Man, I wish this place would be around the corner from where I live ... Super inexpensive and the food is to die for. We were 5 people and basically paid 30 bucks for lunch and dessert. For real, the plate's are so big, an elephant might fit on there. I think the best thing about this place is the hospitality, though. I've yet to see a restaurant with a nicer staff. When I'm back in Dresden, I'll be back here. :)

It's delicious and cheap. A chicken leg rice bowl for weekday lunch is €7.50.

Because of our order on Saturday, October 25th, I've decided to permanently choose the Alternative for Germany. We, eight West Germans, ordered a lot of food to take home that afternoon. After waiting for over 2.5 hours, we received a message saying there was no chicken. Instead, we mostly received rice, potatoes, and falafel. A few of us actually got vegetarian, or rather, not fried, vegetarian durum with, every now and then, strange bits that looked like chicken, but had no flavor. Where are the proteins and meat we paid for? The excuse was that the food wasn't ready yet, or rather, the chicken, and they'd rather deliver something instead of simply calling us and canceling the order. What we shouldn't forget here is that a friend of ours found a spear from Lancelot in his food, also recently known in our world as a giant, sharp bone!! Good; That we rummaged through our food, otherwise something might puncture our throats. We were then promised on the phone that we would receive a voucher that we could redeem next time. A few days later, we still haven't received anything!! Do we recommend the shop? No. Would we ever order again? No. Was it funny? Yes. You're probably wondering during the review why I gave the negative rating 2 stars. It's because we were making fun of a chicken shop that doesn't serve chicken during prime time during the week (Saturday afternoon), and the quality is so poor that we decided that some of us would go to McDonald's and the others to a place where we had already eaten the night before. And no; I'm not a fan of American fast food, but even the one at the Golden M has better quality food than Fatima from the Orient with the 9 dwarves behind the 8 mountains. Nevertheless, we had a good laugh together at you, and it was nice. But in conclusion, we were very disappointed and had to throw away food for the first time in years because even pet food would have been more pleasant to gag on than the food. Best regards

A genuine five star experience without the five star price tag. Every single dish is a mouth watering masterpiece, seriously, bring a bib. The staff operates with grace and precision, making service feel like an art form. It's rare to find this kind of quality that doesn't instantly drain a student's wallet. Run, don't walk to this place😅

This is honestly one of my favorite restaurants that I recently visited. It’s a small, family-run Jordanian place, and every time I eat here, it feels like I’m eating my mother’s food — full of love, warmth, and home-style flavor. I’ve ate here three times now, and the food has been amazing every single time. Everything tastes fresh and homemade — from the falafel to the bread filled with oven baked potatoes to the main dishes. Today I came with a few friends, and when the mother found out we were celebrating a birthday, she surprised us with free starters! It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The atmosphere is cozy, the prices are really reasonable, the portions are really generous and the people running the place are just genuinely kind. You can tell they care about their guests and take pride in their food. If you’re craving authentic Middle Eastern comfort food that makes you feel at home, this is the place. Highly, highly recommended!

We stumbled upon this small restaurant quite by chance and were captivated from the very first moment. The food was fantastic, the portions generous, and the prices amazing. We received such an incredibly friendly welcome and service, and it's absolutely cozy. Even the children's special requests were no problem at all. You get the feeling that everything is prepared with love. If we ever come back to Dresden, we will DEFINITELY stop here. It's worth it!

Best Arabian food you get in Dresden

This was the best Arabic food I've ever eaten. You get authentic, delicious food prepared with love by the family. They're super nice and even give more if you ask. We felt so comfortable that we came back the next day. I wish this place existed in other cities like Berlin; then I'd probably come every day! We've loved coming here right from the start and have remained loyal customers for many years! 🙂 The food is always unbeatably good and so extremely tasty and plentiful. My favorite thing is the vegetarian plate - I'm always completely full and happy afterwards! We've even booked catering twice - and that was also extremely good. We're always impressed. What's more, the shop is full and busy every time we visit - and that makes me really happy. The boss, Fatima, is simply a kind-hearted person. There needs to be more lovely people like this in this world. It feels like coming home: great food, loving conversations and always lovely people who also enjoy eating there. Went Thrice. And the Amount of love respect and attention i receive is unaccountable. The Owners Are so humble and so caring it's hard to miss. I ordered their famous kebab and hanchen teller and it was worth every penny. Moreover the free unlimited Shai is just a cherry on top.

I actually discovered this restaurant by chance while visiting Dresden. I have to honestly say that it is one of the best restaurants (at least Middle Eastern cuisine) I've ever been to! So good, in fact, that I went back on my second day in Dresden. Overall, an excellent, small, family-run restaurant. The mother is very nice and serves you as if you were in her home. The menu is very simple, in the best sense of the word, with a handful of dishes, but of very high quality, all homemade. It also has a chic ambiance where you feel very comfortable. I will miss this restaurant and will try to come back the next time I'm in Dresden. Highly recommended!

My go-to place whenever im hungry and craving a decently priced meal. The flavours are home-like and the portions are enormous. Only negative is the time taken to get the food but it is certainly improving the last couple of times I've been here.

A real discovery in Dresden! This restaurant offers Jordanian spécialties, full or taste with well- balanced spices in the keftas. The full keftas plate with rice, slices of crispy potatoes, veggies in tomate sauce, salad and crème fraîche costs 13€. The service is quick and tea is offered. Just taste it!

Fatima is, in my opinion, THE insider tip in Dresden. Whenever I'm in town, I eat here at least once. I get a full meal for my money and feel completely at home in the friendly atmosphere.

Truly delicious food. I had the falafel roll for €6. It was freshly prepared, warm, filling, filled with a variety of vegetables, hummus, potatoes, and other sauces, and well-seasoned. The whole thing was wrapped in a homemade flatbread. The photo isn't very attractive, but it shows that the roll is moist, squishy, ​​and varied. It's no comparison to other shops that sell ready-made "wraps" with pre-made falafel. A definite recommendation, especially for vegetarians.

Anyone who comes here isn't treated like a guest, but like a friend 💕 Such warm, friendly people, super delicious food, and no matter what you get, there's plenty. Absolutely delicious! This family-run Middle Eastern restaurant in Dresden is a true gem. The main lady was so warm and welcoming, and her hospitality made the whole experience fantastic. She even offered us some excellent traditional tea. We tried the chicken plate, kofta plate, and falafel, and everything was incredible. It's clear they've put their own unique fusion and innovation into the traditional cuisine, making for some of the best Middle Eastern food we've ever had. The portions were huge, and the prices were very fair, offering great value for money. The food was fresh and delicious, and more than enough to satisfy us. They offer halal food. This place is a must-try if you are in Dresden.

They keep deleting my comments, please watch out here!!! This was the kitchen front of the restaurant. This is my deleted comment: Think twice before going here!!! It's very unhygienic. I ate it once and immediately got a stomach upset. The oil used is probably old. Also, they put everything with their bare hands, it looks very dirty.

A friend recommended this place to me for lunch. I once passed by around 8pm and checked it out, but it was quite crowded and I couldn't find a seat. This time, I went after lunch and it was empty. The menu is small, so I ordered a chicken plate and a plate of oven-roasted lamb (21 euros). I ordered at the counter and waited at my seat, and they brought it to me. Tea was complimentary. Knives and forks were self-service. The customers around me seemed to be regulars, and they ate with ease. The portions were large and a bit bland, but delicious. When I finished, I cleared my plates by myself near the counter. Apparently, credit cards are no longer accepted, so payment was cash only. I was a little worried because I'd always paid by card, but I had cash on me and was able to pay.

Yesterday, I went to this restaurant with my family for the first time. Honestly, the food was delicious and clean, and I felt like I was eating at my mother's house. The portions are generous for the price, and the service is extremely friendly to all guests. An experience I'll be happy to repeat. Thank you!

The price-performance ratio is very good and the food is very tasty. The service is also very nice. The only small drawback is that there is little seating in winter because the snack bar inside is not very big and the terrace is closed. Still highly recommended.
