F3 Mensa in Baden-Baden

It's cruel that La Casserole sells foie gras. In Germany, its production is banned because it constitutes the most cruel form of animal cruelty. It's appalling that such people are allowed to run restaurants at the expense of the animals!

Le restaurant se trouve au Rez de chaussée de l’hôtel Merkur à droite juste après la porte. La cuisine est un peu plus gastronomique que la moyenne des restaurants allemands. Les plats sont excellents. Le serveur était très gentil. Le cadre est très bien. Ne pas hésiter.

The location is beautiful, but our experience was disappointing. We were particularly negative about Ms. Krause; she was very rude, which irritated everyone at our table. The other servers, on the other hand, were friendlier. We also ordered mostly vegetarian menus, but in the end, the dishes we received were mostly non-vegetarian. Several people didn't get what they ordered. When we pointed this out, we were simply told that it was what they had ordered, which was definitely not true. The food also tasted nothing special: the vegetables, for example, were very salty. I wouldn't recommend the place.
