Maybe because it was Saturday...it was crowded, we were barely noticed. The food could be better. We won't be going a second time...

Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly service and the food is prepared quickly. Making a reservation was also easy. It gets busy after 6:30 pm and you have to wait a little longer.

I was surprised; despite its size, it was very cozy and authentic. Unfortunately, I currently use a wheelchair, but that wasn't a problem. There's an elevator and a very spacious, clean restroom. We had four very different dishes, and all were delicious and exactly as described on the menu. They accommodated our special requests. A wonderful evening. I'd gladly come again.

The food was excellent, the service superb – but the blonde lady at reception was extremely unfriendly and rude. It really spoiled the mood right from the start. A real shame, because otherwise everything was perfect.

It was very pleasant, although a bit noisy! There's a play area with a climbing frame for children, which makes their time there very enjoyable!

We wanted to try something different and came across Espitas. The ambiance is absolutely stunning. There's something to discover everywhere you look. The food was simply fantastic! Even though our drink order got lost once, we can absolutely recommend Espitas.

After arriving at another restaurant today only to find it closed, we finally had the chance to try Espitas. It was buffet night... absolutely recommended, something for everyone. My husband is Muslim and unfortunately couldn't eat the beef as it was served on the same platter as the pork. When we asked if they could perhaps add two extra pieces of beef for us the next time they cooked it, the staff member immediately went to the kitchen and had them cook some extra for us. Excellent service! We'll definitely be back.

This is how I imagine a pleasant evening. The waitress, in this case, introduces herself by name when greeting you! The receptionist and the entire atmosphere are absolutely top-notch. The very attentive waitress (Jenny) immediately caters to almost all requests.👍🏻

Everything's fine, but the (apparently) restaurant management is not only unfriendly to customers, but also treats their employees terribly... It makes you wonder who would want to work for a boss like that. As a customer, witnessing the employees being put down while eating is really unpleasant.

Just like in Leipzig, the buffet is delicious (Fridays and Saturdays) and there's a huge selection. We're absolutely thrilled and go there almost once a month. We even got a muffin for my birthday.

We had brunch here with the family. It was really delicious and varied, and highly recommended if you want something different from the classic German brunch.

We celebrated our anniversary there. We were able to choose the decorations and a margarita reception in advance (on the Espitas website). The restaurant executed this perfectly! The service was perfect. Our waitress that evening was exceptionally friendly, made us laugh, and looked after us perfectly. Thank you so much!

Nine of us went to the buffet on a Friday. The buffet was extensive, constantly refilled, and the food was very good. There are plenty of different seating options, both inside and outside, a play area for children, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. The service is friendly and attentive. All in all, it's worth a visit.

We like to take advantage of the buffet days. It's small but really good. There's something for everyone, and sometimes the flavors are bold. We like to go to Espitas.

Not so good, because it's a chain restaurant. What do you expect? Everything's standardized. The service was okay, but the food and drinks were unfortunately not worth the price. Authentic Mexican cuisine isn't exactly like that either.

We were there for a girls' night out. I love the atmosphere. It was the first time I tried a la carte...it was delicious. I'd only ever tried the buffet before. The frozen strawberry daiquiris are always great. The service was good. The staff was friendly. It could probably be spicier for some people, but I like it every time. I always enjoy coming back.

A very nice Mexican buffet, quite varied, and especially nice with freshly prepared food for guests at the buffet. The postcard idea is particularly funny. The interior is also very pretty and attractively designed.

The food was delicious, and the restaurant is lovingly decorated, just as you'd imagine a Mexican restaurant in Europe would be. Unfortunately, some of the staff had very limited German, which led to a few misunderstandings. All in all, though, it was a very nice evening, and I can finally say I ate mealworms 😉

We visited Espitas for the first time today and really enjoyed it! The service was good and the food was delicious. I reserved the table online and included a little surprise. We had a very pleasant evening. My only criticism is the cluttered table. It felt like there were 20 signs, cards, etc. I'm glad we had a free spot at the table. Otherwise, we wouldn't have known if we would have been able to fit the food in...

We went to a Mexican restaurant for the first time. We were absolutely thrilled 👍. The food was very good. The service was excellent and very friendly ☺️. We really liked the atmosphere 👍. We had the buffet, and it had everything you could wish for. Even our daughter, who doesn't usually eat much, ate more than ever 😅. This won't be the last time we're there.

I don't even know where to start complaining... The location and the free parking are certainly positive things, but unfortunately I can't think of anything else positive. The staff were helpful and friendly, but also hopelessly overwhelmed.

We ate after the lunch buffet before the dinner buffet, and everything took a little longer. If you want to try a bit of everything, you should go during the buffet times, lunch, and dinner, or for those who prefer a quieter meal, in between. The food was good; I'll definitely go again.

The restaurant is located some distance from the town center. It is lovingly decorated with many accessories. The service is super fast and very friendly. The food itself (we ate buffet) offers a wide selection from A to Z. There are some flavor highlights, but in my opinion, Mexican cuisine could still be a bit more flavorful. Nevertheless, it was a lovely evening in a lovely atmosphere. However, it was a Sunday when it was very quiet, which on the one hand made for a quieter atmosphere, but on the other hand made some of the dishes less tender under the heat lamp. Still, a good restaurant. We would come again.

It was our first time there and we highly recommend it. Of course, we didn't know that they only served an evening buffet on weekends, and we were very surprised. But it was worth it, as you could try many delicious items from the very extensive buffet. The ambiance, with its warm colors, and the service were all perfect, so we'll be back.

Too expensive for little enjoyment: Espitas may appeal to people who prefer off-the-shelf food. I recently ate there à la carte (on a weekday) and, unfortunately, I have to say that my visit was anything but convincing. The wait for the food was very long, even though there were hardly any other customers. We also had to wait an unnecessarily long time for the bill. The staff were neither attentive nor did they have a positive attitude. The "homemade" iced tea unfortunately tasted strongly of crumb tea and was completely overpriced at €6.40. The chimichangas seemed pre-made, and changes to the composition were not possible – so it took about 45 minutes for it to be served. The food was filling, but it wasn't a firework of flavors. Positive: The colorful and lively decor and the appropriate music created an authentic atmosphere.

Espitas Magdeburg gets a bad review from me: We waited a long time for the food and the bill. "Homemade" iced tea simply tasted like crumb tea for €6.40 (!!!!!!). The chimichangas were already finished. There was nothing we could do about that, and we still waited so long. It was so quiet! I was in the restroom at the beginning, and when I came back, I was practically ambushed by the staff, who immediately wanted to take our drink order. Somehow, they had no sense of service. I was full – which was good. I didn't tip, and I wouldn't go there again. For over €30, I'd definitely go somewhere else. On a previous visit, the 'all you can eat' buffet was also abysmal, to say the least. (The shrimp are particularly memorable; they weren't fresh and tasted floury. I have no idea how that's even possible.) The beer didn't taste good either, and it's a real art to screw something like that up.

Hello, first of all I would like to praise your service. We were at Eileen's today. She is a very nice young lady. Jenny was also very nice and polite when we ordered our table over the phone. Then the food arrived. Sweet potatoes were cold, no problem, new ones were brought. However, they were the same ones that had just been thrown into the fries again. As a result, they were no longer edible and were taken off the bill. The cheese and chili sauce was flaky and inedible. The chili was ok, just no chili in it, so it's suitable for families with children. Squid also went into the fries... it was the starter and came at the end. The ribs were plentiful and the potatoes with cream were great too, but those are things you don't need a chef for. It was very empty at your place today and then 30% of the food was gone, hmmm. What was really great was the staff and cleanliness. It's a shame, but we'll try again sometime. Maybe the chef wasn't in a good mood, anything can happen, "but it shouldn't." Kind regards

As expected, it was super delicious, there was so much to eat, and once again a truly amazing experience in terms of decorations and colors...and thanks to the wonderful and friendly waitress (Leonie), our two little guests were also very happy. There were four of us, and our expectations were met, if not exceeded. 🫶🏼

€27.90 with holiday surcharge per person for a mediocre buffet (salads rather stale, meat in terms of taste could be improved) and insufficient service. We sat outside and then went in to pay because no one came. The dishes on the tables weren't cleared away for ages. Although it's very large, it doesn't feel like a train station hall at all. Because it's divided into small niches, you can sit very comfortably. Drinks (the beer punch was super) good, food (buffet) very tasty, very varied and, in keeping with today's lifestyle, also lots of vegetarian and vegan dishes. It is a Mexican restaurant, but German taste buds are taken into account, the basic level of spiciness is perfectly fine, but for lovers of spicy food there is the option of spicing it up, which I was happy to accept. With a full stomach and happy, I can say that I will definitely come here again, especially since the price-performance ratio is very good.

For dessert we had an ice cream taco, which was also great. The waitress was great again. All in all we had a great evening. We were here for the first time this evening for the buffet. Great welcome, great service, cool ambience. Food was mediocre but nothing special. The chili was great, but unfortunately the ribs were a little dry. Unfortunately pulled pork was far too hard. Nuggets, ice cream, rice pudding, muffins, etc. are also well provided for the kids Overall a successful evening. In terms of price, it's not too expensive. 25 euros per person for kids 8 euros.
