Fat Baby immer gut, habe dieses Mal auch die Nibbles probiert, die sind sehr gut, und bestelle ich beim nächsten Mal nochmal

Das Essen ist einfach, aber sättigend.

Ich habe in den letzten Jahren sehr gerne bei fat baby bestellt und bin bei meiner letzten Bestellung etwas erschrocken. Die Marinaden und Soßen schmecken alle sehr salzig und/oder sehr süß. Der Tofu und Krautsalat/Kimchi wirken alt und sind kaum genießbar. In den Gemüsepfandkuchen ist so gut wie kein Gemüse, eigentlich ist es nur noch frittierter Teig. Als ich das Essen aus der Tüte geholt habe ist aus der Packung mit Nibbels überall Soße rausgetropft und leider war meine Bestellung nicht vollständig. Das war ein Reinfall, kann leider nur davon abraten hier zu bestellen.

Reis war leider ungekocht... Konnte nur die Toppings essen

Wir haben das erste mal dort bestellt und leider wurde eine von zwei Bowls vergessen. Sehr schade. Das Essen ist allerdings super lecker und die fehlende Bowl wurde dann auch nachgeliefert

Muss leider meine Rezensionen auf 2 Sterne nach unten korrigieren, da es leider immer mehr Probleme gibt. Die Qualität des Essens hat leider stark abgenommen, genauso wie die Konstanz des Geschmacks. Mittlerweile auch leider schon rohes Hähnchen in der Bowl oder bei dem Fried Chicken mit bei gehabt, Knochen oder größere Knorpel wo keine sein sollten. Zutaten die teilweise mega scharf sind und das nächste mal dann nach nichts schmecken. Teilweise steht man auch einfach 10 Minuten zu warten, weil Lieferungen häufig zuerst bearbeitet werden. Auch komisch ist, dass man teilweise warten muss auf einen anderen Mitarbeiter, da wohl nicht jeder die Kasse bedienen kann oder darf. Teuer ist der Laden seit der Wiedereröffnung allemal, aber mittlerweile mit der schlechtere Qualität des Essens nicht mehr gerechtfertigt

Sehr leckere Bowls. Man hat eine große Auswahl an Fleisch( Crispy Chicken,Rindfleisch usw.)und Gemüsearten (Kimchi,Champignons, Mais,eingelegte Gurken,Zucchini usw.). Die kann wählen ob man seine Bowl mit scharfen Zutaten haben möchte oder "normal". Auch nur vegetarisch. Personal sehr freundlich. Einziges Manko nur Kartenzahlung.

Das erste Mal! War wirklich lecker. Leider für regelmäßige Besuche etwas über meinem Budget für eine Rice-Bowl. Aber war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Für einen kleinen Snack wirklich empfehlenswert.

Wir bestellen hier schon seit längerem und sind meist zufrieden. Das Essen ist lecker und das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Der Service lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Die Leute hinter der Theke wirken unerfahren und teilweise überfordert. Bei jedem Besuch musste ich bisher darauf aufpassen, das richtige zu bekommen und von alleine hätte das nicht funktioniert. Hier sollte man auf geschultes Personal achten.

Lebensmittelvergiftung von hier bekommen

Essen ist gut aber irgendwie ist das merkwürdig, dass keinerlei Bargeld akzeptiert wird.. wirkt nicht wirklich gesetzeskonform für mich da § 14 BBankG besagt, dass es das einzige uneingeschränkte gesetzliche Zahlungsmittel ist, dieses wird jedoch seitens Fatbaby abgelehnt.

Essen liefern lassen, es kam über eine Stunde zu spät, kalt, unvollständig und Sonderwünsche nicht berücksichtigt. In der Kommunikation wurde versprochen das Geld zurück zu erstatten. Leider, trotz mehrmaligem Anschreiben nicht erfolgt.

Für ein Meeting haben wir mehrere Bowls bestellt. Die Lieferung war pünktlich und der Fahrer freundlich, leider ließ die Qualität des Essens stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Bowls des Monats waren nahezu ungenießbar: Das Fleisch war stark verkohlt, schwarz und geschmacklich enttäuschend. Auch bei der Combo Chicken Bowl war das Fleisch nicht genießbar und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass hier Reste verarbeitet wurden. Die übrigen Bowls waren zwar essbar, konnten qualitativ jedoch ebenfalls nicht überzeugen. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend – wir hatten deutlich mehr erwartet und werden künftig nicht mehr bestellen.

Eigentlich super lecker. Deren Tofu ist einfach genial. Sonst auch eine gute Auswahl an veganen Optionen. Leider abern eine Warnung an Vegetarier/Veganer: Wir hatten bereits beef mandu in einer Bestellung veggi mandu. Und die Nibbles gibt es in vegan und als Hähnchen! Manchmal ist das nicht sehr deutlich markiert. Es ist echt nicht schön in Fleisch zu beißen, wenn man das nicht erwartet. Vieleicht die Veggi mandus mit grün gefärbten Teig markieren?

Ein respektvolles asiatisches Erlebnis... das Essen ist fantastisch, besonders die Chilisauce... Ich bin Stammgast und werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch ein paar Fotos hinzufügen.

Fat Baby ist ein Besuch oder Bestellung immer wert das Essen ist sehr lecker und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. (Vega/Vegetarisch getrennte Zubereitung)Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend aber trotzdem nicht unangenehm distanziert.

Superauthentischer Laden, jederzeit wieder!

When Fat Baby first opened in Aachen, it was great, and I went there once or twice a week. The prices were reasonable, and the food quality was excellent. After the place closed for a while and then reopened, the prices went up, but the quality steadily declined. The meat, especially the chicken and crispy chicken, is often gristly and tastes strange. I even found a piece of bone in it once. When they had loyalty cards, I sometimes only got one stamp even though I bought four or five bowls. When they stopped using loyalty cards, I couldn't use mine anymore either. The place has gone downhill significantly. Still, three stars for nostalgic reasons.

The food is delicious. The restaurant itself only has two seats. So sitting down and eating isn't possible...😕

We ordered food for delivery on November 25th. The delivery time was set at 60 minutes, perfectly reasonable. The food arrived after 95 minutes. The bowls were okay, enough to satisfy our hunger. The tofu was dry, the meat very tough. But all of that would have been tolerable. We also ordered a brownie. Even while it was still wrapped in paper, we wondered if the contents were edible or if they had accidentally sent us a rock. The brownie was hard, dry, and definitely quite old. We checked the sticker with the best-before date on the paper again. November 25th, production date barely legible. But we discovered there was another sticker underneath, so we removed the top one. Underneath was a sticker with a best-before date of November 10th! So it had been expired for over two weeks. The rock in our hand confirmed this. They are not responding to any messages, whether by email, Instagram, etc. Absolutely not recommended!

When I placed my order on November 2nd, one portion of mandu was missing. I called the restaurant and they promised me an extra portion. They took down my details. Today I placed another order and, as agreed, explained the situation in the comments section. However, instead of the promised extra portion, I only received a note saying I should send the information by email so they can review the case. The money for the first order, including the missing mandu, has already been taken. Now I'm being told to take additional steps even though the mistake wasn't my fault. This is not good customer service and is truly disappointing. I won't be ordering from them again for the time being.

The food was Cold. The restaurant is not clean and the food doesn't deserv The price. Workers are friendly though. I couldn't eat it

My preferred establishment for bowls

The bowl was quite tasty and very filling. The chicken was incredibly crispy, but unfortunately, it lacked sauce. The service was poor and they couldn't help us properly. I was told to call a number to sort it out, but those numbers weren't in service. Unfortunately, there wasn't an employee anywhere with the necessary authority. The negative experience currently outweighs the positive, and I wouldn't try it again. Unfortunately, I still have the voucher that they wouldn't accept because no one had the authority to process it. Eating it in is out of the question, and taking it to go would be difficult too, as all the packaging was dirty and greasy.

Delivery was much too late. The food wasn't tasty at all for the price. There were too few side dishes, and the meat was far too fatty, so it definitely has nothing to do with being healthy. Never again.

The food has declined significantly since the current owner took over, and the specials are, quite frankly, a joke. Some bowls contain raw meat. I'm not sure whether advertising 2 for 1 and then simply doubling the price is just cheeky or even stupid.

Unfortunately, the portions are getting smaller and smaller. My snack box was only just over half full, which is a shame.

I really can't understand the positive average rating – I've only ordered here once, and unfortunately, that's the only time I'll ever order again: The chicken was inedible (grisly, with a strange aftertaste), the bowl wasn't as ordered, and to top it all off, there were tiny "crumbs" in it that crunched between my teeth when I chewed and, upon closer inspection, looked suspiciously like broken glass. This just shouldn't happen. The only positive part of this experience: the lady on the phone was very nice!

The food used to be very good, but unfortunately, the nibbles and chicken in the bowl were so over-fried that it was so hard that you couldn't eat half of them. Unfortunately, a message requesting comment was not responded to. No longer recommended!

The ordering process is very complicated, and the offer is completely out of line. It simply confuses customers.

I like to tip, but it has to come from me. I can't stand being swindled into tips! I was directly asked about my student status on the discounted Wednesday, and I showed my student ID. Regular price for a large bowl: €14.90 I was told the discount was only 10%; I'd pay €15 and get 0.80 cents back. Do the math yourself to see if that works. And the actual discount? 20%! At €14.90, that's €2.98. So €2.28 too little, and that's a nice little cash in your pocket? ... I don't even want to know how often that happens "by accident." Based on the reaction, I'd say it wasn't an oversight, but a scam. The other employees reacted quickly and tried to satisfy me quickly so the other customers wouldn't notice. "We usually use a calculator"... aha. The food is actually pretty good, and the other staff are nice too. But this just happened to me for the second time on a Wednesday...

Great back then, now a real flop. I couldn't go to work this morning because I got such bad stomach pains during the night that I'm still having them. The bowl was the only thing I ate that day. 60% of the bowl was okay, but the other 40%, including the rice, was a real disaster in the truest sense of the word. After eating (she didn't want anything), my companion complained to me about the poor hygiene in the restaurant (everything was dirty, food wasn't fresh, unpleasant vibe...). The nipples were a complete horror... inedible, cooked two days in advance and then fried, too greasy, the sauce was just butter and sugar... and way too expensive, especially if it goes straight into the trash. The old owners would be very disappointed if they knew what happened to their restaurant. With all the bad comments (coming from the bad food), they should really report it to the police, and the health department should urgently investigate!!! As a restaurant owner, I would be more than ashamed to offer something like that…

We ordered the chicken wings with sweet & spicy sauce, and they were so salty and mushy that we had to throw them all away. What a waste!

Atmosphere is not great hardly anyone can stand inside to order. Unhygienic floor and counter..food is average

It's been a long time since I ordered, but the quality and value for money are truly disastrous. €8.50 for four pancakes that fit in the palm of my hand? Tastes good! The chicken meat looks and tastes inferior, is gristly, and basically just tastes like frying oil. The honey-butter marinade is just that: honey and melted butter. The marinade used to be spicy, with a touch of garlic and a nice sticky texture. Now it really just tastes like fat with sugar water. Overall, it's really not worth the money. The filled dumplings were delicious!

Super Bowls! The wings, in particular, are highly recommended! 😊👍

The venue was the chio in Aachen. The food is amazing. The price, unfortunately, is very high.

Great, delicious food and very friendly staff. I've been coming to Chio for three years and eat there at least two or three times.

We ordered two chicken bowls. In both bowls, the meat was somewhat stringy or gristly, which I don't think is appropriate for a bowl that costs €16. The rest of the ingredients were delicious and seemed fresh. The delivery time was also perfectly acceptable; you can't complain about that. However, we probably won't order from there again.

Unfortunately, my experience with this store was extremely disappointing. The courier, who was part of the company's own team, shouted at me loudly on the phone, was aggressive, and treated me disrespectfully as a customer. Due to this inappropriate behavior, I refused to accept the order. Besides, I had already waited a very long time for the food. Despite several attempts to resolve the incident, no one responded to my concerns. I even went to the store in person and called to let them know that I no longer wanted the food under these circumstances. They simply took my details and "promised" that the manager would take care of it and I could get my money back. To date, I have not received any reimbursement. When delivering food, service should be the top priority, especially from the people who represent the company to the outside world. It is completely unacceptable to send a courier who shifts their own responsibility for mistakes (their parking ticket) onto the customer. This behavior was simply rude and disrespectful and is extremely unacceptable. Never again!

We ordered two sets of two bowls on Double Tuesday. The first two bowls arrived via delivery service after about 40 minutes. We immediately informed the delivery service that half of our order was missing. They told us to call the store. They said we could either get a voucher or a redelivery, which would take longer. Since we needed the food (after all, we had ordered for four people!), we opted for redelivery. After another 1.5 hours, the food still hadn't arrived! A second call only resulted in the response that they had told us it would take a long time. And then they politely hung up. And this with a delivery charge of €4.99. It's kind of a shame :(. Two hours have passed since the first call, and the food still hasn't arrived... The person on the phone was surprised that the driver hadn't arrived yet.

If you take the large portion, you will be full even if you are very hungry

I've eaten at this establishment very often because I really enjoy the food. Unfortunately, this is my second case of food poisoning, and even so, the food is often bad. The quality simply varies far too much, and especially when certain employees are present, the food tastes extremely strange, sometimes even downright bad, and yesterday it led to my second case of food poisoning. Once is not enough, I always say. Mistakes happen, but unfortunately, you just have to warn against the food here. I really think the basic idea and the taste, when it's good, are great. Incidentally, the food poisoning was just the peak; there were also a few lower levels. But after a few weeks, I gave the establishment another chance. That's over now; I still feel like a dog the next day, and this time I really didn't consume anything other than Fat Baby, so I'm completely safe. </3

The quality of the meat is truly a disaster: super tough, with lots of tendons, sagging skin, and fat. The cucumber salad has probably been soaking in dressing since 1990. You could probably sell something like that (even the small size) for 8 euros, but not for 16.

I used to be a regular guest and was extremely happy at first. But over time the quality dropped more and more. Now they replaced the normal Tofu with something akin to the sole of my boots, the pancakes are as hard and bland as cement and the rice is still way too chewy. I will not be coming back in the foreseeable future. What a shame.

We spontaneously stopped by Fat Baby today. First impression: disastrous. The staff were playing music so loudly that we weren't even greeted when we entered the restaurant. Then the counter/glass panes looked soooo dirty, and all the toppings were definitely not fresh! We just walked out.

We often ordered from there for work. Delivery times have become quite long, and delivery costs have also increased. Today, they advertise a 2-for-2 discount, but it costs exactly the same as without the "offer." The price is generally no longer commensurate with the quality. Some of the snacks are often forgotten upon delivery. From now on, we will no longer order from there.

Final update: In my opinion, this place should be closed. The food smells rancid and stale to me and definitely no longer edible. Without exaggeration, it smells exactly like my organic waste bin. It's a shame, because this used to be a really good place. The food finally arrived after 2.5 hours. Unfortunately, it was cold and the chicken wings were missing. Otherwise, the food was very tasty! I was offered a refund, which I really appreciate. Hopefully, the delivery will be better next time, so I'll give it 5 stars :) Update: Star deductions because the food regularly arrives cold, and a repair would have taken 45 minutes. I then had to enjoy the food cold. By cold, I don't mean chilled, but really cold. It's a shame, because the food is amazing and the staff is always friendly and visibly helpful. They're just totally overwhelmed (at least, it sometimes seems that way). Update: The delivery problems have now largely been resolved! The food tastes very good too! Keep up the good work! Update: The quality and quantity have decreased significantly, at least that's how I feel. Unfortunately, it's no longer a good choice for me!

The food is delicious and, with discount vouchers, reasonably priced. The food can be quite spicy. We had the medium-sized box. The portion size is slightly smaller than a kebab.

The taste of food has decreased drastically.. I don't know if it's for to change or management or something else.. the crispy chicken bowl we ordered was bad, the crispy chicken was dry and Rice had very lots sauce.. such a shame, it was delicious before..

When you order online, something is always missing; when you call, the delivery is delivered or a voucher of the appropriate value is given, but it's still annoying!

The food doesn't taste good - we have much better Asians here in Aachen - the service isn't good either and it's different! :) Ordered once, it was bad, picked up once on site and it was cold and tasteless again. I really wanted to give my new neighbor a chance, but not like that, thank you :))

I've never been to the store before, but I ordered there for the first time out of pure curiosity. First of all, I think it's pretty good that they now deliver not only to their own district, but also further away. Food arrived on time. The delivery service was friendly, the food was still warm and delicious. I ordered a small bowl with a few small dumplings and was overwhelmed by the taste. Maybe a little expensive in terms of price, but you get a lot to eat. Since I'm looking for good Korean restaurants anyway (and unfortunately there aren't enough of them in the city), this one immediately convinced me. I will definitely order here more often. I can definitely recommend it!

It was really good until about 3 years ago, but since the renovation it has been completely changed. The rice no longer tastes good, the chicken is partly raw and not fresh. Nowadays you pay 16 euros for a weak bowl and back then 10 euros for a much better version. I'd rather go to a real restaurant with good home cooking.

Today, after a long time, my husband got 4 bowls of crispy chicken for over 70 euros. Unfortunately, we discovered at home that the meat was inedible. It was unchewable, tough, extremely dry and exactly the opposite of crispy. It was definitely not freshly prepared. It tasted more like it was from yesterday or, at best, from this morning. My daughter even lost a loose tooth in the process. 😄 I then called to complain. 14.50 euros for just rice with a little bit of topping isn't really that cheap. However, I was not met on the phone with a credit note for the next time or anything else. Therefore there is only one star for the service. Anyway, that was our last time. It's a shame, because Fat Baby was really good in the early days.

I've actually enjoyed ordering here for years, but unfortunately things have often gone wrong lately. Drinks ordered are not delivered in 9 out of 10 cases, the bowls come with the wrong toppings or without sauce. Missing items will be delivered after a short phone call, but it would be desirable to simply receive a delivery as ordered.

Very tasty food. And also nice looking. But mostly fast delivery. And so much to choose from. Great variations of extras...

First of all, I would like to state that I have been a FatBaby customer for years. The offering is unique in Aachen and the bowls taste really delicious. However, last year's price increases were unrelated to inflation and the communication of the change was subpar. But now the managing director has outdone himself. For €14.90, the BigBowl is now only half as big. This corresponds to a price premium of 100%. And the bowl is 50% filled with rice. An absolute ripoff for customers. Unfortunately that was the last time.

You don't treat yourself to anything else, we thought, and ordered two bowls - what we got was more of a culinary test of courage. Visually: like something from a student's fridge at the end of the month. Taste wise: hard to say, we didn't get that far. Wrong type of rice, something between rubbery and surprise. The surface? Carelessly draped, probably thrown by a spoon. Nothing was fresh here - at most we were shocked. And then the price: 25 euros for two spoonfuls of frustration that ended up in the bin. Even the pigeons nearby only looked once and then wrinkled their beaks. Conclusion: it's better to get a kebab - it's cheaper, warmer and you don't want to be sued by birds.

I think the food tastes very good and the selection is large enough.

Food is always very tasty. Today there was a small mistake with an order but after a short phone call they prepared everything again for us and gave us brownies as well. Top service and super uncomplicated

Since the change of ownership, prices, bowl size and quality have been gradually adjusted to the detriment of customers. Anyone who thinks that their customers don't notice this really seems to have no interest in the continued existence of their snack bar. Extremely unfortunate!

This weekend I ordered from Fat Baby again for a long time - two days in a row, once with a friend and once just for myself. Unfortunately, the first time, the ingredients of our two bowls were swapped, i.e. some of them had banchas that actually belonged in my bowl and vice versa. The second time, an ingredient was missing from my bowl. It could just be a stupid coincidence that there was an error in my order twice in a row, but it's still very annoying, especially given the price of 14.50 for a regular bowl.

I asked for gutchojang sauce and they literally gave me a single drop of it. Tteok was not fried properly. Paid 8 € for non-edible half-fried Tteok. I won’t come back. Mandu and Bowls are generally good but not overwhelming. Definitely not authentic Korean

Food is always super tasty. Quantities sufficiently large and generously filled. Sometimes it could be a touch more sauce. When ordering on a specific date (outside peak times) it is often too early.

Very greasy and not my taste!!!

We had food delivered here. The large order arrived very quickly despite the slightly greater distance, nice delivery person and delicious food. Just a bit too much rice in relation to the fresh ingredients and for a fairly high price, hence the star deduction. Overall recommended!

A very popular place to go. It tastes great every time. The service is very friendly. A special big shout out to dear IREN🫶🏼 who is always so nice and sweet.

I ordered first time, i seen an advert on facebook. Had 2 crispy chicken bowls. The preparation was fast, staff were friendly. I noticed already when the cheff was preparing the food that the chicken was not cooked properly so he removed it from my order. After i came home and start eating, i have taken bite and it was raw in the middle. I will try other time but my first order was disappointment.

Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse. Rice is often still hard and the portions are getting smaller and smaller even though the prices are getting more and more expensive. It used to be hotter

I'm speechless. After previous orders in which a delivery was sometimes incomplete and was subsequently delivered upon request, today I also received an incomplete delivery (I had only ordered 2 things, of which only one was delivered). When I noticed the driver had already left, I called Fat Baby and after taking the order number (#33) I was assured that the missing wings would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. After more than an hour I call again, now the gentleman claims that he remembered putting the item in the bag during the first delivery, so there would be no subsequent delivery. He couldn't do anything for me about this, including no refund. If in doubt, I should write an email to Fat Baby. Only when you access the contact page on the website you are redirected to the menu, there is no email in the legal notice. Then just like that. Sad, I liked the food but with the service/cheating, never again.

Pre-ordered two bowls and wings last night. Pickup went great. Arrived home and immediately unpacked everything full of anticipation. Quantity more than enough - unfortunately a lot of rice, but few fresh ingredients. Unfortunately the chicken was pretty poor quality. No fillet, lots of skin and not cut properly. Everything was still hanging together and very greasy. At that price you might as well use good ingredients, I thought... It was the first and last time. Too bad 😌

Orgasmotronic taste explosions whose detonation reaches 10 on the Richter scale in Kuala Lumpur. The price/performance ratio is comparatively bombastic. And if you're lucky you'll be entertained by the "King". The offers are particularly good!

Before I was sometimes satisfied, but now I'm not. Edit: Today 01/27/25 Disgusting!! 🤢☹️😢🤬 I threw away the ring meat, it smelled moldy and was dried out. Chicken was ok, pork too. The rice was an absolute disaster, overcooked and musty. Never again Fat Baby!

Unfortunately, since the change of ownership, I have noticed that the food no longer tastes so good. Before the closure and renovation about 1-2 years ago, the food was always great. But since then we've given it a chance several times, but the food doesn't taste good or it used to taste much better. Meant as a kind review! Maybe get in touch with the former owner and let him support you again in the implementation. The taste was actually significantly better. It would be a shame if we couldn't do it again. A great place to try out some Korean dishes you haven't tried before.

I ordered nibbles through Lieferando, but unfortunately they were inedible (like rubber). After I called, I was told: "You're welcome to try it with the bosses (complaint), maybe you'll get something back after I said several times that I I don't want anything in return, I just want to eat sensible food. I was given nibbles that were 10 times hotter than they usually are, in my opinion consciously!!!

Food is quite good. Unfortunately, not all employees know what vegan means. I'm also not entirely sure whether I ended up having foods with meat or fishy by-products like fish oil in my bowl
