In short: catastrophic You want to order a bacon burger -> no bacon available. Alternatively, it should be a cheeseburger -> what a surprise, no cheese there. So all that's left is the hamburger. Then you get the bag, but the fries are just carelessly dumped into the bag over the citizens. What is that supposed to mean??? Cola tastes stale... In the end it can be said that at least it tasted good. But the overall impression is simply subterranean.

Rarely have I had such a bad burger. The burger tasted very bland, the meat was fried to death and the industrial, run-of-the-mill burger buns were definitely not a highlight. I'll say it would be okay for half the price, but given the prices I expect good to very good quality. The fries were just greasy. The conditions were friendly and quick, there is nothing to complain about. The ambience is also well... It takes some getting used to, OK, yes it's a fast food chain but it can be a little inviting, the ambience has something of a butcher's shop from 1985. To be honest in comparison, if I had to choose now I would be a competitor with the big one M go. ....or simply prepare it yourself, fresh at home...it's not rocket science

In my opinion it is still the best burger you can eat in Wolfsburg. Despite all the Smashburger hype. The ambience and the drinking machine also bring a piece of America here. One star deducted because of the prices. The individual branch can't do anything about it, but it's too expensive by any stretch of the imagination.

Wouldn't come again The burger was ok, but for the money? Everything costs extra and for 2 people you quickly end up with 50€, completely exaggerated. Service was slowly becoming unfriendly and it felt like you were intruding.

Service is difficult to understand, burgers are worse than the €1 hamburger in a completely overcrowded Mecces. The shop was visited by 10 people and not a single table was wiped, instead people were hanging around behind the counter... Evidently, food is also simply thrown into the bag. First and last time, then better stay healthy with Dean & David..

The staff was very friendly, the chocolate shake was good, but the overpriced fries for €9 weren't quite ready yet, so they were soggy and unfortunately oversalted. I'm not the type of person who complains on site but gets annoyed and then writes online. I then drowned them in mayo so I could eat them. The 1 cm large chips were deliciously crispy. The toilets were also clean

We went to this restaurant with very high expectations and wanted to eat delicious burgers. Right from the start you could hear a brutal volume that was deafening and you couldn't understand your own words. The service staff were not understood at all. The only positive thing was that it was prepared quickly. The burgers we ordered didn't taste good at all. There was zero taste in it. It just tasted like cardboard. Was unbearable. Went straight to our stomachs and we don't recommend eating there again. The price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. So overall just bad. Very bad.

Food was prepared quickly and drinks can be served using a vending machine (pay once and refill several times for free). What I didn't like was that for the price (€8.25) I honestly expected a larger portion of the hot dog and the taste wasn't that great either, it was just okay.

The visit to the Wolfsburg branch was absolutely disappointing. So first I would like to praise the lady who took the orders. Very friendly, quick and conscientious. Really great. But now to the actual thing, the food. I just ordered a large portion of Cajun Fries. The seasoning on the fries is super tasty and rich too. But to call these potato pancakes fries is a joke. And at that price... It's a mystery to me how you can get all those fries to just be a pile of soggy sludge with a deep fryer. The extra portion in the bag doesn't help either. More junk doesn't make it any better.

I ordered the food to “eat here”. I got it in a ToGo bag... Well, it wasn't so bad. The food itself wasn't tasty... I expected more for the high prices. It wasn't clean at all in this branch. The tables were full of grease and leftover food.

Burgers were very good. Knife and fork wouldn't be bad for the size ;) Unfortunately the table was stuck and had not been cleaned. I don't understand why you get the food in a paper bag, including aluminum foil for the burger. They said you eat there. Completely unnecessary waste generation!

The portions were sufficiently large. We've had enough. We've never seen this variety of soft drinks on offer before, and you can always refill during your meal without paying more. The stars in service are primarily due to the drinks. The ambience is typical of a fast food restaurant. We couldn't get that much out of it. Since it was very warm that day, we sat outside. We were lucky that something became free at exactly that moment. A few more places would be very good.

Best atmosphere and tastiest burgers done with proper care and hygiene. Most importantly the workers over there were too kind to explain everything to someone new like me in their restaurant.

The best fast food burgers I've ever eaten. The prices are more of a restaurant level, hence a star deduction. Beautifully juicy patties, toppings the way you like them. I'm a sucker for the fried onions :). The selection of drinks is huge and you can refill as often as you want. All in all, I like going there to eat burgers, although the price is a little too high for my taste.

Too bad, I remembered Five Guys better. Maybe it's just because of this branch. The first thing that took away your good mood was the unfriendly service. Also very impatient when ordering, although there was no one else in line. When ordering it said there are large and small burgers. I don't want to see the small burger when my order was supposed to have been the "large" burger. The size of a BigMac. Next point: I think over €20 for a “BigMac menu” is pretty steep. Especially since it is a fast food chain. Finally, I find it unnecessary, expensive and environmentally damaging to wrap citizens in aluminum foil, especially if the burger is eaten in a restaurant.

A small Ikea hot dog 7.95 one with cheese 8.95! Yes, it was tasty, but when I left this slaughterhouse atmosphere I was really shocked at how little you could get for a lot of money! Sorry never again!

Never had such bad fries. Squishy and limp. Hamburg isn't anything special either. And that for €24.40. 10 minutes waiting time to order and 12 minutes waiting for the food.

Dirty greasy seats and tables, 100% soggy fries, prices that are too high (€4 drink, €13 double cheesebacon burger, €4 fries), never again.

Fries are too soft and not crispy and without taste an, bacon are too overfried, too hard and dark. The patties are too overcooked and to dry and hard. Never again.

It's okay for a chain but I think apart from the milkshake, which is extremely overpriced, you can't really eat anything here. But as I said, it's just a chain.

You come in and are greeted with a smile. Unfortunately, this is no longer a given these days. Food was great and the value for money was also good. Thank you again for the nice advice from Mr. Mamdouh. We were a bit overwhelmed with the toppings at the beginning, but we received great help.

Unfriendly staff! The order came wrong - it couldn't be renewed because there were no more patties shortly before the end. I had assumed that I would experience a very special burger concept here. We received two overpriced and poorly seasoned burgers in a limp bun and a hot dog that the children refused to eat. The hot dog consisted of two fried, quite salty sausage halves pressed with topping between two limp bun halves. Hitdogs and burgers came carelessly wrapped in aluminum foil and fell apart when unpacked. The whole thing was crowned by the fries, which were simply thrown into the bag along with the wrapped citizens. What kind of concept is this? And why are you even asked if you want to eat here or take away? Apparently just because of the tax. The fries could have been good had they been hot and crispy. Unfortunately, here too it was only lukewarm and flabby. I rarely go out for burgers, and when I do, I only eat quality products. But in this case we would have been better off with McD. Conclusion for me: Don't go to Five Guys again

Mega burger, mega ambience like in an American diner, lots of toppings and no run-of-the-mill things. You can watch how the food is prepared and the atmosphere between the staff is infectiously good. We were in a good mood on a tour and, above all, ate very well.

Went there for the first and last time today! Have never eaten such bad burgers, the fries might have been ok if they hadn't just been thrown in the bag! Although we ate on site, every burger was packaged in aluminum along with the fries in a brown paper bag - so much for reducing waste! Next time we'll go to Mc Donalds - you know what you're getting for €80

The vegetarian selection consists of an overpriced veggi sandwich with vegetables or fries. As a vegetarian, it's unfortunately a no-go for me in today's society. Every other small snack bar offers more vegetarian choices. The fries were okay, but for just under €7 they were a waste. The menu took a long time considering the number of visitors in the restaurant. I'm not coming back.

We were really excited about Hanover, but we were pressed for time there so we went back to Wolfsburg because it was closer. Completely disappointed. Milkshake was given 20 minutes beforehand so that the cream collapsed later. The fries were only lukewarm and felt like they had only been warmed up briefly. Plus they were flying around in the bag. So for the price I expect something better. We haven't tried citizens yet but if you see how long they've been lying around for, they're probably not really warm either. Unfortunately, the employees speak little to no German, so it was difficult to order.

Ordered online for the 3rd time and used Click & Collect. Picked up incorrect order twice. It's unbelievable how so many mistakes still happen on a Wednesday lunchtime with more staff in the store than guests. And at that price! It's a shame because the burgers are simply great.

Zum ersten Mal hier gewesen. Bestellung war recht schnell geschehen und ich habe mich beraten lassen. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Bacon Cheeseburger war gut aber leicht kalt obwohl die Zubereitung nicht lange gedauert hat. Der Preis von 12,95€ war mir persönlich zu hoch. Die frischen Fritten für 4,95€ sehr reichlich und gut durchfrittiert. Der Milchshake für 6,75€ war top nicht zu süß. Die Mitarbeiter haben nach den Gästen die Plätze gereinigt. Das fand ich super. Denkt mal bitte darüber nach : Warum packt man alles in Folie und Papier wenn man im Restaurant isst. Das ist leider nicht Umweltgerecht, deshalb beim Service nur 4 Sterne. Wir haben nur einen Planeten! Danke an das Personal für diesen Abend

The burger is fine but overcosted compared to other options within wob. The fries were not crunchy and just thrown into the bag as part of their brand. While the coated aluminium foil is also part of their brand, I think it's environmentally unfriendly and out of time. Anyway the service is quite good.

Leckerer Bacon Cheese Burger mit Milchshake

Mal so richtig lecker und anders. Man kommt sich etwas verloren vor, wen man das erste Mal bestellt. Ein wenig wie Subway. Preis ist eher Subjektiv aber durchaus nicht günstig. Die Erdnüsse sind der Hammer. Lecker Burger, nicht wie bei den anderen Ketten. Pommes sind okay, obwohl ich etwas neben der Spur war als noch drei Schippen Lose in die Tüte kamen. Getränke sind Mal echt teuer... Aber dafür gibt es Refill... Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Guter Anfahrtsweg, alles zufrieden was dadurch Herz begehrt.

03/02/2024 Au weh au weh…. Nachdem wir schon oft in eine Filiale rein wollten, haben wir es heute nun mal geschafft. Schlechtes Wetter, mangelnde Alternativen und ein voller Laden verleiteten uns dazu. Bei der Bestellung waren wir fürs Erste ganz angetan. Die individuelle Zusammenstellung hat uns ganz gut gefallen, auch war das Personal sehr freundlich. Dann bei der Essensausgabe die große Enttäuschung. Alles wurde lieblos in eine Tüte geballert wie in einem Futtertrog. Der Hotdog…. matschig und einfach unappetitlich. Meine Tochter hat das Essen verweigert. Die Burger waren an für sich ganz ok aber alles andere als den Preis wert. Ich finde die hohen Preise vom Prinzip kein Problem… aber dann muss die Qualität auch passen. Wenn dies Art von Fastfood der neue Trend und die Zukunft sind dann werden wir wohl alle bald im Stall essen. Noch was: Die Fritten fallen in rauen Mengen auf dem Boden wenn sie in die Tüten geknallt werden. Diese werden dann vom Personal platt gelatscht bis sie irgendwann mit dem großen Feger zwischendurch mal zusammen gekehrt werden. Das kenne ich nur aus irgendwelchen Fastfood ketten in den USA.

Erst steht man ewig an einem Bestellschalter, dann bekommt seine Getränke in die Hand gedrückt, um Stunden später eine häßliche braune in Fett gesiffte Tüte zu erhalten. In diese braunen Tüte wird komplett alles an Essen lose hinein geworfen, auch die Pommes!!!! Wir hatten 3 unterschiedlich große Portionen Pommes und 2 Burger bestellt. Am Ende befand sich die komplette Menge Pommes in dieser Tüte und dazwischen irgendwo die in Alufolie eingewickelten Burger. Die Tüte ging komplett so wie sie war in den Müll! Wir empfanden das ekelhaft, sorry. Noch dazu extrem teuer!!! Ein simpler Milchshake kostet fast 7 (!!) Euro. Ein Mini-Burger 10 Euro!

Die Verkäuferin Daria L. Hat mir einfach so eine Pommes und ein getränk zu meiner Bestellung hinzugefügt, was mich dazu veranlagte 20€ zu bezahlen. Ich konnte dies nicht ändern. Frechheit! Und die Ganzen Pommes waren in der Tüte verteilt.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Sehr dreckig, Tische, Böden und Sitze. Viel zu teuer, dafür das es so labrig und ich Alufolie verpackt ist. Bedingung konnte man kaum verstehen, weil sie nur gebrochen Deutsch konnte. Zu dem unfreundlich, werden Guten Tag noch tschüss.

Das Five Guys, hat sehr leckere Pommes, recht Scharf, wenn man es möchte. Ketchup und Mayonnaise gibt es zum selber auftun. Außerdem gibt es eine große Auswahl an Hamburger und anderen Speisen, alle können individuell zusammen gestellt werden. Die Einrichtung ist modern und großzügig ausgestattet. Alle Angestellten machen, freundlich und professionell ihre Arbeit.
