simply disgusting

Apparently they don't need it anymore. After several attempts, no one answers the phone. Otherwise I only order online but due to the new app which doesn't work you can't order at all. very good service

I can't say much about the ambience, I'll have it delivered. The service is always there. Even if I'm not at home, they deliver wherever I want. Still tastes very good. Pizza Vienna is my favorite and the Röstisticks are awesome - even my little son loves them. It may be that some people see it differently - I like consistency and I find that here.

It was mega crazy but what do you expect from frozen dough that is at least 6 days old. I am therefore not a Freddy fresh customer. I understand that tastes are different, but that's where the fun ends. The price is far too expensive for that. Just do it would be better!

It always tasted good at Freddy Fresh but the last two pizzas were a disaster. Likewise the pizza rolls. Both tasted like they were 3 days old. I'm guessing that the staff has changed 🤷‍♂️. I will order from Dominos in the future.

Pizza Festtagsbraten war diesmal leider so gut wie ohne Fleisch & für 19,98€ definitiv zu wenig.

Die Dame die mein Essen geliefert hat war sehr freundlich. Was ich allerdings bekommen habe war einfach nur eine Frecheit. Ich habe eine Saloniki bestellt. Das Gyros was dort hätte drauf sein sollen war eher Hackfleisch. Ja es hat nach Gyros geschmeckt, hatte aber von der Konsenstenz nichts damit zu tun. Der Belag ansich war auch eher dürftig, mehr gespart wie geboten bei einem Preis von 13,69€ mit Steuern. Ich werd nicht nochmal bestellen. Da bekommt man anderswo mehr Geschmack für sein Geld.. Sorry Freddy, aber so nicht.

Pizza Sparta war sehr lecker mit doppelt Knoblauch 🤤🤤🤤, definitiv nicht das letzte mal 😋, wir haben sie abgeholt, alles prima dort 👍🏻

Ich war seit langen Mal wieder hier 😔 muss sagen hatte mich so auf eine Pizza gefreut aber sie hat gar nicht so gecheckt irgendwie extrem lasch und so wenig drauf kenn ich sonst anders schade

Online Bestellung zum Kindergeburtstag!! Es hat alles super funktioniert, Essen war pünktlich und super lecker 😋 die Kinder und die Erwachsenen waren sehr zufrieden.

Der Laden erfüllt halt seinen Zweck (was auch vollkommen ausreicht) und das Essen ist wie gewohnt extrem lecker. Die der perfekte Abschluss einer Langen Radtour. Die Mitarbeitenden sind such sehr freundlich und die Wartezeit ist ok. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Schnelle, pünktliche Lieferung, freundlicher Fahrer, Pizza war perfekt. Der Preis stimmt auch. Absolut empfehlenswert. Lieferung erfolgte ins Hotel, der Fahrer kam bis zur Rezeption.

Wir hatten zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit bestellt und leider kamen die Pizzen trotzdem zu spät an. Trotzdem waren die Pizzen warm und haben gut geschmeckt.

Sehr gut. Sowohl der Lieferservice als auch das Abholen vor Ort am Bahnhof sind jedesmal sehr angenehm! Das Essen ist auch klasse!

Geschmacklich immer noch unglaublich gut. Leider muss ich aber sagen mittlerweile echt überteuert. Die Pizzen sind kleiner geworden und teurer! Das passt meiner Meinung nach nicht zusammen. Die Soßen bei den Pizza Brötchen sind nun nur noch halb so groß. Was das angeht ist es mittlerweile echt enttäuschend, da ein Besuch im Restaurant nun kaum mehr teuerer ist.

Hab schon viele Pizzen in meinem leben gegessen, aber eure war die leckerste ! 👍🏻

Ich esse zwar nur eine Pizza "Bombay ", ... die war immer lecker! Die Jungs vom Lieferdienst sind immer flott und nett!

Burgerbrötchen müssten länger gebacken werden. Pizza war leider lauwarm. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Wie immer eine sehr pünktliche Lieferung. Die Pizzen waren so heiß als kämen sie gerade aus dem Ofen und waren wie immer sehr lecker!

Am Dienstag gegen 17 Uhr bestellt zur Abholung um 18:15. 2 Salate und 1x Pizzabrötchen. Dort angekommen fühlte sich erstmal niemand für die Kunden, die im Laden stehen zuständig. Mir wurde ein Beutel in die Hand gedrückt, tschüss. Im Auto festgestellt - das ist nicht das was ich bestellt habe. Also zurück. Der junge Mann war sehr nett, hat mir dann die richtige Bestellung gegeben. Zu Hause dann allerdings festgestellt, dass das Dressing fehlt. Einer der beiden Salate sollte auch ohne Mais und Tomaten sein - auch das fehlt hier. Die Angestellten wirkten sehr überfordert. Man bekommt das Gefühl, dass dieser Laden ein reiner Lieferdienst ist. Die Pizzabrötchen mit Pulled Turkey waren sehr eklig, das ist aber sicherlich Geschmackssache. Bisher war ich bei anderen Freddy‘s noch nie unzufrieden, aber die Filiale in Bernburg scheint maßlos überfordert zu sein. Schade.

Das Essen von Freddy ist abnormal Lecker, wir bestellen da sehr häufig und sind schon Kunde. Essen kommt immer warm an . Der Empfang ob an der Theke oder telefonisch ist immer freundlich. Wir werden dort immer wieder bestellen bester Laden Bernburg unserer Meinung. Macht weiter so auch ein Lob an die Küche.

Bestell immer wieder gerne da wenn Kollegen da sind ist zwar teuer aber sein Geld zu 100% Wert

Geschmacklich und Service gut aber das man immer mehr bezahlen muss wenn man Zutaten wie Kochschinken austauscht ist richtig dreist, da macht das die Konkurrenz wie Dominos besser die rechnen es gegen.

Bester Freddy bis auf paar Fahrer die kein bock auf arbeit haben

Wir übernachteten in einer Pension in Plötzkau. Der dortige Gasthof war an diesem Tag unerwartet geschlossen und Freddy Fresh war der einzige Lieferservice, der von Bernburg dorthin lieferte. Leider wurden aus den angekündigten 50 Minuten Lieferzeit am Ende 90 Minuten. Unser Hunger und die Ungewissheit haben uns ob dieser Verspätung sehr unangenehme Befürchtungen verursacht.

Seid flying Pizza weg ist bleibt für gewisse Pizzen nur noch eine Pizzeria übrig. Die Pizza wird schnell zubereitet und ist auch sehr lecker und sehr heiss. Alle Speisen kann man sich auch liefern lassen. Kann ich anstattslos empfehlen
