Great recommendation! We would love to come back and stay for 2 hours. Take a trip for this delicious currywurst. The sauce is homemade and the sausage comes from the local butcher. The schnitzel and the potato salad (according to an old family recipe) were also a dream. Frank, Ute and their son are hosts with heart and soul. The food and service was top! Even the chef personally inquired about the well-being. The snack bar is busy, so booking in advance is recommended. Personally, I would have been happy about a larger selection of vegetarian dishes - maybe there will be those next time. We'll definitely be back!

Were on August 11th. In the hiking break and one thing in advance it was just great! When we arrived everything was occupied, but after a nice conversation with the waiter, we waited about 10 minutes until a table became available. The wait was 100 percent worth it. The service was very nice and the drinks came to the table quickly, even though it was completely full. We had the Currywurst 5* Wanderrast Burger 5* and the fries were simply damn delicious! Clear recommendation! Fresh food top service we will see again and again.

Here you can not only enjoy a beautiful view, but also delicious burgers and drinks. We had a Wanderrast burger and a schnitzel burger and both were absolutely delicious. We chose “Franks Wanderrast” based on the previous good reviews and were not disappointed. Everything freshly prepared, no frozen meat or anything like that. Simply great and the prices are good too. We'd love to come back.

We have eaten at Wanderrast several times in recent years and simply love this place. We're missing a few fish dishes on the menu now... at least matjes would be great. There are too many burgers for us now, which is a shame. The fried potatoes were ok, the sour meat was very good. We'll come back and try the next one😉

Great location but unfortunately expectations were not met. I tried the burger of the same name and it tasted ok, but I'll say it's just a slightly better snack in a beautiful location by the lake. The service wasn't that good, as everything had to be discussed with the boss first and no deviation from the menu was possible.

Cozy excursion restaurant, right on the Arendsee circular hiking trail/bicycle path. Idyllic location, directly on the shore of the lake, with wonderful, unobstructed views. On the occasion of our culinary exploration, we first wanted to visit/try out several restaurants/restaurants/pubs around Lake Arendsee, but ended up with Ute and Frank on all three days: no frozen goods, schnitzel freshly prepared and fried, crispy fried potatoes, bratwurst from the local Butcher, with a great, homemade curry sauce, as well as potato salad, pasta salad, hamburgers, cheeseburgers and much more. m.: everything composed, prepared and seasoned by myself. So why should we have gone somewhere else? Ute and Frank are also very kind, pleasant hosts and are happy to share a few tips about food and drink. The "fruity sauce" with the currywurst was the worst I've ever eaten!!! The chef and wife seemed stressed and overwhelmed. Unfortunately no friendly service either. The plates at the next table were being cleared away, and when we wanted to leave we were asked why we hadn't cleared the plates ourselves. Yes, how now???? I don't have to have that again!!!!

We spent a day in the thermal baths and ate there. You could see through a hatch how the chef freshly prepared our food. The sausage and schnitzel come from a slaughterhouse in the region. With the schnitzel/currywurst there was either fries or homemade potato salad. The potato salad was fresh and tasted like mother/grandma's. The schnitzel was so tender that you could have eaten it without biting. The hunter sauce was also very tasty (NOT A BAG PRODUCT) The taste is really great. The currywurst / sauce was also very tasty, you can really taste the curry in the sauce. Was also very tasteful. Simply great. Even the chef came to the table and asked if it tasted good. We ended up here by chance, due to the constant rain we were looking for dry shelter and were very welcomed here in the thermal baths. And we got some really delicious food here in Frank's Bistro. Frank and his wife are super nice. We will be happy to come.

Frank's Brutzelbude is located at Am Werder 4, in 29451 Dannenberg. In this respect, this is a fantastic location. The ambience and atmosphere there is very pleasant. Das Essen🍟🌭 ist sehr lecker und Frank und Ute sehr freundlich.😀 Man kann dort auch gemütlich sitzen, ohne ins Schwimmbad zu gehen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.....weiter so👍

Die Brutzelbude war schon lecker, aber das neue Brutzelbistro toppt das ganze. Das Essen ist lecker und immer frisch. Jetzt sogar für Kiddies was dabei. Freundlich, nett und faire Preise. Gemütlich sitzen kann man auch, auch ohne das Schwimmbad zu besuchen. Großartige Entwicklung. Weiter so 😍

Wir haben heute einen richtig leckeren Burger gegessen. Die Inhaber lieben ihren Job und alles wird frisch aus regionalen Produkten zubereitet. Die Portionen sind gut bemessen und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt! Wir können Franks Brutzelstube absolut empfehlen!!

Bin auf der Durchreise in Dannenberg wegen der guten Rezensionen bei Frank gelandet. Qualitativ hochwertiges Imbiss-Essen bei sehr netter Atmosphäre. Die Wildcurrywurst ist geschmacklich echt ne Besonderheit. Frank ist zudem ein sympathischer Kerl dem das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste sehr wichtig ist.

War heute mit dem Motorrad bei franks brutzelbude. Ich hatte eine currywurst und einen burger. Die currywurst hat Frank selbst mit entworfen beim Fleischer.. Und sie ist mega lecker. Kein Vergleich zur Standard Wurst. Der jalapeno burger war auch sehr gut. Alles frische Ware. Und mega freundlich die beiden. Ich fahre da auf jeden Fall nochmal hin

Waren gestern (am Freitag) in Franks Brutzelbude. Der Ausflug dorthin hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Saulecker 😋! Können wir jedem nur Wärmstens empfehlen. Hausgemacht, mega gutes Fleisch und unendlich freundliche Betreiber. Wir hatten das Jäger - und Paprikaschnitzel, Franks Brutzelburger und Kartoffelsalat. Alles wirklich ein Hochgenuss. Gute Portionen. Man wird auf jeden Fall satt! Bei diesen Portionen, dieser top Qualität (Neuland-Fleisch ..), Frische und so gut wie alles hausgemacht (Senf ... muss man nun wirklich nicht selber machen) müsste man bei den derzeitigen Lebensmittelpreisen wesentlich mehr Geld nehmen. Sie sind wirklich günstig. Es hat eigentlich Restaurantqualität. Viele Restaurants machen ein Schnitzel (wie hier frisch geklopft, saftig, kross und Panade Blasen bildend (oder wie man das nennt 🙈)) nicht so gut. Und vor allen Dingen selten mit so gutem Fleisch. Außerdem ist hausgemachte Soße eine Seltenheit geworden. Aber hier 🤗, superlecker! Schade, dass wir nicht um die Ecke wohnen.

Bin gestern dort gewesen und muss sagen klein aber fein die Begrüßung war ok. Ich habe 12 min auf das Essen gewartet das Preisleistungs Verhältnis ist gut hab 8,50 bezahlt. Allerdings hätten die Pommes nen tick knuspriger sein können und es wurde leider Ketchup Mayonnaise vergessen obwohl ich das gesagt habe und es wurde leider deswegen nicht nochmal nachgefragt ansonsten gut.

Es müffelt unentwegt nach Abfall, das Geschirr ist nicht sauber.

Was für eine Perle! Hier werden die leckeren Gerichte noch mit Herzblut zubereitet und z.B. der Kartoffelsalat oder die Currysoße noch selbst gemacht. Der Brutzelburger war ebenfalls exzellent, mit besten Zutaten und ein Augenschmaus obendrauf!!

..mit liebe und hausgemacht! Kartoffelsalat mit Schnitzel und Pfifferling Sauce heute war ganz stark! Mega lecker und nur zu empfehlen!
