Really underground expired drinking (bottle) long tendons and bones in the menu with spareribs meat! It could just be meat from other parts of the body or I don't know... We went there a few times and were happy too, but that tops everything!

We were at Espitas in Magdeburg last Friday. My sister-in-law had reserved a birthday table for me and we were looking forward to the evening. Of course, we didn't want to spend the family evening without our dog, who was not only allowed to come to the restaurant with us without any problems, but was also greeted and treated very nicely by the staff. Without us even having to ask, she was brought a bowl of fresh water straight to our table. A short time later, a very friendly woman came - as it turned out later to be the restaurant manager - who joined us, stroked our dog extensively and then brought her a toy from her own dog so that our mouse wouldn't get too bored. Incredibly sweet! Unfortunately, after a while, one of the balloons on our table burst and our dog, who can't stand popping noises, jumped up, barked loudly several times, pulled on our table with her leash, whereupon my drink spilled all over the dog, my clothes and the floor. Staff came immediately, mopped the floor, I was brought a new drink (and NOT charged), the restaurant management came back to apologize that the balloon had burst. We were all completely blown away by this loving treatment of us in this situation. And then for me, as the birthday child, there was also a very delicious cupcake with a candle! It was a wonderful birthday for me! The service was first class and super attentive. The food was incredibly tasty and everything was freshly prepared. The meat was tasty and juicy and the selection itself was very large and extensive. There is something for everyone at the buffet! And the espitas margaritas - they will definitely be a must-have for us when we go there again! Extremely delicious! Thank you very much for this wonderful evening! We had a good meal here. The buffet was very rich and was constantly being restocked. A good selection of dishes often makes the choice difficult. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy and rustic. Overall, highly recommended.

As soon as we entered, we were amazed at how detailed the colorful Mexican world was. Absolutely atmospheric and original ambience. We couldn't get enough of each other. We were greeted very politely by a nice waitress who showed us to the table. Our waiter was very attentive and always there immediately. The selection on the menu left nothing to be desired and we were therefore spoiled for choice. The food tasted very good. It could have been a little more for my husband, just the right amount for me. We enjoyed the rare time together and it could have been perfect. Unfortunately, the waitress Jenny spoiled the great atmosphere by shouting loudly and condescendingly at the waiter, who remained professional and calm. She vented her anger by blaming people without a period or comma, so that we could clearly hear the hysterical voice from a few tables away. Under no circumstances can such disrespectful behavior be justified in front of the guests, nor behind closed doors. And that too within a team. If disrespectful and demeaning behavior is shown to a colleague in front of the customer, what does it look like behind the scenes? There are disagreements everywhere, but you can expect adults to use a calm and respectful tone during clarification, especially in the service area. Unfortunately, this left a lasting bitter aftertaste. We would have been very happy to recommend this location to friends and acquaintances. Too bad.

An all-round successful brunch.

Great food (real Mexican), also with Mexican beer (light & dark), in a pleasant atmosphere. The highlight for children there is that there is an extra play room. So nobody gets bored.

The food from the menu was well prepared, very fresh and served hot. The drinks and small appetizers came to the table quickly. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for the main course. For whatever reason. A tip to the waitress - a quick apology for the long wait is the least you should do. By the way, when it opens at 12 p.m. - it goes without saying that access to the Espitas should be kept ice-free in the weather.

Ate the buffet and thought it was great. Personally, I eat meat so there was enough choice for me, but if you're vegetarian there might be more options.

We had the buffet and were satisfied with it. The meat is not fried to death, there is a large selection of delicious variants. The service is quite quick and friendly. We had a lovely evening. P.S. You have to order the grasshoppers separately, they are not included in the buffet.

It's worth it. You can get to know everything at the buffet. That was my advantage. I like Mexican food and could try more and can only recommend Espitas.

Sorry, it wasn't that great. Unfortunately we had a table under the fan although there would have been space elsewhere. This table is unreasonable, it should have been given away last, especially since it was pre-ordered. The fan cannot be turned down or turned off and, according to the staff, it cannot be louder either (cheesy). Anyway, the thing was playing at such a loud volume that we had to scream at each other. We were hoarse the next day. If you want to go there, you should have a seating plan sent to you in advance.

very good restaurant and the atmosphere was also great, unfortunately I saw something that I personally don't like so much, today we were in the room with a fireplace and the waiter didn't clear our empty plates several times, we also had to wait longer for our drinks thought wait. Waiter Aileen. Have reserved for 5 adults. At the beginning you are brought to the table and then your assigned waitress came, who was responsible for our table. It was explained how the buffet meal works there. Service Aileen gets full stars, very friendly and attentive!!! Dirty dishes don't stay on the table for long. Almost every dish contains some chili. The food and range of dishes is worth the money. Would love to come back. See you soon.

The ambience was too spacious for me personally, had something like a train station, service was nice and attentive, food was nothing for me, at first everything tasted the same and without any highlights. But the price is pretty steep. You tried it once, but you don't have to have it again.

We were there with a large group. Food was very tasty but way too much. Every dish I saw was easily shareable. The room seemed too big and you had to climb steep stairs to use the toilet.

Light too bright, all you can eat was just way too dry and through and service, well. Maybe my standards are too high, but all in all it's not really good food. I would like to give more stars, but unfortunately dry pieces of meat don't rate well. Sorry Oh and preparing a table for a birthday was worse than expected. It wasn't anything more. Really expected more.

If you don't go on a weekly basis, it's good. Otherwise the buffet quickly becomes monotonous. From time to time there are no changes in the offer. I've been to the buffet 3 times over the last 6 months and it's always the same but manageable selection. Just good but not very good.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday yesterday. It was very nice and the staff in Magdeburg were also very polite. The children had a lot of fun with their balls. The food was also very varied, rich and always hot and when it was empty it was immediately made up.

Our waiter was very friendly, Alex gave us a really friendly welcome and was always there to check on the drinks. The food was very tasty. The only problem is the parking lot. Too few parking spaces and not recommended for large cars, because if you drive into the back area and can't find space, you can only get out backwards.

Were there for about the fifth time now. The food is very tasty, the ambience is great, unfortunately very loud and the service is an absolute failure every time. Nothing can go wrong with a buffet. Great with vegan/veggie signs. But we waited forever for drinks and then they were wrong twice out of 3 orders...also when ordering internally using a QR code, where the orders were suddenly no longer available (several times). It won't be the last time, hopefully with "real" service :)

Very nice and comfortably furnished shop with very friendly service. The food was very good and the buffet was regularly refilled and the guests were well looked after. Highly recommended if you like Mexican food or want to try it.

There is a large selection at the buffet here, especially for meat lovers. The staff is friendly and accommodating. When we visited on a Saturday, there was no parking available on site and it was very warm inside. Overall, I found the price for the buffet too high and it was almost too loud for normal conversation.

Food is good, but nothing special... We were there for the first time 2/3 years ago and were thrilled... But nothing has changed, the food on the buffet is exactly the same.. The service is nice but very cold as the waiters have many tables... Went to the BBQ buffet last night. It was great. The service was super nice. The food was fantastic too. It is definitely an advantage if you reserve in advance on the weekend. We'll definitely be back.

It was wonderful 👍, we went to the BBQ buffet and we really enjoyed it. There is homemade iced tea in many flavors that is very tasty and Mexican beer and cocktails. The waiters are on the ball and very accommodating. And the food was super delicious. The music playing in the background makes you feel like you're on a short vacation. Very very nice

Everything came together for me and I'm already looking forward to the next time, keep it up......and it's nice that there is also a place for the children to play. We really liked it.

Unfortunately, on our last visit we were 10 minutes late and were greeted with a “your traffic light is orange.” As a punishment, the three of us had to sit at the small table by the fence in the blazing sun, even though the terrace wasn't full for a long time. The nice waiter then moved us. We had to wait significantly longer for our food than we were used to here. However, the food was again good and the young waiter, although a bit overwhelmed, was very nice.

We were there for the first time shortly after the opening and unfortunately we weren't thrilled. At that time we blamed it on the new team, which had yet to be found, and the kitchen, which wasn't yet well-established. Now after some time, we wanted to give Espitas a second chance and were unfortunately disappointed. We have reserved a table (7 people) near the children's area, as well as space for a stroller. Unfortunately there wasn't anything free there anymore. So we got a place in the winter garden. It was very loud and warm here. The first drinks (the recommendation) were brought quickly, but unfortunately they didn't suit our taste, and some of the drinks we ordered afterwards were also very sweet and not to our taste. The buffet: There is a large selection here (cold, warm, sweet) and for the children there are fries, nuggets and rice pudding. We tried different things. Everyone found something that tasted okay, but unfortunately some dishes were very salty and no one found a highlight. Unfortunately, on the whole we weren't impressed with the buffet, including on this visit. For an evening that cost us over €200, we expect something better. Maybe the food a la carte is better, we can't rate that.

After a very long time, we wanted to give Espitas Magdeburg another chance. Our first visit back then was a disaster. In contrast to other hotels in this chain, they have completely failed here. So now the 2nd attempt. We had ordered a table and were warmly welcomed and shown to the table. The desired drinks were quickly served and now the food was ordered. “Unfortunately, spareribs are no longer available!” Oh, that's hard. Espitas doesn't have ribs? Is the Pope Catholic? Well, not to change. The starter plate was okay, but nothing more. Onion rings were in the deep fryer too long. The wings were ok too. Although ok isn't enough at this price. The chimichangas with chili con carne were very good. Conclusion: Food is ok, but overpriced. Service was friendly, ambience so-so Personally, it didn't blow me away as I was more used to it from other hotels in this chain. I guess I won't come a third time.

We can speak of great people who always have a smile on their faces, who are - always - friendly and courteous and who make every evening special and unforgettable. 🫶🏻 The restaurant manager is terrific!! ‼️With a lot of love and commitment, she manages to bring a personal touch to every corner of the house and does not forget any of her protégés from the entire team. The food was okay. But having to wait over an hour for the main course is an absolute no-go!! Take Espitas in Zwickau as an example - there is more going on there and things go much faster!!

Flair = great Drinks = great Service = good Food = Depending on what you order, it's good to just mediocre. It wasn't bad. But it just seemed warmed up and sometimes had no taste of its own.

Absolutely beautiful and clean place. Were here for the weekend buffet. Some delicious things are served here and we tried to test them out. In my opinion, the price of the buffet could be 1-2 euros cheaper. In addition, I found the (obviously the restaurant manager?!) quite rude compared to the other service staff. We were allowed to choose a table outside. As soon as we got there, the manager asked us whether we were “allowed” to do this and choose a table... Otherwise, the food, service and ambience are easy to recommend and we will definitely come back. Unfortunately, I saw the additional chargeable locusts that I would like to test too late.

An attractive Mexican-style restaurant. The selection of drinks was good, varied and original. The food on offer was a good mix of “traditional” and European. The selection and size of the dishes was balanced except for the fillet, which was very small for €30. Unfortunately, the service was the worst. Hectic, arrogant and careless. The starter wasn't even cleared away when the main course was served, which was thrown onto the table and almost fell down. Empty plates stand around forever, empty glasses are also seen and ignored even though the number of customers was low. A service that is unbiased, basic and friendly would be better.

You can try your way through Mexico at the buffet. Everything is freshly prepared and tastes fantastic. The service was very accommodating and everyone had fun, a great team. Ps. The pool is not just decoration

A short trip to Mexico with delicious food in great surroundings. The service is exceptionally good - very attentive and flexible. The portions are a decent size - whether tacos, quesadillas or bowls. Everyone gets fed up. Delicious cocktails and non-alcoholic iced teas cool you down well in hot weather. Totally within the price range. We had a very nice evening here - thank you very much. ☺️

I can't understand why this chain is so hyped. We were there today in a small group. It's a shame that you're forced to take the buffet for €25, but that's the way it is. But the fact that the buffet consists of lukewarm, unseasoned dishes is a no-go for a restaurant that complains about being Mexican. Pasta with cheese sauce, baked beans, baked potatoes and tasteless tacos. The buffet offers very little choice and in the end you only have partial food in your stomach. The drinks are very expensive, watered down and probably just stood next to the respective ingredients. ... Well at least the staff was nice.

We went for a buffet meal. Even without a reservation we got 2 seats outside 👍🏻It was very warm inside, maybe you should turn on the air conditioning. Points are also deducted for the long wait for the drinks. The food was great, it was always refilled until a certain time passed. Any uncertainties regarding the food were explained well 🤩 the temperature of the food was also great. The meat is very tender, the sauces are delicious. Dessert (pudding and cream) very lemony. But you don't necessarily have to eat. The staff was very friendly! We will be back definitely.

We celebrated my husband's birthday at Espiras. It was a very beautiful evening. We were particularly happy about the gifts. We would like to come again.

We went there for the first time this evening, the food was really good, we had vegetarian chimichamgas and tortillas as starters. The portion was generous and really tasty, but waiting almost an hour for the main course is quite tiring. Especially since it started to get really cold. And the prices are really great...

The food (tacos and nachos) was okay, unfortunately all the dips were served incorrectly, which we didn't complain about due to the already long waiting times. The restaurant wasn't even very busy. The service staff seem very listless. We were asked whether we wanted to pay together or separately, only to be told that they don't bill separately and that we should please split the bill between us later. It is also extremely warm in the restaurant.
