Das gesamte Konzept hat sehr unorganisiert und chaotisch gewirkt. Zusätzlich fand ich den Umgang mit dem Bedienungspersonal sehr respektlos. Essen war OK.

Wir waren rundum begeistert. Die Nudeln Fusilli Gamberi Garnelen waren hervorragend – perfekt zubereitet und geschmacklich ausgezeichnet. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, die Preise absolut angemessen und das Personal äußerst freundlich sowie professionell. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

Essen mittelmäßig. Preis / Leistung Verhältnis passt nicht. Das Fabiano war mal ein gutes Lokal, hat aber mächtig nachgelassen.

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe und Reservierung. Es gab zwei lange Tische und genug Platz zum Plätze tauschen und aufstehen. Alle Gerichte und Getränke kamen immer fast zeitgleich so dass wir wirklich zusammen essen konnten. Das Team war sehr aufmerksam und hatte ein passendes Timing zum abräumen und nach bestellen. Gerne wieder :)

Absolut empfehlenswert! Das Essen war nicht nur unglaublich lecker, sondern auch sehr hochwertig angerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail und frischen Zutaten gearbeitet wird. Geschmacklich wirklich auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Auch das Ambiente und der Service waren top. Ich komme definitiv wieder!👍🏽🤗

Zum Essen, das war wirklich gut. Sehr gute Portion, auch heiß genug. Leider waren bei meinen wirklich frischen Pilzen, teilweise echt 10cm lange Stücke drin. Das ist nicht so schön zum Essen . Der Service war sehr gut und aufmerksam. Preis Leistung war auch gut. Woran man arbeiten muss, dass der Tisch sauber ist, wenn Gäste kommen. Überall waren Flecken, auf den Sofabänken, an der Wand, auf dem Fensterrahmen und den Holzschalousien. Und die Spinnweben könnte man auch mal wegmachen. So sieht es dort sehr gemütlich aus.

Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Lokal essen und jedes Mal zufrieden – umso schöner, dass auch unsere Hochzeit dort einfach perfekt war! Schon das Vorgespräch war äußerst professionell, was uns sofort ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Wir haben uns dazu entschieden, unsere rund 30 Gäste a la carte wählen zu lassen – und waren restlos begeistert: Das Essen war hervorragend und ein riesiges Kompliment an die Küche, dass alle Speisen gleichzeitig serviert wurden. Bei dieser Gruppengröße ist das wirklich keine Selbstverständlichkeit! Der Service war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, und auch das Ambiente hat absolut überzeugt. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für diesen gelungenen und unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Gute mediterrane Küche. Preislich nicht der billigste. Aber für die Qualität völlig in Ordnung. Wenn man auf höchstem Niveau meckern will, dann wegen der Gargrade vom Fleisch beim Grillteller. Nur sollte jeder der da sich beschwert erst mal selber das perfekt hin bringen. Also keinerlei Beschwerden. Pizzen waren super, Suppe auch. Bedienung absolut nett. Also perfekt

Sehr gutes mediterranes Restaurant mit leckerem Essen, guten Zutaten und freundlichem Service. Geschmacklich waren wir absolut zufrieden und die Karte bietet eine schöne Auswahl. An Silvester 2025/2026 hat sich der Abend leider etwas gehetzt angefühlt, was der ansonsten angenehmen Atmosphäre ein wenig geschadet hat. Zudem war das Wording auf den Flyern missverständlich: Es wurde eine Weinbegleitung suggeriert, tatsächlich war jedoch keine inklusive, sondern nur eine Auswahl aus der regulären Karte gegen Aufpreis möglich. Das hätte klarer kommuniziert werden können. Insgesamt aber ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant – an normalen Abenden bislang immer ein rundes Erlebnis.

Das Essen war gut. Die Antipasti Platte hatte aber eher den Eindruck erweckt, dass Dosen und Gläser geöffnet wurden.

Unser erster Besuch dort. Wir sind richtig begeistert. Ein klasse italienisches Restaurant mit viel mehr als nur Pizza aber allerdings ist die auch richtig gut. Und das Team passt sich dem sehr guten Essen an, freundlich, aufmerksam und immer am lächeln. Danke für einen schönen Abend

The pizza there is good, the atmosphere is cozy, right on the market square. The service was okay, but a bit pushy. They often asked if everything was okay, which is great, but at some point it also got a bit annoying.

The risotto was fantastic! So was the pizza. The location in the middle of the market square is, of course, a dream. We'll definitely be back. Dining is fun this way. 🤩👍🏻

Great restaurant with exceptionally good food and a fantastic ambiance. The pasta dishes are highly recommended. Even my girlfriend found something to enjoy.

The food was great, the service was the best I've ever seen, the people around weren't too loud. I recommend making a reservation as when I went there, I had to wait around 20 minutes for a free seat. The wait was worth it.

Came here again after a year. It is still very nice and crowded. It is good that we booked a table in advance - there were no free seats. Apparently the restaurant is very popular with locals and tourists. Delicious food and impeccable service. Some of the staff speak Russian. A very warm welcome, it lifts the mood and leaves an unforgettable impression!

For me, this is the best Mediterranean restaurant in Schwabach! Fabi and his team always conjure up fantastic dishes in a wonderful atmosphere. The changing daily specials always provide variety and real highlights. You can immediately tell that the cooking here is done with passion. It's nice to sit outside in the summer. The pizzas are good, but the other Italian dishes are also delicious. I'd be happy to go back.

One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever eaten at. The pizza was outstanding, made even better by the super friendly service. The owner greeted me warmly, asked if everything was okay, and made brief small talk with each table. All in all, this visit absolutely enriched my day. The value for money is also absolutely excellent.

It's a really nice restaurant where you can celebrate many different occasions and spend lovely evenings. We've been there twice, seven years ago and now in May, as we don't live nearby. Both times, the restaurant completely impressed us. The staff is super friendly. They ask if everything is okay, which is something I don't experience at many other restaurants. The food was prepared quickly and served warm. The appetizer, pizza, pasta, and dessert were all delicious. The table was beautifully decorated, which I requested when making the reservation for a special occasion. The restaurant is located in the heart of Schwabach and has plenty of outdoor seating, even in the summer, with a beautiful view of the market square. The restaurant is highly recommended.

The tables were lovingly set with everything I'd previously provided, the food was excellent as always, all the dishes arrived at the same time, and the setting was consistently perfect. This was our first time at Fabiano. The service was great and the food was really delicious. The atmosphere in the guest room is modern and also very cozy. The access to the sanitary area and the toilet rooms themselves are all the more strange. This is a rather higher-priced restaurant and I would also expect attractive sanitary facilities. Therefore unfortunately only 4 stars.

Waren schon öfters im Fabiano aber heute waren wir richtig enttäuscht 2 Angus Rib Eye 300g Medium bestellt 1 x Fingerdick aber fast durch Deshalb auch ziemlich zäh Das zweite war dünn jedoch auch fast durch . Beilage Ofenkartoffel 5 Minuten nach dem Steak serviert und innen Braun Beilagensalat 7,20€ 99% Nur große Blätter vom Blattsalat . Einfallslos Antipastiplatte war sehr gut. Preisleitungsverhältnis bei Hauptgericht und Beilagen deshalb nicht passend

We were there on Saturday evening and had reserved a table, but unfortunately it wasn't available yet so we waited at the bar. But that wasn't a problem at all as we had already ordered and received drinks. We were also able to order our food. A few minutes later we got our table and shortly afterwards our food arrived. It was hot and really, really good. I have ordered the pork medallions with mushroom cream sauce several times now and I am always a fan of them. The atmosphere in the team was very harmonious and we received very friendly and courteous service. The only thing that bothered us was that it was quite loud. But that's inevitable on Saturday evening, with a full house.

The Fabiano restaurant scores with a beautiful ambience and friendly service. The quality of the food was good, but the price-performance ratio was not good for me. I had strips of beef with noodles in red wine sauce, but there were only five small pieces of meat on the plate - definitely disappointing for the price. The dish tasted good, but the portion seemed rather sparse. I also find the place a bit cramped, which reduces comfort a little. Overall, a mixed impression - perhaps suitable for special occasions, but for me the price is rather difficult.

When we arrived at 5:00 p.m. we felt really welcome. It was a good atmosphere and we felt comfortable. But when a large table near us was occupied at around 7 p.m. and what felt like a whole club was waiting in the hallway, the coziness was over. The staff should have pointed out to us that our seats were essentially reassigned from 7 p.m. That wouldn't have been a problem. When we wanted to get our coats from the wardrobe, which was much too small, some items fell on the floor. Going to the toilet was a step back in time before the renovation. That's too bad

The ambience is really nice and the service is friendly. The food can still be improved a bit. It's a bit tasteless in some corners (salad dressing, antipasti, grilled vegetables).

If I could give 10 stars, they would be deserved. Food very good. None of the 16 people had anything to complain about. Service excellent, deserves high praise, as does the kitchen. Service had eyes everywhere. We'd love to come back. It's a shame that there are no more of these restaurants. Thank you for allowing us to be there. Keep it up! !Prices reasonable. 👍👍

We arrived after 9 in the evening, they welcomed us very kindly. The food and drink were excellent. The server was polite and kind. We've been here before on our way to Paris, and we had a similarly good experience then. We will come back another time and I recommend it to others.

Very cozy atmosphere and tasty food. A menu that should be able to offer something for everyone. There were 3 of us, and we all got two dishes and a couple of glasses of wine.

Very nice restaurant in the heart of Schwabach. Mediterranean cuisine from pizza to steaks. The Fabiano is one of our top 3 restaurants in Schwabach. Usually well attended on weekend evenings. The portions are normal size and completely fine. Very attractive and comfortable to sit both inside and outside. Unfortunately the prices are high, which is why we are rarely guests there.

The restaurant impresses with a pleasant atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. The staff is very friendly, attentive and provides excellent service. The food is delicious and offers a reasonable price-performance ratio. A completely successful visit!

Generally a rather upscale restaurant, which is reflected in the prices. The octopus for the starter was good, but still too little for €18.50, even though octopus is of course expensive. The seafood pizza was ok, but far from outstanding. The pizza lacked a bit of freshness and spice. I will definitely come back and try the meat dishes in order to adjust my rating if necessary. Reservations during the week also seem to make sense. One of the adjoining rooms could use a ventilation system, it was very hot and stuffy in there. The service was remarkably good.

The food was very tasty, especially the pumpkin lasagne from the seasonal menu. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely friendly and courteous service. Such great service really cannot be taken for granted and makes the evening something special.

We were there in the evening for the Galabau trade fair. The food tasted very good and special requests were addressed immediately. Service was attentive and quick.

A real highlight in Schwabach's pedestrian zone! The food was outstanding - the carpaccio was tender and flavorful, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. The prices are slightly high, but that is absolutely justified. Every cent is well invested here. It's also wonderful to sit outside and watch the hustle and bustle in the pedestrian zone. A restaurant that I can definitely recommend!

Delicious food, delicious service, delicious ambience!

Until a while ago, for me, this restaurant's pizzas were always the best in and around Schwabach. Unfortunately I can no longer say that today. The pizzas are average at best. The Diavola pizza, which was my favorite pizza, has neither spiciness nor any other taste - and that at a price of €13.50. The Hefeweizen is now also €4.90. That was probably my last visit here.

We recommend. We had food across the menu and were a large group including children. Very friendly staff and excellent food. Nobody in the group had anything to complain about. Any time. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Food itself tasted good, my noodles were just a little overcooked. Service tries very hard to be friendly, but the boss tends to change his tone and casts a bad light on the restaurant. The waiting time for our food was almost an hour. We will prefer to eat somewhere else in the future!

Tolle Lage, leider schlechter Service und Küche! 5 Minten nach der Bestellung wurde die Vorspeise serviert, während wir auf die Getränke gut 25 Minuten gewartet haben. Hiernach wurden uns gesagt, dass wir doch zahlen wollten... ohne dass der Haupgang überhaupt serviert war :-( Dieser kam nach insgesamt 50 Minuten! So lange mussten auch die bestellten Nudeln gekocht haben. Sie liessen sich nicht mehr mit derGabel rollen, sondern zerbrachen sofort. Von "al dente" keine Spur! Versalzen waren alle drei bestellten Versionen. Sehr schade, aber so gewinnt man uns nicht als Gast

It was a lovely evening in July and we had dinner here wr had pino grigio(not very cold ) we had tagliatlella with beef and shrimps- very good quality - nice desert ice and tiramisu and some coffee and cocktails - very kind service .

We enjoyed a very nice Sunday with a very good meal, grilled Fabiano and skewers with chicken. The service was 1a. All employees are fully motivated and very attentive. The meat on the grill plate was perfectly fried and cooked to perfection. The side salad had a nice dressing. The prices are reasonable for the quality. A voucher (Christmas present) made our choice of menu much easier. Thank you to the whole team and especially to the kitchen.

Actually, this restaurant used to be my favorite Italian restaurant but somehow nothing is like it used to be... or like it was a few months ago. The prices have risen enormously but the portions have shrunk. The staff is unqualified. Dirty glasses that are replaced with dirty ones even after a complaint. It's really a shame! We had 3 starters, 2 glasses of wine and a water and paid over 80 euros. This is no longer appropriate.
