Eating here is a pure joy every time! Nice big tables and great atmosphere! The only complaint I had every time was that there were only 1-2 waiters.

Nice place, we went there for dinner on Saturday evening without a reservation. We were given a very friendly welcome...you don't often see that the staff are in such a good mood even when the place is full...We had a wonderful evening. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back.

I was there for the first time yesterday and I was surprised and impressed. It's rare that I'm so convinced on the first visit. The food was very, very good and the fries were the best I've eaten in recent years. The staff is very friendly, courteous and quick. I will definitely make this my regular restaurant. And would recommend everyone to eat here. The prices are very fair, unlike others that are overpriced and can't even make fries. They simply have the best fries here.

Ordered from Lieferando. Lieferando indicated at 5:35 p.m. that the food was already there, and it should have been there. But it wasn't! At 6:08 p.m. the doorbell rings. The food was already cold and you could eat the pizza, but the tarte flambée had to be warmed up otherwise I wouldn't have been able to eat it. And as far as the burgers are concerned, I don't know who came up with the idea of ​​drowning them in a bowl of soggy fries and then shaking the package until everything was mixed up, but it didn't taste good. No wonder the delivery was free. I don't know if something like this happens often, but on Lieferando every third order (regardless of which restaurant) is something like this.

Ordered food to be delivered, after 1.5 hours the first phone call said the food would be there soon. After 2 hours the statement: the driver is on the way and will be there any moment... after 2.5 hours the food finally came and it was COLD!! Cold would have somehow been acceptable, but the food was inedible, chicken breast fillet was hard as a board, turkey schnitzel was raw from the inside and I don't even want to mention the fries... Hopefully everyone who orders there will have a better experience!

Were here shortly after the reopening, it was really worth it. We decided on burgers on site. Meat was juicy, sauce was delicious, burger buns were very good. Side dishes beautifully presented. The ambience of the steakhouse is great, especially in the dark. The staff was still rowing a bit, but they were trying very hard. In any case, we'll definitely keep it up again.

Since the reopening after a change of tenant, the service has noticeably changed for the better. No more long waiting times and super friendly service. The quality of the food itself is still very good. The only downside: the toilets were already locked fifteen minutes before closing time. The service staff didn't have a key and the boss had to go over from Credo to unlock it again. I was also asked 5 minutes before closing time if I could pay now, supposedly because of the cash register system that no longer allows payment afterwards. Unfortunately, this somewhat spoiled the end of an otherwise pleasant evening with delicious food and wine.

The tables are cleaned with window cleaner, very unappetizing if you are eating at the next table. The taste of the food wasn't a highlight, but it was ok. As an apology, a juice spritzer was served on the house. The waitress complained about the kitchen to distract from his incorrect order notes. Still questions?

I recently visited an Otto restaurant and would like to share my experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, ideal for a cozy evening. The selection of burgers was impressive, from classic cheeseburgers to creative versions with special ingredients. I chose the BBQ bacon burger which was grilled to perfection. The meat was juicy and the combination of smoky BBQ sauce and crispy bacon was simply delicious. The side dishes were also good, the fries were crispy and freshly made. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I can only recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a delicious burger!

The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice and the location is easy to reach. However, the service during our visit unfortunately left something to be desired. Our waitress was very difficult to understand with her accent and unfortunately sometimes wrote down incorrect things. Instead of the desired vintage style burger bun, everyone else received buns. In addition, the fried egg that I ordered was still on the burger and the Hugo resembled mineral water. The food itself tasted averagely good.

I am currently working with 20-30 colleagues at the trade fair. While looking for an alternative to pizza, we came across Otto by chance. We've had lunch several times with around 30 people. We always chose from the daily menu and pre-ordered via WhatsApp. We went to eat in groups of 10-12, 15 minutes apart and the preparation was perfect. As soon as we sat down, the food was on the table. No matter what we ordered - everything was delicious and plentiful! We would like to come more often and will definitely come with fewer people and definitely in the evening too! Keep it up! You understand how gastronomy can work today!

We visited Otto Lilienthal today and decided on two of the burgers. Our order was ready after a few minutes and tasted fresh and very good. The meat was nice and juicy and the components were well balanced. Only the party could have been a little more salty, but that's a matter of taste and didn't do anything bad for the overall composition. We found it a bit of a shame that the fries that were included with the burger could not be exchanged for a baked potato (also offered) (not even for an additional charge). The only option would have been to leave out the fries (without a price reduction) and then order the baked potato at full price (€5), which is a bit incomprehensible to us. We think the prices are very fair. Unfortunately, we hadn't noticed before our visit that there were two different URLs for the website and the map and thought the website wasn't working and therefore had no way of seeing the menu and were a bit skeptical, so I've attached photos of this one for future reference want to know beforehand what to expect (and not see the correct link)😀 I can only recommend the restaurant. PS: We can also highly recommend the chocolate suffle, but unfortunately it was already gone before the photo was taken
