It's always a super special experience at fa:me. Adrian is extremely knowledgeable and passionate, explaining each dish as well as the wine options available. I always feel very taken care of and that the experience is well worth the money spent.

We had a very nice evening in the fa:me gastrobar. The food was very good and the idea was exciting. But the implementation wasn't great and in the end everything tasted the same, which means I was missing the characteristics that stay in my memory. The service was very good, but it shouldn't have been so excessive in some places. I was partially lost. Price/performance ratio is satisfactory. We left the restaurant with the feeling "it was good, but a bit manageable and slightly too expensive". Either it could have been more or cheaper. We try out a lot of restaurants in this category in Berlin and we know there is more to it Our conclusion: Unfortunately not enough to be able to say "absolutely top and we'll come back here". You can now think, what kind of unfair evaluations are these and why so petty and effort and quality costs money, yes, but if you want to compete in this category you also have to put up with being looked at and compared very carefully. After all, the two of us left 300 euros. As I said, other restaurants are a little better and give you the feeling of having had a really enjoyable and enjoyable evening. Nevertheless, it is very nice to have restaurants like this in Berlin, it adds to the diversity. Another little tip: Please make sure that the portions are the same size for everyone, especially when you sit table to table. It's stupid when you see that the same dish at the next table is a lot more expensive. Also: if each of us had our own plate and not everything had to be shared, it would be great. I don't want to advertise other restaurants in the category here, but two weeks before we were in the Schiller-Kiez at a comparable location and everyone had their own dish, which also allows you to make the menu even more individual. The food there was also more, but of the same, if not better quality and a little cheaper. There weren't ten courses there, but rather 6 or 7 real ones

We were there on Saturday and have to say, everything went great. We were extremely impressed by the host, whom I addressed with the wrong first name for 2 hours, and the masterpiece in the kitchen with his own creations, which felt like they had been raised to star level. The knowledge of every fine wine at the bar and the expertise from the kitchen allow you to be completely happy without any worries. It was very nice there. I would recommend it to everyone and it certainly won't be the last time I'll be there. 😘

The oysters were not normal oysters and instead had been blended and reconstituted as a gel. I am sure some people find this cool but I think you should tell people they’ll get something quite different from what they think they are ordering. Likewise the “play on a martini” was not recognizable as a martini. Our server was very attentive and the food and drinks all came out quickly, but the overall experience was not a pleasant one. Maybe we were there on an off night (from photos it seems the oyster experience was a unique one).

Excellent tasting menu, a very cozy atmosphere.

The food was delicious, the service was personal and extremely friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. That being said, for the price point I would expect a bit more of a twist and the portion sizes are really small. Overall, I'd recommend trying it and I'm pretty sure you won't regret it but for me it'll probably stay one time thing due to the price/performance ratio. My favs were the Mangold, the octopus and the chèvre crème brûlée.

The three of us shared all kinds of delicacies so that we could try out as many things as possible. The combination of dishes is unusual and harmonious. The octopus is so tender and the burrata foam is a dream. But chard, water buffalo or creme brulee are also highly recommended. Great service, super nice team. I especially like that the decor is casual and adapts a bit to the casualness of Neukölln, no chichi and white tablecloths, instead the focus is on good wines and great food.

Wow We ordered the menu and received 10 courses including some greetings from the kitchen. The flavors and textures were so finely balanced. The service was at an absolutely high level. It felt like star cuisine except that the prices here were absolutely affordable. We'll definitely be back!

The Fa:me Gastrobar is now one of our favorite restaurants. The food, drinks and personal service are simply great and really special!

A gem of a restaurant. Original and delicious dishes. The octopus, the croquettes, the cheese millefeuille, the oysters, everything surprises you, even if they are dishes that you have tried, they give it a different touch that surprises. On the other hand, the cocktails are worth finishing with at least one of them, we tried one with house limoncello, and another with coffee. And the quality-price ratio is very good. We will repeat for sure

Tasty but very ladida. But that's now fashionable here in the neighborhood and all the people from Lichtenrade and Steglitz have to eat something somewhere. You probably have to make a reservation about two weeks in advance.

This place is a 5 star restaurant for sure!! Great service, amazing dishes, most of them are mind blowing and so well thought through, I think they deserve nothing less than 5 stars. You can feel love, passion and dedication in almost every dish and the prices are super fair!! They make fine dining accessible for a broader audience, which is so cool! Will come back soon hopefully to try the gnocchi, they looked amazing 💞

Incredibly delicious and an overall wonderful experience - the 10 course menu was outstanding! Every plate was explained, it was stylish and unpretentious at the same time - like an evening with friends who can cook really well. It was great to talk shop with Adrian, he has incredible insight and the wines were perfectly selected! We will be back! The absolute favorite was the squid with burrata foam and the potato millefeuille.

Service and wine were top. Very pleasant to linger at the bar and have a chat with the guys. We felt very comfortable. The food was excellent with great ingredients - perhaps a little too much at one point or another. And sometimes we would have liked two seconds more attention - but that was probably because there were only two of them. But that didn't detract from the fun. The price is definitely right for the quality. Clear recommendation for a successful evening.

We had a very nice and entertaining (3 hour) evening at fa:me! Service at 100%, personal, attentive, unobtrusive! We had the 10 course menu for 2. We were thrilled with (almost) all of the courses! Balanced, tasty and beautifully interpreted! Drinks were super good. I had the barrel-aged Negroni. LOVE. My companion is the “real” Hugo, DREAM. Go and enjoy it...we'll definitely be back :)

It's been some time since I was a guest there, but my friend's visit again reminded me once again of the evening at Fa:me. One of the best restaurant experiences I've had so far, including starred restaurants. We started the evening without any great expectations and left the restaurant so excited that we were amazed ourselves. I have never seen such a good host. It's a pleasure to watch Adrian work. The food was excellent and the service was simply perfect. It's crazy how one person can entertain all the tables at the same time, recommend wines, prepare cocktails and ensure that everyone has a good time. Be sure to order the menu to share! 150€ for two people, you'll be wonderfully full and you won't get such quality anywhere else for this price. For an evening that is perhaps 5% less good, you get twice as much money in a star restaurant. The wine list is also really fun. This is a restaurant I will go to more often when I have to show friends my favorite places in Berlin.

We were here for our anniversary and had a wonderful evening. Octopus, tuna & the goat cheese crème brûlée were an absolute highlight, as was the wine & the relevant advice. The service was also passionate & relaxed. You could feel the passion for good food, all in all a great place to spend good food, good drinks and an intimate evening - only the house-made limoncello at the end was a bit too strong (but that's probably subjective ;)) The playlist is at least as convincing as the food :)

Oh yes, where do I start? Yesterday I ate at Fa:me for the second time and the first visit was very good and certainly deserved the full 5 stars. Yesterday evening simply ignores the previous experience. 10 courses for an unbeatable price, every dish is incredibly good and in many places people dare to do untouchable things a little differently. Combined with great service, I would like to give this place 6, if not 7 stars. Thank you very much, we look forward to coming back soon!

When I first went to Fame, they had been open for a week, and the food, wine, and personal touch on everything they did made it a stand-out experience. This time, they were even better. A michelin level tasting menu with one of the most mind-blowing squid dishes I've ever tasted at an incredibly low price. Our wine, a german Chardonnay, was amazing with our menu as well. Me and my best friend kept rolling our eyes to the back of our head in pure deliciousness at the flavors, and kept smiling at the details, professionalism and friendliness the owner gave us. I have recommended this restaurant to every person I know as the nr. 1 restaurant they need to go to before leaving Berlin. But now I think I'll recommend people to go to Berlin, just to go to this restaurant.

There are three guys here who don't want to do business, but are just keen to conjure up really good food - and equally good drinks. I've eaten much less interesting food in star-rated kitchens, but it was significantly more expensive. The taste explosions on the tongue can almost be compared to Tantris in Munich. After almost 50 years as a vegetarian, I also eat meat here without hesitation. It's a shame that 5 stars is the limit, I would like to give more.

A big movie theater! The selection on the menu has been made extremely carefully and is perfectly coordinated. Aside from the food and the remarkable wine selection, I am particularly impressed by the warm service and excellent advice. Adrian masters his craft like no other.

We showed up without a reservation and were lucky someone canceled. So we were able to enjoy an evening that couldn't have been nicer. The food was terrific from A to Z and so was the wine pairing. It wasn't just that, but the interaction with the owner made the evening complete. The explanations about the food and the exchange about wines were extremely inspiring. I assume that he runs the shop together with the chef (but I don't know!) because he designed the menu very creatively and did a fantastic job. This level can only be achieved with a high level of identification with your profession and the place of work. This review is not fake and really comes from the heart. I wish them both all the best and will definitely come back if I'm in Berlin again.

Went there yesterday with a few friends... and what can I say. The five star reviews are definitely deserved! Super cozy location, totally attentive and courteous staff, very professional wine advice, unobtrusive lighting... and the food! Every course is a culinary experience. I still haven't processed it the next morning.😀 We were five people with international fine dining experience and high standards...and this restaurant was celebrated by all of us!

Very deserved 5 stars! I was there with a friend on Friday and we were really impressed. We made reservations in advance, which is also a must, I would say. There are limited spaces and only one seating per table is planned so that you don't have to rush while eating. One of the owners, who also does the service himself, took the time to explain everything to us in detail with each dish and he also helped us a lot with the wine selection. Everything we had was very, very tasty, but the potato mille-feuile blew us away. Definitely worth a visit! A fine dining experience at a good price!

This small restaurant completely deserves the many 5 star reviews. The octopus on burrata foam and the mille-feuille potato were the absolute highlights. In addition, the hosts were incredibly attentive and friendly. You can just feel how much love there is in everything. Highly recommended!

Casual; delicious; friendlyST to be recommended without reservation

I don't understand the hype and the only good reviews. First of all, the owner and the waitress were very attentive and friendly. The shop has a very nice atmosphere. The food varied between very good and sufficient. An “oyster in sphere” is a dead shredded oyster that has been congelated in some way. After that it only tastes half like an oyster and costs €6. One and only. A joke. The mayor's piece is sous vide, i.e. cooked, and was also very disappointing in terms of taste and consistency. The worst was the crema catalana, which was made with goat cheese and tasted like old socks. I love cheese, I also eat Stilton, but I prefer crema catalana with cow's milk. The croquettes, the octopus (here too, I don't necessarily need the creaminess of the burrata), the mille feuille and the lemon dessert were delicious. The pisco sour was good, but I've had better ones. All in all, rather disappointing and, above all, totally overpriced for the mini portions. If you want to be full, you should budget €70-90 including drinks. I can't recommend it for eating out. Maybe a drink at the bar and a few croquettes.
