I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years. Both before and after the closure. I've already spent quite a bit of money there. Although the prices are increasing ever more exorbitantly, I regularly got my food there despite my low trainee salary (I started with a big bowl for €12.50, now we're at €15.90). But I'm slowly realizing that the quality has declined significantly in all areas. To eat: The food can only be described as sufficient. The rice is dry due to the outrageously little sauce. It also happened that the rice was still raw. As mentioned before, you really have to look for the sauce in the bowl and notice it. The toppings are becoming fewer and fewer, and some of them are inedible. The tofu, for example, looks more like an old shoe sole, the pancakes taste old and dry, the amount of vegetables is like a joke (e.g. 2 mushrooms in the whole bowl!). If you're even a little lucky, you'll get completely different ingredients or even completely wrong bowls. The service: Unfortunately, the service is my biggest disappointment. On site it was usually the case that you come in and are greeted by very loud music in a small room. This means that employees literally have to shout at each other and when dealing with customers in order to understand anything at all. That's why there have often been misunderstandings. My order was always correct. Now, after a long time, I ordered again and had it delivered. I had to order myself via the website because Lieferandon doesn't have the entire menu available. The delivery itself was quick and within the specified time, which I was happy about. But the initial euphoria quickly faded. The bowls were a complete disgrace. Some of the toppings were completely wrong. For example, meat was missing and there were things in the bowls that were not ordered. Including things that we both didn't like at all and had to work to collect from the bowl. There were no sauces available. The food was cold upon arrival and the delivery fees were way too high (live less than a 10 minute walk from the store). Of course we complained over the phone, whereupon we were given the choice of either getting two new bowls in exchange for the ones that had already been delivered or getting the money refunded and a 10 euro voucher. So we decided to get the voucher and refund since it was already late. After 4 days I called again and asked where our refund and voucher were. Apparently nothing was ever said about a refund (another person besides me heard this) and a voucher was already sent via email. A €10 voucher still hasn't arrived. So what are we left with after ordering? Two almost untouched fake bowls in the household waste and €36! less in the trainee's wallet. Conclusion: That was my last time in/from this restaurant after years of support. It's really a shame.

The food was overcooked and died a couple of days ago. Very dirty! The staff does not know the rules and regulations of hygiene. Prices are the same as in a restaurant. You should expect an auditor with a check!

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered via Lieferando for just under €60. Then there were no rice sticks. There was no suitable alternative, so I was promised that a voucher would come later. I should be reimbursed €8.50. The order arrived a little later than expected. Then the pancakes were missing. I complained and it should be delivered later. The pancakes were actually a 2 for 1 deal. An hour later I only got one portion instead of the promised two portions and it was ice cold like fresh from the freezer. Conclusion Eating with the entire family was not possible because pancakes were delivered ice cold an hour after the rest. The meat tasted good, even though I ordered mix but only got honey. Unfortunately the rest wasn't great. The order was 4 days ago. I never heard anything from the restaurant or the voucher again... Actually, they would have to refund me €13.80 for the missing portion of pancakes from the 2 in 1 promotion and the rice sticks that were not available for €8.50. So we don't want to eat here anymore. I've never been ripped off so hard. Paid €22.80 for nothing. Incredibly bad.

We enjoy Korean food from time to time and I think we were still open to the rice bowls, which seemed to have only a vaguely Korean influence. The problem was simply that Fat Baby's food wasn't particularly good. The food serves the basic tastes of sweet, salty and spicy but I have had better vegetables in the system catering. In the end, the three of us had three rice bowls and no one wanted more after even half the portion.😕

We ordered. Unfortunately the chicken wasn't completely cooked through, there was still hair on it and the tips of the feathers. The quality has deteriorated extremely. I would never order from there again. Way too overpriced!! At least the price-performance ratio would be right. We have a stomach ache.

The food is still very tasty, but Fat Baby seems to have become more stingy. For some time now there has been less meat and vegetables in the bowls and more rice instead. Today was a record, where, unbelievably, half of my two bowls were filled with rice. The meat content, on the other hand, was very low. When you consider the prices for a bowl, that's outrageous. I've noticed this approach for a while now and I actually order bowls for the whole family very often. But I'll have to rethink that now. Update: I tried it two more times, but unfortunately Fat Baby's quality deteriorated even further!!! During my visit 1 month ago, a complacent employee refused to accept my voucher that I had from the blood donation in combination with a discount from a gym cooperation (although this worked without any problems for my last 5-6 purchases). You cannot combine two discount campaigns. Completely incomprehensible, as the voucher is a means of payment and not a discount campaign. In the end he accepted it, but only “as an exception”. In addition, some of the salad at the counter was already noticeably spoiled. My wife had pointed this out twice, but the second employee had just nodded but didn't feel the need to remove the salad from the counter (despite my wife's request). It was probably distributed even further. And when I visited fatbaby today, the rice in all three bowls I bought was so soggy and almost inedible. Something like this shouldn't happen, especially since the prices have now been raised!!! 😡😡😡 It's unbelievable how the quality has deteriorated so drastically! And I already ate there when Fatbaby opened in the Aquis Plaza (with a very, very nice Hawaiian owner who was in the mood for small talk) and have ordered food there every 2-3 months since the first and second opening in Oppenhoffallee . I think that's enough for now.

I ordered 2 bowls online yesterday because I was sick and unfortunately the rice was uncooked. I am a regular customer, eating rice bowls from here for 2 years - we need more quality control. I also called the store to let them know - the woman apologized profusely and promised a voucher code but I didn't get it. Besides, taste 9/10, rice 5/10, service 6/10

Never again FatBaby!! Ordered there for the first time a few weeks ago and it was relatively good. Today we ordered for the second time and really regretted it. Both dishes had no sauces, the rice was almost raw and the meat seemed old and dried out! And just paid €40 for it.

Had the bibimbap bowl. The taste was good, the toppings were ok but the meat was unfortunately very thick, rather chunky and relatively tough. It also looked very fibrous. The rice was still a bit firm at the core. Overall, the base was bad but the remaining toppings were quite good.

I used to really enjoy ordering from Fat Baby Bowls and yesterday I really wanted it again after a long time. Unfortunately I have to agree with many other reviews, it was a big disappointment. Both the quality and the quantity of the portion were very disappointing. The portions of meat and toppings are much smaller than before and the bulgogi was dry and burnt, feeling like it was from the day before or earlier. I don't see the point of paying almost €13 for it...It's a shame, but I think it was my last visit.

Ordered for delivery and more than just disappointed. 98% rice, 2% topping and 0% sauce. Rice was a big lump, totally sticky and not edible. There were 9 pieces of pepper, approx. 2x1cm (despite the double portion) and there was virtually no sauce! Edamame and bean sprouts were also eaten with a fork (more decoration than topping) Absolute impudence to charge such prices for such bad food. First and last time ordered here!

It's a shame, the food used to be really tasty, but today I threw half of it away. The fried chicken was not edible: the meat tasted clearly spoiled, the tofu was old and dry and the rice was completely overcooked and tasted of nothing. The coleslaw had also seen better days and was no longer fresh. That was probably my last visit here. A pity!

So one thing in advance: at the beginning, when the shop opened, I would have easily given it a full 5 stars. The tide has now completely turned... the last few times the bowls were cold, several banchans were forgotten, the egg was very over salted, and more rice than anything else - and it comes with either far too little or far too much sauce. The brownies used to be nice and moist, but now they're just dry. In addition, today ours tasted like perfume or deodorant or something similar, which is not possible. I'm sorry guys, but after so many botched orders I feel compelled to write a bad review in the hope that the quality will improve again in the future :(

The food itself was delicious, but the service was incredibly unsympathetic. When an influencer dressed as a homeless person entered the store and politely asked for something to eat or suggested exchanging something, he was sent away with a smile. Even worse, when he turned around, the staff looked at him with disgust and snooty looks and laughed mockingly. This behavior spoiled the entire atmosphere in the store to such an extent that it was impossible to enjoy the food. It's a shame that what was actually a good meal was ruined by such inappropriate behavior.

It used to be much better Now if you order one more topping you get a lot less of the others. We got 2 slices of cucumber and zucchini, a level tablespoon of spinach and a spoonful of lettuce. When asked directly, they just say that it's always like that, so now it's just bad! About 85% rice and 5% paid regular, 10% extra paid toppings. I would like to be able to at least say that it tastes good, but the toppings are similar and taste very bland, everything is soaked in fat, even the outside of the bowl. Thank you very much

I think it's a shame that the bowls are getting sharper and sharper. Since I ordered from Fat Baby for the first time (approx. 2 years ago), I have always used the same ingredients (vegan) and each time the bowl becomes spicier and is now inedible for me. I actually tolerate spiciness quite well, but my tongue burns, my throat burns and my nose runs. It's a shame... I actually really enjoyed eating at Fat Baby. But the employees are always super nice!

I actually liked Fat Baby a lot, but the last visit was pretty tough. Walked into the store, music so loud that you couldn't hear the person behind the counter. Our moderately successful communication doesn't give him the idea that sometimes less is more. The food itself is still pretty tasty overall, but ice-cold zucchini and pancakes that are chewy as a shoe sole are a new experience that I don't need on a regular basis. A little more meta: The fact that the owner kisses the feet of all the 5-star reviewers here, but never asks questions when criticism is objectively presented, does not speak for honest customer orientation. It's a real shame, Fat Baby was really great at the beginning, but the journey seems to be heading towards mediocrity.

Really delicious bibimbap with great toppings. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The people behind the counter seem inexperienced and sometimes overwhelmed. Every time I visited I had to be careful to get the right one and it wouldn't have worked on its own. An example: you order an extra fried egg on top and the egg is forgotten or ends up in the wrong bowl in a group order. Or: you pay extra for a bag to make it easier to take with you, but the bag is then forgotten and only given to you when you ask. Every kebab shop gets the orders better, with multiple times the throughput and drunk customers at night. It's always just little things and the food is really tasty, but these little things make the store really annoying in the long run. I don't understand what can be so difficult about coordination.

I got Nibbles there and thought that I was getting reasonable meat for the price. Unfortunately, far from it. It looked like using up leftovers and it was more breading than anything else. The chicken meat is far from tender and good quality. I can't understand the good reviews.

I tried korean spicy fire chicken bowl and was utterly disappointed….there was no chicken and no fire that is all i can say, bland and boring. Explanation: when i ordered Korean spicy fire chicken i expected the bowl to have some nice big chunky pieces of spicy fried chicken with some nice hot spicy garlic sauce, but actually there were just some diced small pieces of chicken( which you usually find in every asian shop in a chicken noodle box but this is was even smaller and tasteless), no flavor, bland, no spices, average flavoured garlic sauce, i have attached what i expected but certainly not what i got

The food is delicious, BUT... We waited almost two hours for our food. The announced delivery time was one hour. After we called after 1.5 hours, the lady on the phone told us (after we finally got through after being busy a few times) that the driver had broken down, but got entangled in contradictory statements. First a new driver had to pick up the order when the breakdown occurred and when we were concerned that the food would probably be cold, we were told that the driver had driven off with a new order. The apology cookie announced over the phone was not there. Just the one that was already included in the order as a free March promotion. It's definitely too expensive for such a service!

Nibbles are tasty but not enough for over €20. I ordered an L portion and there were 10 pieces that were the size of half of my thumb. Very rude supplier. After the call, the delivery person said that he didn't have time to wait that long and wanted to finish work sooner. That's why he put the food in front of the door and left it open. The box with the nibbles was also open and therefore cold.

I waited until after my third order to give my review. The first time the food was great but the delivery took far too long. However, the driver was very accommodating and brought me a brownie as an apology. The second time my order arrived after 20 minutes even though I live in Haaren. Cheers! I have never eaten food like this anywhere before and it cannot be compared to ordinary bowls. Exceptional spices that this cuisine uses. As an athlete, Fatbaby is my first choice because the food is so protein-rich and healthy.

Great food, very friendly staff. I had minor issues when ordering online, for example mixing up what extras goes in what bowl in the past, but the food is always delicious. Ordering in person guarantees a good experience and staff has always been super friendly. Only downsides are limited space in front of the counter and no dine in possibility. But imo you have to try fat baby if you live in Aachen.

Had to wait a little longer than the stated waiting time (~20 minutes) but that's fitting for Carnival But the Superbowl chicken wings are really not recommended :S no salt in the breading, tastes like nothing. Daw meat itself also has virtually no taste. So even with sauce it's just not enjoyable. It was somehow very disappointing :( The wings that you can make yourself in the oven for a quarter of the price are much better. Last time the bowl was significantly better but also well priced. **The restaurant responded very kindly to the criticism and since we otherwise had a good experience, I am adjusting my rating accordingly. Nevertheless, things seem to go wrong every now and then

Avoid! Not recommended!! The food didn't arrive. Have ordered here twice. Wolt said that the estimated delivery time was around 30 minutes but after two hours the food still didn't arrive. There's nothing I can do except cancel the order. Super disappointed because it wasn't like that before. That's not what you call a delivery service. P.s. I first called to ask about the exact delivery time, and the other side said that the delivery person was already out. I ended up contacting the Wolt team to cancel the order. So, it seems the food was never ready...

We came across this shop by chance and tried it out a bit. The food is so authentic and delicious. We were simply thrilled. The bowls are powerful and filling, the level of spiciness is absolutely acceptable and you can taste the different things really well. We enjoyed it so much that we even went back to eat there shortly afterwards and this time it was excellent too. The only drawback on our part is that unfortunately there is no salmon. That would be an on top star, so it gets full points. Absolutely recommended and we would be happy to order again. Ps: The staff is attentive, friendly and prepares the food with joy.

I've always found the food very tasty. What doesn't work at all, however, are the delivery times. Even when I ordered in advance, the food didn't arrive until 45 minutes after the stated time. Nobody answered the phone either. I'm wondering what the point of that is. Well, without a pre-order it usually takes 2 hours, so it's even worse. We didn't get the promised brownies as an apology either. I would definitely advise against ordering here if you don't want to wait forever.

Food was great - but delivery was disastrous. We ordered on Sunday around 8 p.m. Shortly afterwards I received an email saying that our delivery should arrive by 8:50 p.m. at the latest. We waited in vain. After a while I tried to call the restaurant several times, but no one answered the phone. Then finally around 10:25 p.m. the delivery arrived. I understand that it can take a LITTLE longer, but then you have to inform your customers about it. At least the food was super tasty. I probably won't have anything delivered from here in the near future.

After we have not received a response to our complaint for over a week (both by telephone and to the email address provided to us), I am writing this review. The food was initially delivered late - that can happen, especially on a Sunday evening. Unfortunately it wasn't completely cold and partly cold. When we asked over the phone, we were told that the food would be delivered within an hour. After 2 more hours of waiting, non-delivery of the missing food and loss of appetite, we asked again and were told that the food was still in the store. We then canceled the subsequent delivery and asked for a refund of the corresponding amount. According to the employee, only the management, who we wanted to contact directly, but were referred to the general information email address, can do this. We wrote the email accordingly, but unfortunately we have not received any response to date. We actually enjoyed ordering and eating there, unfortunately the service isn't that good and we won't be ordering any more for now.

I don't understand the hype about this store. I've almost always been dissatisfied so far, but today I thought I'd try it again because I was craving Korean pancakes. My order came half an hour late and the pancakes were missing. The rest was cold. Tofu tasted like it had been on the counter yesterday and the rest was nothing special. The best part of the order was the thirst quencher. But you can get it much cheaper in kiosks.

I have ordered here a bunch of times and today I was there for the first time. A quaint little store but with so much going on. We had to wait a bit but it was definitely worth it! The staff were also very polite and friendly. Everything tasted amazing just like always!

It couldn't get any worse...we waited almost 2.5 hours for the delivery, then the food was cold and even though we had specifically noted that the bell shouldn't be rung...the bell still rang. The food was completely over-spiced and we didn't taste anything except spicy...we were very happy but that was a very big disappointment.

Problem paying in cash. So if you don't have any money in your account you shouldn't order here is the message. Cash is not accepted here. Very bad ! Ordered food just after 4 and it didn't arrive until just after 7, so a 3 hour wait and when I called no one answered. At least the food was warm, but the pork was seasoned far too strongly, otherwise it is always much milder. Just a shame.

Sehr leckeres koreanisches Essen. Preis- Leistung ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Einzige was mich gestört hat war, das die Papierbowl von außen mit Essen verschmiert war und als ich darum gebeten hatte, mir eine saubere zu geben, wurden mit Servietten in die Hand gedrückt. Nichts desto trotz mag ich das Essen und die Qualität ist gleichbleibend gut.

Das Essen ist normalerweise super lecker aber leider hatte ich bei meiner letzten Bestellung, die vegetarisch sein sollte, anstatt Tofu, Fleisch drinnen. Sowas sollte echt nicht passieren und hat mir das Essen leider total versaut.

Ich habe am Montag Abend bestellt und meine Bestellung 2:30h später erhalten. Die Begründung war es seien viele Bestellungen zeitgleich aufgegeben worden. Das Essen kam natürlich kalt an. Hier wurde mit Absicht ein große Fahrt geplant. Wohl mit dem Wissen das, die Bestellung nicht warm ankommen wird. Ich habe früher sehr gerne und oft in dem Laden gegessen und auch bestellt. In absehbarer Zukunft werde ich dies wohl nicht mehr tun. Essen war ok wurde aber sehr davon beeinträchtigt alles nochmal warm zu machen. Vor allem das Hähnchen.

The new Smashburgers are amazing! I would have liked to order 5 of them. The Sucuk kebab was also very tasty. This isn't the last time we've ordered! Thank you for this incredibly delicious meal!!

Hakki and his people are awesome. The sausage is awesome anyway👌🏻. The solution with the "new" vehicles is also really great and classy, and Hakki no longer needs to stand and walk for hours while fully loaded with an umbrella, gas bottle and grill. Hakki absolute top! Always a pleasure 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Every time I'm in town, there has to be a sausage from Hakki 😋!

Mrister Nik in Burtscheid offers delicious food and a very friendly staff. A visit there is definitely recommended! Gladly again 👌🏻

I ate a kebab there last night. The consequence of this was serious. I threw up all night and had diarrhea for hours and felt really bad. Absolutely not recommended and I will never eat there again.
