Very good food and service. The staff are nice and friendly and the chips are amazing. Sauce is great and so is everything else about this place.

The staff were friendly. The food looked great, and the price was decent. Overall taste was just ok, a little bland and needed salt. Would probably eat again if I was super in the mood.

The atmosphere is uncomfortable and the voices of the workers there are a bit loud, especially when they call you to take the food. You feel like you are in a sewing workshop . 😄 As for the food, it is somewhat good... 3 stars, no more.

A big fan of seafood, I walked in spontaneously when I saw the selection. There's bargain options (which I passed over) as well as several fillets, various side dishes, sauces, drinks - quite a bit to choose from really. The staff are quietly efficient and highly personable. No question that I'll be coming back.

I had the Shrimps&chips and I have to say they were really good! The gentleman there was very kind, the portion is big. I will definitely try something else when I'm in the area again because all the dishes looked really good and it's hard to decide.

Mi hermano gemelo y yo acabamos de tener un gran par de horas en Alexanderplatz Mercado de Navidad y después de disfrutar de gluhwein, cervezas y similares en el mágico mercado de Navidad, entonces pensamos que era prudente conseguir una comida en nosotros y este chippy encajaba perfectamente en la factura. Fish & Chips es un excelente restaurante de comida rápida, el interior es excelente, ordenado y ordenado, mostradores de cristal muestran las golosinas que se ofrecen y el personal aquí es excelente, también hay opciones de asientos fuera. Pedimos un cuenco de patatas fritas cada uno y tomamos una botella de cerveza de Berliner Kindl Schultheiss Brauerei (cerveza Berliner Kindl ) y estas se sirvieron en excelentes condiciones quedando heladas frías y espumosas y en cuanto a las patatas fritas estaban increíbles, totalmente deliciosas, justo lo que necesitábamos para montarnos unas buenas horas . Totally rude and disrespectful seller this morning. Can hardly speak German and mumbles something to himself and insults the customer when the customer doesn't understand or hear anything! I didn't order anything more after this offensive behavior! Never here again!

I wanted a package of Backfish Bites and Shrimp. I paid €10.50 (if I could print the price large I would do it now) for such a small pack. If you were to compare it to a restaurant or even McDonalds it would either be a whole meal or a menu of many different things. Also, I said tartar sauce and not mayo. Unfortunately, I had to get to my train and therefore couldn't run back to exchange my sauce. The shrimp were very oily and the batter felt thicker than the shrimp. 1 out of 5 stars only for the fried fish. The rest is unfortunately very disappointing. Once and never again

I bought a sandwich and it was stale af. I asked the guy to heat it up and had to convince him to do it. Once he did, the bread became like a brick. I asked to return it and get fish instead and pay the difference and he straight out refused. Horrible place, highly not recommended

We got 2 XXL fried fish rolls here. They were freshly prepared and, along with the tartar sauce, were very tasty. The staff was also friendly, but the prices were typical for the train station.

Die Huasfritten waren reichlich und auch der Rohkostsalat als Beilage war ordentlich auf dem Teller. Wenn man schnell am Hauptbahnhof eine sättigende Mahlzeit braucht ist man hier richtig. Einzig feine Bänke stehen etwas eng an den Tischen.

This is honestly my go to place every time Im in Berlin. I enjoy there blackfish box , shrimp box and their fish and chips. Small tip have it with their remoulade sauce

I recently visited Fish and Chips Alexanderplatz, bhf , and my experience was extremely disappointing. The place was unprofessional and lacked basic hygiene standards. The staff seemed disinterested and careless, which reflected in their poor service. Worse, the food was clearly not prepared under proper sanitary conditions. After eating, I got food poisoning, which is completely unacceptable. This restaurant needs to seriously improve its hygiene and customer service practices. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They need to learn the importance of proper food handling and respect for their customers. Avoid this place if you value your health!

Sells imitation 'Calamari' and tries to pass it off as real. People might be familiar with ' fake calamari, where some kind of meat slurry is glued together, shaped as rings and sold as a form of imitation 'Calamari'. It's not tasty, it's mushi inside instead of chewy, and has no resemblance of real Calamari other than the shape or a ring, though they tend to be quite uniform im difference to real Calamari that has more variation. Because of how common this is, I asked extra if it was 'Pressfleisch' or real Calamari. The employee seemed confused at first, as if I was wondering what those rings were, I insisted, saying they are sometimes made of 'Pressfleisch' and wanted to know if this was the case. He said it was not 'Pressfleisch', so I bought some and tried it. It was 'Pressfleisch'. To be fair, I don't think he neccesarily misled me on purpose, he might not have known, but that does not really make it better. If you work at a restaurant, even a fast food one, it should be standard to know some basics about your products, or at least say you do not know if you don't. It is a very bad look.

There was a lot to choose from and it looked delicious too. Unfortunately that was it. There was only normal salt on my fries, although I clearly asked for sensible seasoning, so-called French fries salt, which every small child knows. He simply wasn't interested. No friendliness, no sensible charisma. If I want to go out to eat somewhere, I want friendly service. You should definitely hire other employees there. Otherwise I will never visit this store again, neither will my other friends

Rather small portions for relatively large prices. A really very small box of fries for €4 that had obviously been pre-fried in the display for a long time and had only been warmed up briefly. Completely okay as a snack, nothing more, nothing less!

I took one fish and chips box and they served it in very bad manner and there is a one fat colleague he was continuosly talking very loud with other workers i cant sit there atleast for 5 minutes it was just like headache , i think chef should take strick action on it to make customer confortable

Never again! Staff very unfriendly and incompetent! Had chicken nuggets with fries! Both were carelessly thrown into the deep fryer and into the box! Everything tasted like old fat! No wonder with the pre-fried fries and the almost bubbling deep fryer! I wanted mayo and got garlic mayonnaise! The dips weren't even refrigerated at almost 30 degrees! So if you don't feel like getting food poisoning, avoid this store!

Unfortunately, fish and chips and other fried shrimp were not good. At least our stomachs weren't doing too well afterwards. It also seemed a bit greasy and like old oil. In terms of food, we absolutely cannot recommend it, or we got something bad. The only good thing is the original malt vinegar. As with all the shops in the corner, the ambience is pretty poor, as is typical of the Alex train station. Will not go there again to minimize the risk of digestive problems 😬

Fries were pretty great and surprisingly not oily and seasoned to perfection. The fish however needs some love. It is barely seasoned and the breading is tasteless. I would not recommend the fish, I couldn’t finish mine. The frozen taste is pretty strong as well. Even though it’s in the busy AlexandrPlatz the staff are incredibly patient and friendly to everyone. There are 2 tables in case you want to dine in quickly* The store is also one of the few ones that will be open till late at night, which is quite convenient.

Very convenient place next to tram , S and U Bahn, very tasty fish and chips full marks on that. Ordered my daughter’s favourite Fish and Chips combo box. Sitting area is not so big but has enough place and usually whenever I go there I get the place to sit. The combo box is nice. It is on bit expensive side comparing with what I pay at similar fish and chips at NordSee near Rathaus Steglitz. Service can be bit better, But yeah over all good place to sit , eat and enjoy the place when u feel hungry walking around Alexander Platz or you have just finished movie at Cinema Cube next to it. Recommend.

Absolute joke of an "Backfischbaguett". I had to cut the bread roll again since 1/3 of it wasnt even cut open. The salad didnt even covered more than 1/4 of the bread roll. There was ZERO sauce/remoulade on the bread. The Fish while not covering even HALF of the bread in the crust. When cut open it WAS EVEN SMALLER!!!! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!!! DONT BUY! You basically get a half cut bread roll. With half of that half covered by breaded fish. Which tuns out to be only a fish patty HALF AS SMALL AS THE BREAD: Means only 1/4 of the breadroll is even fish. Scammmmmmmm.
