Super tasty food and super friendly staff!

AMAZING 🤩 Being on a diet, I opted for a straightforward grilled chicken and salad, without any extras, expecting just a basic meal to curb my hunger. To my delight, it was absolutely delicious and incredibly satisfying. What truly made the visit special was the exceptional hospitality. The owner was wonderfully attentive and so sweet, genuinely concerned that my simple dish might not be enjoyable enough, and she graciously offered a variety of alternatives. This level of care truly sets them apart. Both she and her daughter are phenomenal cooks, but more importantly, they treat every customer with the warmth and attentiveness you'd expect from family. I highly recommend you visit!

This is probably no longer an insider tip if you look at the queue between 6 and 7 p.m. I can simply recommend it. Sooo delicious. Unfortunately there are only a few tables. The prices are still fair by today's standards.

The two of us ate there and the food was super tasty and, despite the increased costs these days, in my opinion still very good value. Portions were relatively large, we were both definitely full. It was well worth the wait, highly recommended!

Hänchen Teller (Chicken platter) was amazing. It reminded me of authentic Indian biriyani. There is also self-serving of tea which went nicely with it. The shop is small in size but the general vibe was very friendly. Everybody was comfortably sharing tables, which I found charming as it is uncommon in Germany.

The menu is manageable but there should be something for everyone. Portions are very good considering the price and the service is very friendly. Preparation takes a little longer but she really puts a lot of effort into it and you are happy to accept the waiting time. The taste is also great. I'd love to come back when I'm nearby.

A really great and unique treat awaits you at Fatima and the 9 Dwarves. I have never eaten such delicious hummus. And you have to say - I never eat hummus because otherwise it's not my thing. All dishes are excellently seasoned and huge. You can easily eat one portion for a second day. The owner is a kind-hearted lady whose passion and commitment are completely reflected in the shop. You come as a guest and leave as a family. This is very important here. Thank you for your food paradise. We would love to come back and tell everyone how great it is with you! Oh and the price is unbeatable. The overall package is simply great. :)

The price-performance ratio is very good and the food is very tasty. The service is also very nice. The only small drawback is that there is little seating in winter because the snack bar inside is not very big and the terrace is closed. Still highly recommended.

There is really good food here at a good price. The menu is small, but that's an advantage because it allows better quality to be offered in a shorter time. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. It's a bit tight but somehow that adds to the atmosphere.

This is probably the best falafel wrap in all of Dresden... So good that for once I don't have a photo because it was eaten before I thought about taking a photo. Why is the falafel wrap so good here? Because he does pretty much everything right: the falafel is crispy, well seasoned and made from coarse chickpea pieces. The vegetables are crunchy and fresh, but there are also pickled vegetables in there which have a nice slightly sour note that contrasts perfectly with the falafel. You also do NOT save on sauce and the garlic cream, which is also included, fits perfectly here. And last but not least, the bread/wrap used here is also lightly seasoned and I mean briefly fried so that it also has a good taste. And on top of that, the price is fair and the portion size is good... And because that's not enough, the service is very nice, even if we had to wait a bit. I just don't think the ambience is that good, but it's still okay and there are enough chairs too. All in all, a clear recommendation for the falafel wrap! I definitely want to try the other dishes :-)

A little paradise at the Nuremberg Egg, close to the university. You could write a novel here. The food is incredibly delicious, both the rolls and the plates. You'll always be full, and if the massive portions aren't enough, you can get a second helping if you're very hungry. Fatima is simply the best. Rarely have I met such lovely, kind-hearted people. The shop is nice, cozy, but very small. In winter it is often difficult to get a place, but Fatima does her best and finds a free corner everywhere. Small, real, great feel-good place for a wonderful lunch or dinner!

I have been living in Dresden for two months now, and I can confidently say that my experience at Fatima has been unparalleled. I visited with a friend who was visiting from Erfurt, and we were absolutely blown away by the food. The potatoes were simply incredible – unlike anything I’ve ever tasted before. The falafel was equally remarkable, with a flavor that’s hard to match anywhere. Fatima's hospitality was heartwarming, and Mr. Abid’s kindness added to the experience. He even took the time to chat with us, making us feel like valued guests. The generosity of the staff was evident when they offered us more potatoes, but we were already too full to accept. The free black coffee was a delightful surprise and truly a game-changer – the perfect end to an already perfect meal. The portions were generous, the prices unbeatable, and the entire experience felt like being cared for by my mother. Fatima’s restaurant is a gem, where simplicity and heart shine through. It’s now my go-to spot for dining out in Dresden. A solid 10/10 and an experience I would recommend to anyone.

Finally tried it and it tasted so delicious! When I asked, I got hummus extra for the vegetarian plate. It was said that many people don't like hummus and therefore it is no longer always available. Incomprehensible, people😅! Best hummus! Good thing I asked😅👍! Everything very tasty! Definitely come back soon! And super nice owner (?)! So service is also great👍!

We were welcomed here with open arms with a lot of heart and charm. Fatima was so warm and attentive to us and put together great plates for us to try so that we couldn't miss anything. The tea and the small guest room to sit in gave us a little “welcome home” feeling. The portions are absolutely fair for the price, you can almost eat twice from one portion. And about the food...what can you say...simply fantastic. We thank you for this wonderful insight into Jordanian cuisine and would be happy to come back for a visit on your next vacation.

By far the best food you can get in Dresden. Amazing!

Me and my two friends were passing through Dresden late at night. The owner stayed extra late and gave us a very warm welcome despite the late time. She even set a beautiful table for us, and the food was incredibly delicious! It was a great pleasure for us! Next time I visit Dresden I will definitely visit this place again.

Only takes cash. Delicious hummus, falafel and rice. Food was definitely 5/5. Cozy and small restaurant. But due to the way they handle food, lots of cross contamination so may not be suitable for all vegans and those with certain allergies. Have some good tea as well. On a cold, chilly day, we were craving something comforting and homely and we ended up finding this place. The host is absolutely wonderful, so kind and welcoming, and the food carries that same warm, homely touch with unique, delightful flavors. We ordered a falafel teller and a beef cutlet teller, which usually come with rice. Everything was delicious but the tea was a standout, fragrant with hints of cardamom and possibly saffron. Just amazing. Though the place is small, it feels incredibly cozy and inviting, like being at home. The host truly has my heart, what a kind and warm soul. A must-visit when in Dresden!

Fatima is super nice and serves the best food! Huge portions at extremely fair prices, falafel rolls are twice as big as a Dürum. The tea at the entrance also tastes very good. To take away you can also simply bring your own Tupperboxes and they will then fill them up 🔥 highly recommended
