A perfectly cooked goose, breast and leg, ready for pickup at the agreed time. It was a culinary delight, with crispy skin and succulent meat. The red cabbage was also very well seasoned. Served with potato dumplings and gravy. Everything was excellent. I would definitely order from there again!
