A super delicious, authentic snack bar in the Ruhr area, just the way it should be. We had a frikandel, currywurst with fries, and a special meatball. The owner was great. It's a hidden gem!

I'll never miss this genius Schamkofatz in an indescribable atmosphere. This snack bar is great for a crispy sausage, but the fact that the spicy sauce isn't spicy feels like a rip-off.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this snack bar. The reason is the incredibly long preparation time (it took over 25 minutes for a single order of fries and a currywurst). The service was friendly, but the sauces were watered down.

I can absolutely recommend it; it's still a real open-air chip shop! And the food is absolutely top-notch. The shashlik is absolutely recommendable!

I visited the Feuergrill stand for the first time today. The lady is very nice and uncomplicated. Currywurst fries with a generous portion of mayo, €6.60, fair! (They only accept cash, by the way.) The fries are very tasty, as is the sausage. But for me, what makes a good currywurst is the sauce. Unfortunately, this one wasn't quite right. It's very runny, sour, and lacks both curry powder and a certain kick. Therefore, I'm giving it 4 stars because the price-performance ratio is good and you're overall satisfied after the meal. The sauce, however, definitely needs improvement. Thanks for lunch, and all the best in the future.

Poor service and fries that are undercooked.

Very tasty food and has been for years. I always like to go here every now and then to treat myself to a delicious snack. Whether it's currywurst (the sauce is really great), the homemade frikos or schnitzel - so far I've always been thrilled. And the service is in the style of the Ruhr area: friendly, direct and with the heart on the tongue.

Very nice salesman and even though it's in a parking lot there was plenty of seating and even an umbrella.

It takes 20 minutes for Currywurst until the food arrives

Been there twice, had bad luck twice. The first time, the potato pancakes were so hard that even the tines of the plastic fork broke off. This happens when the potato pancakes are stacked on the plate at 7 p.m. and then heated up again when ordered. In terms of taste they were rather neutral. The next evening we had currywurst fries. I can't understand why the sausage is cut and remains on the plate until the fries are ready. Cold currywurst: no thanks. I've also never seen such a thin sauce. My conclusion: I won't be coming back.

I ordered Jägerschnitzel with fries, very tasty! The fries could have used a minute longer for my taste, but they were very seasoned.

I had the food delivered. Arrived on time. It was still really warm. The meat was tender and tasty. No minimum order value. No delivery fee, just a service fee of 0.99 euros. I can recommend it without hesitation.

I ordered schnitzel peppers and a coleslaw via Lieferando. It could have been so good, but unfortunately the sauce from the schnitzel just tasted sour and was watery. I thickened them with tomato paste so I don't have to throw it all away. The meat itself was delicious. Unfortunately, the coleslaw isn't really tasty either and smells chemical. Too bad 😔 I'd better not say anything about the fries. :(

Classic french fries stalls - are now very rare to find

It's on a big street. But the service is warm. And fries and the like are fresh and delicious.

Here you will always receive a friendly welcome and the food is good value for money. Sometimes the cook is a little amorous, please less salt.

Meiner Meinung nach eine der besten Frikadellen in Essen (alle Gerichte selbstgemacht). Service auch sehr nett. Man kann sich hier sehr gut unterhalten während man auf das Essen wartet. Auch das Schaschlik sowie Currywurst schmeckt lecker. Alles in allem ein toller Imbiss. Weiter so!

Wir waren jetzt dreimal dort essen und wurden ab dem zweiten Mal nur noch enttäuscht. Das erste Mal waren wir noch vor der Preiserhöhung dort und die Portionen waren sehr ordentlich und geschmacklich war alles top für einen Imbiss. Beim zweiten Mal waren die Preise angehoben worden und als wir zuhause alles ausgepackt haben ist uns auch aufgefallen, dass die Portionen kleiner geworden sind. Jetzt beim dritten Mal haben wir das Essen direkt in den Mülleimer geworfen schade um das Geld. Die Currysauce schmeckte sauer und das Gulasch war kalt und trocken. Dazu war die Portion Pommes winzig klein, Gulasch war dafür mehr als genug. Wir wurden jedes Mal von jemand anderen Bedient - wir haben hier auch die Vermutung das es keinen einheitlichen Standard gibt welche Verpackung für was genutzt wird. Wir haben die Pommes bereits in drei verschiedenen Containern erhalten.

Unscheinbar aber lecker! Fritten knusprig, Currywurst gut und Portion ordentlich!

Ehrliche Currywurst mit Pommes zum fairen Preis, sehr zu empfehlen, freundliche Bedienung, um Welten besser und günstiger als der Schnellimbiss mit dem großem "M" hundert Meter weiter. Wenn Pommes und Co. dann Feuergrill! Eine Einfahrt vor dem "M" nehmen! Bis bald!

Essen tip top. Gute Currywurst, frische Pommes, knusprig, würzig. Service freundlich. Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden und für Imbiss auf Parkplatz sogar hübsch dekoriert. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Einfach nur sehr lecker, sofort neben Mc. Donald, auf dem Parkplatz bei Staples und Lidl, sehr lecker gegessen. Danke, wir kommen wieder. Heute wieder dort gewesen 👍🤗

Schon einige Male dort was gegessen. Echt lecker. Alle Gerichte noch ziemlich günstig vom Preis her. Bei schönem Wetter hat man die Möglichkeit draußen zu essen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gesprächig.

Sehr gute Auswahl. Sehr lecker und normale Preise. Durchaus zu empfehlen.

Das Schaschlik ist der Hammer. Butterweich und die Sauce ist eben so lecker. Nur die Pommes sind ewig zu salzig. Nehmt da doch etwas weniger. Dann gibt es auch den 5. Stern.

Ein Schnellimbiß, der hält, was er verspricht ... schnell, lecker, preiswert ‼️

Nette und freundliche Bedienung. Speisen sind einen Hauch über Durchschnitt im Pommesbudenniveau. Ist aber natürlich auch Geschmackssache. Preise sind zivil und nicht übertrieben.

Klasse das es überhaupt noch gute Pommesbuden gibt. Hier gibt es spitze Pommes & Co für nen korrekten Preis. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Wer sich nicht an momentan geltene Regeln halten will, soll halt selbst kochen.

Besser geht's kaum. Alles frisch, nix aus dem roten Eimer, keine alten Pommes in der Schüssel. Dauert eben ein paar Minuten, dafür dann kross & heiß.

Super leckere selbst gemachte Frikadelle und sehr leckere Currywurst Pommes gegessen. Top!

Ne wirklich klassische Wurstbude...

Super Laden, gute Soßen und tolle Pommes

Heute 11.06.2019 da gewesen. Pommes Currywurst extra-extra scharf zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Pommesportion recht klein. Pommes gerade so durchgegart aber nicht knusprig (und nicht wegen der kurzen Fahrt, hab da auch schon knusprige mitgenommen). Currywurst verbrannt und die Soße nicht scharf. Komischerweise bekommen es die Männer in der Bude besser hin.

Solide Pommes Currywurst. Die Wurst ist OK. Currysoße hat die richtige Süße und ist gut gewürzt. Kann auf Wunsch schön scharf gemacht werden. Pommes sind knusprig und gut gesalzen.

Schmeckt super. Super nettes Personal
