We have lived nearby for over 4 years and were there for the first time on the weekend. The only thing I was annoyed about after the visit was that I had never been to Flames before. Best burger shop in Euskirchen.

Disastrous service, the food we ordered came after about 8 minutes (spare ribs! & baked potato with spinach) Spare ribs were only lukewarm. The baked potato had nothing to do with a baked potato, it was more of a casserole. We spoke to the waitress, who then ignored us and we couldn't order anything new from her. Service is different! After we made it clear to the waitress that she delivered poor technical service and that we couldn't order anything else in terms of food and drinks, did she ask us for a tip at the end, seriously?? I've never done it with my guests in the restaurant, nor have I ever experienced it myself. Dear owner, I am a restaurateur myself in the largest restaurant in North Rhine-Westphalia. Either you take care of your employees or your restaurant will die because of such staff. We had to change restaurants so that my wife could get something “decent”.

We've been twice and the place really deserves it: excellent service with very kind and friendly waitresses. Nice and original atmosphere! Excellent cuisine too, we had hamburgers and chicken salad both times because they were really good quality. Not in this country. There are alternatives that are worthy so we give 5 stars, all of which are well deserved!! Well done

The burger was very tasty. It's understandable that the side dishes cost extra, but given the price of €7.50 for sweet potatoes, I would expect a slightly larger portion. What I can't understand, however, is that my burger costs twice as much and a simple side dish also costs €7.50. The staff was friendly and asked if everything was OK or if you would like something more to drink, which is positive in itself. Nevertheless, I find it a bit unpleasant that you are asked immediately after you have finished drinking if you would like another drink, or that your plate is cleared away immediately after the last bite. I felt a bit under pressure. As a restaurateur myself, I perhaps have somewhat higher expectations.

Burgers are really tasty, the garlic fries are good too. However, I find the portions of the side dishes and especially the desserts to be significantly too small for the quite high prices. For €9 I would have expected more for dessert than a small piece of muffin with a small scoop of ready-made ice cream next to it. The portion of fries with the burger was also really tight. The extra sauce prices (Jägersauce 5€!) also drive up the bill...

Delicious onion rings with BBQ sauce as a starter and then the bacon burger (with extra goat cheese) and additional sweet potato fries and sour cream - and that was a big portion. The bacon was a bit very crispy, but other than that it was really tasty! The waiter was just great, an absolute highlight. I celebrated. The rest of the employees were okay. Price including 1 bottle of Fritz Kola €38 - not cheap but absolutely justified.

We didn't visit the restaurant for a long time (for whatever reason), which we regretted very much afterwards. Because it is absolutely worth a visit!! Very tasty food and nice staff, BUT let us give you the entertainment bill. First, about the restaurant itself. You are always welcomed warmly, the food is always delicious, no matter what you order. My favorites for years have been the chili cheese fries and the king size (chili cheese burger). My family and I have enjoyed eating there for years. I personally find the atmosphere very cozy. Unfortunately, outside you have Euskirchen in front of you. We recently had dinner there again and what I noticed this time really upset me and is the reason for my "only" three stars. Me and my girlfriend were happy and satisfied with the food again and wanted to pay and we realized that it was around €80, we hadn't done the math exactly. So we asked the waiter if we could pay and if I could also give a tip by card, which was answered in the affirmative. I was then quoted a price of €83.60. Of course I assumed that this didn't include a tip and I trusted the waiter, so I told him to make €87. Afterwards I thought to myself that I hadn't even given 10%, which I usually do. But now comes the kicker. By default you will only be given the EC receipt. Since I have a benefit from my work to convert my wages, I asked for the entertainment invoice. This then came nicely folded and tacked shut. When I scanned the receipt the next day, I noticed the following: Our bill only amounted to €79.40, so they told me €4.20 more than it actually cost. So I had unconsciously paid almost my 10% tip. Since this is the first time I've noticed this, I can only assume that a waiter is systematically filling his pockets. Despite all the niceness, it is an absolute no-go to abuse the trust of customers in order to fill your own pockets. Something like this would never have occurred to me when I worked as a waiter, as it is also damaging to the restaurant's reputation. I don't want to cost anyone their job, so I won't mention the name that's on the invoice, but the fact is I'll keep an eye on it in the future and if it happens again I'll complain on site, so it's best to go to the owner here raise awareness! I advise future visitors to calculate the price themselves beforehand or to get the entertainment invoice. The food is still great!

The “Flames” in Euskirchen is a very chic restaurant with a great ambience in a modern western style. The service is very accommodating, polite and also very fast Within 2 minutes we had our starter. The food tasted fantastic. We'll definitely be back☺️

Das Lokal liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone in der City, Außen- und Innenplätze. Service war flott und freundlich, hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Burger: Trüffelschwein-Burger samt Süßkartoffel-Pommes mit Trüffel-Mayo sehr lecker, gute Fleischqualität. Fazit: Empfehlung!

Title: Unfriendly service and lack of courtesy Rating: A really disappointing experience. When we entered the restaurant we were greeted by an extremely unfriendly waiter who clearly didn't enjoy his job. We politely asked to be moved to another table and were shown a different seat with a condescending tone accompanied by rolling eyes and inappropriate comments. It seems like the staff has forgotten that customer satisfaction is an important part of their job. We left the restaurant immediately and will certainly not be returning. It's unfortunate that such poor service overshadows the quality of the food.

It was a very bad experience! Twice! 1. Very unfriendly waitress. Me and my three year old son were the only ones in the entire restaurant and she was constantly annoyed because he was playing with his car. 2. A few months later I tried to go there again and another rude waiter rolled his eyes when I asked for a better table for the second time in an almost empty restaurant. When my husband said he should be friendlier, he again acted all annoyed and rude and told us we were too spoiled. We had to leave this very unfriendly place once again.

Let's be honest: Flames is not the right restaurant for a quick lunch! Here you have to take some time to be able to perceive the quality accordingly. Although I am in Euskirchen every day, I went to Flames with the family for the first time this Easter. I could digress for a long time, but I'll keep it short: it was brilliant! Very good food together with friendly, courteous service is obviously the rule and not the exception here. If you want to eat cheaply, Flames is definitely not the right place, but if you're willing to pay a reasonable price for good food and great service, you'll get your money's worth here!

Coincidence, read the review, tried it, at an atypical meal time shortly after 5 p.m., the service was very nice, the place was already really full, delicious burgers, a cocktail for dessert, we really liked it.

I was there and I didn't like the food at all but everyone has different tastes but the food wasn't for me at all.

First of all, very nice service, food was also very good. When it came to paying, it was only possible with a card from €30. Since there were two of us and we each wanted to pay ourselves, the service wasn't that friendly anymore. We didn't have enough change in our pockets. But then we were able to pay by card. So remember: the first step is to go to the ATM! 🫢 Note for the owner: a sign on the door saying card payments from €30 would also be good. Then you can consider whether to walk to the vending machine or drink your beer somewhere else.

Burger restaurant in downtown Euskirchen. Well attended on a Sunday evening. Nevertheless, the food came quickly. Taste good, but not particularly outstanding. The portions are sufficiently large. Therefore a good price-performance ratio. In the end, paying again took quite a while because there appears to be only one credit card machine available. Solid restaurant but nothing exceptional.

The ambience is very good. The decor is cozy, modern but also has the look of a steak and burger restaurant. I think it is very tastefully decorated and we felt very comfortable there. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was “okay”. The most important thing: the steaks were tasty but relatively tough and dry. I've definitely experienced better than that. I expect a little more from a steakhouse. Still “not bad”. The price was on the higher side. Two people with hardly any drinks, one of whom only ate a small steak and 100 euros is not without.

Delicious lunch at good prices. Grilled chicken with salad and chili fries. 19 euros. y top price when you consider that gyro with fries often costs 11 euros and kebabs go for 10... In a snack bar atmosphere. and a tomato, a bit of coleslaw and pepperoni from a jar are just not a fresh salad, plus great new service staff.

Last night we went to Flames Burger & Steakhouse after a relaxing day at the Euskirchen thermal baths. I'll sum it up straight away: It was the perfect end to a very nice day. From the ambience, to the music, our really nice and very attentive service, the delicious starters, the delicious burgers and spare ribs to the obligatory nightcap - everything deserves 5 stars. If I were to be in Euskirchen again, I would definitely eat at Flames again. Note: The restaurant is really busy and a reservation makes more than sense. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Unfortunately, complete disappointment First of all: the food was really good. BUT: the service was bottom drawer. We had a reservation and only had to wait a short time for our table. Other guests (with reservations) waited around 20 minutes+ for their table and were just put off. When we ordered the drinks we said that we needed some time to choose the food. After just 30 seconds she was back at the table and asked us if we finally knew what we wanted to eat... Things didn't get any better after that. Our ordered appetizer was brought to the next table. By the time it was noticed, the guests had already started eating. So we were promised a new starter. Excuse me? None. However, we apologized profusely to the other guests (who now had 2 (timely) starters. While the drinks bottles were being cleared away, the waitress knocked over a (fortunately already empty) glass. Here too: no excuse. Any service contact was only in passing. The operations were partly correct After my friend left a little, she had to listen to comments from the boss (?) about why she had such a small stomach. Sorry. But sales at any price are more likely to drive away customers... The service problem has also been reflected in other reviews for years. I feel sorry for the kitchen, which really works properly. During the visit you could often see the cooks arguing with the service staff because the finished food was simply not being “collected”... Maybe you should just offer a few fewer seats and focus more on the guests. More staff won't help here either, as it's really damn tight...

I was recommended this restaurant by colleagues, but unfortunately I was very disappointed. In addition to a dish being brought to the wrong table and a glass being knocked over (without any real apology or question as to whether anything was damaged), there were comments from the waitress about the room temperature and the amount of food. The food was really good, but unfortunately it couldn't be enjoyed in the area. The service as a whole was always just walking past (or rather running past...). Whether the question of satisfaction or the clearing. A pity.

The garlic fries are also a stunner. The price/performance ratio is absolutely right here. We always enjoy coming back.

We have been eating at Flames for many years, mostly burgers or steaks. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Burgers have gone way down, had 3 burgers plus 3 fries to go on the weekend. Patties were completely unseasoned, the roll was also changed for the worse and then almost €55 was paid... No thanks! We will take a longer break there for now!!!!!!

During a short vacation in Euskirchen we chose the Flames as a restaurant for dinner. We had reserved the table in advance and brought it forward again at short notice by an hour, which was no problem at all. Flames has a great ambience, very friendly service and super good food. No long waiting times despite the restaurant being full on a Monday. We would love to come back when we are in the area again.

Nothing to say about the food, staff and restaurant. But.....there is a small A-4 sheet on the bar that states in small print that you CANNOT pay by card. And in the toilets. Why isn't that posted on the door before people come in? Then you have another choice to walk to another restaurant. Right, that's why. I understand it, but I think, no matter how nice they are, it is very customer unfriendly!

Sehr gutes Essen, vor allem frisch zubereitet und reichlich. Eine gute und reichhaltige Auswahl an Getränken das zusammen mit einem perfekten Service. Immer wieder gerne. Machr weiter so.

Qualitativ & Sauberes Steakhouse, allerdings sind die Preise deutlich hoch für die Menge welche man erhält bsp. Beilagen beinahe so teuer wie die Burger selbst. Unangemessen Auswahl der Veggie / Veganen Gerichte darf gerne verbessert werden (natürlich muss man dann auch kein Burger/Steakhouse aufsuchen), neben all den Fleischgerichten lediglich ein Gemüse Petty anzubieten ist durchaus schade. Bedienung sehr freundlich und professionell. Lage sehr gut.

Gevarieerde kaart, redelijke prijzen en prima eten. De keuze bij de toetjes is beperkt. Wij hadden verschillende maaltijden (burgers met friet, spare ribs en maaltijdsalade met biefstuk) en die waren allemaal goed. Het personeel is vriendelijk en snel. Het is er niet al te groot, de sfeer is wel goed. Bij de ingang is het wat koud omdat de deur vaak open gaat. Parkeren kan in de buurt bij het station (betaald).

Leider sehr enttäuscht;insbesondere über die Rechnung für 2 Burger Fritten und 2 Getränke für fast 50 €???!

Essen ist OK. Wenn das Restaurant ausgebucht ist, wird man immer gefragt, ob man noch was will, oder fertig ist, damit die den Tisch an wartende Gäste geben können. Man kann hier nur schnell essen und muss dann am besten sofort weg, genießen sieht anders aus.

Ich war am Wochenende das 1. Mal da und ich bin positiv überrascht! Das Essen war unfassbar lecker, das Ambiente ist sehr, sehr gemütlich und auch der Service war einfach super. Gehe gerne wieder hin!

Die Steaks sind einfach klasse. Gambas in Knoblauch sind super. Mit leckerem Salat und Zubereitung nach Wunsch. Freundliche Bedienung. Alles stimmt.

Relativ kleines Burger&Steak Restaurant in Euskirchen. Speisen frisch und qualitativ gut. Besonderheit : Fleischgerichte werden auf dem Grill und einer Lavasteinplatte in offener Küche zubereitet. Auswahl an Burgern und Getränken groß. Service herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich wirklich sehr willkommen. Mit dem Auto nicht ohne weiteres zu erreichen. Tipp: In nahe gelegenem Saturn Parkhaus parken( Gabztägig geöffnet ). Von hier bequeme 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Besuch lohnt sich!
