Food was okay. Ambience could be better.

We were in the restaurant in December Ambience rather spartan Food (rumpsteat) was great. Guest room and toilet much too cold. More of a restaurant for the summer.

A really successful American diner, of course in a German version, because we are in Germany. The food came super quickly and was very tasty and, above all, extremely good value for money.

Heating doesn't work, only a fan heater was set up. Burgers are made with TK Parties. The room smells like a slaughterhouse and the furnishings are already showing their age. I don't have to go there again.

I have one thing. Tell the boss personally so all respect, everything was great, the food was really good, the spareribs were great as it should be...the waitress today on the 1st of Advent 24 was all alone and handled 40 customers with flying colors even though she was alone and the shop has to Be warm next time it was very cold in the restaurant but still big praise to you, we'll be happy to come back

When we got there the restaurant was very cold and therefore uncomfortable. The seat covers have had to be replaced for a while and are very worn out. About the food: The taste of the burger was actually very, very good, but the bun was put on the grill at 10 in the morning. It was very fresh and tasted good, but it was cold. Just like the grilled pepperoni. It also looks anything but appealing if you just order a burger that comes on a white plate without any decoration. Unfortunately, the whole thing doesn't correspond to the taste of the burger. If the surroundings were just as good as this one, it would have been given 5 stars.

The fries are really very good. The burgers taste very good and are quite large for the price. The staff is very friendly and you receive service very quickly and courteously. Unfortunately only one point for the ambience because in summer it is pleasantly cool but in autumn it gets cold. In the fall of 22 they said the heating was broken, in the fall of 23 the reason was maintenance work and in the year 24 it just takes a while for the heating to warm everything up. Since I eat here often and there is someone different every time, I know that none of the reasons mentioned apply. I would rather pay €2 more if I didn't have to freeze. This is really unpleasant.

Ate delicious Greek burger there. Friendly service, good portions and acceptable prices.

Very good hamburgers and a large selection, something for everyone! I didn't like the desserts, but I'm still completely satisfied. American diner feeling.

Why not “Fire and Flame”? That would probably be too obstructive. The restaurant impresses with its competence and simple product at a low price. The buns of the burgers taken out of a packaging cannot be criticized. My 3 liters of iced tea were delicious and cheap. There are parking options, although this is tricky for some lowered tuning cars. Sit outside, sit inside, both are delicious

1. Visit: Had a steak with barbecue sauce and fries, it was grilled to perfection! The service is a little slow and it would be better to be careful here! ... If a drink is empty and has been for a while, you could ask if you would like to drink something else. The ambience is not quite as clean as it should originally be (maybe that has changed now) 2nd visit Went there spontaneously for dinner today on Sunday, October 13th, 24 at 12:30 p.m.... Oh dear oh dear... The first meal was rump steak with cheddar and Orion and a side dish: salad was too much vinegar, you couldn't eat it! The rump steak looked great on the plate BUT the first cut was tough, the second was the same and so it was with my friends too! We completely returned the meal and then decided on a schnitzel (whereupon the waitress said that the pork schnitzels were knocked out because they had been stored incorrectly)... Great!!! Then we ordered turkey schnitzel, which unfortunately was completely bloody in the middle / not fried... The cook seems to have been a temporary helper for today but had no idea about cooking!!! The service was very nice! We won't let anything get to the lady! Unfortunately she had to listen to and accept everything. You can't say anything about the price, it's ok 👌 However, for today's meal we would have liked if they had apologized or given us a voucher for the next visit. So despite today's negative experience we had to pay the full price! Free parking spaces are available. 3. In summer you have the opportunity to sit outside, the first time we were there it was said that all seats were reserved from 6:30 p.m. We were there until 8:45 p.m. and no guests came and nobody sat outside ?!? It was strange 😐 ... Can only explain to me that the stairs and the walk to the tables over the gravel are not pleasant and that's why they said it was reserved?! Today we can’t recommend the food! But I would like to be fair, because we have always been satisfied and have had a good experience with the chef, who is always there. In any case, I can recommend the food with a clear conscience 😉 Just not TODAY, October 13, 2024 Until the next visit 🙈😅

I honestly don't know where to start. No EC card payment possible, both pinball machines are defective, the pool table cover is torn, the red seats are worn out and partly torn. Food was ok, but nothing special. somehow I remembered it differently.

Everything is right here. Nice ambience, nice and fast service and super good food. The burgers are fresh, juicy and well prepared. The fries and coleslaw are also delicious. The price/performance ratio is right here. We'd love to come back.

The food was very tasty, the fries were very salty. Service wasn't as attentive at U S as at other tables. Devices with money slots for children are unfortunately defective (cars and pinball machines)

Price performance very good. Nothing wrong with the burger and the side orders were plentiful. The cole slaw could be homemade.

Okay for a quick burger on your lunch break. Unfortunately the patties are not fresh but frozen. Fresh beef would be desirable for a diner like this. The buns aren't really that special either, they're just ready-made products. I think that you would be happy to pay a little more if the quality was right. In terms of time, a freshly mashed ground beef burger with a potato bun and caramelized onions isn't much more. The diner has more potential as it shows, it's a nice shop!

Unfortunately it used to be better... there's no question of quality here and in terms of taste you can get it better at home.

This is the most helpful and nicest staff I have ever encountered. I have traveled a lot. The rooms are very clean and towels are changed daily. Our additional requests were all fulfilled. It is also quiet in the hotel. Not like the overcrowded ones Strongholds.The breakfast is also very plentiful.I sincerely begrudge the managing couple every guest.You are treated humanely there.Which cannot be said of many hotels in Budva. Classic American diner. Very attentive and friendly employees.

There were two of us there and we had take away (taken with us and eaten 3 minutes later): Milkshake peanut butter Classic Burger with Cheese Bacon burgers Southern Fries (Curly Fries) Positive: The ambience in the restaurant is very nicely designed, something similar is rare in the area, it looks exactly like you would imagine a typical American diner to be. The milkshake delivered a lot, it was very good, I would almost like to say that I have rarely had better. The burger sauce was OK too. Negative: Unfortunately, I have to say about the curly fries that they really don't taste like anything. In addition, some of them were very “mushy”. A little seasoning couldn't hurt the potatoes, but you have to say that most of them were cross. Now about the burger: Of course you can't expect the world for €10, but this burger was really bad. One had the feeling it was a typical ready-made burger. Both the buns and the patties tasted like they came from the freezer and had the same consistency as a ready-made burger. Absolutely top food, very friendly and attentive service

Burgers and schnitzels are very good, the portions are generous, and the price-performance ratio is fair! Unfortunately, the latter in particular has now become very, very, rare... Some things, and sometimes the service, are a bit rustic, but we like the authentic style. Most of the time the service is really friendly... All in all recommended, and nice that it is there for the diners..

Very disappointed. The service has always been very good and the food has always been great. Then you come into the new service where you first complain about why you didn't make a reservation. It would take time to eat. We accepted it and sat down. But instead of at least drinking, he was busy getting upset with everyone who didn't have a reservation. After sitting there for 15 minutes and just complaining, we unfortunately left. Very unfortunate. I have different memories with nice ladies who did a great job.

The smell of burnt and old oil. Dirt in the toilet, cobwebs on the ceiling and dust in the ventilation. Food not good. The pork chop was impossible to eat, it was like rubber. The burgers are not tasty. They used to have a good kitchen, but that was a few years ago. I cannot recommend it and will never eat there again.

We went to the all-you-can-eat burger evening at the diner with four people on a Wednesday. We all really enjoyed it, there were burgers for every taste. The service was very friendly. Absolutely recommended at this price. My favorite is the Odenwälder Burger with cooked cheese!!!

The burgers are really recommended. Also for lovers of the meatless version. And if you still have space, you should try the warm ApplePie. A poem. Always happy to come back.

Solid 4 out of 5 stars. The quality of the burgers and patties are not outstanding BUT you have to remain realistic for the price. For an all you can eat burger it's a good price. Service was very nice, the only surprise was that there was no alcohol served during the visit. (It was just a promotion in April). Happy to come back ;)

Very great American atmosphere! 🇺🇸🇩🇪 The food was very tasty and the price was right. The waitress was there quickly and took the order. Overall the atmosphere is like a diner in America.

It's been a long time since we've been to the American Diner, hungry and hoping for a quick meal. Unfortunately, this hope was dashed relatively quickly. The meal was announced to take about half an hour to ¾ of an hour, and the starter arrived after an hour. We waited about 1½ hours for the main course. No problem, it would have been busy - but it wasn't. Guests who arrived between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. were asked to leave because no one could be served at the moment (8 people weren't served, 2 of them ran out again) because the waitress needed a "break to catch her breath." Although the staff was friendly, the service was relatively slow. However, as usual, the food was very, very good!

Ate very tasty steaks! It is definitely recommended if you want to go and book a table, although others were lucky but not!

It's a shame, we remembered it differently. The furniture was worn out, the whole room smelled of frying oil and so did our clothes. The burger buns were doughy, supposedly toasted, I preferred to leave them alone, the rest was ok. The Curliefries and the sweet potato fries, on the other hand, were really tasty, and the service was very nice and attentive. Guests arriving were constantly asked whether they had reserved, which didn't seem serious to me, given that there were two occupied tables in the guest room. It's a real shame given the great location.

Wollte dort mit einem Freund Spareribs essen, die es leider nicht gab. Außerdem war die große Verglasung sehr schmutzig. Ich kann die Gaststätte nicht empfehlen!

Really cool American style diner, with burgers, steaks and other American dishes. They have milkshakes and American drinks as well as traditional German drinks. Great value too.

Great food and very friendly staff.

Die Wirtin war sehr freundlich und die Burger und Pommes sehr lecker. Das Ambiente würde ich eher als rustikal und in die Jahre gekommen beschreiben. Zudem war es im Dezember drinnen sehr kühl. Im Nebenraum befinden sind Flipper, Billardtische und Dartscheiben. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.

Super Leckerer Burger frisch und schnell zubereitet

Es müffelt nach Frittierfett, das Essen ist nichts besonderes, man kann es aber essen. Die Bedienungen hatten wohl beide einen schlechten Tag gehabt. Das Ambiente ist dafür schön.

Sind ziemlich spät an einem Sonntag da gewesen. Essen war okay, aber absolut nichts besonderes. Leider sind wir, aufgrund unserer größeren Gruppengröße, in einer ziemlich dunklen Ecke untergebracht worden. Im Restaurant hat es etwas nach altem Fritösenfett gerochen, das war im Nachhinein etwas unangenehm. Ich war vor ein paar Jahren schon einmal da und habe es als besser empfunden. Allerdings muss dazu gesagt werden, dass es preislich sehr erschwinglich ist. Für ein Getränk und einen einfachen Bürger ca. 11€, also absolut okay und die Bedienung war freundlich.

Mittwochs all you can eat für 15 Euro kann man echt nicht meckern. Mehr als fair. Die Burger sind nicht schlecht, relativ große Auswahl, man bekommt auf jeden Fall was für sein Geld. Bedienung auch sehr freundlich und Humorvoll. Das Restaurant hat einen richtigen American Diner Stil, es ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat trotzdem Charm. Warum nur drei Sterne dann? Die Toiletten. Zumindest die Herren Toiletten.. Jesus Maria und Josef, wenn man die Tür öffnet wird man von so einem extrem starken Ammoniak begrüßt, als würde überall hin gepinkelt einen Monat lang und man lässt es trocknen und putzt nicht ein einziges Mal. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, nicht mal auf Bahnhofstoiletten. Wirklich schade, denn saubere Toiletten gehören zu den Basics das sich ein Gast wohl fühlt, die Toiletten hier hinterlassen aber einen bleibenden Eindruck.

Sehr lecker mit Familie Essen gewesen. Essen schmeckte sehr frisch und es waren sehr große Portionen.

Das Ambiente könnte schöner sein. Speziell jetzt im Herbst, wenn man nicht mehr draußen sitzen kann, ist es im Diner, der schon recht spartanisch eingerichtet ist, auch ganz schön kühl. Da hilft auch der aufgestellte Heizlüfter nicht wirklich. Das Essen ist geschmacklich ok. Wir hatten die Ofenkaroffeln und einen Burger. Das einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat war, dass mein Burger nahezu kalt war. Offenbar haben die Ofenkartoffeln meiner Frau länger gebraucht und der Burger musste halt solang warten. Hier sollte man dringend nachbessern. Notfalls halt den Burger vorab bringen und einfach zugeben, dass man sich in der Zeit verschätzt hat. Das wäre, zumindest bei uns, besser angekommen. Der Side Salad war gut, frisch zubereitet und großzügig bemessen. Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.

Essen wahr ok, fand sehr schade das der Fleisch patty vom burger nur TK ist, für das geld kann man echt frisches Hack nehmen 👍

Der Laden ist richtig cool Oldschool! Bedienung kommt schnell, schaut nach Getränken und essen kam auch bei Zeit. Personal sehr freundlich und schaut nach den Gästen. Alles in allem sauber ordentlich und aufgeräumt. Nur zu empfehlen!

Insgesamt ein ernüchterndes Ergebnis. Ist natürlich ein Subjektives Erlebnis. Zuerst vorweg die Bedingung war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Burger sind nach dem Geschmack unserer Familie eher simpel und vom perfekten Burger Lichtjahre entfernt. Positiv zu erwähnen sind, der Milchshake, der Eistee und auf dem Burger die klein geschnittenen rote Zwiebeln und die Gewürz Gürkchen und das die Burger nicht in Ketchup oder Majo ertränkt waren. Auf der negativ Seite stehen dagegen ein fertig Bun, eine simple ungeschmolzene Scheibe Käse, etwas zu wenig Soße und ein scheinbar Tiefkühl pattie. Onionrings genauso wie die Traumhaften Mozzarella Sticks gibt's nur in Verbindung mit Nachochips als Vorspeise.... Die Extra Soßen waren so runter gekühlt dass diese recht fest waren. Wir waren auf Empfehlung da und waren trotz riesigem Hunger doch eher enttäuscht. Kartenzahlung geht nicht, Beleuchtung auf Sparflamme. Kein Licht auf Parkplatz, kein Problem, der Eingang sollte allerdings schon beleuchtet sein, die letzte Stufe beim verlassen des Lokals ist kaum zu erkennen gewesen....

Sehr lecker und Freundlich Bedienung

Ich war kürzlich in diesem Restaurant und meine Erfahrung war leider enttäuschend. Das Essen war nur mittelmäßig und das Personal wirkte eher unfreundlich. Die Toiletten waren in einem schlechten Zustand und müssen dringend gereinigt werden. Ich würde nicht empfehlen, hier zu essen.

Speisekarte ist nicht die Onlinekarte. Würde durch Corona verkleinert. Keine Spareribs 😭

Immer wieder sehr lecker, gehe immer wieder gerne hin, preis Leistung ist top und die Mitarbeiter sind auch echt cool drauf! Macht weiter so, ich komme immer wieder zum essen. :) Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Pommes wurden anscheinend nochmals friert der Burger war sehr lecker und das Personal war sehr nett

Freundliche Bedienung und sehr leckere Burger. Den Beilagensalat kann ich nicht empfehlen, er war leider sehr klein und Bestand aus ein paar Salatblättern, 3 Gurkenscheiben und Bohnen + Mais aus der Dose.

Mushroom Burger mit angebrannten Patty und geschmacklosen Dosenchampignons mit knusprigen Süßkartoffelfries(dafür gibt’s den zweiten Stern). Der Service fragt wohlweislich nicht, ob es geschmeckt hat. Krautsalat war ok, aber kein cole slaw und die Einrichtung ist kaputt und gammelig. Muss man nicht haben.

Essen war gut und die Bedienung freundlich.

Ein Diner, so wie sich das gehört :) Stimmiges Ambiente, super freundliches Personal und noch besseres Essen. Beim nächsten Besuch gibt es dann auch Bilder.

Sehr leckere Burger und der Service war wirklich überdurchschnittlich gut. Die Parkplatzsituation war für einen Samstag Abend auch sehr entspannt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Kommen gerne ab und zu zum All You Can Eat Burger. Die Burger sind lecker und groß, aber nichts besonderes. Muss es auch für uns persönlich nicht sein. Ein Classic with Cheese & Bacon ist immer eine gute Wahl. Was mich stört ist diese grelle, weiße und vorallem ungemütliche Beleuchtung über den meisten Tischen. Gibt ja auch LED Lampen mit wärmerem Licht die einen nicht von oben blenden. Sonst ist alles super und wir kommen immer mal wieder gerne vorbei 👍

Tolles Essen guter Geschmack. Sehr nette Bedienung und prima Ambiente. Die Sanitären dürften ruhig etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt bekommen.

Sehr guter Burger, das ist toll. Leider keine Kartenzahlung. Preise moderat. Der Ketchup zu den Pommes hat nicht so gut geschmeckt.

Eigentlich alles sehr gut bis auf die alternativen Zahlungsmöglichkeiten die es nicht gibt.. nur bar wenn das Kartenlesegerät nicht funktioniert ist ein wenig schwach... In der heutigen Zeit gibt's weitere Optionen die man als Ausnahme nutzen kann ohne den Kunden zum nächsten Automaten zu schicken.. aber essen und sonst war es echt cool...

Mein dritter Besuch, leider in den Bereichen Essen und Service kontinuirlich ein Abbau zu erkennen. Service: Meine Reservierung war nicht weitergegeben worden und trotz wenig Besucherbetrieb keine Außengastronomie bei schönem Wetter wegen zu wenig Mitarbeitern. Ist irgendwo noch verständlich, aber es hat alles Behäbig gedauert und der Eindruck wart mir und den Begleitern entstanden, dass später gekommene Gäste vorher bedient wurden. Essen: Warme Peperonie mit tiefkühl-fertig Knoblauchsauce. Ein totgebratenes Mediumsteak, diverse angeruste Burgerbrötchen und Patties. In Summe waren von 8 Leuten am Tisch 7 wenig begeistert. Es fehlte in allem der Pepp, war bei meinem ersten Besuch 2018 nicht so, 2020 war es schon nicht mehr ganz so schön, aber die guten Burger aufm Tisch waren noch 3 aus 5. Ambiente: Teilweise bissl Sanierung nötig, aber das stört nicht unbedingt. Geputzt werden hätte halt auch ma wieder, nicht nur der Boden. PS: ich hatte bisher immer Glück mit den Burgern, aber ich werde es nicht mehr herausfordern. Die Bedienung die ich immer sehr toll fand ist noch dort, war aber an unserem Tag früher zum Dienst gekommen, nur leider als wir gegangen sind.

Das Essen war sehr gut, ein Stern Abzug weil man nicht mit der EC Karte zahlen konnte und weil wir die Bedienung 2 x ansprechen mussten weil wir zahlen wollten. Letzten Endes sind wir dann nach 20 min ins Lokal zum bezahlen gegangen

Der Service Vorort war freundlich und Aufmerksam jedoch eindeutig unterbesetzt dementsprechend sah es Zeitweise am Tresenbereich aus. Generell ist der Diner ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen und bräucht dringend mal eine Auffrischung sowie eine Grundreinigung. Deswegen ist das Ambiente leider wenig ansprechend. Preis, Leistung der Speisen und Getränke ist angemessen jedoch nichts besonderes was hervorstößt oder ein Highlight wäre.
