It was relatively expensive but also very tasty. Citizens. Fries. Beverage. 20€ and a few cents. Very loud. A bit chaotic. A bit untidy. Jagged but nice service. I'll definitely try again. Then better prepared to put the burger together even better.

I once had a problem with an Uber Eats order. Five Guys handled this in a very customer-oriented manner, very accommodating and friendly, both the team on site and the head office. A huge thank you for that and please keep it up! The food convinces me anyway, it's super tasty when you feel like a classic burger and you can taste the quality of the product at the same time! Calling this food a burger is an insult to any palate. We have never seen such a carelessly leftover pile of food pressed together. The buns were sticky, the patty was crumbly and the bacon was dusty. Due to the over-ambitious way of distributing the sauces on the pile, a spoon would be helpful to eat with. But you would have to bring your own because there are no cutlery or plates available. The blandness of the burger is only topped by the way the fries are prepared. If you use fresh potatoes on site, then you should also make sure that the end result looks the way you would like to eat fries: crispy on the outside and tasty on the inside. There wasn't much of that left to taste at Five Guys. But that may also be due to the cheap dosage form. The burger was wrapped in aluminum foil and the fries were poured into a paper cup. Everything was then presented to you in a brown cardboard bag, which is probably more familiar for wrapping liquor bottles in America. The drinks are, as is customary, made from syrup. What's amazing is that you can taste both the syrup and the water separately. The only bright spot was the very friendly employee who took the order. All in all, it was a perfect bad example of how it shouldn't be.

The food was really tasty and due to an intolerance I asked for the burger without a bun. That wasn't a problem at all, the lady even cleaned the plate and changed the gloves/washed her hands. And I got a salad burger. 1A dealing with this topic. Otherwise, the store is clean, the staff is very friendly without seeming unnatural and the selection of drinks is really great.

Unfortunately, the staff finds it difficult to keep tables clean. In addition, the staff is unable to correctly enter the desired ingredients for the burgers, so you get onions instead of mushrooms.

We normally stop here with family after shopping, today I was alone as I was secretly shopping for my wife’s 40th birthday which is tomorrow, after securing great deals I retreated to Five Guys and like always I wasn’t disappointed. Great, tasty and succulent burger with fillings of choice, fresh bun and ingredients, the patrons are warm and welcoming. Mamdouh was intentionally accommodating and gave great service. Sorry I was so hungry didn’t take photos, plus some of the greatest memories are those imprinted in the mind😅😀.

It was a very pleasant dining experience and the cheeseburger was delicious! Be sure to order strawberries for the milkshake! Tastes delicious with cream! The staff Mamdouh is very nice and his smile is very energetic! I recommend everyone to eat!

Great burger eaten - highly recommended. Very nice welcome and the procedure for ordering was well explained to us by Marco. It's different here: every burger can be ordered individually and every fries and cola can be ordered separately here. Really American... and so delicious.

Extremely expensive. Over 20 euros for a small burger and two drinks is crazy. And then have to eat at a completely filthy table because no one cleans the entire restaurant. Is that supposed to “reflect your quality”? I find that disgusting. No, thank you, definitely never again in this dirty shop! Furthermore, I don't want to support a company that doesn't even think it's necessary to use local meat and instead advertises that it supplies meat from Northern Ireland and Scotland. This is very damaging to the environment and is anything but a quality feature. Is regional livestock farming not good enough for you? Last but not least, a clear criticism of the packaging: The aluminum foil that you wrap around EVERY burger is supposed to keep the burger warm. I think it stays warm on the way to the table and then it gets eaten anyway. Poor excuse for deliberate pollution and waste of resources. Please explain the meaning!

The food was very tasty and filled you up well. You can refill the drinks as often as you want and there are all variations of Cola, Sprite etc. The staff are very friendly! However, the food is a bit cheaper.

Completely overpriced... but no wonder when six (!!) unfriendly and unmotivated employees need 15 minutes for two portions of fries. At a time when there is no (!!) other customer in sight...

It's a shame that the food is served in so much packaging even though you eat on site. Unfortunately the fries were cold and didn't taste good either. The cleanliness could also be improved.

Very disappointing and sad looking burger. Very long wait times and maybe that's how they managed to serve me a cold burger. Burger itself is too big to be eaten and falls apart when you pick it up and/or you bite into it. There's a lot of fries, I'd go with the small portion if I were to ever visit this chain again. Coworker said that five guys in America is very different compared to this, so that gives me hope and a chance for me to give it another try. Also the fries itself are very bland. PS: the only plus aside from big fries portions I'd say is that free refill drinks offer a big variety of flavors.

Tastes really good! Unfortunately the prices are a bit high, the fries are great, the atmosphere is fine.

In short: catastrophic You want to order a bacon burger -> no bacon available. Alternatively, it should be a cheeseburger -> what a surprise, no cheese there. So all that's left is the hamburger. Then you get the bag, but the fries are just carelessly dumped into the bag over the citizens. What is that supposed to mean??? Cola tastes stale... In the end it can be said that at least it tasted good. But the overall impression is simply subterranean.

Rarely have I had such a bad burger. The burger tasted very bland, the meat was fried to death and the industrial, run-of-the-mill burger buns were definitely not a highlight. I'll say it would be okay for half the price, but given the prices I expect good to very good quality. The fries were just greasy. The conditions were friendly and quick, there is nothing to complain about. The ambience is also well... It takes some getting used to, OK, yes it's a fast food chain but it can be a little inviting, the ambience has something of a butcher's shop from 1985. In my opinion it is still the best burger you can eat in Wolfsburg. Despite all the Smashburger hype. The ambience and the drinking machine also bring a piece of America here. One star deducted because of the prices. The individual branch can't do anything about it, but it's too expensive by any stretch of the imagination.

Wouldn't come again The burger was ok, but for the money? Everything costs extra and for 2 people you quickly end up with 50€, completely exaggerated. Service was slowly becoming unfriendly and it felt like you were intruding.

Service is difficult to understand, burgers are worse than the €1 hamburger in a completely overcrowded Mecces. The shop was visited by 10 people and not a single table was wiped, instead people were hanging around behind the counter... Evidently, food is also simply thrown into the bag. The staff was very friendly, the chocolate shake was good, but the overpriced fries for €9 weren't quite ready yet, so they were soggy and unfortunately oversalted. We went to this restaurant with very high expectations and wanted to eat delicious burgers. Right from the start you could hear a brutal volume that was deafening and you couldn't understand your own words. The service staff were not understood at all. The only positive thing was that it was prepared quickly. The burgers we ordered didn't taste good at all. There was zero taste in it. It just tasted like cardboard. Was unbearable. Went straight to our stomachs and we don't recommend eating there again. The price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. So overall just bad. Very bad.

Food was prepared quickly and drinks can be served using a vending machine (pay once and refill several times for free). What I didn't like was that for the price (€8.25) I honestly expected a larger portion of the hot dog and the taste wasn't that great either, it was just okay.

The visit to the Wolfsburg branch was absolutely disappointing. So first I would like to praise the lady who took the orders. Very friendly, quick and conscientious. Really great. But now to the actual thing, the food. I just ordered a large portion of Cajun Fries. The seasoning on the fries is super tasty and rich too. But to call these potato pancakes fries is a joke. And at that price... It's a mystery to me how you can get all those fries to just be a pile of soggy sludge with a deep fryer. The extra portion in the bag doesn't help either. More junk doesn't make it any better.

Burgers were very good. Knife and fork wouldn't be bad for the size ;) Unfortunately the table was stuck and had not been cleaned. I don't understand why you get the food in a paper bag, including aluminum foil for the burger. They said you eat there. Completely unnecessary waste generation!

The portions were sufficiently large. We've had enough. We've never seen this variety of soft drinks on offer before, and you can always refill during your meal without paying more. The stars in service are primarily due to the drinks. The ambience is typical of a fast food restaurant. We couldn't get that much out of it. Since it was very warm that day, we sat outside. We were lucky that something became free at exactly that moment. A few more places would be very good.

The best fast food burgers I've ever eaten. The prices are more of a restaurant level, hence a star deduction. Beautifully juicy patties, toppings the way you like them. I'm a sucker for the fried onions :). The selection of drinks is huge and you can refill as often as you want. All in all, I like going there to eat burgers, although the price is a little too high for my taste.

Too bad, I remembered Five Guys better. Maybe it's just because of this branch. The first thing that took away your good mood was the unfriendly service. Also very impatient when ordering, although there was no one else in line. When ordering it said there are large and small burgers. I don't want to see the small burger when my order was supposed to have been the "large" burger. The size of a BigMac. Next point: I think over €20 for a “BigMac menu” is pretty steep. Especially since it is a fast food chain. Finally, I find it unnecessary, expensive and environmentally damaging to wrap citizens in aluminum foil, especially if the burger is eaten in a restaurant.

A small Ikea hot dog 7.95 one with cheese 8.95! Yes, it was tasty, but when I left this slaughterhouse atmosphere I was really shocked at how little you could get for a lot of money! Sorry never again!

Never had such bad fries. Squishy and limp. Hamburg isn't anything special either. And that for €24.40. 10 minutes waiting time to order and 12 minutes waiting for the food.

Dirty greasy seats and tables, 100% soggy fries, prices that are too high (€4 drink, €13 double cheesebacon burger, €4 fries), never again.

Fries are too soft and not crispy and without taste an, bacon are too overfried, too hard and dark. The patties are too overcooked and to dry and hard. Never again.

It's okay for a chain but I think apart from the milkshake, which is extremely overpriced, you can't really eat anything here. But as I said, it's just a chain.

We ordered 2 milkshakes on site for a whopping €13.50... They were far too thick and the strawberry shake tasted like buttercream with strawberry water. Too bad

I had assumed that I would experience a very special burger concept here. We received two overpriced and poorly seasoned burgers in a limp bun and a hot dog that the children refused to eat. The hot dog consisted of two fried, quite salty sausage halves pressed with topping between two limp bun halves. Hitdogs and burgers came carelessly wrapped in aluminum foil and fell apart when unpacked. The whole thing was crowned by the fries, which were simply thrown into the bag along with the wrapped citizens. What kind of concept is this? And why are you even asked if you want to eat here or take away? Apparently just because of the tax. The fries could have been good had they been hot and crispy. Unfortunately, here too it was only lukewarm and flabby. I rarely go out for burgers, and when I do, I only eat quality products. But in this case we would have been better off with McD. Conclusion for me: Don't go to Five Guys again
