Once and never again. We went there with the family to eat after shopping. When I walked in, I wanted to leave immediately. BUT the kids wanted burgers. The place wasn't exactly clean; the floor was wet from drinks. Because of the number of people, we could only sit where they were throwing away the food. OF COURSE, the employee had to calmly empty the trash while we were eating. We were also disappointed with the food; it wasn't worth the money. The atmosphere was cold, uncomfortable, and garish...no thanks.

The burgers tasted very good, but the price was correspondingly high. Unfortunately, the ambiance was poor; despite few customers, the restaurant was filthy. I don't know if we'll come back, maybe if the cleanliness improves. I want to feel comfortable in a restaurant, not disgusted by the filth.

The food was absolutely delicious, and despite the restaurant being full, we didn't have to wait long. The restrooms were clean too.

The meat was excellent, the fries are definitely better in the cajun version. The pastries could be fresher. One of the post-mix machines was not set correctly. Unfortunately the tables were dirty and we had to clean them ourselves. The prices are quite high, considering it is fast food.

When the burger was served, I immediately burst out laughing. Then I remembered that I had paid €13 for it (I had completely forgotten because of the long wait)... and then I stopped laughing. Completely absurd...

I can't recommend it. The burgers were good, but very greasy. The "sandwich" is simply a hamburger without meat, very disappointing. I asked for a fork several times, but there weren't any. When I complained, I was told to throw the food away and order something new. Even when you're in a restaurant, the burgers are wrapped in thick aluminum foil. It creates a huge amount of waste and looks cheap. There's a garbage station in the store, and they don't separate it. There's a slot for aluminum foil, food scraps, paper, and cups. We were very disappointed and won't eat there again. Peanuts, as you often hear, weren't available either.

I was always a big fan of the chain, but the prices are now pretty high for what you get. Unfortunately, the patty was completely dry and the bacon was barely biteable. Instead of BBQ sauce, there was ketchup on the burger, and the milkshake also consisted of more whipped cream than the actual drink. The fries, however, were delicious.

Great burger, great fries. Tastes just like in the USA. Anyone who complains about the packaging is welcome to go somewhere else. That's the Give Guys concept. Best burger around. We'll be back.

In addition to the salty prices, the fries were completely oversalted. The prices are completely exorbitant in my opinion. A cheeseburger costs over €12. Fries and drinks are both extra. Yes, the burger is okay, but definitely not worth €12. Neither in terms of size nor taste. You can refill your drinks, but you don't drink two liters of Coke or anything like that; I certainly don't. Our fries were completely oversalted and inedible. They were promptly replaced, but unfortunately, the others were also oversalted. Apparently, the whole order was oversalted. Not worth the money in my opinion. Two cheeseburgers, a Coke, and a kids' meal (small burger, small fries, small drink) for €38! If we'd also ordered fries and a second drink, it would have been almost €50. No thanks.

I went here for dinner. The burger, fries, and drink totaled around €22. You can choose from 15 additional toppings to go with the patty and meat. You can pour your own drink at one of the stations, and you can even pour more than once. The fries are served in a small cup. The fries that don't fit in the cup are loose in the bag (that's probably the way it is here). The burger was a bit too soggy and extremely greasy for my taste. The fries weren't crispy, but rather wobbly and greasy. In my opinion, the value for money isn't right here. I wouldn't go again.

Super friendly staff, reasonable prices. Everything was clean; the only thing I didn't like was the aluminum foil around the burger. The burger itself was perfectly assembled, and the delivery was fast.

This was our first visit to Five Guys. We placed an order today just before closing. The service team gave us fries and extra toppings, as they would otherwise be thrown away. Before they closed the vending machines, they asked us if we wanted refills. The burgers and fries were incredibly delicious and absolutely worth the price. Overall, we were very impressed and will be visiting the chain more often.

I find the prices very excessive for the size of the burger

The food is tasty, and the atmosphere is similar to other fast-food restaurants. I like the concept, but it doesn't compare to the US branches. I found it expensive.

Unfortunately, it's a disaster for the money. I understand that we're in Wolfsburg, so everything has to be a bit fancy and exclusive, but at a certain point, you need a doctor... The cheeseburgers are at best the quality of an outdoor swimming pool, and the atmosphere is like an outdoor McDonald's playground: loud, chaotic, and completely unfriendly in the heart of Wolfsburg for just under €20 per person! It fits in with the rest of the city.

Super cool place. Many reviews say the service is slow. I can only explain the long waits with guests who simply need a little longer to order their food. I think you should just be patient, even if you're hungry. Once it's your turn and you know what you want, ordering takes less than 30 seconds. I was there on a busy Friday during rush hour (the outlet is always busy on weekends) and I really have to praise the staff. Everyone was super friendly and competent. Our fresh burgers and Cajun fries were ready in about 10 minutes. Achieving that during the evening rush is amazing in my opinion. The ingredients on the burgers were without exception fresh and incredibly delicious. The fresh jalapeños on my burger were the highlight for me. The restaurant was super clean; nothing was missing. Whether sauces, napkins, or straws; everything was there. The post-mix machines (drink machines) were both clean, and every type of drink was available. Hats off guys. That's how gastronomy works 🫰🏼

Head office needs to come and fix this place. Consistently bad, staff arguing with managers over doing their jobs and below average burgers. Condiments are always empty. Fries are all the same size no matter what size you order. It also closes too early. Not good for the brand. I now drive to Hannover if we want Five Guys. Kills me that our local one can be this bad.

I don't understand how anyone can like this "food". The size of the burgers is a joke, especially for the price. In terms of taste, it's rather lower midfield. The fries were cold and soggy. Added to this was the absolutely exorbitant price. For the money you can easily go out for a real meal. Definitely not again.

The burgers were juicy and packed with flavor, made fresh to order. The real star, though, was the milkshake, especially the combination of peanut butter, banana, and salted caramel. Rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, it created an indulgent treat that paired beautifully with the Cajun-spiced fries.

I absolutely don't understand why this chain is so hyped. Anyone who says the food here is good apparently has absolutely no expectations. We ordered 2 menus and spent €38!!! paid. I specifically said that I didn't want mushrooms on my sandwich (it was still a burger), but they were on there anyway. A normal burger that costs just under €10 is the size of a small piece of toast. The fries were served in a cardboard bag that was simply thrown into the bag along with a paper cup. The seasoned fries are just disgusting. All in all, the price for this crap is just outrageous and absolutely unjustifiable.

Extrem unfreundliches Personal bei der Bestellung, obwohl wir gut vorbereitet exakt wussten was wir wollten und hinter uns auch keiner war. Essen wurde einfach in die Tüte geworfen, entsprechend waren die Pommes überall beim öffnen dieser. Burger war auch nicht korrekt zusammengestellt. Auf dem Bon stand es aber korrekt und zu allem Überfluss hat das teure Essen nicht geschmeckt. Also Burger lieber selber machen.

I find the food very confusing, you hardly have the opportunity to take a look at the different types, there are too few offers and the service just wants you to order quickly.. The ambience is clutter looks good. The citizen tasted really good, but after I broke down my garbage... Unfortunately I had to be disgusted!!! The guys in the back who prepare everything... One of them scratches his armpit (with a shirt on but the sight of all the sweat is disgusting) The other was talking to his buddy and rubbing his sweaty back with one hand while he was talking to his colleague.. And they did the whole thing with the black gloves that my citizens did 😭😭😭 never again

System catering, burgers taste good, seating available inside and outside. Portions are very large and drinks can be refilled at any time. Staff friendly and very fast. For children and young people in highlight.

Fries were soggy in a bag. After unpacking, the citizens immediately fell apart so that it was just a pile of something. We couldn't eat it without cutlery, after a complaint it was said that we were responsible for the product after it was handed over, and the seller had no insight. We ate in the restaurant on site, so it was a really strange thing. Not recommended especially since it was too expensive for something like that

Five Guys says it's open until 8 p.m. and when I entered the store at 6:30 p.m. there was already no food left. Only milkshakes were available. If I had arrived 10 minutes before closing time - okay. I once had a problem with an Uber Eats order. Five Guys handled this in a very customer-oriented manner, very accommodating and friendly, both the team on site and the head office. Calling this food a burger is an insult to any palate. We have never seen such a carelessly leftover pile of food pressed together. The buns were sticky, the patty was crumbly and the bacon was dusty. Due to the over-ambitious way of distributing the sauces on the pile, a spoon would be helpful to eat with. But you would have to bring your own because there are no cutlery or plates available. The blandness of the burger is only topped by the way the fries are prepared. If you use fresh potatoes on site, then you should also make sure that the end result looks the way you would like to eat fries: crispy on the outside and tasty on the inside. There wasn't much of that left to taste at Five Guys. But that may also be due to the cheap dosage form. The burger was wrapped in aluminum foil and the fries were poured into a paper cup. Everything was then presented to you in a brown cardboard bag, which is probably more familiar for wrapping liquor bottles in America. The drinks are, as is customary, made from syrup. What's amazing is that you can taste both the syrup and the water separately. The only bright spot was the very friendly employee who took the order.
