Sehr guter Döner das Brot ist frisch gebacken das Fleisch schmeckt brutal und alles sehr frisch nur zu empfehlen. Am besten Steak Menü!!!

Ich war von der Dönerbox und dem Sandwich wirklich enttäuscht. In beiden war fast kein Hühnerfleisch, sodass ich danach noch hungriger war als vorher. Das einzig Gute war die Qualität des Brotes.

Falafel Sandwich als vegetarische Alternative ist super. Die Falafel werden frisch gemacht und haben die richtige Konsistenz, Feuchtigkeit und schmecken nicht nach Koriander. Einziger Knackpunkt - die Größe. Also Minion unter 1.60 cm ist er für mich ausreichend, auch wenn es gerne mehr sein dürfte. Vor allem auch an Soße würde gespart. Auch wenn alles teurer wird sind 8.50 für drei Falafel, etwas Brot, Salat und einen Spritzer Soße doch etwas happig.

Ich habe eine Dönerbox für 8,50 bestellt. Das ist ein üblicher Preis in der Stadt. Fleisch und Gemüse waren lecker. Die Fleischmenge war aber erbärmlich. Es waren nicht mehr als 100 Gramm. Für den Preis ist das inakzeptabel.

Haben über Lieferando bestellt und 1,5h gewartet obwohl max. 35min angegeben wurde. Telefonisch niemand erreichbar. Lahmacun schmeckte verdorben, musste weggeschmissen werden. Döner war scharf obwohl ohne scharfe Sauce angegeben wurde. Ist jetzt das zweite mal dass das passiert. Eigentlich war der Laden sonst immer top.

Ich habe zwei Dürüm bestellt, aber stattdessen zwei normale Kebabs bekommen. Das war schon enttäuschend, aber noch schlimmer war die Wartezeit. Ich habe fast anderthalb Stunden auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Für so eine lange Wartezeit hätte ich zumindest erwartet, dass die Bestellung korrekt ist. Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Hallo,war heute 25.02. Um 17 Uhr da und wollte bestellen. 2 Mitarbeiter haben alles entspannt gemacht,gelacht,türkisch gesprochen. Ich stand mindestens 5 Minuten da,keiner hat sich interessiert was ich bestellen möchte. Bin dann rausgegangen. Als Kundin die begrüßt hat,aber keiner reagiert hat,habe ich mich nicht wohl gefühlt.

Toller Döner, sehr leckere Pommes, nette Jungs hinterm Tresen. So wie es sein soll im Döner des Vertrauens.

Wir holen eigentlich sehr gerne Döner von diesem Laden, aber heute waren wir wirklich schockiert. In unserem Döner haben wir etwas extrem Ekelhaftes gefunden – nämlich einen ZAHN. So etwas darf einfach nicht passieren. Der Appetit war sofort weg, und wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Wir hoffen sehr, dass der Laden die Hygiene und Qualitätskontrollen dringend überprüft, damit so etwas nie wieder vorkommt. Bis dahin werden wir leider nicht mehr dort bestellen / essen.

Ich möchte keine schlechte Bewertung schreiben. Tut mir leid, aber ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Bin ein echt kritischer Typ was Döner angeht, aber sie haben es quasi perfektioniert. Fleisch super Beilagen super Brot absolut krass. Vielleicht ist es nur mein Geschmack aber sie treffen ihn zu 100%. Weiter so und kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Ich mache normalerweise nie eine Bewertung aber die Jungs aus diesem Laden haben es so verdient. Als erstes muss Ich sehr loben wie freundlich und herzlich die Mitarbeiter sind. Man merkt das viel Liebe in dem Laden steckt. Das Kebab Brot ist in meinen Augen das beste in der Stadt. Die Soßen und das Fleisch egal ob Rind oder Hähnchen und deren Börek schmecken sehr gut. Mein Freund findet das Falafel Halloumi Sandwich unnormal lecker. Dieser Laden sollte viel mehr Aufmerksamkeit bekommen!!! 10/10

Der Döner war früher einer meiner lieblings dönerläden jetzt leider nicht mehr

Kaltes Fleisch, geschmacklos, dick und roh. Früher war es besser.

Es war sehr gut und das Fleisch (Steak und Hähnchen) hatte genau den richtigen Salzgehalt, anders als in anderen Restaurants in München. Das Brot war auch sehr gut (frisch vor Ort zubereitet) und die Pommes waren schön knusprig. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ordered a veggie plate for take away. There was no bread. No separation of ingredients. The sauce, salad and veggies were served literally next to each other to form a soggy mix. Extremely disappointing!! I paid the full price for nothing!

I ordered through Lieferando and the delivery never arrived. After almost two hours, I could track the driver in the app and the status changed to "delivered," but the food never arrived. The restaurant is unreachable by phone. The restaurant didn't contact me at all. Lieferando canceled the order after two and a half hours, and I'm still hungry. 😁

Terrible service. They promised free fries but didn't deliver. The food arrived an hour later than promised and was cold because it was transported in the rain without a warming box. Unfortunately, ordering here was a bad decision.

Absolute joke, don't be fooled. €20 for a doner kebab box and a "doner." The "beef doner" is no bigger than a banh mi. Absolute rip-off, not only in terms of size but also in terms of service. They listen to what you want, and you even get a sheet with your instructions on it, but it's just stupid that they can't read or understand it themselves. I ordered it without spicy, got it spicy, the doner kebab box was ordered with salad, and it came with fries. If a pretty woman comes into the shop, no one can concentrate anymore. Just lose it.

Delivery was fast and friendly. I ordered beef with fries, sauce, and vegetables for €15. EVERYTHING was crammed into a small cardboard box and delivered like that! The food arrived cold, soggy, and looked absolutely disgusting! I contacted Lieferando, and they gave me a phone number, but no one answered, so they could have sorted it out. And then this! What a disgrace!

Unfortunately, my visit to Food Factory was a bitter disappointment. I ordered a kofte durum and discovered that neither the quality nor the freshness were up to scratch. The durum bread was raw and not at all fully baked – more doughy than crispy. The kofte themselves didn't seem fresh, but tasted watery and had a very gristly texture – they were probably frozen and not prepared properly. The salad didn't seem fresh either – its mushy consistency and slightly sour smell strongly suggested it was from the day before. Overall, the dish was neither flavorful nor in any way appetizing. For the price, I definitely expected something different. It's a shame – with a name like Food Factory, I would have hoped for significantly more care and quality.

Legendary Kebab Sandwich in Germany

Above standard good and high quality kebab, which you don't expect in this part of the city. Definitely worth trying. Luxurious beef is a big plus and as a bonus they have a really special pita bread, which resembles a hot dog bun more than a hamburger bun. Interesting combination.

The fries were simply awful and incredibly overpriced. Next time, I'd rather go to McDonald's. The packaging was poor quality and poorly presented. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The fries still sit in my stomach like a stone.

For me, Food Factory is the best doner/kebab shop in the area. I go there regularly, and the food is always consistently good quality! The sauces are delicious and spicy, and the baguette is always crispy. A clear 5 stars!

We both had the Veggie Dürüm. It's filled with grilled vegetables and crumbled feta. It was soooo delicious. And perfectly rolled. For us, the best veggie doner in Munich so far!

The dürüm was dry and didn't have much flavor, there was far too little sauce on it which is why I can only give it 2 stars.

I had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, with the standout dishes being the Käse pide and baklava—both were incredible. The staff were warm and welcoming.

How salty can food be? The taste is really great but after eating I drank 1.5 liters of water within a very short time. Because I was extremely thirsty and had a strong taste of salt in my mouth. Maybe you should reconsider the amount of salt in your food!

As a Turkish, I really do not like döner with sauce and when you order it without sauce, you usually can not taste the actual meat. I have tried many döner places in Munich and gave this one a shot. Finally, meat serves tasty by one Turkish person. Whether it is beef or chicken, if you eat it without sauce, there is no difference from döner in Turkey. They also make their own bread and dürüms which add even more to the authentic taste. I have had it both at the place and as delivery both times it was fast, warm, and the staff was friendly.

Disappointing taste experience and lack of care in the meat selection I am unfortunately very disappointed with my last visit to Foodfactory. I had already noticed in previous orders that the beef had an unpleasant, "mutton-like" flavor. For this reason, I switched to turkey/chicken kebabs. Unfortunately, my order today – two doner boxes with chicken – was also a disappointment in terms of taste: Here, too, the mutton flavor was clearly present. What is particularly annoying is that I specifically ordered chicken, but apparently there were still pieces of beef in the meat, or the chicken was mixed with the beef. For me, this is an absolute no-go, because as a customer, you should be able to rely on the type of meat you ordered actually being delivered and that no flavor transfer occurs. I hope Foodfactory urgently works on quality assurance in this regard and clearly differentiates between meat types in the future so that such errors do not occur again. Conclusion: Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend Foodfactory.

One of the best kebabs in Munich - turkey kebab in this size for 5 euros is already cheap in Munich - meat and vegetable ratio is very good and plentiful - 4 sauces to choose from so there is definitely something for everyone - there is also beef kebab (I haven't seen it like that anywhere else in Munich, otherwise only veal is still common for me) - bread is just right, crispy and nice and soft on the inside - friendly team - clean atmosphere - please keep it up on this scale for a long time - too Many good kebab shops have developed negatively over time in the past and can no longer be visited with a clear conscience - I wish you continued success, even despite the Corona period 👍 Update 2025: No longer at the previous level with a clear need for improvement

I've eaten at Food Factory a few times now and have always come back with more enjoyment. This time I was there in a group of 7. Despite the large order, we got our food pretty quickly. And it was just fantastic! The service was outstanding and you felt very comfortable thanks to the good mood of the employees. Absolute recommendation for everything this store offers, whether dürüm kebab, baklava, fries and much more!

Unfortunately, as a Muslim you are not welcome in the Turkish shop because there are pictures of AtaShirk hanging there and people look at you strangely if you walk in with the peace greeting. Despite this, the food was good but unfortunately we won't be able to visit again.

My friend recommended this place to me because he ate here four months ago and was satisfied. Unfortunately I have to say that the quality has decreased significantly. The kebab plate was a disappointment - hardly any meat, but lots of rice and salad. If you want to eat rice, this is the place for you, but if you're expecting a decent plate of kebab, you'll be disappointed. The kebab slides to number 1 for me out of all the ones I've tried so far. We had the kebab plate with turkey, a Dürüm with beef and a normal kebab with turkey. I ordered a dürum without tomatoes because I can't tolerate them I got a kebap with tomatoes and fries even though I specifically asked if it was a dürum without tomatoes and was told yes, it's your order... And that's probably been the case 7 times out of the last 10 times I've been there. In the future I won't be going there again and unfortunately I can't recommend the shop anymore

Ladies and Gentlemen I ordered at 7pm and my food arrived at 9:30pm, apart from the long wait my order didn't even arrive properly. I ordered a turkey kebab and got an ice-cold Sucuk sandwich. I also didn't have any tomatoes with the kebab and of course I got the tomatoes, but not the turkey kebab I was expecting. I can't say anything about the service or the ambience since I wasn't there in person. All in all a horror order and definitely not recommended.

The taste is very good, but the price is relatively expensive. Employees are friendly.

Most review writers only wrote 2-3 reviews in total - it looks like they're getting the 5* themselves, just a guess... We had kebab and Dürüm with extra cheese. That was about 7 euros each. But there is very little meat. The tomato sauce tasted very dominantly of tomato paste and was otherwise hardly seasoned... The Dürüm was actually not a real Dürüm, but more of a flat dough. Dürüm is a thin, flat dough and not like pita bread... We lived in Berlin for years, where you have a kebab shop on every corner and are embarrassed in the office the next day because you smell like garlic. That can't happen to you here - no garlic, no spice, no chili... but tomato paste...

We ordered food there for €30. The driver didn't ring the bell, just sent a photo of the food that was left on the doorstep. Unfortunately nothing could be found there. We then wanted to call the restaurant but couldn't reach anyone. We still had to pay the €30 for Ubereats. Very annoying.

The delivery person drives around with my food for 30 minutes even though I live 10 minutes away, only to stand in the McDonalds drive-thru for another 30 minutes. I canceled and will never order again, no one answers the phone an absolute disaster.

€8.50 for a Dürüm kebab is already a strong price. Turkey meat wasn't completely cooked through. I've been sick ever since. I can't recommend it. Price simply doesn't match the performance. So I ordered here for the first time today. The team there is super nice and hardworking. I think it's good to have two types of meat. Beef was very tasty. I can imagine even more variety of vegetables and maybe a fresh dressing with lemon but it tastes good even without that and I would eat here again. By the way, spicy wasn't spicy.
