Kurz gesagt: lecker, schnell und alle lächeln.

So ein widerwärtiges Verhalten gegenüber der Kundschaft habe ich noch nie erlebt! Wir waren treue Kunden des o.g. Döners, doch jetzt nie wieder. Wir haben eine einfache Bestellung als Lieferung aufgegeben. Nachdem eine gewisse Zeit verstrich, bekamen wir einen Anruf vom Döner. Dort brüllte ein Mitarbeiter in unverständlichem Deutsch mich abrupt an. Ich verstand nur wenige Bruchstücke und war ziemlich irritiert. Es mischte sich ein weiterer Mitarbeiter ein, der ebenfalls schrie. Scheinbar hatten sie bei uns geklingelt und wir haben nicht aufgemacht. Wir waren zuhause und die Klingel funktionierte. Der schreiende Lieferant warf mir vor, dass die Klingel letztes Mal auch kaputt sei. Mir war das neu, denn die Klingel funktionierte immer. Sie schrien fürchterlich und frech. Als er dann nochmal anfuhr, um das Essen zu bringen hieß es, dass es in einem anderen Gebäude jemanden gab, der denselben Nachnamen hat und der Lieferant dort schon mal klingelte. Nun wurde mir vorgeworfen, dass ich die falsche Hausnummer nannte, wobei ich mir sehr sicher bin, dass ich es richtig ausgesprochen hatte. Anscheinend hatte ich sie schon mal falsch genannt. Zuerst funktionierte die Klingel nicht beim letzten Mal und nun hatte ich die falsche Hausnummer genannt. Was denn nun? Es scheint mir, dass es zu einem internen Missverständnis kam aber die Schuld auf den Kunden abgewälzt wurde. Die Mitarbeiterin, die die Bestellung entgegengenommen hatte, hatte ebenfalls Probleme mich zu verstehen. Es ist einfach nur fürchterlich, wie man mit den Kunden umgeht. Jeder andere Lieferant hätte vor der Tür einfach angerufen, nur hier, war man zu inkompetent. Wer so mit den Kunden spricht, hat keine Kundschaft verdient.

Haben dort eigentlich gerne bestellt aber das war das letzte Mal. Schon am Telefon gab es Verständnis Probleme, haben unsere Adresse auch wiederholt nennen müssen. Das Essen kam nicht an aber dafür ein Anruf. Zwei Männer waren recht aufgebracht und meinten wir hätten die Tür nicht geöffnet, es hat aber auch keiner bei uns geklingelt. Auf die Nachfrage wo sie denn geklingelt hätten, wurde eine andere Adresse genannt und dann wurde uns vorgeworfen, dass wir schon öfter die falsche Adresse durchgegeben hätten. Aber in dem Fall wäre das Essen die letzten Male nicht bei uns angekommen. Alles in allem hat es keinen Sinn ergeben, wir wurden wütend angeschrien, es gab keine Einsicht und auch keine Entschuldigung. Man hätte ja auch anrufen können, nachdem keiner die Tür geöffnet hatte, um sich zu erkundigen wo wir denn sind aber auf die Idee kam halt auch keiner.

Ich esse hier schon seit ich ein Kind bin und es schmeckt immer noch so gut. Bester Döner in der Umgebung!

Wir werden da auf jeden Fall nicht mehr essen und nicht mehr bestellen nach fast mehr als 2 Stunden Lieferzeit die Pizza immer noch nicht geliefert wurde und nach dem Essen massive Bauchschmerzen und Übelkeit bekommen haben suchen wir uns lieber ein anderen Döner auch wenn wir es dort immer geholt haben

Ich habe in Deutschland viele Tassen davon getrunken, aber hier habe ich seinen wahren Geschmack entdeckt...

Also jetzt muss ich was schreiben. Wir sind schon seit Jahren Kunden da... das man ein paar mal fehler macht( falsches Essen) kann ja vorkommen. Aber nicht so oft wie es in der letzte Zeit war. 3 mal wird wiederholt, und was bekommt man?! Volle Kanne Zwiebeln und Rotkraut.!!!!! Wenn ein Mensch es nicht verträgt,dann macht man es auch nicht rein!!! Es ist echt ärgerlich. Essen konnte man wegwerfen. Leider lass ich es auch, da Essen zu kaufen.

Großartig. Ruhige, angenehme, schöne und saubere Umgebung.

Wir kamen direkt aus Paris und waren auf der Durchreise in Straßburg. Wir wollten unbedingt einen Döner in Deutschland probieren. Er war köstlich! Die Portionen waren großzügig und günstig (zumindest im Vergleich zu Frankreich). Und die Bedienung war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Disappointing experience – never again! I had really high expectations for this pizzeria, but unfortunately the visit was a complete disappointment. The pizza was prepared completely carelessly - the dough was tough, the toppings were barely there, and everything was far too greasy. It tasted more like frozen pizza than fresh, handmade pizza. The service was also poor. We had to wait forever even though the restaurant was almost empty. The service was unfriendly and made us feel unwanted. The place was also dirty - the tables were sticky and the glasses still had lipstick residue from previous guests. You definitely expect more for the overpriced prices. I can't recommend this pizzeria to anyone and I certainly won't visit it again.

Taking too many orders resulting in long waiting times! Yufka and kebab are simply filled without asking. You don't even ask if you want sauce for the pizza. At just under €60 for 6 products there should be better service!

My favorite kebab shop in the area. Either order or eat there at least once a week.

We've been here several times. Yesterday again. Price-performance is ok. We had 3 kebabs. They were fresh and well loaded. Freshly baked bread. Very good. There is also a delicious sauce. Keep it up. 👍 Nice people and fast service. We go to Fantasia regularly. In the meantime they have increased the prices several times. Today I unfortunately discovered that the kebab is no longer as well-prepared. The first bite was just bread. I've never had that before. The friendliness has also decreased. Without saying a word, we put the money on the counter to pay. Nobody wanted to settle the bill. The only good thing is the pizza doy doy.

Have ordered to be picked up. Everything worked out great. The XXL kebab and the normal one were both fresh, still very warm and, above all, very tasty. Of course everything has become expensive now, but for what you get we think the price is justified.

2x pizza according to internet price €7.50 x 2 = €15. Paid 23.50 euros upon arrival, which is €8.50 more than stated. Normally you could have insisted on the stated price or not accepted the delivery, but no longer ordering there and not recommending it to others would hopefully have a sufficient educational effect. Insolence, 50% more expensive than advertised and that's been going on for ages, looks like unfair competition. 🤔

We have ordered there many times, the food was OK only at the beginning, recently the prices have been increased again and again within a short period of time, we used the last brochure from March 24 yesterday as the basis for our order, in the end the food delivered was around 6 euros more expensive than a few weeks ago... On top of everything else, the wrong pizza was delivered, it was of the lowest quality, carelessly garnished with bad-tasting pieces of ham, which then ended up in the trash can. With the best will in the world, I couldn't eat it... Never again Pizza Factory, we would be stupid to buy anything there again....

You can't say anything against the food, it tastes very good, but the prices are a disgrace! We ordered 2 kebab plates without fries and had to pay €26 for them, which cost €7.50 per person two years ago and the old prices are still online. You can also exaggerate it immensely. We always like to eat there, but unfortunately not anymore given the prices...

We have been coming to the store for almost 2 years and the food tastes okay... But with every order something was either forgotten or added incorrectly... The waiting times are also absolutely crazy... For example, my pizza was... Just left it at an empty table in the building even though I had ordered outside. On average you also wait at least 30 minutes for your food. And only if it happens quickly. You order and 5 people who come into the store after you get their food before you…

The kebab shop takes too many orders so there are very long waiting times ⌛️👎

Wir haben uns nicht das erste Mal etwas bestellt. An sich mögen wir das Essen hier sehr gern. Aber es ist jetzt nicht das erste Mal das falsch geliefert wurde... Wir haben auf die eine Hälfte der Familienpizza Pizza Hawaii drauf gehabt. Blöd das die Seite etwas vegetarisches sein sollte. Sowas sollte nicht passieren. Beim letzten Mal waren überall Peperoni statt nur auf eine Hälfte. Ich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen. Auch wenn es sehr gut schmeckt aber jedesmal anders als bestellt. Sehr schade.

Das Essen war kalt wo wir es bestellt haben und haben nie das bekommen was wir auch bestellt haben haben mal 3 Döner bestellt und eine Yufka wir haben aber 2 Döner eine jufka und irgendeine Pizza bekommen

Bester Döner seit langem. Leckeres Brot, frisches Salat und würzige Soße. Die Portionen sind sehr groß und der Preis stimmt auch. Dazu kommt ein schneller Service und moderne Inneneinrichtung. Komme gerne wieder.

Das Essen ist ok aber der Service ist nicht net wir haben gegessen und 1 Stunde gewartet bis wir zahlen können die zeit was verschwendet

Perfektes restaurant.War schon oft dort.Sehr leckeres Essen,guter Preis ,UND SUPER NETTER service.Meine Schwester hat Mal etwas aufs Haus bekommen.Und ich wollte eine dönerpizza.Hatte nur 7€ mit aber aber eine dönerpizza kostet 9 Euro und ich bekam trotzdem eine.Also sehr zu empfehlen.Wenn ihr diesen Restaurant sieht isst dort was.Ich empfehle es weiter

Einer der Besten Döner. Sie sind alle super freundlich und bedienen dich super schnell

Essen und Getränke geschmacklich sehr gut. Immer wieder gerne.

Haben auf der Arbeit bestellt ganze abteilung. Essen kam 15 Minuten zu spät( was meine halbe Pause ist) Und dann wurde ein Lieferaufschlag von 0.50€ pro PRODUKT erhoben. Bei unseren 10 Produkten sind das 5€ Aufschlag für 2.3 km Autofahrt. Danke aber das war das letzte mal das wir bestellt haben.
