We had spinach dumplings. They were very tasty, but also came at a price. Great atmosphere, the view is always beautiful. When it comes to service, it depends on who. But it could be friendlier. Then you also like to give more tips, so you could have saved yourself the comment. We value friendly people. A very nice lady greeted us when we went up in the elevator. And the information about the television tower was also interesting

The staff was extremely friendly, the service was quick and flawless. The portions were generous, the quality of the food was very good and the prices were fair. The café and the cakes were also great. In my opinion, it's definitely worth a visit - again and again!

We were there on February 8, 2025 for the "sunrise breakfast" at 6:30 a.m. sharp - like everyone else, because it was obviously fully booked. When we got to the top there was only a pitiful remnant of the breakfast buffet but there was a very long queue at the only coffee machine. After the plate wanted to be cleared away directly under the knife, I became clear. Then there was some movement and obviously not everything had actually been exhausted, because the champagne was supposed to be delivered - which we politely declined and we were given a "personal" breakfast - unfortunately completely too late. I prefer to leave the pictures unpublished. With the location you have a special unique selling point that you absolutely destroy with this type of service. I already made an offer on site to help you with the optimization - even if I don't come from the catering industry, and this offer stands.

We were there with a group for an early bird breakfast on Saturday. Everything was perfect, sufficient buffing, great sunrise. Luigi - our waiter - made this breakfast just perfect!

I was there for the Saturday night highlight dinner. With the appropriate reservation, we were able to skip the line and go straight into the restaurant. The view is unique. The 5 course menu was excellent. Also praise for the friendly and attentive service.

Poor waiter, one waiter works the entire cafe while the other waiters all sit and “eat”. We waited about an hour for our order until I lost patience, went to the kitchen and placed the order myself.

More appearance than reality!!!! We were greeted sternly and harshly by a gentleman who took himself VERY seriously and were clothed at one of perhaps 20 free tables!!!!! Hot chocolate was nothing more than lukewarm water with powder and whipped cream! Cappuccino well....we've had much better ones!!! Much tam tam about nothing!!! We don't need it anymore!

Champagne breakfast for 8 including 2 vegans and 1 vegetarian for an anniversary birthday. The table was already beautifully set and very inviting when we arrived. There was a large, fresh and delicious selection, prepared and presented with care and detail. In particular, I would like to point out that the kitchen has made a lot of effort to offer vegetarian and vegan options, contrary to reviews I've read here so far. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. Plus the magnificent, wide view. I can only recommend the champagne breakfast!

Had the early bird breakfast with sunrise. Breakfast selection, manageable but sufficient and of good quality. Ambience nice. The description said there was a buffet from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. However, you should keep in mind that queuing and getting up can take some time. And unfortunately the buffet was no longer refilled shortly before 8:00 a.m. I found that cheeky.

Really very good food. Rooms are nice but not exceptional either. When it comes to service, it really depends on the individual employee. There were two ladies with us - one extremely friendly and attentive, the other slow and uninterested. Would still go here again. The wine list could do with a little more international selection. Württemberg red wines are not for everyone.

The service was subpar. When a restaurant is only half full and you have to wait forever until you can order drinks and then after 30 minutes and repeated requests you still don't have anything to drink is really sad.

Couldn't even get in. Very rude personnel let us wait for 10 minutes without telling us anything. Then asked us how many and told us to wait more. We left and the lady smirkingly just said 'Tschüs'!

A place for special occasions. The tower dinner was perfect, the service was courteous.

What saves the place is obviously the views. For that reason alone I recommend visiting. Otherwise, we waited a long time on the stairs to be served, we ordered an “American coffee” the waiter told us: “I can't serve you something that is not on the menu because we have already had problems with three shots of coffee being ordered. and then they have heart problems.” I find it embarrassing, my mother had to order an espresso, which she finds very strong, because she didn't want to add hot water to a coffee, a crazy, ridiculous thing to do. The restaurant's policies seem absurd to me, it clearly works because of the place where it is, and because you can't go to the bar next door.

I have not met more unpleasant waiters. We were having coffee and strudel and after 20 minutes, they began to order us to leave the table in very unpleasant ways.

Went to the tower for lunch. Some of the staff were very unfriendly, the food was tasteless and lukewarm. We were very happy about it and for 79 euros per person you can expect something. Definitely not worth it.......We were really disappointed 😞 and won't book anything here again. We weren't the only ones dissatisfied, there was dissatisfaction at several tables and the tenor was that the price/performance ratio was NOT right at all. It's a real shame... never again

When we came in we were alone. We were escorted to the table and given the menu straight away. From then on, nothing progressed. Everyone who came after us was served. After 20 minutes of waiting, we left. Apparently there was a personal problem with us. Maybe we looked penniless🤷🏼‍♂️

The price/performance ratio for the food is simply not right, but the really big argument against the place is the incredibly unfriendly waiter, we were there today and really horrified by such behavior and his treatment of guests, he simply ignored us for 15 minutes and then we went I also felt that he was treated very rudely and inattentively, he was not only actively unfriendly to us but also spoke to the other guests in a way that I had previously experienced I had never experienced happiness like this before.

We were really looking forward to going to the cafe. However, you then stand in front of the barrier tape because you are shown your place. However, no one comes! Employees are constantly walking past and you wait without any information. A quick response would be enough to know whether it is possible or not, but you are simply ignored. There were still a few places available and it wouldn't have been a big problem to get a table there. If you decide to allocate the tables yourself, you should do so or at least communicate why there are waiting times. We're not talking about 5 minutes here, but 20 minutes of pure ignoring in a half-full café. Once and never again. The service definitely failed at this point!

Ich war mit fünf Freundinnen zum Frühstück auf dem Fernsehturm. Es war ein wunderbarer Vormittag mit genügend Essen und Trinken. Wir wurden von Frau Heike Seidel außer ordentlich freundlich und liebevoll bedient. Die ganze Atomsphäre, der tolle Ausblick , das Frühstück und Frau Seidel haben zu einem entspannten Vormittag beigetragen. Überhaupt war das gesamte Personal, vom Fahrstuhlführer bis zum Kassenpersonal überaus freundlich ! DANKE, ich werde sie weiterempfehlen.

Had a Swabian 3-course menu with drinks. The food was delicious, the service was absolutely friendly and the view from the TV tower into the evening was stunning. Absolutely recommended with a very good price-performance ratio! We'll definitely be back!

We redeemed a voucher for the champagne breakfast this week. Everything was very nicely prepared and delicious. We would particularly like to mention the friendly, extremely attentive service staff KATHRIN. She made the stay very pleasant and is extremely hard-working and maintains her calm and friendliness even in turbulent phases. Your employer can be proud to have such a great employee.

The price of €18.90 is far too high for two spinach dumplings with some sauce and mushrooms. I didn't get full and it wasn't particularly good either. However, the food was beautifully prepared and served.

I would prefer not to give a star. I ordered the Sillenbucher breakfast. An absolute no-go was the burnt bread basket with poor quality rolls. Then came the crowning glory, the breakfast plate. Lots of finished products such as: B. stuffed peppers with cream cheese, inedible, totally tasteless dips and no fresh fruit. The whole thing was topped off with a highly stressed waiter. Here cutlery fell to the floor and was skilfully dragged with the foot into the kitchen. All in all, only the view was the highlight and the rest was a horror for the palate. The concept should urgently be revised before you take the money out of our pockets as end consumers.

No more shine of old days! 10,15 years ago one of the top addresses in Stgt. Now only mass processing. Eating can actually be compared to a canteen. In my opinion, a canteen is not a restaurant but simply remains a canteen. It's a shame that there isn't anything better for the television tower

The following should be noted about breakfast in the Panorama Café: 1. The view is great! 2. You cannot reserve in the normal way (only with a voucher). So it's a lottery game as to whether you get a place to eat and therefore breakfast. 3. We had breakfast for 2 people for €43(!). I have never had such a carelessly prepared breakfast and certainly not at this impressive price. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture for documentation because it wasn't worth it. The service was friendly! 4. If the condition of the toilet represents Stuttgart's landmark, then GOOD NIGHT!

Außer der tollen Aussicht war es nichts☹️ Frühstück pro Person für 69 €, da hatten wir was anderes erwartet zum runden Geburtstag. Aufgebackene Brötchen, abgepackte Wurst, bisschen Honig Marmelade, 1 Ei, bisschen Obst im kleinen Glas, Orangensaft und Café. Ambiente ist alt und ungemütlich, keine Tischdecken, keine Blumen. Unfreundliches und ungepflegtes Personal 😚 Und in den Toiletten roch es stark nach Urin, das geht gar nicht. Nie wieder werden wir das Restaurant besuchen. Leider nicht zum empfehlen.

Tomamos nuestro postre: cortado y un tarta de chocolate. Absolutamente extraordinario todo. El ambiente es agradable y aunque tuvimos que esperar un poco, la espera valió la pena 100%. Personal ciertamente amable y aunque se equivocaron en la comanda, todo estaba riquísimo. Higiene bastante buena y la estética algo mejorable pero aceptable, pues las vistas lo compensan todo.

Good food but a little expensive, 35 euros on average per person

We were in the tower for the menu. Very nice, attentive service, delicious food and the view is simply priceless. My various food intolerances were easily addressed and I was always given very tasty alternatives. The ambience took some getting used to for me, but it's the TV tower and not a restaurant. However, it didn't dampen the mood. If you want to treat yourself to something special - it's worth it!

Leider eine Katastrophe, das Personal war absolut überfordert, auf unseren Kaffee haben wir ne Stunde gewartet, jeder hatte genau ein kleines Brötchen und ein Croissant, durften zwar nachbestellen, dann gab es noch über 1 Stunde nochmal ein kleines Brötchen für jeden! Leider absolut nicht empfehlenswert für den Preis!

Wir durften ein Sektfrühstück genießen... Es war herrlich und sehr lecker. Gerne mal wieder. Die Aussicht da oben ist atemberaubend schön...

Das „All in One Glücksmenü“ in vegetarisch für zwei Personen für gesamt 140€ Als Vorspeise Spargelcremesuppe, in der wir dann am Boden der Schüssel dicke Fischstücke gefunden haben. Absolutes No Go, vor allem wenn man explizit vegetarisch bestellt. Daraufhin von der Servicekraft nichtmal eine Entschuldigung. Zur Hauptspeise wieder Spargel, diesmal in Form von Risotto - für ein Menü dieser Art finde ich es falsch gewählt. Zu einfach, zu schlicht, zu schwer. Dazu fett mit Parmesan eingekocht, der aufgrund von Lab (Kalbsmagen) auch nicht vegetarisch ist. Das hab ich dann nichtmal mehr reklamiert, denn das Essen wurde serviert mit „Diesmal auch wirklich vegetarisch haha“. Der Nachtisch war sehr gewagt und auch nicht jedermanns Sache, aber in Ordnung. Ich war alles in allem überhaupt nicht zufrieden und würde das Restaurant nach meinem Besuch auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Hier haben für mich Küche und Service leider nicht gestimmt. // Bewertet nach Preis-Leistung. Ich habe auch eine Mail verfasst um meine Erfahrungen weiterzuleiten. Finde Feedback für Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten immer wichtig. Bisher noch keine Rückmeldung, ich warte mal ab. Für das Restaurant hoffe ich, meine konstruktive Kritik anzunehmen, denn das Potenzial ist da.

We had reserved for the Swabian Tower Dinner, a gift voucher. A lovely experience that we can happily recommend. Before eating we were able to enjoy the wonderful panoramic view from the television tower. But even the elevator ride with the friendly elevator operator was an experience. In the restaurant we were served very friendly and attentively. The food was home-style Swabian. For starters there was a delicious soup, main course: roast veal with spaetzle and salad and for dessert a plate with hazelnut brownie, vanilla ice cream, berries and orange. We had a lovely evening!

We went to the TV tower for Sunday brunch. It was a small birthday group. Unfortunately, the staff was unmotivated and taciturn, not even a “congratulations”. The buffet wasn't refilled either. Disappointing for an event location.

Wir hatten Gutscheine für das Weintasting auf dem Turm im Wert von 2 x 69 Euro, diese wurden kurz voe Weihnachten 2023 erworben und wir waren am 25.04.24 dort. Das angekündigte 6 - Gang Fingerfood waren kleine Schälchen etwsa größer als ein Teelichthalter mit manchmal schlecht zu definierender grauen Masse. Das ist allerdings Geschmacksache. Als das Brot zu Ende war, (pro Person 3 Würfel 2 x 2 cm) wurden wir belehrt dass wir hier nicht beim Tauben füttern sind. Die Vorstellung der Weine war OK wenn man Schulmeister und Abfragen mag. (Ich mochte das nicht). Die Krönung war aber, dass wir am Ende aufgefordert wurden 10 Euro pro Person nachzuzahlen, weil das Tasting seit Januar für 79 Euro verkauft wird. Wir waren einfach zu perplex um eine Quittung zu verlangen. Fazit: Das darf man nicht verschenken - nicht empfehlenswert weil das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis absolut unterirdisch ist.

Wir haben das Silvester Event 2023/24 besucht und waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Für den Kartenpreis von 100,- pro Person wurden die Erwartungen leider nicht getroffen. Es fehlte jegliche Dekoration welche darauf schließen konnte, dass wir eine Silvester Party hatten, für Getränke musste man Ewigkeiten anstehen, das es nur eine Bar gab. Der Mitternachtssnack wurde mit drei herzlos angerichteten Suppen im Nebenraum serviert. Auch die Auffahrt auf den Fernsehturm war chaotisch. Selbst um 23:30 Uhr konnte es sein, dass man nicht rechtzeitig oben war, da nur ein Aufzug für die ganzen Gäste zur Verfügung stand. Ebenso waren oben keine Getränke erlaubt und es lief kein Countdown, Musik oder ähnliches. Garderoben waren auch keine Vorhanden, was ein wirkliches Jacken-Chaos nach sich zog und man selbst schauen musste wohin damit. Der Dj war das einzig gute an dem Abend. Leider nicht zu empfehlen und für eine Eventlocation eine sehr fragwürdige Veranstaltung.

Were there for a family celebration, the service was good and friendly. Food came in a reasonable time frame and was very tasty, especially it was freshly cooked and no convenience. My veal schnitzel, for example, was very tender, and the trout was also very tasty. Overall, highly recommended.

The taste of the food was very good, but the portions were much too small and very overpriced I think the portion of cheese spaetzle 17.90 without salad is definitely too expensive even for the TV tower, especially since it was only a handful and my daughter-in-law left hungry. Great breakfast, great view, but a rude waitress (Robert) who complains about the tip and talks stupidly at the customer. With such behavior a minus tip would have been appropriate.

Highest café in Stuttgart: You can pay for the unique location in addition to the entrance fee (lift). Service tries hard but can't keep up. 20 minutes between the first dish and subsequent dishes says it all. The place urgently needs a refresh - it looks pretty run down! The SWR music is intrusively present and not to everyone's taste. The glasses for the drinks are probably the same age as the honorable tower itself. You can treat yourself to that - but dear SWR: there is an urgent need for action!

Ich weiß ja nicht wie das Geschäftsinteresse von diesem Laden ist aber das ständig der Anrufbeantworter an ist auch während den Geschäftszeiten das geht gar nicht. Man soll eine Email schreiben und diese würde innerhalb von 24 Stunden beantwortet das stimmt so nicht ich warte schon seit 3 Tagen auf eine Antwort.

Great event Sunday lunch Absolute recommendation

We had lunch today with our two children. The food was delicious and the service was super friendly. Finally, we unfortunately dropped a glass. I underestimated that it also dripped onto the floor. As we were about to leave and the waitress said goodbye, I noticed that the floor was also wet. It was totally uncomfortable for me, but with a “oops, there must have been a little accident,” things were taken care of and we were super happy. Thanks for the nice day & sorry for the mishap

We were served very quickly and courteously. We can't rate the food itself (we didn't eat anything), but the cappuccino was very good and very nicely decorated.

Coffee, cappuccino and latte machiato are excellent.

The behavior of the waitress was tantamount to being thrown out. This was said indirectly by the lady. It's a shame, we've never been treated so unkindly. Wir wollten "nur" Kaffee trinken ,mussten 10 min am Eingang warten bis einer der beiden Kellner die oft vorbei liefen sehr unfreundlich sagte es sei kein Platz frei ist .beim zweiten Versuch hatte es Platz aber der besagte erste Herr war immer noch sehr unfreundlich. auch einen Tag vor den Betriebsferien sollte man trotzdem noch freundlich sein.

Swabian plate with roast beef, Maultaschen and cheese spaetzle are plentiful and delicious. The sauce is especially good! + Maultaschen and potato salad seem to be homemade. Great taste + Dessert: chocolate cake with a liquid center is always possible - we didn't feel welcome at all during the evening! We got our 2 drinks to start with and thank God we were able to order a dessert after the main course. Otherwise, we were consistently ignored for over 3/4 of an hour with our empty glasses on the table. Several waitresses walked past us, even looked at us and continued walking. It was neither cleared away nor asked if anything else was wanted. Really unbelievably bad service while questions were asked at various neighboring tables, glasses were cleared away and new things were brought. And the restaurant was far from full. Yes, we may not visually fit 100% into the “well-heeled” clientele that is desired. But that in no way justifies such an operation. It's a shame, the restaurant probably didn't want to make any money from us. And given the not exactly cheap prices on the menu, good service is easy to assume. Even a 70 cent tip was still too much. We were definitely disappointed and probably won't come back. In addition, the degree of doneness of the meat was not asked. At prices like that it's a no go for me!

We had a great brunch today with a wide selection of starters, an exceptionally good selection of main courses, and a dessert selection that I haven't had in a long time. We were well looked after and all of this with a breathtaking view stretching to the horizon and, as the icing on the cake, a few hours of sunshine on top. Suggestions for improvement? I really can't think of anything to say! Two thumbs up - keep it up!

Ich war an Silvester dort, mega Location, die Gäste im Turm waren glücklich und zufrieden. Schönster Platz für Silvester und auch sonst einer der schönsten Location in Stuttgart.

Das Lokal lebt definitiv von der Lage, nicht vom Service oder den Speisen. Der Service ist wenig freundlich, überfordert und auch nicht bemüht Probleme zu beheben. Das Essen ist mittelmäßig. Die Preise sind hoch, für die gelieferte Qualität absolut unangemessen. Update 15.11.2022: Ganz offensichtlich will man hier schlechte Bewertung durch Einsrpüche bei Google loswerden. Ich kann meinen Besuch ob der Reservierung mit OpenTables gut belegen und habe dies auch dargelegt. Meiner Ansicht nach wäre der richtige, serviceorientierte Ansatz diese Bewertungen loszuwerden oder zumindest zu aktualisiert zu bekommen folgender: In der Rezension eine Antwort verfassen, mit der Bitte nach so langer Zeit vielleicht wieder einmal vorbeizuschauen, einen neuen Eindruck zu gewinnen und die Bewertung dann zu aktualisieren. Diesem kundenorientierten Ansatz scheint man hier aber offensichtlich nicht folgen zu wollen, da man juristischen Druck als Mittel der Wahl sieht. Für mich ergibt sich daraus ein schlüssiges Gesamtbild.

Sicher ist die Location im Sommer ganz toll, nur würde ich (leider) keinem die Silvesterparty dort empfehlen. Ich gebe überall einen Stern - aus Höflichkeit. Für die Stimmung gäbe es mehr als 1 Punkt, aber das drumherum war einfach nur schlecht organisiert - schade.

Aufgrund der vielen negativen Bewertungen möchte ich hier einmal deutlich positiv bewerten. Wir hatten ein Turmdinner zu Zweit. Wir wurden unten sehr freundlich empfangen. Ich sagte dem Fahrstuhl Führer, dass ich in vollen Aufzügen mit Platzangst reagiere. Darauf ließ er die Gruppe hochfahren und kam uns abholen, als Paar, im sonst leeren Aufzug. Oben angekommen mussten wir etwas 3-4 Minuten warten, um an den Tisch zu kommen. Es ist eine notwendige Absperrung, da sonst auch nur Turmbesucher im Café rumlaufen würden. Die nicht reservierten Plätze wurden dann anderen nach und nach zugewiesen. Der Tisch war schön eingedeckt. Der sehr freundliche Kellner informierte uns, was es gab und was wir noch inbegriffen im Preis trinken können. Zur Vorspeise gab es Petersilienwurzel-Suppe. War schmackhaft und noch gut warm. Das Hauptgericht war ein Hirschgulasch mit Spätzle. Danach gab es Apfelstrudel mit Vanille-Sauce und Sahne. Alles hat uns gut geschmeckt. Zwischen den Gängen wurden wir, wie im Sternerestaurant gefragt, wann wir bereit wären für den nächsten Gang. Auch hätten wir zwischendurch auf die Plattform gehen können. Der Ausblick war gigantisch. Alles in Allem ein empfehlenswertes Ereignis. Wir gingen erst nach 2,5 Stunden Aufenthalt.

Sektfrühstück sehr unterschiedlich dimensioniert, Wurst und Käse ausreichend, Brötchen und Butter und süße Beläge zu wenig, nur 1 Heißgetränk bei dem Preis zu hoch. Update: natürlich auch noch teurer geworden in neuen Jahr.

My visit to Eventlocation Leonhardts on January 1st was challenging. We waited for 40 minutes in line but faced communication difficulties as the attendant prioritized customers ordering food, leaving us confused. When seated, the menu only in German complicated ordering a lactose-free coffee, and the lack of options was frustrating. The service was lacking, with an insufficient team and noticeable lack of attention. Regrettably, the line persisted with about 20 to 30 people even close to closing. I suggest improvements in queue management, team training, and menu diversification. I hope these observations contribute to enhancing the customer experience.

Wir waren an einem Samstag im Panoramacafè, um einen Gutschein einzulösen. Wir hatten keine positiven Erwartungen und so war es dann tatsächlich: 1. Kontakt vorab zur Eventlocation: Ich habe vorab Kontakt per E-Mail aufgenommen, wie ich den Gutschein am besten einlösen kann und ob ich im Café reservieren kann. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar und die Informationen auf der Webseite sind sehr widersprüchlich. Es wurden viele Emails ausgetauscht und am Ende war ich nicht schlauer. Die Frau von der Ecentlocation sagte, dass wir einfach um 9:30 Uhr hingehen sollen, um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Eine Reservierung soll scheinbar nicht möglich sein. Auf meine Frage, ob ich die Tickets für den Fahrstuhl mit dem Gutschein kaufen kann, wurde nicht reagiert. Dann kamen wir um 9:40 Uhr und standen da in der Kälte vor verschlossenen Türen. Weitere Leuten kamen dazu und es wurde pünktlich um 10 Uhr aufgemacht. Wir haben festgestellt, dass alle bereits Tickets für den Fahrstuhl hatten, die vorab online reserviert haben. Hallo? Danach habe ich die Eventlocation vorab gefragt. Die Frau an der Kasse hat uns vorgeworfen, dass wir nicht vorab reserviert haben und dass wir wie ALLE anderen die Tickets hätten schon per Email kaufen sollen. Was für eine schlechte Kommunikation und schlechter Kundenservice seitens des Veranstalters. Die Kassiererin hätte sich einfach entschuldigen können für die Falschinfos und uns einfach die Tickets einfach in Bar verkaufen sollen. 2. Im Aufzug wurden wir ständig gefragt, ob wir reserviert haben. Ja ja, haben wir nicht, weil es scheinbar nicht geht, aber dann doch geht. 3. Im Café gibt es ungefähr 10 Tische, die Küche war bereits um 10 Uhr bei 4 belegten Tischen überfordert mit den Bestellungen. Wie kann das sein, wenn die Gerichte doch schon vorab zusammengestellt werden und es gar keine Wahlmöglichkeiten gibt? 4. Das Essen war nicht hochwertig und dem Preis nicht angemessen. Es gibt z. B. keine warmen Gerichte zur Auswahl wie Spiegeleier, Pancakes, Porridge. Es gibt nur kalte Platten und die Auswahl der Lebensmittel ist Standard und nichts Besonderes und nicht zeitgemäß. Die Kaffeespezialitäten waren nicht gut. Man konnte bei dem Milchkaffee keinen Kaffee, sondern nur die Milch und einen anderen seltsamen Geschmack rausschmecken. Das wirklich sehr hart gekochte Ei war irgendwie grau/hellgelb. Wenigstens schmeckten die Croissants. Hippe und vegane Sachen standen nicht auf der Karte, jüngere Generationen werden nicht auf ihre Kosten kommen. 5. Die Aussicht war ok, aber Stuttgart ist einfach nicht spektakulär. 6. Der Service war insgesamt schlecht. Wir haben mehrmals verschiedene Kellner gerufen, weil viele Sachen fehlten. 7. Die Hygiene sollte verbessert werden. Man sitzt direkt am Fenster und guckt auf den Schmutz, der sich in allen Ecken des Fensters versteckt. Die Männertoilette war sehr schmutzig, wie eine Bahnhofstoilette. Total unverständlich und eine Zumutung im Vergleich zu der Preisklasse des Cafés. Auf der Frauentoilette riecht es nach Chlor. 8. Der Fernsehturm liegt außerhalb der Stadt, man muss 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn laufen. 9. Nachhaltigkeit: Ist kaum vorhanden. Die Butter und der Frischkäse kommen in kleinen Plastikverpackungen. Die Schälchen mit Marmelade, Honig und Nutella werden standardisiert an den Tisch gebracht. Was passiert mit den nicht aufgegessenen Sachen? Die Tickets für den Aufzug werden ausgedruckt und extra in weiße Umschläge verpackt, auf denen der Name draufgeschrieben wird. Danach wird der QR Code des Tickets gescannt. Warum nicht auf digitale Tickets umsteigen? 10. Fazit: Wir werden nie wieder hingehen und weder das Café noch den Fernsehturm empfehlen. Bitte verschenkt keine Gutscheine an andere Leute. Sie sind schwer einzulösen und der Veranstalter ist nicht kund*innenfreundlich. Mit den Tickets für den Aufzug und dem Wertgutschein hat dieses "Erlebnis" für 2 Personen über 70 € gekostet. Die Eventlocation sollte sich in Sachen User Experience, Gastronomie und Nachhaltigkeit beraten lassen. Ich hätte gerne meine Zeit und mein Geld zurück.

Wir haben zu unseren Geburtstagen ein Sektfrühstück auf dem Fernsehturm geschenkt bekommen. In den 69 Euro war der Preis für den Aufzug nach oben (10,50 € p.P.) enthalten. Heißt das Sektfrühstück kostete 48 € für 2 Personen. Und das war definitiv zu viel für das was geboten wurde. Das Restaurant öffnete erst um 10.00 Uhr. Bis man durch war und oben ankam und seinen Sitzplatz hatte war es gut 20 nach 10 Uhr. Wir hatten zwei Servicekräfte für alle Tische. Zuerst kam der Sekt, dann die Croissanrs und die Brötchen (die echt winzig waren / 2 pro Person und sicher keine Bäckerbrötchen sondern Aufbackware) und die Wurst/Käseplatte., die im Verhältnis zu den Brötchen recht üppig war. Nach Kaffee und Heißgetränke wurde erst danach gefragt. Es dauerte fast bis 10.45 Uhr bis man mal endlich einen Kaffee vor sich stehen hatte. Dann fehlte aber Milch auf dem Tisch und das dauerte nochmals. Beide Servicekräfte waren sehr nett und gaben ihr Bestes. Wir konnten noch Brötchen nachbestellen und auch Butter. Das Restaurant machte insgesamt einen schäbigen Eindruck. Aber die Sicht war natürlich spektakulär. Wir haben uns über dss Geschenk gefreut und es genossen. Ich würde es aber niemandem empfehlen und schenken. Das Preisleitungsverhältnis passt nicht.

Ich war zum Lunch oben am Fernsehturm. Aussicht war Top! Essen und Service eher dürftig. Buffet war nicht beschriftet. Aufgefüllt wurde leider auch nicht. Auf Rückfrage hieß es, es kommt gleich das Hauptgericht Vorspeise wird nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Hauptgerichte qualitativ sehr einfach und sehr vieles war Kalt. Genau so wie die Apfelküchle und der Apfelstrudel beim Nachtisch. Im ganzen passt das Preis-/ Leisungsverhältniss nicht. Schade wir hätten mehr erwartet!

Fernsehturm Bedienung dürfte schneller sein. Es war bei unserem Besuch nicht viel los. Die Preise sind jedoch soweit fair. Man zahlt keinen spürbaren Aufschlag für die Aussicht.

Im Lokal oben auf dem Fernsehturm ist es sehr schön. Man kann über den Kauf von Gutscheinen für romantisches Sekt-Frühstück oben reservieren. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Gute Frühstücksplatte mit Croissants, Brötchen, verschiedenen Käsesorten, Marmeladen, Wurst, Obstsalat und gekochtem Frühstücksei. Dazu Kaffee und Oramgensaft.

Die "Eventlocation" Leonhardts befindet sich unter anderem oben auf dem SWR Fernsehturm Stuttgart in luftiger Höhe, direkt unterhalb der Aussichtsplattform. Es ist ein Panorama-Café mit einer kleinen Speise- und Getränkekarte. Zu Stoßzeiten muß man mitunter eine kleine Weile warten, bis man vom Personal an einen freien Tisch geführt wird. Am Fenster hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Wenn man sich also kurz "stärken" will, dann ist das Panoramacafé ein sehr guter Ort, um zu rasten und sich zu "erholen".

Ich wünschte man könnte hier 0 Sterne verteilen! Ich habe im Januar 2023 ein Gutschein für das Turmdinner gekauft. Diesen haben wir gestern eingelöst. Zunächst musste man per E-Mail reservieren, wes auch ganz gut geklappt hat. Uns wurde gesagt, dass man einen zweiten Gutschein kaufen müsste auf der Website, damit man für beide Personen reservieren kann. Aktuell kostet der Gutschein 59€, also 10€ mehr als noch im Januar mit dem ersten Gutschein, was aber im voraus erstmal kein Problem war. Dann kommen wir da an: Der Kellner war zunächst freundlich, hat uns das Menu gesagt (Vorspeise: Tomatensuppe, Hauptgang: Kalbsrücken mit Spätzle, Nachtisch: Kuchen). Auf meine Nachfrage ob das auch Vegetarisch möglich ist, verdrehte er die Augen und meinte, man müsste das vorher in die E-Mail schreiben (wusste ich nicht und hat mir auch niemand gesagt). Genervt hat er mir als Alternative Ofenkartoffel vorgeschlagen, wo ich dann zustimmte. Dann kam er wieder und hat nach den ausgedruckten Gutscheinen gefragt. Auch davon wusste ich nichts, da man mir in der E-Mail lediglich gesagt hat, dass ich den Gutschein vorzeigen muss für die Tickets zum Fahrstuhl. Habe mich danach natürlich entschuldigt für die Umstände, da das unser erstes Mal dort war etc. doch dies hat ihn wenig interessiert und von diesem Zeitpunkt an , hat er uns nicht mehr angeschaut, hat das Essen auf den Tisch gepfeffert und ist wieder abgezogen. Beim Hauptgang wollte ich was zu trinken bestellen und haben ihn gefragt was „Pimms“ ist, er sagte nur genervt „Weiß ich nicht“ und ist wieder gegangen. Mein Partner hat daraufhin eine Cola besteht, woraufhin er das zweite mal die Augen sichtlich bei uns am Tisch verdreht hat. Beim Hauptgang kam der Chef (?) und hat erstmal ein bisschen Smalltalk gehalten mit uns und dann erzählt, dass wir den Gutschein ja für 49€ erworben haben und sie ein halbes Jahr Kulanz hatten, diese aber nun vorbei ist und wir jetzt die 10€ Differenz draufzahlen müssen. In welcher Welt ist das die Definition eines Gutscheins???? Beim Bezahlen kam der Höhepunkt: Ich wollte die 10€ bezahlen und habe es dem Kellner gesagt. Dieser kam an Tisch und meinte einfach nur „Ja, 10€“. Dann sagte ich „Mit Karte, bitte“- woraufhin er zum dritten (!!!) mal stöhnte, mit den Augen rollte und weglief. Dann tippte er die 10€ ein, ich habe bezahlt, er schnappte sich das Kartenlesegerät und ist einfach abgezogen. Ohne ein Danke, ohne ein Tschüss. Ich habe 120€ für so einen schlechten Service bezahlt und wie man hier in manchen Bewertungen lesen kann, waren wir nicht die einzigen mit diesen Erfahrungen. Aussicht schön und gut aber ich kann nur jedem empfehlen dieses Restaurant zu meiden!!!!

Wir waren frühstücken und haben das "Äffle und Pferdle" Frühstück für zwei Personen bestellt. Wir fanden beide das Frühstück enttäuschend. Die Croissant und Brötchen waren einfache Aufbackbrötchen und die Marmelade wurde unsauber in kleine Gefäße abgefüllt. Der Obstsalat war lieblos in einer Schüssel angerichtet. Der Kellner war sehr bemüht, wirkte jedoch gestresst. In dem Frühstücksmenü stand, dass man ein Bircher Müsli und Obstsalat bekommt. Wir bekamen zwei Obstsalate und fragten, wo unser Bircher Müsli sei. Die Antwort von dem Kellner war, dass es entweder Bircher Müsli oder Obstsalat gäbe und man sich hätte entscheiden müssen. Diese Info hat er jedoch bei der Bestellaufnahme uns nicht mitgeteilt. Später kam er jedoch nochmal und brachte uns ein Müsli aufs Haus. Zu dem Essen hatten wir zwei Orangensaft, eine heiße Schokolade und einen Cappuccino. Diese waren sehr gut. Bevor wir das Lokal verlassen haben, sind wir noch einmal auf die Damentoilette gegangen. Puh, was soll ich dazu sagen.... Ich war etwas geschockt als ich diese gesehen habe. Sie ist sehr alt und teilweise waren Gegenstände kaputt und es roch wie auf einem Bahnhofsklo. Ich empfehle dringend diese zu renovieren. Auch das Lokal an sich ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hat wenig Charme. Die Aussicht aus dem Panoramacafe ist sehr schön, jedoch würden wir nächstes Mal nur noch auf ein Getränk vorbeikommen.
