I ate there between 2013 and 2014 when I lived at Grünerweg 21. Afterward, I rarely went. They don't deliver food to TSystems International. I'm too tired to come. They have good food.

Went in hungry, paid €3.50 (a fantastic price for a decent portion of falafel in bread), and left not hungry, great! Relaxed guy at the counter!

Despite a friendly greeting, I was initially given little attention, even though there were no other customers there. The bearded employee didn't even look at me as I placed my order for three shawarmas. Shortly afterward, I observed how other customers who arrived after me, and who were obviously known to me personally, were given priority and served much more cordially. When I asked how long it would take, I received only an annoyed reply: "10 minutes." In reality, however, I had to wait about 30 minutes. When I then asked why customers after me were served more quickly, the wait was simply denied. In my opinion, this is disrespectful treatment of paying customers. I will not be visiting the shop again.

We've been eating regularly at Falafel Grill Point for years and have never been disappointed! The food is always fresh, delicious, and prepared quickly – even when it's busy, the staff stay on top of things and work super efficiently. We particularly recommend the chicken skewer and the falafel plate with rice. Both taste great. When on the go, we like to grab the falafel roll. The prices are absolutely fair and family-friendly – ​​they even have enough highchairs for small children. A real favorite in Kassel!

For me, one of the best restaurants in Kassel. -Food 10 out of 10 -Staff 10 out of 10, and the manager always smiling, no matter how busy it is. -Portions and value for money 10 out of 10 -Atmosphere top, very clean, and the restrooms very clean too. I see some criticism because it's very busy, but that's a positive because the food is simply delicious. Favorite: XXL falafel plate with rice and chicken doner plate with rice :) Very, very tasty. The amount of meat on the skewers has decreased, which is a shame. The food is good, but cleanliness, I'd say, could be improved. Parking is difficult.

Not far from Kassel Central Station is the Falafel Grillpoint snack bar. It's known for its reasonable prices, which are actually usually somewhat lower than those of its local competitors. The food here is by no means inferior. The house specialty deserves special mention: falafel—whether served in Arabic flatbread or as a plate with various sauces. Of course, you can get a doner kebab in Turkish bread, in Arabic bread, or Lebanese shawarma. They also offer a selection of oriental grilled dishes, with the meat grilled over charcoal. Various soft drinks and ayran are available, but no hot drinks, which I find a shame. The restaurant consists of a bar and a fairly large dining room, which is even quite elegantly furnished—quite unlike most of its competitors. There are also customer restrooms. The mostly male staff are efficient and friendly, and the premises are clean.

Five of us ate at the Falafel Grillpoint today, quite ok for a snack. A bit expensive for a snack. A bit of salad, fries and chicken 12 euros is not a small amount. I wasn't really full either. Tables were clean and the paper towels at the table were great. Toilet was clean. The employees were friendly, but I personally wouldn't eat there again. Not my taste.

The food is very good, in fact it's the best restaurant i have ever been in in germany, i lived in sweden before and the restaurants had a huge competition there, meaning everyone was making the same food but one is better than the other. As for here, it's very good and cheap, and u get a huge amount of food.

The food is very tasty but they don't have a menu. You have to stand at the front so you know what you have. The restaurant and food in general is very tasty and clean. I can recommend the only thing that annoyed me was that there was no menu.

I just wanted to eat there, then saw the almost empty skewers from the day before on the grill - I was no longer hungry. Reply to the letter from the owner. I mean the kebab skewers had no more than 5 kg on them, and you could tell by the color that they were old.

I've been going to Falafel Point for years. Really 100% recommended among the fast food restaurants in Kassel. Even if it's full, it takes about 20 minutes. The price-performance ratio and quality are simply top. The food is freshly prepared. The staff is not stressed because they have a lot of work to do.

I often stopped by in this restaurant & had a good meals. The staffs were very helpful & food taste were good too.

How disappointed I am! The staff doesn't know what kind of sausages they have in the counter. There are sour cucumbers in the salad. The bread had a moldy spot on it and I could have swallowed the portion of hummus in one gulp. The price was also completely overpriced! I'm still hungry and going somewhere else now!

Ordered No.48 for €26. It was delicious, if the meat portions were enlarged it would be really perfect. The food was ready quickly and 2 people were fed up with it.

We were there on Sunday between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m.: the restaurant is tidy, clean and the food in the counter is very fresh. My wife and I were looking for vegan food and here we found and we also give advice on what goes together. Falafel are freshly prepared, the fried vegetables are also very tasty, falafel are nice and crunchy when you bite into them. The staff is very friendly and you feel like you are in good hands as a guest. Quantity, taste and price all fit together wonderfully, we would be happy to come back whenever we are in Kassel. Toilets are also very clean and please leave them as you found them, then everyone will be happy. That's why 5 stars.

If you like salt **it wasn't something I would have bought again.... We ordered Lebanese plates for two..... It was a nightmare for me. I'm very sorry, today was the first and last time. I was happy, I was hungry and there was nothing I could eat without asking myself how can you eat that.....? It was inedible for me. Maybe I was just unlucky today...

Super delicious food and extremely friendly, courteous staff. To bridge the (short) waiting time, my son was given a few fries without being asked. I had No. 3 (falafel in bread with hummus) to go both evenings and I was thrilled. Very tasty hummus, juicy falafels, fresh salad. The portion size was filling and the price-performance ratio was very good. I will eat here again on my next visit to Kassel.

One of best Falafel options in Kassel.

It's just not what it used to be back then. On a Tuesday, shortly after opening time, I get kebab meat pre-cut from a warming box. That's disgusting, didn't taste like anything and is simply no longer appropriate for 2024. Unfortunately, the salads and herbs didn't taste particularly good either.

I'm used to Berlin. Unfortunately I like it better there.
