Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Frauen zum Junggesellinnenabschied im Fachwerk7 und Micha hat den Nachmittag zu etwas wirklich Besonderem gemacht. Er hat für uns einen Cocktailkurs organisiert: jede durfte sich ihren Wunschcocktail aussuchen, er hat ihn vorgemacht, alle haben nachgemacht. Zwei Stunden, die niemand so schnell vergisst. Micha ist ein echter Entertainer. Aufmerksam, witzig, ohne dass es aufgesetzt wirkt. Wir waren restlos begeistert und es war der perfekte Auftakt in den Abend. Das Fachwerk7 ist ohnehin eine der wenigen Adressen in Rostock, die Bar-Unterhaltung und Getränkequalität auf diesem Niveau zusammenbringen. Die Cocktails sind handwerklich sauber, geschmacklich auf den Punkt. Für Rostock eine echte Ausnahme.

Ambiente und Service top, Portionen in der Menge etwas dürftig. Wir hatten ein paar Gerichte von der Saisonalen Karte und wurden leider etwas enttäuscht. Der „Spargel-Erdbeer-Salat“ war nur Rucola Salat mit 2 Erdbeeren und ca. 8 dünnen Spargel-Scheibchen als Garnitur, so dünn, dass man den Spargel nicht mal rausgeschmeckt hat. Auch bei den Hauptgerichten war der Spargelsalat beim Lachs mehr kleine Garnitur anstatt Beilage und beim Steinbuttfielt gab’s ein kleines bisschen Risotto mit 1/2 Grünen Spargelstange als eigentliche Beilage „Grüner & weißer Spargel“. Sehr schade und definitiv nicht sättigend, bei den kleinen Portionen der anderen Beilagen. Und das für den hohen Preis… Da haben wir definitiv mehr erwartet. Ziegenkäse, Fachwerkplatte, Schnitzel und Sandwich waren top, v.a. auch der Bratkartoffelstampf. Und geschmacklich waren alle Gerichte super und nett angerichtet. Der Kellner hat unsere Enttäuschung durch seinen Service, Charme und Witz definitiv ausgeglichen! Leider mussten wir aber immer sehr lange auf alle Speisen warten. Als Entschädigung für den Spargel gab es es vom Kellner ein Dessert aufs Haus, das war sehr freundlich.

Wie kann ich das Fachwerk7 nicht lieben 😌❤️ Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf den nächsten Cheeseburger, den nächsten Melon Ball, das nächste "Schokodingsbums" ❤️🫶 ganz viel Liebe an das Team und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Ansich war es ganz lecker. Mir fehlte ein Angebot an Alkoholfreien Getränken, es gab nur Standard (Cola, fanta, wasser etc.) es fehlte ein bisschen was spannendes außer immer nur Cocktails) Ich empfand es als sehr dunkel, man konnte kaum die Speisekarte lesen. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich und es war auch sauber. Aber die Preise waren auch doch schon grenzwertig.

Eine runherum Wohlfühloase. Das Ambiente ist toll, das Essen ausgezeichnet und der Service einfach super.

Wir haben das Restaurant beim Spaziergang durch Rostock entdeckt und gleich einen Tisch fürs Abendessen reserviert und: Ich habe ein neues Lieblingsrestaurant! Essen war lecker, Ambiente war richtig schön und das Personal großartig. Wer in Rostock ist, sollte das nicht verpassen.

Es war ein wunderbarer Abend mit meinen Besten :-) Bereits die Reservierung klappte tadellos und mein Wunsch, frische Rosen am Tisch als Überraschung bereitzustellen, wurde erfüllt. Danke für den extra Service! Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind sehr gemütlich. Man mag länger verweilen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und sehr freundlich durch den Abend begleitet. Stilvolles Ambiente und angenehmes Licht haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Kulinarisch wurden wir ebenfalls überzeugt. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Jedes Jahr ein muss, wenn wir in Rostock sind. Tolle Ambiente und lockere coole Bedienung. Essen hochwertig👍🏻 Restaurant und Bar zugleich, viele Auswahl an leckeren Cocktails und auch verschiedene Biere vom Fass. Wenn man direkt an der Bar sitzt, hat man kaum Wartezeiten auf Getränke, sind sehr umsichtig.

Hallo Fachwerk7-Team, Hallo Welt. Wir haben einen gemütlichen Ort gesucht, an dem wir den 18. Geburtstag unserer Tochter mitten in einer turbulenten Woche wenigstens im kleinen Familienkreis ein wenig Zauber geben konnten. Mit wenig Lokalitätenerfahrung haben wir uns via Google für das Fachwerk7 entschieden und das war goldrichtig. Wir tauchten ein in ein ganz liebevoll gestaltetes gemütliches Ambiente in einem alten Gemäuer, welches durch fantastisches Personal und tollem musikalischen Hintergrund mit genau dem richtigen Maß entstaubt wurde. Die Speisekarte war übersichtlich und dennoch hatten wir es schwer uns zu entscheiden, da das Angebot sehr fein ausgesucht war und man eigentlich von allem probieren wollte. Wir brachten 3 Generationen und 8 verschiedene Geschmäcker mit und jeder hat das Richtige für sich finden können. Ob Fleisch, ob Fisch oder vegetarische Speise, alles erweckte den Eindruck frisch und liebevoll zubereitet zu sein, mit einem gesunden Maß an Würze, Tradition und Moderne. Die Portionen waren perfekt und hübsch anzusehen. Die Vorspeisenauswahl war ebenso wenig einfach. Schnell erkannte unser witziger hauseigener Begleiter das Dilemma und bot uns an, unsere Favoriten in einer Vorspeisenplatte für alle zu kombinieren. Das Ergebnis war fantastisch. Auch die Nachspeisen, die eigentlich nicht mehr reinpassten, wurden uns völlig problemlos zum Teilen und gemeinsamen Genießen dargeboten. Die Getränkekarte war fenomenal groß und bot auch tolle Cocktails, weit über den "Glasrand" hinaus. Egal ob mit oder ohne Alkohol, wir testeten das, was wir nicht kannten und stellten fest, dies war Masse mit Klasse. Wir brauchten außerdem um nichts bitten, auf nichts warten, zwei junge Menschen waren aufmerksam, mit guter Laune, Charme und Witz um uns bemüht, so dass wir uns sehr willkommen fühlten. Anlässlich des Geburtstages unserer Tochter wurden wir spontan vom Haus mit einer Flasche Sekt und einer funkelnden Nachspeise überrascht, dafür nochmal ein Extra Danke. Kurzum: Es war hübsch, es war lecker, alle waren glücklich und sehr satt. Preis-Leistung war top. Kritiker mögen bitte immer auch bedenken, dass man in so einem Lokal eben auch das Ambiente, die Menschen die einem die Seele streicheln und die vielen kleinen Annehmlichkeiten neben dem Teller und dem Glas mit bezahlen sollte. Dies haben wir gern getan und sicher nicht zum letzten Mal. Nach all der Lobhudelei ein ganz winziger Tip an das Fachwerk7 Ambiente-Team: Die hohen Stühle sind witzig, die Sitzflächen auch echt bequem, aber normale Menschen kommen nicht an die dazugehörigen Fußstützen an. Das heisst, wir liessen nicht nur die Seele baumeln, sondern auch die Beine. Das ist tatsächlich auf die Dauer unangenehmer als man denken könnte, ich bin sicher, dass Ihr da mit eurem Einfallsreichtum vielleicht unkompliziert Abhilfe schaffen könnt und dann habt Ihr in unseren Augen Perfektion erlangt. Wir haben spontan entschieden im Fachwerk 7 zu essen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns direkt einen Tisch gezeigt. Wir haben beide einen sehr leckeren Cocktail getrunken, eine Vorspeiseplatte und das Sandwich gegessen. Für unsere Tochter haben sie das Gläschen auf Nachfrage erwärmt und sogar in einer kleinen Schüssel schön angerichtet. Das Restaurant selbst war stilvoll eingerichtet. Überall waren nette Sprüche an Kreidetafeln geschrieben. Es hatte einen tollen Charme. Im Hintergrund lief Musik. Wenn wir wieder in Rostock sind kommen wir gerne wieder.

Probleme mit der Tischreservierung. Begrenzte Englischkenntnisse. Einige der Kellnerinnen waren neu im Job und mischten alkoholfreie Getränke mit anderen Biersorten. Das Essen war gut. Insgesamt etwas enttäuschend.

Wir sind absolut begeistert und kommen 100 % wieder.

We only found out about Fachwerk7 through Instagram, and the food looked amazing there. My girlfriend and I spent a week in Rostock on vacation, and we can definitely say that this was the best restaurant we had the pleasure of experiencing. We ordered the platter for two, which included almost every appetizer on the menu. Everything was absolutely delicious, from the bruschetta to the cheese and roast beef. The main course was also legendary. The burger sandwich and the veal schnitzel were simply superb; the seasoning and cooking time were perfect. The mashed potatoes were also fantastic. Yes, it's a bit more expensive than the kebab shop around the corner, but it's worth every penny for the quality. So, a big compliment to the chef and the bar staff! The cocktails were also excellent. The service was very friendly and attentive, always ready with a joke and a smile. The service was excellent. The venue is also very well furnished, offers plenty of space, and invites you to linger. Thank you for the lovely evening, dear Fachwerk7 team!

Dear Fachwerk team, We've been your guests several times and would be happy to return anytime. The dishes are perfected in their simplicity (schnitzel, shortcuts, burgers), the cocktails are outstanding. The service is super friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is inviting.

The staff were friendly and funny. But that's the only positive thing I can say. The prices are too high for such poor quality food. It felt like it had no taste. The wait times were too long. 30-45 minutes for a cocktail or a beer? The food also took far too long. Some people had already finished their food before others had even gotten it. And it felt like an hour until the food was ready. And it wasn't anything elaborate. I can't recommend this place, especially not at these prices.

It was very nice, half-timbered. The waiters were also really cool and relaxed :) We were there with 15 people and had a private room, which was great. The only difference was the lamps were like operating room lamps. :/ Otherwise, really great, and lots of cocktails and a wide selection. 😇 We'd love to go back.

Unfortunately, we didn't think it was that great. The food is way overpriced for what you get. €20 for a small, thin baguette? And not even a little decoration on the plate? Also, the place is incredibly dark. We were lucky because we had a table with a spotlight. Many others didn't, though, and we were sitting there in the dark. The only thing that was great was the great service and the friendly staff.

We went to the restaurant today with my grandma for dinner for her birthday...some of the guests were there for the first time...and were more than pleasantly surprised...a young, cool team - a really lovely atmosphere, and you immediately feel at home when you enter the restaurant...it's absolutely beautiful inside...a big thank you to the kitchen...we thought the dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious...and finally, a really big thank you to Emma...she looked after us so well and was really on the ball...We were thrilled and would love to come back...best regards

I visited fachwerk7 with my husband while we were in Rostock, and we were very pleasantly surprised! The food was truly delicious and the service was very warm. Our waiter welcomed us warmly, and the young lady was also extremely friendly :) Highly recommended!

We were at Fachwerk 7 the last few days and enjoyed some drinks there. We noticed that it took a very, very long time for our drinks to be delivered, let alone for us to be served a second time. It was a far cry from what I was used to. Other than that, it was still quite nice.

We'd lost sight of Fachwerk 7 in Rostock for a while, but we remembered that we'd spent an unforgettable, romantic anniversary there and were eager to relive this beautiful memory. And what can we say: Everything was just perfect! 🥰 We got a great table, the food was incredibly delicious and perfectly coordinated. A huge thank you to the kitchen! The absolute highlight of the evening, however, was our waitress, a truly "cool" person who not only does her job, but lives it. With her warm, humorous manner, she made the evening truly special for us and gave us an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much for this wonderful evening, we'd love to come back!❤️

We found out about Fachwerk 7 through Facebook. Reserving a table was straightforward and went very well. The food was okay, the Smash Burger lacked that certain something, and the truffle mayo was very good. Now for the service... The lady who served us had apparently worked very late the night before and was accordingly tired. She had to let everyone know, though; she sat down with us and other guests several times (stressing repeatedly that she was tired). This behavior was rather inappropriate. Furthermore, we learned private things we hadn't asked about! Another inappropriate behavior: while I was showing my companion a video on my phone, the waitress leaned over to look at her phone. During the payment process, the next act took place: we paid €95.50 for three people. We gave €100. We're actually still waiting for the change. The lady thanked us, wished us a nice evening, and left. Conclusion: The food was rather average, but the service was very distant.

However, we lost one star because we had to wait a really long time for our drinks the entire evening (there's definitely room for improvement here), and the prices are pretty high on the price range. Still, I recommend it for a lovely evening!

Everything is right in Fahrwerk 7!! mega cocktail and food was very tasty, the food was beautifully prepared, and great employees who make an effort for the guests, I like to go with friends and families, they are always well looked after, keep it up. I can recommend Schnitzel Mega and the Fahrwerk board for 2 people is so cool, there are even 2 slices of bruschetta on it and at the end Cedric Creme Brülee with almond cherry and sorbet ice cream but I took pistachio ice cream! Thanks to the chassis team.

Fachwerk 7 used to be my favorite restaurant, but I was very disappointed on my last visit. There was very little choice on the menu, we had trouble finding something, my former favorite cocktail was completely watery and you pay €9 for it... We were also seated in the furthest corner of the restaurant, even though there was plenty of space at the front. In the back, we had loud music because the stereo speakers were placed in the corner. A nice waitress sorted that out for us straight away, though. The guy who served us wasn't so nice; he was extremely arrogant. It's a shame, I usually like going here. Despite everything, the atmosphere is very nice and the food was delicious.

Very nicely located. The food and drinks were really great! It was busy, so allow for a bit of a wait if it's busier. But it's worth it! We had the great fish & chips with homemade fries and truffle mayonaise. Even the pasta was homemade. The drinks are beautifully presented.

It was our first time at Fachwerk 7 and we immediately felt at home. The food was not only delicious, but also beautifully prepared. Particularly positive: The service was attentive, quick and with a relaxed attitude. That makes the difference. The cozy atmosphere completes the whole thing.

From the moment you entered the restaurant, the service was very attentive and friendly. We sat in the upper part of the restaurant, which had a beautiful ambience. After a short wait the food came. Super tasty and really well balanced ingredients. We had the Beyond Meat Burger and the Smash Burger each with potato dippers and truffle mayo. It was a dream. The cocktails are also very tasty. Price wise completely ok. We went home completely satisfied.

Admittedly, we ate there at rush hour. Visually, the store looks good. And the service was nice too. It was a complete mess and the service staff were constantly rushing back and forth. This often seemed a bit uncoordinated and was unfortunately disruptive. We ordered 2 spritzers, 2 cocktails and 2 main meals at the same time. It took forever, but we waited patiently. At some point the food came before we had a drink at the table. I had never experienced that before. We then mentioned that we were thirsty. It was no surprise to anyone that we still had nothing to drink. Then an employee came with a bottle of water and seemed slightly confused. After we said that we had ordered something else, he left again. Beforehand, he asked the neighboring tables whether anyone had ordered water there. That wasn't the case. At some point he came back and brought us the water at the expense of the house. Thanks for that. We were finally able to drink something because the other drinks were still a long time coming. Later that evening we ordered another cocktail. Since the place was already pretty empty, we thought it couldn't take that long. We were wrong then. We waited again for half an eternity. I ordered the burger. I think the patty was homemade. Because it was pressed very flat, it was dry on the outside and way too hard. Too bad! The burger was otherwise pretty standard. There was nothing special about it. Even though I haven't learned it, I bake buns better and do it better. The truffle mayo with the fries was delicious. That had something. Tip: - Bring in more organization - At peak times, assign another person, e.g. from service, to help at the bar. Guests shouldn't wait that long for drinks.

The Fachwerk7 is a really great restaurant. Greatly prepared from the outside and the inside. Cozy atmosphere. The service was very friendly and always had a relaxed saying to say. We had the Philly Cheese Sandwich. That was super tasty. In general, there are great dishes on the menu that are not run of the mill. I like it very much. All in all, absolutely recommended!

Tasty food and drinks in cozy rooms, high price levels

Great location in Rostock - the menu sounds really promising. Unfortunately, the service is probably not that well coordinated yet and there are always inconsistencies - it took a long time to get the drinks, unfortunately the food was forgotten when ordering and comments were not taken into account. The food and quality are good and imaginative, such as fried potato puree! However, the price is a bit too high!

Great ambience and nice staff, but this restaurant couldn't make a name for itself, from the starter to the main course. Unfortunately, the starter came in a different quantity than ordered, and even after making a note and correcting it, we didn't get the quantity we wanted. After we got our main course after a good 2 hour stay, it was more than cold. We complained about our food and got our “new” dishes cold again after a short time (probably after a short trip through the microwave). The staff responded in a friendly and accommodating manner, but it was still a shame and simply too expensive for such quality.

We easily got a table for two without a reservation late on a Saturday evening. The cocktails are a bit more expensive, but definitely worth the price. They are incredibly well made and I think they are the best I have ever had in Rostock. So you can definitely treat yourself. There isn't much choice in terms of food, but it's enough to cater to (almost) every palate. I had the vegan burger and it was very tasty. The service was also super friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. So give me two more years when my studies are over and I'm earning decent money and I come regularly.

Great restaurant, great service and good food, which is not only delicious but also beautifully prepared. The drinks are also good, including the non-alcoholic cocktails.

Unfortunately, there were lewd and clearly offensive comments from the service staff during our visit. It was just uncomfortable. This experience, alongside the rather average and overpriced menu, really spoiled the evening. I will avoid the restaurant in the future.

Price-performance is simply not met here. Ambience really nice, service unfortunately very hectic and not really attentive. Ingredients are also not mentioned on the menu - for example, fish (for a roast beef dish), we were told we had to ask if there was fish in it? The udan noodles were very tasty, but the “fried” beech mushrooms were pickled and not fried, which I personally didn’t like at all. Unfortunately, the homemade iced tea only tasted like water. The raspberry lemonade, on the other hand, was really tasty and not too sweet. Unfortunately, the Phillysteak sandwich never saw any salt and there was nothing on the table to season and by the time someone could ask if we got salt, everything would have been cold. The waiting time was also longer than expected, an hour before the main course, but it was also very crowded, which is why you can ignore that.

Service great, offerings good and tasty. Reservations recommended. We'd love to come back.
