Delicious! We were seated well, had a great view, and were served pleasantly. The appetizer was only available for two people. The marinated melon with avocado was good, but we would have preferred two individual appetizers, which would have been smaller. The main course, a 2* zander, was very tasty. The prices were a bit higher, but still okay.

I highly recommend this restaurant. 5 stars isn't enough. Every detail is lovingly prepared. We came to KroCo spontaneously and got a table. The food is amazing. My husband had the steak with spiced beef, and my mother and I had the chicken breast with pineapple-mango chutney. Absolutely delicious.

Since this restaurant was recommended to me on Google, we visited. Great location on the Oder River👍, so it's a top spot. It's quaint and cozy ☺️, with a spacious outdoor area. Friendly staff and a clean interior. The food was very good. Tafelspitz (boiled beef)/vegetarian combination of gnocchi, lentils, and cheese patties, and I treated myself to a soup and a salad.

We just wanted a glass of wine for two before a cultural event...some tables were even free. We were rudely turned away...even though there were four waiters at the bar. What a shame...

The best sauerfleisch (sauerfleisch) for miles around, friendly staff, and the rest of the menu is also decent. The owner and chef have since changed. They no longer serve sauerfleisch. The other dishes are very expensive and no longer meet my expectations.

A typical fast food chain. Service is fast. The menu is decent, and the quality is good. It's what you'd expect from an average chain. The restrooms could be cleaner. Slightly overpriced.

Highly recommended. Good, creative German cuisine. Fresh salads and deliciously prepared dishes, both vegetarian and with meat or fish, are not only a feast for the eyes. A good location directly on the Oder River. The decor is attractive, but still reminiscent of the previous tenant, which isn't a problem, but it's not a perfect fit either. The service was very attentive, quick, and friendly. We'd be happy to return for a good meal.

I can only give the restaurant 5 stars for what it offers. The food was excellent, the service thoroughly honest and very friendly. There were four of us here – the only thing we had, but we didn't deduct a star, was the schnitzel with baked spiced meat. It's a matter of taste – we only told them afterward that you can order the spiced meat separately. The schnitzel just gets soggy and doesn't look good. It's best to just order it separately – then everyone has the choice. The ox cheeks were very tender, boiled beef was delicious, and liver...yum, yum. NOTE: Portions are LARGE!!! But top quality. THANK YOU.

Absolutely not!! We wanted to have dinner there on Pentecost Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 6:50 p.m. We were pointed out quite forcefully right at the beginning of our visit... The kitchen is already cold and there's nothing left!!! Really??

The food and location were simply top-notch. Perhaps the selection was a bit limited for my taste. The only downside to the online reservation was that the birthday table we booked was set up as usual. Luckily, we had a plan B, and the staff tried to rectify this.

A very nice restaurant with a great selection, but not an overly extensive menu. The portions are on the upper end for fine dining, and probably too small for all-you-can-eat fans 😂 But overall, an absolutely fantastic place.

We ate outside on the terrace. The service was friendly and attentive, the food was good, and the ambiance was pleasant with a view of the Oder River.

A must in Frankfurt! Great service and the chef is simply in the top league! Fresh, varied and very creative!!! We always order vegetarian, which is not offered as "oh, we have to offer something vegetarian too", but is prepared very creatively and to a high quality. The service is very friendly even when the restaurant is full and we found a great solution to get a table even without a reservation! Thanks!

The restaurant is great. But: today we stopped by on the occasion of Mother's Day. You have a great terrace right on the river. If you offered a café there today, you would have a full house. Unfortunately that wasn't the case.

It was my first time at KroCo and I was very positively surprised. The menu is clear (always a good sign in my opinion) and the dishes are very tasty. There is something for every taste. We were served very nicely and courteously. Clear recommendation, would go again.

After a long time I was back at KroCo and knew what to expect - friendly service people and excellent food!! Today I had the ribs and for dessert, as always, the surprise dessert. Both incredibly delicious! You really deserve the stars. Thank you for your culinary delights. :D

Spent a lovely day here with the family. Rustic, very well-kept atmosphere. We had reserved, there were already children's chairs and cutlery prepared for the little ones. To our surprise, coloring books and pens were also available. In the entrance area there is a box with games, coloring books and books to read aloud. Both the staff and the guests gave us the feeling that the children were welcome. There was something for everyone during the meal. Allergies and intolerances could be discussed with the chef. He gave a very competent impression and was able to implement all of our wishes to our satisfaction. Everyone enjoyed it very much. In our opinion, it's worth a visit and we'll be happy to come back if we get the chance.

The ambience is a little old but it doesn't look bad, it's more rustic. The dishes were all very lovingly prepared and all very tasty. I had the black pudding as a starter and the zander fillet as a main course and both were very harmonious. The decoration of the plate was not intrusive but nice and something different (carrots and radish spagetti). Any intolerances were well addressed and could be discussed (with the chef personally, which always makes me feel good) There was a nice offer for the children so they could keep themselves busy and they were also treated in a friendly manner. The service staff was very nice at all times and the tables were also beautifully set up. Service was always close by and gave the feeling of always being approachable. We would be happy to come back at the next opportunity.

Went for coffee late on Sunday afternoon today. Good coffee, large piece of cake, whipped cream, super fast service. The best thing was the coffee with the cakes!!👍and an amaretto to say goodbye 🙏👍I would love to come back here. Greetings from Berlin

Fine dining category at an absolutely fair price. Great caramelized sheep cheese, fresh salad, great flavors. The veal liver cooked to perfection with buttery mashed potatoes and a pleasant jalapeno spiciness. The dessert was a dream. Refined with various spices, chocolate cakes with a melting center, tonka bean sponge cake, strawberry cream, berries and the whole thing is artfully decorated. Highly recommended. We still know this restaurant as “Kartoffelhaus” but we were also very happy with our selection in “KroCo”. Also recommended with the new operator...

We enjoyed a great meal here at Christmas. All very fine and delicious! The top hammer was the dessert with Mouse. Everything was put together perfectly and there was a taste explosion of the finest kind! Unfortunately, the service staff couldn't tell us everything that was on the plate (were the delicate white rosettes cheese?), but in any case the chef conjured up a fantastic creation! Thanks

KroCo is a cozy and rustic restaurant with friendly, quick service. The waitress gave our five-year-old a coloring book and crayons right at the beginning to help bridge the waiting time. With a reservation, five of us had lunch. Large portions were served that were lovingly and creatively prepared. Everyone enjoyed it.

I didnt eat anything , only had a coffee but it didn't like the place too much. We didn't even know if it was open it looked so empty on a Saturday afternoon. The waiters were nice and everything was clean but I didn't like the place at all. Average coffee costs over 5€

It was our first visit to KroCo and we can say that we would like to come back. It is a small restaurant and nicely decorated, it should be mentioned that there are some steps within the dining room which could be tricky for people with visual or walking difficulties. @KroCo maybe you could mark the steps again for better visibility. 🙂 The food was of a very good quality that is unparalleled in the area. With a starter/main course and a coffee drink afterwards, a price of just over €80 for two people was completely justified. Due to an intolerance to walnuts, we asked them to leave them out, which wasn't a problem for the KroCo team. 👍🏻 In addition, everyone from the team there was extremely courteous and attentive. We would be happy to come back and hope that everyone who reads this will have an equally good time at KroCo. 😌👍🏻

The dish (pull pork) was good, the BBQ sauce was very good, the accompanying salad was also OK, but half of the meat dish consisted of onions - they don't belong there, and if they do, then only with caution. That's why it's too expensive (only 3 small baguette slices as a side dish). Otherwise there is little choice and the prices are not fair.

New name, but old house and old interior and ambience. No music in the background. Food was good/okay. Price-performance ratio was just not right. The service was okay. But: shortly before 10 p.m. the tables were cleared away and the cushions were completely collected and brought in. It felt a bit like being kicked out.

Fairly strange place Stood completely confused waiting to get a table Made eye contact several times but nothing So I just sat down anyway and was sent over to another table Their menu is not very large but a lovely view of the river that divides Poland and Germany But when I get my food, I ordered a schnitzel Then I get something that looks nothing like a schnitzel I've ever had before There was some weird cheese and pork on top of a not very big schnitzel And you get the wettest salad on the same plate, which just makes all the fries completely wet and the schnitzel too Overall So me and Kenneth Hansen are fairly disappointed Wasn't full at all The bays are not even particularly cold I wasn't a fan They are maybe 9-10 degrees warm So not even refrigerator temperature Kenneth Hansen was not as offended as I was Big disappointment

The prices are reasonable for what you get! The schnitzel in particular is a real highlight. The children's plates are generous and cost less than 10 euros. Ambience and service are excellent!
