Yesterday we were at the fa:me Gastrobar, and I can say with full conviction: It was my best restaurant experience to date - both in terms of service and food. We had the 10-course meal for €80, and for the quality that came to the plate, that's more than fair. Each course was a small revelation, perfectly balanced and full of surprising flavors. There was also the 8-part wine accompaniment, and what can I say – every single wine was a hit! I would have loved to take every bottle with me. The combination of food and wine was a real taste explosion. The service was attentive, warm and professional. You can feel that people with real passion are at work here. It certainly wasn't our last visit - I'm already looking forward to the next time! And yes, I took a few photos... but I have to admit, sometimes I was too greedy and too quick to try. Sorry about that! Absolute recommendation!

If you are into a great evening with friends, make a reservation, arrive, order whatever sounds delicious to you and enjoy the incredible looking dishes, the awesome food description from the owner (super charismatic person) along with "what are you eating dude?" discussions. Lovely place to expand your foodie horizons (order the bread with olive oil for starters)!

every single dish was perfect. we ordered à la carte. My highlight were the crispy fish tacos and the carbonara. A few anecdotes are then told about each dish. the cocktails are also recommended.

We had a great evening with Adrian and his team. The food was consistently high with great value for money. The selection on the menu was varied and Adrian was able to recommend very suitable open wines at any time. We were there for almost four hours and the time flew by

Exceptional food, exceptional wines

One of the best meals I’ve had in Berlin for a while. Interesting menu which blends flavours from Spain and Italy. To start we had the croquettes - which - if I had eaten those in San Sebastián, I would have been very happy. Some of the best I’ve eaten outside of Spain. The fish and beef tacos were also great. Then for the mains we had the octopus and the carbonara. The guanciale on the carbonara was incredible! My octopus was cooked perfectly - and the accompanying burrata cream was top. Wanted more. Then to top it off we had the crème brûlée which was also very tasty. Friendly service too. Will come back!

The food, menu and drinks are truly special. Even if it is a bit expensive, the extraordinary flavor combinations and variations are convincing. At first there were only walk-in customers, but now you should reserve at least 4 weeks in advance. Absolutely recommended

Because of the good reviews and to treat ourselves again, we went to this restaurant. The service was incredibly friendly and we felt very well advised. We were recommended a 6th course menu with fermented drinks. That was a completely new experience for us. The food was very tasty and the ingredients were fresh. There were also fermented drinks and other interesting drinks to accompany the courses. The highlight for us was even the bar snack in the form of homemade croquettes :). Next time we probably wouldn't just have fermented drinks, but rather a classic combination of wine and drinks. We'd love to come back!

We sat at the bar and shared the 10 course menu for two people. The food was excellent and very varied. We were always able to look forward to the next course for over 3 hours and the distances between the courses were just right. I ordered the wines a la carte and the owner always recommended a suitable wine. However, there was also an exciting selection of non-alcoholic drinks. The service was polite, committed and explained everything well.

From the first moment, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel at home, but with a touch of sophistication that invites you to enjoy a unique experience. The treatment of the staff is impeccable: attentive, friendly and always with a smile. Every recommendation they made to me was an absolute success, demonstrating a deep knowledge of their menu and a true interest in offering the best to their clients. Incredible variety of drinks and many of them homemade. We tried several fermented drinks that Flor made and she recommended them very well. We also tried Adrián's cocktails, which really surprised me, they were spectacular. As for the kitchen, I can only say that it exceeds any expectations. Each bite is a journey of flavors and textures. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Nino, all my congratulations to him, because I had a unique flavor experience. I went to the fa:me Gastrobar for the first time with three work colleagues and I have to say, we were all thrilled. A cozy restaurant with more to it than can be seen from outside. A small but perfectly coordinated menu. The cold smoked burrata with persimmon is particularly recommended. The service was absolutely great! Sympathetic, attentive and pleasant. We'll definitely be back!

We had an absolutely fantastic dinner last night, celebrating my fiancé's birthday. A big shoutout to the team for making it an unforgettable experience! The service was impeccable, and we really appreciated the detailed explanation provided before each course. The food was delicious, making it hard to choose a favorite, but I’d definitely recommend the scallops, octopus, and Iberico as must-tries. Another highlight is their carefully curated wine menu. Both the food and wine are very reasonably priced for the exceptional quality, especially compared to many other places.

It's always a super special experience at fa:me. Adrian is extremely knowledgeable and passionate, explaining each dish as well as the wine options available. I always feel very taken care of and that the experience is well worth the money spent.

We had a very nice evening in the fa:me gastrobar. The food was very good and the idea was exciting. But the implementation wasn't great and in the end everything tasted the same, which means I was missing the characteristics that stay in my memory. The service was very good, but it shouldn't have been so excessive in some places. I was partially lost. Price/performance ratio is satisfactory. We left the restaurant with the feeling "it was good, but a bit manageable and slightly too expensive". Either it could have been more or cheaper. We try out a lot of restaurants in this category in Berlin and we know there is more to it Our conclusion: Unfortunately not enough to be able to say "absolutely top and we'll come back here". You can now think, what kind of unfair evaluations are these and why so petty and effort and quality costs money, yes, but if you want to compete in this category you also have to put up with being looked at and compared very carefully. After all, the two of us left 300 euros. As I said, other restaurants are a little better and give you the feeling of having had a really enjoyable and enjoyable evening. Nevertheless, it is very nice to have restaurants like this in Berlin, it adds to the diversity. Another little tip: Please make sure that the portions are the same size for everyone, especially when you sit table to table. It's stupid when you see that the same dish at the next table is a lot more expensive. Also: if each of us had our own plate and not everything had to be shared, it would be great. I don't want to advertise other restaurants in the category here, but two weeks before we were in the Schiller-Kiez at a comparable location and everyone had their own dish, which also allows you to make the menu even more individual. The food there was also more, but of the same, if not better quality and a little cheaper. There weren't ten courses there, but rather 6 or 7 real ones

We were there on Saturday and have to say, everything went great. We were extremely impressed by the host, whom I addressed with the wrong first name for 2 hours, and the masterpiece in the kitchen with his own creations, which felt like they had been raised to star level. The knowledge of every fine wine at the bar and the expertise from the kitchen allow you to be completely happy without any worries. It was very nice there. I would recommend it to everyone and it certainly won't be the last time I'll be there. 😘

The oysters were not normal oysters and instead had been blended and reconstituted as a gel. I am sure some people find this cool but I think you should tell people they’ll get something quite different from what they think they are ordering. Likewise the “play on a martini” was not recognizable as a martini. Our server was very attentive and the food and drinks all came out quickly, but the overall experience was not a pleasant one. Maybe we were there on an off night (from photos it seems the oyster experience was a unique one).

The food was delicious, the service was personal and extremely friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. That being said, for the price point I would expect a bit more of a twist and the portion sizes are really small. Overall, I'd recommend trying it and I'm pretty sure you won't regret it but for me it'll probably stay one time thing due to the price/performance ratio. My favs were the Mangold, the octopus and the chèvre crème brûlée.

The three of us shared all kinds of delicacies so that we could try out as many things as possible. The combination of dishes is unusual and harmonious. The octopus is so tender and the burrata foam is a dream. But chard, water buffalo or creme brulee are also highly recommended. Great service, super nice team. I especially like that the decor is casual and adapts a bit to the casualness of Neukölln, no chichi and white tablecloths, instead the focus is on good wines and great food.

A gem of a restaurant. Original and delicious dishes. The octopus, the croquettes, the cheese millefeuille, the oysters, everything surprises you, even if they are dishes that you have tried, they give it a different touch that surprises. On the other hand, the cocktails are worth finishing with at least one of them, we tried one with house limoncello, and another with coffee. And the quality-price ratio is very good. We will repeat for sure

Incredibly delicious and an overall wonderful experience - the 10 course menu was outstanding! Every plate was explained, it was stylish and unpretentious at the same time - like an evening with friends who can cook really well. It was great to talk shop with Adrian, he has incredible insight and the wines were perfectly selected! We will be back! The absolute favorite was the squid with burrata foam and the potato millefeuille.

Service and wine were top. Very pleasant to linger at the bar and have a chat with the guys. We felt very comfortable. The food was excellent with great ingredients - perhaps a little too much at one point or another. And sometimes we would have liked two seconds more attention - but that was probably because there were only two of them. But that didn't detract from the fun. The price is definitely right for the quality. Clear recommendation for a successful evening.

We had a very nice and entertaining (3 hour) evening at fa:me! Service at 100%, personal, attentive, unobtrusive! We had the 10 course menu for 2. We were thrilled with (almost) all of the courses! It's been some time since I was a guest there, but my friend's visit again reminded me once again of the evening at Fa:me. One of the best restaurant experiences I've had so far, including starred restaurants. We started the evening without any great expectations and left the restaurant so excited that we were amazed ourselves. I have never seen such a good host. It's a pleasure to watch Adrian work. The food was excellent and the service was simply perfect. It's crazy how one person can entertain all the tables at the same time, recommend wines, prepare cocktails and ensure that everyone has a good time. Be sure to order the menu to share! 150€ for two people, you'll be wonderfully full and you won't get such quality anywhere else for this price. For an evening that is perhaps 5% less good, you get twice as much money in a star restaurant. The wine list is also really fun. This is a restaurant I will go to more often when I have to show friends my favorite places in Berlin.

Brilliant food, perfect drink accompaniment – ​​the highlight was Adrian’s service.

We were here for our anniversary and had a wonderful evening. Octopus, tuna & the goat cheese crème brûlée were an absolute highlight, as was the wine & the relevant advice. The service was also passionate & relaxed. You could feel the passion for good food, all in all a great place to spend good food, good drinks and an intimate evening - only the house-made limoncello at the end was a bit too strong (but that's probably subjective ;)) The playlist is at least as convincing as the food :)
