fishfarm sushi in Königstein im Taunus

I was welcomed in a very kind and thoughtful way, they made me sit even though I was alone. They brought me a small appetizer of edamame, then I received what I had ordered. I was very impressed by the quality of the fish and the flavor of the raw materials. I am sure that if I had the opportunity, I would gladly go back, I highly recommend it for those who are sushi fans. In addition, the fish is cut really well and is very tender.

Incredible value, amazing sushi. Happily accommodated my wife’s need for gluten free options (they have gluten free soy sauce as well). We ate at Moriki and had very bland and unsatisfying sushi at 3x the cost. This is SO much better!!!

We were walking through Königstein and finally we headed towards this Japanese restaurant, which we wanted to have visited before. The place is small, with few tables, however we were lucky that there was a free table. The atmosphere, cozy, pleasant, quiet. Everything accompanied. Even the music. The service was excellent. We immediately felt at home. Which made the tasting even more enjoyable. We ordered several different sushi dishes, so we could try as much as possible. As a final surprise, Mochi to sweeten the palate. Without a doubt a place worth traveling to.

This is a a small Japanese restaurant. We were lucky to get a table . Reservations are recommended. We ordered Odon soup and it was delicious. Please be aware that they do not accept credit card, just cash.

We love this restaurant . It has delicious food, great service and friendly staff. Alex the previous owner has done a fine job to create this concept and instil professionalism and high standards of quality . We ate sushi and soup . The miso with salmon is also a personal favourite .

The owner and staff are friendly and the sushi is the best value for money in Taunus. Raw fish rice bowl is always a healing point. Reservations and pickups are also available. Ich finde, die Qualität hier ist immer besser als andere Sushi Restaurant am Taunus. Wenige Tische aber dafür fein.

Recommend to have sushi with Udon. Not spacious but delicious and kind service. There is public parking lot nearby. Must to go place if you are interested in Sushi and Udon.

What amazing, fresh, delicious sushi they serve here. Seriously the best I've head in Germany. They are a Korean-Japanese restaurant and so friendly. It's a small little restaurant so not great for groups bigger than 4 or 6. Excellent quality fish. The udon noodle bowls are massive as well so one of those and a small serving of sushi is all one needs 12/10 would come back again

Ich hatte bei Fishfarm eine Sushi-Platte für eine Feier bestellt. Alles lief sehr, sehr freundlich und reibungslos ab. Der Chef ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Sushi war hervorragend! Qualität und auch die Art der Präsentation (auf einer wertvollen Platte, die es gegen Kaution gab) war einmalig. Wirklich zu empfehlen!

Höchstnote in allen Bereichen. Sehr, sehr leckeres und frisch zubereitetes Sushi. Ein kleinen Abzug gibt es, dafür das die Tische sehr eng beieinander stehen und man alles vom Nebentisch mitbekommt. Aber das ist ja der größe des Raumes geschuldet. Ich komme definitiv wieder @

Fishfarm war schon seit längerer Zeit auf meiner must try Liste, jedoch hatte ich erst letzte Woche spontan die Gelegenheit fishfarm Sushi zu testen. Die Qualität und der Geschmack vom Sushi war hervorragend und ich werde definitiv nun öfters hier essen oder etwas zum abholen bestellen (müssen). Sehr gute Auswahl an Klassikern, für mich dass Beste, also keine frittierten o.ä. erwarten. Das Personal und Chef waren auch sehr freundlich und ich bedanke mich bei Ihnen für das gute Sushi und den schönen Abend. fishfarm Sushi kann ich definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Leckeres Sushi, Edamame und Ramensuppe. Das Restaurant ist sehr klein und die Sitzmöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt. Eine nette junge Frau hat uns bedient.

Good food for an affordable price!

I judge my Sushi places mostly on their eel offerings. I have never had eel this good before and it was just a basic unagi roll! The Dragon Roll was also fantastic. We ended up getting take out and eating at a local park because their tables were full.

Great selection of vegetarian sushi rolls! We come here regularly from Frankfurt, it's that good!

Ich komme gerne zu Fishfarm. Hier gibt es einfach das beste sushi in der Umgebung (ich habe im Großraum Frankfurt noch kein besseres gegessen). Die Lebensmittel sind von hoher Qualität und alle Mahlzeiten werden mit Liebe zubereitet, da ist passion dahinter und das schmeckt man auch. Der Inhaber nimmt sich auch Zeit für seine Kunden und erklärt auch mal etwas zur Zubereitung (wir wollten wissen wie das Ei bei dem Tamago Yaki Nigiri zubereitet wird). Es ist ein kleines Lädchen, mit schöner Atmosphäre, man fühlt sich sehr wohl und irgendwie wir ein familiäres Gefühl ausgeschüttet. Ich würde 729101 Sterne geben wenn ich könnte aber der Laden ist wirklich eine 12/10
