We had stayed at a Fleming's Hotel in Frankfurt and expected this hotel to be similar, but were a bit disappointed in the room's appointments. The room was of a good size, but the wardrobe was kind of small and inadequate for a stay as long as we had planned. It would have been a good size for a single person staying for a few nights. I ended up requesting a second sling luggage holder so we could operate out of our suitcases. There was only one chair in the room besides the desk chair. The bed was comfortable, the housekeeping staff did a good job keeping the room clean. They put out drinks for us at least every other day, including bottled water. I think they may have given us a room for handicapped guests based on the toilet, which had fold down arms that made it throne-like, We did not eat at the restaurant except for breakfast. The breakfast buffet was outstanding in my opinion, as was the attentiveness and friendliness of the restaurant staff. On a few of the days, there was a large group of breakfast customers, which had the staff a little overwhelmed, but they certainly tried hard. When the atmosphere was a little more relaxed, they did a very good job of keeping up with customers desires. One of the young ladies deserves particular praise, in my opinion - she saw that i had left my backpack hanging on the back of my chair after breakfast. She ran a block and a half to get it to me as we were on our way with our luggage to catch the Lufthansa Express bus to the airport. I would have figured it out when I didn't have our return tickets for the bus, but she saved us a lot of time and effort. I wish I had asked her name.

the hotel is located in an area full of construction sites and being on the 4th floor the building swings significantly. I wouldn't recommend it

Joelle at the breakfast was excellent, while all the staff were good she was great, big smile, efficient and welcoming. The front desk staff were very helpful with directions. The location, across from the train station was great! The housekeeping department was bad, I had to ask for things several times. Each time the room was cleaned there was something missing.

Located in the middle of the city center and therefore ideal for a city tour. However, there are a lot of construction sites all around that spoil the whole thing. You can't even get anywhere close to getting from A to B by bike. There is currently demolition work in the building next door which was not communicated by the hotel before arrival. From 9 a.m. the whole building shakes, there is dust, noise and the parking space is severely limited. Vehicles that have to be parked in the courtyard are full of construction dust after a day. Unfortunately, you have to bear the costs for cleaning yourself. And they also charge parking fees for that. If we had known this in advance, we would have canceled the stay accordingly. We were not offered an alternative hotel when we checked in but only when we expressed our displeasure at checkout. The whole general service, be it reception, restaurant or housekeeping is subpar. 3 days stay and no cleaning of the hotel room. Forgotten orders in the restaurant, not accepting cash payment and service staff who simply ignore you when you want to place an order. Breakfast for €27/day/person is not worth the price given the limited selection. Room in the attic over two floors was still OK, but the air conditioning was too weak for the upper sleeping area. We won't be coming back on our next business trip.

The staff at check-in and in the bar/breakfast bar are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely great. You don't have to check in via PC. Unfortunately there is also no room for your suitcases before and after your stay. But all in all a great hotel with a good breakfast and nice staff. We'd love to come back.

Ragged shop, small rooms with a transparent shower right next to the bed, SPA closed, 2/3 of the services not affordable. Much promised, very little delivered. At least the rooms are clean and the only employee available is extremely overwhelmed but tries hard.

Service was outstanding and super helpful. Unfortunately half of the rooms are next to a major long-term construction site. At 7AM you are awoken by the whole building vibrating and loud noise. I find the room prices are not justified. For sure the hotel is compensated by the contractor for this major inconvenience. They should pass it on to guests… The least the hotel could do is to inform guests of this inconvenience in advance.

- Check-in is an imposition. It's digital, there are a ton of questions asked, it's tedious to type. Even with spontaneous help from the receptionist, it's arduous. - "Modern" bathroom, which means: . Completely transparent shower into the room . You cannot close the water outlet on the sink . The sink tap is very low: you can't put your face under it or fill a bottle.

Our experience was a very wonderful at the Flemings Hotel München-City the staff was amazing the lunch we had was a pizza and was one of the best ones we had so far I will say event better than the one we had in Italy The breakfasts was amazing lots of choices on the offer the coffee beautiful aroma and the beer 🍻 very smooth and cool I will recommend to all of our friends and family if they want to travel to Munich With all the love and Respect to the staff Victor & Samantha 😍

Nice location, but practically no service whatsoever. The his felt like a very low cost hostel. You get to create your own room keys in a four star hotel while talking to a somewhat rude service person. Check in was delayed for 20 minutes because their own website that took in the booking was not showing the payment confirmation even though I received a reservation confirmation. Rooms are small, outdated. Curtains cant create darkness. I’ve spent over 100 days in other Flemings hotels. I can’t imagine coming back.

Very nice hotel in a central location in Munich. Clean, convenient, great breakfast, and excellent service from the staff. I personally want to compliment Shaun for his professionalism and attitude. Shaun literally went the extra mile by chasing a guest outside the hotel with a bag of goodies to give him, complimentary, to take away because he didn’t have enough time to eat. Very well done, Shaun! Keep up the good work.

We spent three nights at the Flemings Hotel near Munich Central Station. The location is really excellent, with good connections to the public transport network. Now to the negative part of our stay: We had booked the Signature Maisonette Studio, which has a hefty price. Unfortunately, upon arrival we noticed that the room was quite dusty. After our complaint, we were immediately offered cleaning staff, which we declined, saying that cleaning the next morning would be enough. Unfortunately, no one showed up to clean the room the next morning, and the room wasn't cleaned on the second day either, even though we had requested and been assured that the room would be cleaned daily. At least the gentleman at reception was kind enough to give us fresh towels and two vouchers for a Secco in the restaurant (which we found unnecessary and didn't redeem). Additionally, the ventilation in the bathroom and one of the televisions didn't work. The coffee machine was dirty and initially poured brown mud into the cup, which we had to use for three days because no one cleaned the room. Flemings, please check your rooms thoroughly. There were massive cleanliness and hygiene problems. For the price it was an incredibly bad experience and more like a hostel. I can definitely not recommend this hotel and would advise anyone not to book there.

The hotel is very well located and the rooms themselves are quite good, unfortunately I have to criticize the curtains. The rooms cannot be completely darkened, which is quite unpleasant in the summer because it gets light early and the room is therefore very bright and you are woken up early. The cleanliness was good except for the insufficient dust removal. The breakfast buffet was very good and very rich. The location is very good. You're right next to the main train station, but you don't notice much of the noise. I'll definitely be happy to come back, but next time I'll make sure it's darkened properly.

No hot water at night (after 11pm) for all 3 nights that we stayed there. No luggage storage, so you have to go to the locker nearby. And no room cleaning during our stay although they told us that they will do the cleaning in the 2nd day.

We were upset to know that there were no luggage storage service at this hotel. The hotel information indicated luggage service is availabe but we were asked to scan QR code to use paid self-service locker to keep luggage after check out. We booked late afternoon train, so we had to pay Euro 39 for the storage fee for 2 luggage. The unpleasant experience made us feel not welcome to stay. The receptionist was nice otherwise.

It has been a very uncomfortable stay. To begin with, the room was very cold. But much! Even though the heating was on, it did not get hot enough on the two nights I stayed. The room is unpleasant, with the TV too far from the bed and too poor lighting. Especially in the toilet: impossible to get ready in the morning due to lack of light. And the bottom line was that on the afternoon of the first day and the morning of the second, there was no hot water, so I had to shower both times with cold water. Since there is no telephone in the room to contact the reception (how crazy about self-check-in receptions!), I went down to the reception twice to protest: on neither occasion was anyone there . A disaster! Not only will I not return to your hotel, but I will recommend that no one stay there.

Receptionist refused to store our bags after check out. Instead we were given a QR code to book for paid locker space somewhere 5 minutes down the road. No thanks! What made it even stranger is that we were able to leave bags with reception before check-in without any problems (we were even given printed tickets for them, so it was clearly a routine process!). When checking out we were told that it was not allowed/possible to leave bags with the hotel. (?!) Seems like a bizarre policy for a hotel who markets itself as relatively premium and attentive to customer service. We left feeling very annoyed about the inconvenience rather than thinking about the great breakfast or lovely sauna facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful otherwise.

The worst experience that i could ever have on a hotel on Germany. No hot water for 3 days in a row, no heat, cheap breakfast even though you pay it extra, no parking, small rooms, no bed for kids. Price a much way higher what they can offer. With a little kid it gets even more difficult staying in there. Not recommended.

The most disappointing experience I've ever had. I stayed there for 2 days the heat at the room was not working, the hot water wasn't working too. They kept telling that the water will get fixed moment by moment but it never got fixed until I was there.

Rooms are getting old, curtains don't provide any darkness. The shower head couldn't be snapped into place. Be careful when choosing rooms, sometimes very noisy surroundings and taxi drivers waiting and chatting at the hotel. However, breakfast was really good.

Self check in is simply a joke and unfriendly Regarding your answer. It's not about the supposedly easier thing, but about the impersonal welcome at your hotel by a computer. As a business traveler, I am happy about a personal greeting and the feeling of being welcome. A computer can never convey that. Every hotel next door can give this feeling. It's a shame that this path was chosen here.

Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne zu Ihnen, denn alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind gerne da und freuen sich über „schnatternde“ Gäste. Man wird sehr herzlich umsorgt, erhält tolle Tipps und sollte tatsächlich mal z.B. ein Lämpchen nicht leuchten wird das flott geprüft und ausgetauscht. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und besonders freuen wir uns immer auf das frische Obst, denn es gibt nur noch sehr selten Hotels, die auf die Convenience Produkte verzichten. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne und freuen uns auf die bequemen Betten und sauberen Zimmer. Und dann liegt das Hotel noch sehr zentral.

I have never seen such bad service in my life. A woman washed the floor and then went straight into the kitchen to cook. That is not healthy at all. And the waiter, who was the owner of the place, behaved very badly. Hnmm…… I just wanted something to eat, waited the whole time and gave my opinion about the cleanliness, then it was my fault and I was treated extremely badly and even had to pay even though I didn't even see my food and was said very bad things because I'm a foreigner. I was very dissatisfied, please never go!

Die Tenne ist einmalig. Egal, ob man abends mit einem Kumpel nett zu Abend essen möchte oder in großer Runde feiern: Du hast immer nette Bedienungen, die schnell und freundlich sind, und mit Dir von Mensch zu Mensch sprechen. Die Atmo ist die eines ungeheuer gemütlichen, originären und 100 % authentisch gebliebenden Wirtshauses mit viel dunklem Holz, das Essen hat eine riesige Auswahl und schmeckt super. Die Antonius-Tenne ist in Sendling einfach eine Institution, die man erlebt haben muss. Ich war zweimal mit einem Kumpel da, wir haben sofort die fantastische Wirtin Sylvia kennengelernt und waren gestern nochmal mit großer Runde aus dem Job da, wo wir es uns haben gutgehen lassen. Große Empfehlung!
