We were there for the brunch breakfast buffet from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The parking situation was catastrophic (snow/ice) The acoustics were very stressful for me because you couldn't have a quiet conversation. (Music/Volume) Doesn't correspond to a nice Sunday breakfast for me, maybe we're already too old. There was plenty on offer, but you always had to queue and it was far too narrow. The service was nice and courteous - (we were on our first name immediately - that's probably how it was) The drinks are extra, but you should keep in mind that the price of breakfast is added to that. We were there with the gourmet block so we ate two for the price of one as well as the cocktail. We had veal schnitzel with potatoes with delicious antipasti vegetables per dish actually 19.99 euros as gourmet block only half. As a cocktail two zombies the normal price per cocktail 12.95 euros, again half saved. Food and cocktail super delicious 😋. Of course, the Sunday brunch here is also one of the best in Hanover.

A visit is always worth it! We will be coming here to eat more often now!

XMAS - gourmet buffet. Parking situation a disaster, the table directly in front of the barrier-free toilet, with bar stools at the wobbly table with people over 70 years old completely unacceptable. Sitting directly in the aisle also quickly led to the table behind us becoming completely annoyed as 4 tables were now cut off to get to the buffet. The guests could not choose the alternative route because there were dogs in the way. We asked for an alternative table. That worked... For the buffet: We were invited to a XMAS gourmet buffet. Since the time was announced as 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., I assumed it was brunch. However, it was a conventional breakfast buffet with antipasti added. Nothing more, nothing less. Yes, when I heard the price, I could have figured it out myself, but it's still a bit misleading to call it a gourmet buffet. However, I haven't been to this restaurant before. The food at the buffet: (baked) goods, bread, omelets, sweet spreads, sausage, cheese, raw vegetables, antipasti, sausages, bacon, beef meatballs, scrambled eggs, pancakes and donuts. Surely little things have been forgotten. For the price, for what was offered, it's completely okay. But the way it was presented and the quality of the food was a bit off-putting. We weren't the first at the buffet at 10.45 a.m., but hundreds of new guests arrived after us, so the perception is pretty much from the middle of the entire buffet. Sausage platter carelessly filled with various sausages, cheap cold cuts. Cheese plate with various soft cheeses completely smeared, the sliced ​​cheese, just as it had been taken out of the packaging, was simply laid down and stuck like crazy. The butter was hard, the Nutella was empty, the salmon was completely shredded in small pieces and stacked on a large plate without being cooled, the fuel pastes had not been changed, ALL the warm dishes were cold. The sausages were only browned on one side, the bacon not worth mentioning. The pancake station was completely dirty from guests, with leftover dough everywhere you looked. There was also a children's and vegan corner. However, I can't say much about that. I can't understand at all why, with so many staff, who by the way seemed very nice, but overwhelmed, there isn't one person assigned to constantly just take care of the buffet hygiene. Because there were plenty of employees on site, but all employees had to do "everything", from taking orders, bringing drinks, cashing out, clearing away and refilling the buffet... and so it's not surprising that every employee fills things up differently than all the others . And therefore no one felt responsible for the burnt out fuel pastes. Because the inexperienced temporary workers can't know that, that's what led to the appearance of the panels. What was also really missing was some labeling of the buffet. Some things weren't clear. However, it is subjective. A large part of the goods are from Metro's own brand, which is not a bad thing, but with honey they didn't simply have to present it in a squeeze bottle. Lots of little things that could lead to the buffet being presented more attractively and making it look higher quality. The selection of drinks is good and reasonably priced. All in all: If you're lucky enough to get a good table to chat with family or friends and don't focus on the buffet, you'll get a solid selection for the price and be full. I can't judge what it looks like a la carte. However, with so many alternatives in and around Hanover, we can't say yet whether we will come back again.

We came here again today for brunch. The food was once again very tasty. Big praise for the service. Everyone is quick, friendly, attentive and always there. Happy New Year 2025 to the entire team. 👌

Then I tried to call back several times and no one answered, that's not the case at all! !!!!!!!! I don't even know where to start. I'll start with food. I ordered a wrap and explicitly said that I didn't want dried tomatoes but I wanted avocado. Both were missing and the iceberg in the wrap was really just mud and not remotely fresh. I could hardly get it down, with fries the whole thing cost almost €16. So I thought to myself, come order some bruschetta, this one was bad in my opinion. Don't say anything good anymore either. After the first bite I wanted to vomit. Service was called and negatively commented and sent back. The service itself was simply terrible, until we placed the order they were at the table every 5 minutes, then completely forgotten, the table was only reluctantly cleared at our request. I would have just swallowed all of that and never gone back. BUT I had to pay for the bruschetta because the chef personally tried it and said it was good! So it wasn't just the last time for me, but for every guest invited to the ceremony. Of course, I advise anyone who asks me to go there. Then I don't have to have overpriced, not good food. I don't understand the positive comments either. Nothing on my plate was “fresh and crunchy”

We were there for brunch on Sunday morning. Delicious buffet with everything you need. The staff is friendly and cheerful even though it was busy.

Since we have eaten there off and on over the past few years, I can say that the quality has deteriorated significantly. It just doesn't taste good anymore and the portions are getting smaller and smaller. We won't eat there anymore.

Food great. But the parking situation is an absolute disgrace. In the end I was allowed to park in a muddy parking lot at my own risk, where I barely got down. The relaxed breakfast gets off to a great start.

We had dinner there on November 9th, 2024 at 6 p.m. with six people. Appetizers were ordered. Main courses were ordered, all of which were first class. Totally delicious. What should be highlighted is the great service provided by Alissa. A boss won't find a waitress like that again. Interpersonal grade one, responds very friendly to every guest. She has a very dazzling smile that really puts a smile on people's faces too. Every tip we gave is worth it. We'll definitely be back. The cocktails are all top. We will definitely come back. I am a children's make-up artist and was commissioned on school day a year ago to brighten up the kids' stay in the restaurant on this special day and put a smile on their faces. I was able to get to know the team and I am absolutely thrilled with the commitment and conviction with which they work there. The customer comes first and it shows. The Finca&BarCelona is also very child and family friendly. Small offerings and a children's play area are also constantly being made to ensure that both young and old feel comfortable on site. Since that day I have been allowed to do make-up for the children on holidays such as Halloween. I have been enchanted and experienced a number of events over time. I would prefer to give the service 0 stars. We had dinner there yesterday. At the end, me and my work colleague had a cocktail. Me without alcohol and my colleague with alcohol. When the glass was almost gone, my colleague said that she thought I got it with alcohol. When I tried hers I was very unsure. Since the cocktails were very sour, I couldn't taste the alcohol in mine at first. We only noticed it when comparing. I was still unsure. Since we had a drive home of over an hour, I noticed during the drive that mine was actually the one with alcohol. This is a no go and under no circumstances should something like this happen. Since I was the only one with a driver's license, I continued the drive home. I'm really very angry. What kind of service is this that allows something like this to happen? In addition, it was very empty there, 4 waitresses who were laughing and chatting with each other and we waited a whopping 15 minutes twice for our drink, even though, as I said, there was nothing going on.

This was by far the best brunch meal of my life. The service was absolutely friendly and nice. The food was breathtaking. There is so much choice, unbelievable even for the children. A children's corner to play and an outside playground. Ambiance is simply great. Loud music was also played sometimes for birthdays or farewells. The store is simply great. Absolutely recommended. There are a lot of tables compared to parking spaces and yet you can always find a space even though it is often full. Food delicious, cocktails delicious. There is a sandpit/playground for children. A bit pricey but worth it.

We were outside on Sunday when the weather was good. It was very stressful for the staff, we ordered 2 pizzas. We actually had a broken plate brought to our table twice. When I go to a restaurant, I definitely don't want to eat from a plate that has the corners already badly chipped. I mentioned this and the only answer I got was that it shouldn't be like that. :-/ I thought it was a shame considering the price of the pizza was 17 euros. I definitely like it better on a healthy plate.

We eat out a lot and know a lot of good restaurants in Hanover. However, this is, by far, the worst. 1. The chicken wrap was half raw and you couldn't really define what you were eating. 2. some of the glasses were dirty 3. Music is way too loud in my opinion. You have to half scream at yourself to get the other person to understand you. 4. My personal “highlight”: the waiter stood behind the counter with a mask and took a carton of iced tea. You would have thought that he was pouring himself the iced tea as normal, but he was far from it. It opened the box and smelled really noticeable iced tea. I'd be happy to be proven wrong, but normally you only do this to check whether the drink is still drinkable.

Nice large bar and restaurant with lots of outside seating, good and friendly service, the tapas and drinks are also good, it's worth stopping here. Special feature, Starnberger Hell from Bavaria, a good light beer.

I had a meal with you today and it was great, my citizen wasn't quite hot, the bratwurst was a bit hard, the drinks tasted great, I'll definitely be back I was in the finca again, unfortunately the staff were very unfriendly. We kindly pointed out to them that we had the wrong food. That wasn't a problem for us. If we gave the food back, it would be thrown in the trash, but we didn't want that Then we told the staff that we wanted a price adjustment because this meal was cheaper. The staff reacted pretty pissed and the money was given in a way that didn't have to be!

Good in itself. BUT this Saturday there was a brunch that was not announced on the homepage, so the breakfast was €3 more expensive and you were only informed about it on site. Then I made a reservation online and got a cat table near the toilet 😤 that has never happened to me in the Bar Celona in Essen Borbeck. If I had known this beforehand, I would have planned differently.

We sat near the disabled toilet which smelled strongly of urine. Dishes were not cleared away, cutlery was not brought.

Finca Bar Celona offers a really great breakfast buffet that offers a wide selection of fresh and delicious food. We were very impressed by the variety and quality of the food on offer, and the friendly staff ensure that you feel completely at home. Unfortunately, there is one point that spoils the overall impression: in the outdoor area, smokers sit directly between the non-smokers, which is particularly unpleasant for families with small children. The cigarette smoke significantly detracts from the otherwise beautiful atmosphere and is a real disgrace for parents who want to protect their children from the smoke. It would be desirable if the management made a clear separation here to make the stay more pleasant for non-smokers.

The breakfast buffet was good. It was always refilled. When it came to fish there was only salmon. It was very crowded on Saturday morning. That's why it was very loud. The cappuccino lukewarm. But the service was good and friendly.

The food was delicious, the service was courteous, but the background noise (on the outside terrace) of the very loud music, coupled with the noise from the playground, made our stay a bit miserable. I have to say that today was the first day of school and there were probably more children than usual having fun there. In the evening after 7:30 p.m. you don't expect such noise from children - I have to say that I like children and am not anti-children, but I don't understand some parents. These parents obviously didn't mind that their children were screaming loudly and disturbing the other guests.

When the weather is nice you can use the large and attractive outdoor area. The prices are mostly okay despite inflation, but in my opinion the drinks are far too expensive compared to the food. The taste of the food corresponds to the typical quality of such gastro chains.

The audience is loud and aggressive. From all sides there is burping, throwing food, pushing, it's just disgusting! Outside the tables are close together, people smoke everywhere and almost ash into your food. Special mention should be made of the omelet station. There are bored girls standing there who can't do anything and don't want anything, serving the food raw on one side and burnt on the other, the waiting times are enormous, we are brazenly pushed forward, they don't care about anything.

I like the restaurant and the food there, the food is varied and delicious. I think it's great that the finca is participating in "To good to go" and have already saved something from the breakfast buffet and also from the lunch buffet. The portions were quite good and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, last time there were two small pieces of plastic in the salad from the lunch buffet.

We were there today to use the buffet. My partner raved about it because it was supposed to be so great there. When we came in there was no one at the reception and we were there as ordered and not picked up. The young bar staff looked at us, but there was no “hello” or anyone coming to take us to a seat. After five minutes an employee came to tell us that we could choose any spot. Then we sat there for at least 15 minutes with the menus closed. Nobody came and asked for something to drink. We were simply left alone. The five other employees stood at the bar chatting and laughing, while no one felt compelled to check on us. Another stared blankly into space and seemed bored. It's a shame because we drove a long distance just to eat here. Unfortunately I can't rate the food... Service was a straight 6.
