Best store ever you have to go shopping

According to the manager, with whom I had just spoken briefly, they were open until just before 9 p.m. She had barely left when an employee came shortly before 8 p.m. to tell me that they were about to close, just so I knew. I sat down on the bench next to Kaufland, and the lady was cleaning the floor where I was sitting, and the sales and business were still going, even half an hour later. Why drive away customers when they're still open? Both women behind the counter should be fired and thrown out! Friday, May 30, 2025, 8:15 p.m. and I'm waiting for my car to be cleaned.

Ready-packaged cream unfortunately gets spoiled after one day

We were sold spoiled food several times, even though I had previously informed the salesperson that I'd already "got" sour feta cheese twice before. Unfortunately, there was no reaction, even though the manager was present. This time I bought shrimp, cream, tzatziki, and olives. All the products I bought were sour... the shrimp were even very questionable. Furthermore, the products weren't labeled... is that even legal?? Better to just throw the money in the trash... save yourself the trip... I'm very disappointed... 1 star is too much here.

Questionable taste. Tried it several times and never found anything tasty

The products used to be very good and the service was warm; everyone was welcome. In recent months, the quality of the products has declined, and with it, the friendliness of the employees. With the prices so high, this combination is a mystery to me. Unfriendly, expensive, poor quality => lost customer. Is that the plan?

Excellent food. Our “go to” shop for delicious spreads, flatbreads and antipasti. Especially the cheese varieties. The “Orient” variant is addictive in the best sense of the word.

Bought feta cheese dips here for the first time yesterday. I've been feeling sick since last night 👎

There is hardly any talk of delicatessen here anymore. I've always enjoyed shopping there a lot but now I have to look for another deli. Apart from the price, the prawns were already bad on the same day and you couldn't eat them at all. I've always enjoyed buying the spreadable creams, but I've noticed several times now that some areas taste bad and sour after 2 days and some areas don't. For me that means the fresh creams are mixed with the old ones. It doesn't work at all! Over-salting was also an issue, but it can happen sometimes, but it's just annoying when you've paid €6 for the cream and can't eat it. The employees are always unfriendly and don't want to work. Then I don't feel like it anymore. A pity!

It doesn't get any better. We always enjoy coming here because we know that quality is very important here. The products come fresh from the Mediterranean and are processed nearby, meaning everything is always fresh. In addition, the staff is very nice and will be happy to advise you.

Here you can get the best and tastiest antipasti in Karlsruhe and the surrounding area. I can especially recommend the green olives with garlic or with almond kernels. Another taste experience are the olives with mango + chilli. There is a very large selection of products such as shrimp, pepperoni, pickled tomatoes and cream cheese...just see for yourself on site!

Die Antipasti vor Ort sind sehr lecker, daher nehme ich gerne immer mit. Auch die Aufstriche / Frischkäse Varianten sind super lecker. Einzig der Preis. Weinblätter etc. Werden immer gleich verhältnismäßig teuer. Aber klar ist da steckt viel Handarbeit drin und diese Stande sind ja alle so teuer Wer sich also was gönnen will der rechnet mit dem Preis und dann ist es OK. Aber nichts für man geht da dreimal die Woche hin.

Ich habe hier gerne eingekauft. Aber es gibt eine Mitarbeiterin die mich jedesmal derart unfreundlich behandelt hat sobald sie erfahren hat, dass ich mit EC-Karte zahlen möchte was auch hier ab 10 Euro angeboten wird! Sie hatte nie Verständnis hierfür (um es höflich auszudrücken), dafür habe ich keinerlei Verständnis für ein solches Verhalten! Wir leben im 21. Jahrhundert! Aktuell ist hier geschlossen mit dem Hinweis man kann gerne im ECE-Center vorbeikommen bis Kaufland eröffnet. Ein etwas großer Umweg den ich auch nicht auf mich nehme.

Angefangen damit das die Bedienung leider bei jedem Einkauf kein Lächeln, kein freundliches Wort und keine Grußformeln kennt. Aber gut. Leider konnte mich die Antipasti für den Preis auch nicht zum lächeln bringen. Die Simit schmeckten leider wie vom Vortag. Hab es jetzt paar mal probiert, aber meine Erfahrungen wurden dadurch nur bestätigt.

Reichhaltige Auswahl, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhälnis. Personal ist oft überfordert und das führt zu Unfreundlichkeit.
