Enjoyed the delicious cappuccino with a wonderful view over the lake during today's visit. Plus super friendly service – simply great! Gladly again at any time.

We ordered Giros with stuffed bifteki and stuffed meat rolls. You didn't taste any of the feta that was supposed to be stuffed. The salad beforehand was very simple, nothing special. Even though there wasn't much going on, the wait was long. The atmosphere made us feel comfortable.

The ferry house was recommended to us and we were really looking forward to visiting the Athens ferry house. In summer it will certainly be very idyllic because the house is right on the water. The restaurant itself is decorated with many artificial plants, which, however, need to be dusted off. All in all, the hall seems quite dark. The food was served to us with an unattractive salad, the dressing of which was a cocktail sauce that didn't taste good. The lamb fillet itself didn't taste bad, but the mushroom sauce didn't go well with the meat at all and the "Djuvec rice" was a complete disaster. We won't be coming here again.

The food tastes good, but it doesn't taste particularly Greek. The staff is friendly, everything just took a very long time - so you have to have time and patience (on Saturday evening). You have a wonderful view of the lake from the restaurant and the terrace.

Ambiance + food was good to very good 👍 Immediately after we took our seats outside on the terrace, the waiter asked if we knew what we wanted to drink...unfortunately we didn't know that right away, so the waiter felt like we were waving again after about 20 minutes came and asked... Except for the olives and pepperoni (price wise a fortune), the food was very tasty!!! Unfortunately, my partner and I are still waiting for an ouzo on the house, but apparently only the regular guests get this, unfortunately we were ignored!!! Conclusion: food and location good, service still plenty and able to learn... We'd rather stick with our trusted Greek...!!! Cheers 🍷

It was a warm late summer day, the terrace was well attended, no one was sitting inside. We had to wait a little longer for our order to be taken. But the food was good and the service was generally friendly. I didn't particularly like the ambience inside, but I liked the wooden terrace over the water.

The staff is friendly. You can sit on the terrace and look at the lake. Finally a Greek that opens at 12 p.m.

I met a few people here and were partly satisfied with the food! I had a bifteki with feta & butter cheese, I had the feeling that there was no feta in it at all and the butter cheese in the bifteki drowned out the whole taste and was also too greasy because of that, unfortunately not recommended!!! It's not really typically Greek either... What a shame! ☹️ Then I had what felt like grape leaves floating in oil, and what felt like no rice in them either! You could eat food, but it wasn't really tasty for a Greek! ☹️ Price is ok in my opinion, but you could have asked for more to get a decent bifteki with just feta in a decent size... The hospitality from this Greek guy was ok and you also got an ouzo on the house, as you should. Great 👍🏼 The ambience in the restaurant was great and is very nicely decorated. In general, you could get more out of it in terms of food. 😉

The ambience is very nice on the terrace right by the lake. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the food. Salad, rice and tzatziki very sober.

I was there about two weeks ago with half my family. It was very nice to sit there by the water. I also made deductions for the way people interacted with each other because there were loud arguments there. We all didn't think it was that nice, but you can still eat well there. The food was solid and filled you up well. Was worth an experience. Is my opinion.

Easy to recommend, service was good and so was the food! The lakeside terrace is a dream!

There were four of us and we had reserved a table. It was pure chaos... even according to the service staff, no special requests were possible because of "chaos". The food didn't come for over an hour and there was no ouzo. The ambience, right on the water, is nice, but unfortunately it doesn't make up for the rest of the interior and atmosphere.

I've been enjoying going there for about 10 years. The food is great and there is something for everyone. The portions are quite large, even for the little ones. You can also have the side dishes/sauces changed for a small additional charge. The service is courteous and always friendly, even in stressful situations. Even if you can't eat there, you can always call them and order something to take away. It is often very crowded in the summer, so I recommend making a reservation in advance. Because of this, it can sometimes take longer, but this is by no means something I would rate negatively for me. The view is really nice, especially in summer, as you have a direct view of the water and also get visits from ducks and sometimes swans. Traditional Greek music also plays quietly in the background. It's a family-run restaurant in good hands! I would recommend it to anyone who loves Greek food!

We got a nice table outside on the terrace. The restaurant was quite busy for a Tuesday evening, but we got our drinks and food quickly. The portions were large and we enjoyed the food very much. The staff was friendly even though they were busy.

It took 20 minutes until someone asked what we would like to drink and we had to wait another hour for the food to arrive. So if you want to wait that long, the food tastes good but I don't want to go through that anymore!

It couldn't be better... :-) The only drawback: Unfortunately, there is no suitable toilet for the physically disabled.

Beautifully located by the lake. Salad, gyros with bifteki and baked feta are delicious. On the second visit it was still tasty, but not quite as great as the first time.

Great atmosphere, and that's about it. Ancient and broken tablecloths, unfriendly staff. Salads, dressings, everything from some kind of packaging, no trace of freshness. No bread is served and if you ask for it, all you get is a baked roll from the day before yesterday. Judging by Greek hospitality and service, this restaurant is a bad joke.

Nice atmosphere right on the lake, with a large terrace. Have a salad plate! ordered for over €16. It consisted of a baked roll, 2 pieces of feta, some cucumber, tomato, 2 pepperoni, 2 olives, 3 lettuce leaves, beans, coleslaw with tzatziki. The salad plate with the meat dish was half the size. The service person didn't value an honest answer because she was still arguing against it and wanted to explain to me how to make a salad. Disrespectful and unfriendly. My husband's food was OK, but nothing special. The waiting time was 45 minutes.

Ich habe das Restaurant für eine Familienfeier besucht. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht überein. Vegetarische Gerichte im Vergleich zu den Standard Portionen mit Gyros usw. sind etwa nur die Hälfte der Portion groß. 18€ für Champignons? Ohne Reis? Nur Champignons? Unmöglich. Auch die Getränke schmecken billig gemacht. Aperol Spritz ohne Wasser mit Kohlensäure angemischt. Die Weinschorle bestand aus 15% Wein und 85% Wasser mit Kohlensäure. Frechheit. Auch die kleine Apfelschorle wo bestimmt wieder mehr Wasser als Saft drin war, war nur 200ml groß. Wirklich sehr klein. Wir werden da nie wieder hingehen. Die Preise stimmen einfach überhaupt nicht überein.

Nur Fertiggerichte, nix individuelles, leider nur Fertiggerichte für einen sehr hohen Preis....waren sehr enttäuscht.....der Beste Grieche in Ratzeburg? NEIN!!!

Wir haben lange überlegt ob wir aufgrund der letzten negativen Bewertung dieses Restaurant besuchen, und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Es waren alle Tische besetzt oder reserviert,trotzdem wurde es uns ermöglicht einen Tisch zu bekommen. Essen sehr lecker und das gesamte Team sehr gastfreundlich.Portionen waren auch sehr reichhaltig.

We stopped here on our way through. Beautifully located on the water [Kleiner Küchensee], it has a great atmosphere. The food was very tasty. A tiny deduction was the cheese in the bifteki. Very friendly staff. All in all we really liked it. We recommend it.

This restaurant is simply fantastic! The ambience is like a holiday dream with a wonderful terrace and a direct view of Lake Cathedral. The meat was expertly prepared and makes your mouth water. The beautiful view rounds off the experience perfectly. Highly Recommended!

Beautiful location, right on the lake. Friendly staff. Very good selection of food, also for vegetarians, which is not a given in Greek restaurants. Two vegetarian dishes that were very tasty and visually appealing prepared and presented. The one star deduction from the meal was for the side salad, which was very small. A little more, on the plate chosen for it, would have looked better. There were three of us and it was no problem getting another plate to share a dish. We can highly recommend this restaurant.

Sorry, was soll das denn gewesen sein? Hier stimmt ja gar nichts !!!! Salat war so klein, daß er auf eine Gabel passte. Das Fleisch war zäh ( gummi schmeckt besder) Reis trocken. Service unfassbar schlecht. Zu teuer....Nicht gut Übel

Food was OK. Stopped here due to a lack of alternatives. Unfortunately I've been to better Greek restaurants. Cheap baked rolls were served - that was a bit strange. Service was otherwise quite nice - the obligatory Ouzou was offered at the end.

The search for a parking space was again tedious. As always, the employees were quick and very friendly. The food came to the table at the optimal temperature. We'd love to come back.

We came to the ferry house as non-local guests. The service was superficially nice, but regular guests were given an ouzo on the table without asking and we were only given one during the meal when we were allocated, and there was no option for drivers either. It's a shame. The food was delicious and visually very appealing. The price is already high. Instead of fries, I asked for a baked potato... This was possible for a hefty surcharge. The atmosphere is nice, probably even nicer in summer.

The quality of the food was okay, the service was friendly and there was at least an ouzo after the meal. The prices are almost at the level of a star restaurant, significantly overpriced. Giro plate just under 19 euros. Today we also tried a vegan recommendation from the house, rice, fries, grape leaves. With 2x Alster water over 30 euros, really sporty. At least there was a dry bread roll from the discount store (see photo). We won't be coming back anytime soon, but we still had a great evening, it was less about the food and more about the very nice guests.

The Locstiin is of course pretty much the most beautiful in RZ. Food was also super tasty. We felt a bit left alone. After dinner, people asked for coffee or espresso, but then nothing happened for over an hour. And we were there on a Thursday. Nobody else in the store. I'm sure we would have liked to order something else, but then we paid and left. I think they could have had a little more enthusiasm and paid more attention to us. But definitely recommend eating here. Price performance was also okay.

Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant mit sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern! Das Essen war ebenfalls hervorragend und mehr als reichlich so das meine Freundin auch einen Teil einpacken ließ was ebenfalls kein Problem war. Positiv war außerdem, dass man sehr auf die Sauberkeit achtet sowohl an den Tischen als auch auf den Toiletten. Ein Restaurant welches man ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen kann!

Hier durften wir ein sehr nettes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes griechisches Restaurant vorfinden direkt am Küchensee liegend. Wir wurden sehr nett und äußerst höflich bedient. Zu unserem Wein haben wir ein sehr leckeres Essen genießen dürfen. Mit der griechischen Musik im Hintergrund hat es sich ein bisschen wie Urlaub angefühlt. Im Sommer hat man auch die Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen und den Blick auf den wunderschönen See genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🌸

Für ein mal reicht.... wenig essen und zu teuer. Kann nicht weiter empfehlen.

Wir gehen gerne Essen und haben bei einem Ausflug dort sehr gut gegessen. Draußen sitzt man gemütlich mit einem Blick aufs Wasser mit den Booten und Padlern. Der Grillteller mit Schweinemedaillons, Gyros und Souflaki... sehr gutes Fleisch...alles lecker. Nette Bedienung...und auch die Innenräume sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Sei noch hinzugefügt, daß die Toiletten sehr sauber und ordentlich sind, was wir auch wichtig finden. Somit kommen wir gerne wieder. Danke

Das Restaurant Athen hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt am Küchensee. Hier passt der Spruch "Willkommen im Kurzurlaub". Die Inhaber sind sehr gastfreundlich. Das Essen ist reichhaltig und lecker. Wir kommen gern wieder auf einem Kurzurlaub zum Essen!

Heute zum ersten und zum letzten Mal da gewesen, Bedienung wirklich unfreundlich, und ich wollte etwas anders haben als wie es auf der Karte stand. Dann sagte die Bedienung gleich zu mir wie ich darauf komme und das es teuer wird was ich dann bestelle. Dann gab es noch nicht mal einen Beilagen Salat dazu und wir wurden gefragt ob wir uns das essen auch wirklich leisten können.. Ambiente mit dem See ist super schön und essen war auch lecker, aber für die Preise viel zu wenig. Meine Begleitung hatte ein komplettes Gericht mit Beilagen aber was auch lecker war aber nicht für diesen Preis. War das erste und auch das letzte mal.

Hier kann man nur 5 Sterne geben. Ich hatte telefonisch einen Tisch für zwei, direkt am Wasser reserviert. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön, das Essen üppig und köstlich. Die Kellner waren äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Als Apéritif gab es zwei Ouzo aufs Haus. Die Preise sind gemessen an der Menge und der Qualität die man bekommt, im grünen Bereich. Wir werden in Zukunft öfter vorbeischauen, es war wirklich ein Traum und aufgrund des erstklassigen Ambientes und den direkten Blick auf den Ratzeburger See eine traumhafte Auszeit vom Alltagsstress.

Wir haben spontan angerufen und prompt einen Tisch bekommen. Die Aussicht auf der tollen Terrasse mit Blick auf den See war traumhaft und das Essen einfach toll. Beide Kellner waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Restaurant nur weiter empfehlen und werden sicher nochmal wieder kommen.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Da unser Tisch nahe einer großen Gruppe stand kollidierten andere Gäste und die Bedienung mit unseren Stühlen.
