Immer wieder gut hier was abzuholen

Wir hatten für eine Gruppe von 13 Personen reserviert. Bei schönstem Wetter durften wir leider nicht draußen sitzen, obwohl mehrere große Tische frei waren. Es wurde uns gesagt, die werden für Laufkundschaft freigehalten. Widererwartend blieben alle Tische natürlich den ganzen Abend frei. Drinnen durften wir dann nicht einmal das Fenster ankippen und die Wärme stand. Vom unfreundlichen Empfang ging es direkt über in eine unfreundliche Bedienung. Es wurde eine Vorspeise vergessen, die als Hauptspeise aufgeschrieben wurde, aber anstatt sich nett zu entschuldigen und alles wäre gut gewesen, wurde die Schuld uns gegeben, die Person hätte zwei Hauptspeisen bestellt. Auf jegliche Nachfragen oder Bestellungen wurde sehr schnippisch reagiert. Die Krönung des Abends kam jedoch, als wir zahlen wollten. Bei einem hohen dreistelligen Betrag wurde uns am Ende mitgeteilt, dass das Kartenlesegerät seit einigen Tagen kaputt sei und wir in bar zahlen müssten. Als Auswärtige, die sich in der Region nicht auskennen, wurde uns erstmal gesagt wir müssten uns eine Bank suchen und dort Geld abheben gehen. Ein solcher Hinweis wäre vor der Bewirtung angebracht gewesen und hätte viel Stress erspart. Das war unser erster und letzter Besuch in diesem Lokal.

Schlechtester Service den ich jemals hatte. Im Außenbereich durften wir trotz freien Plätzen nicht sitzen, da dieser für Gäste, die eventuell vorbeilaufen freigehalten wird. Meine Vorspeise kam nicht, da angenommen wurde ich möchte zwei Hauptspeisen essen. Klar - wer macht das nicht. Die Chefin lässt ihre Launen gerne an Kunden raus und ist total schnippisch! Einmal und nie wieder.

Ich war immer gerne Gast im Ermis, das Essen war lecker, wir immer, aber der Service unterirdisch. So unfreundlich wurde ich noch nie behandelt. Werde in Zukunft bei einem anderen Restaurant Umsatz machen.

Wunderschöner Ort, toller Service, mit einer Bar im Außenbereich. Das Essen ist schnell und gut zubereitet. Der Aperol ist perfekt gemixt. Alles ist sauber und die Musik ist angenehm leise, sodass man sich nicht unterhalten muss. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Restaurant Ermis bietet leckere Gerichte der griechischen Küche an. Die authentisch Ambiente und griechische Musik rundet das Gefühl im Urlaub zu sein sehr gut ab. Die Gerichte sind sehr lecker und groß. Sehr freundliche Personal! Nur zu empfehlen!

I pre-ordered through Lieferando at 12:30 PM on a Saturday for 7:30 PM. At 7:50 PM, there was still nothing. I called afterward. I was treated incredibly rudely. "It's all going out soon," when I asked when, because I specifically pre-ordered to avoid the wait. They simply replied, "The food will go out when it's going out. I can't help it, I'm busy here." Yeah, great. Thanks for nothing. The quality of the meat is also rather poor. The bifteki is okay, the souvlaki isn't so good, but the gyro is simply abysmal. So saturated with fat, gristle, etc. I just thought it was disgusting. I don't understand all the great reviews on Lieferando at all and can't agree with them at all. That was the last time we ordered from there. It doesn't help that the portions are huge.

For us, this is the most popular and best. Delicious food and service are hard to beat.

What can I say? Exactly what you'd expect. A really decent portion for the money, as you'd expect from a Greek restaurant. The salad before the meal is also really decent, even if it's not Michelin-starred 🌟 . The gyro is really tender, the calamari is large, and the souvlaki has a good bite. 😋 The tzatziki is really tasty and therefore always too little. Service is friendly, but because of the crowds, if you call during peak times, you're immediately told "it might take a while." The price/performance ratio is just right, and the delivery service is great too. 👍🏻 The only thing is that if you've been inside, you can burn your clothes right afterward 😅. But that's probably more of a general issue at Greek restaurants. Exactly what you'd expect from a sports restaurant.

The restaurant is small but nice. It has a very nice outdoor terrace. The food wasn't as good as expected based on the great pictures. The souvlaki was very dry.

Best Greek Food in Würzburg. Wonderful staff. The Food is yummy. This is a must eat place! The gyros plate comes with salad.

We ordered dinner. Delivery time was about 60 minutes, but that's what was advertised, so everything was fine. The food itself was still warm and well packaged; nothing leaked. We also ordered 10 wheat beer, and they even arrived cold! I can't complain.

We always enjoy going there, and we love the Melitzanos alata as a starter, as well as the fantastic main courses. It's a dream. The service is always in a good mood.

Ordered and the food was bottomless. The garlic potatoes were soggy, the gyro had no flavor, and the calamari was way too expensive for the quality. Never again.

I just ordered the lamb fillet with garlic potatoes. Based on the taste and quantity, I'd definitely give the lamb 5 stars. Unfortunately, the potatoes were quite soft and not crispy, so I lost a star, but I'm still more than satisfied. While other Greek restaurants only serve a small portion of lamb fillet, the portion was so large that it would have been enough for two. And that's for the price. If I'm ever in Würzburg again and have more time, I'll definitely go to the restaurant myself. 👍

So my dears......we ordered...delivery.... great...the time was right, the food was delicious.....no. 46.....lamb chops, great, 5 or 6 pieces....respected, I was surprised...and no. 205 was also great, I was surprised by the price.....respected.....thank you very much....

It's impossible for the starter and main course to be served at the same time. The taste wasn't really that great. Overall, it was disappointing.

I've only used the delivery service so far, but the food is always delicious, the quality is consistent, and the portions are always generous and plentiful. Definitely recommend it! 😃

Nicely furnished for a sports home and, above all, the portions are huge! 😁 The taste is good too. Unfortunately, the service last time wasn't quite as friendly as you would expect from Greeks. All in all, still highly recommended.

The food has totally deteriorated. Pita totally seasoned and garlic potatoes soggy. The service was rude and hit their own dog, which was just curiously running around the restaurant. Were a customer for years, but from now on no more.

Today I actually wanted to invite my mother to dinner at Ermis for her birthday 🎂 and have a nice meal. Unfortunately, the “beauty” who stands behind the counter was very rude and rude to us 👎🤔Apparently his customers are meaningless to him, he treated us very disrespectfully as a serious customer. Very disrespectful to older customers who the handsome boy will no longer see in his restaurant. We really don't need that. No thanks 👎We don't support this arrogance. We can't recommend it

The food is very tasty and plentiful. The prices are not overpriced and reasonable. The service is friendly and my little dog was also welcome. Gladly and at any time, especially in summer when the terrace can be used again. A reservation is recommended, it was full when we arrived. I can also highly recommend the delivery service as I have used it several times. The food arrives hot, tasty and also plentiful.

A margarita pizza can't be that bad, I thought. I ordered from Ermis for the first time. Delivery took 1 hour and 10 minutes even though my house is only 180 meters away. And the pizza? Puff pastry, chopped tomatoes, salt. Thanks, but not again.

We were there on a Saturday evening without a reservation and were given a place in the next room. The ambience in the main room is more appealing, and the acoustics in the building next door are poor, making it difficult to have a conversation due to the volume. But what counts is the food: There were three of us for dinner and we shared a starter plate. Afterwards we had 3 mixed grill plates. The food was very tasty and well seasoned. The portions were very large and without asking we were offered a box for the leftovers to take away, which we also needed. Price/performance ratio very good We would be happy to come back and recommend the restaurant to others.

Every time the food comes either half an hour early or an hour late. Then you tell the restaurant by phone and are brushed off saying the chef hasn't seen it. Boss confirmed that food would be delivered new, nothing was ever wrong if it was different

Very good Greek food. I had bifteki, gyros and souvlaki on my plate. Gyros had real meat on them and weren't cut quite as thinly as in other large restaurants. This restaurant is definitely not stingy. Large portions. Service very friendly and communicative. It's fun to eat here and was immediately saved as a favorite. We'll be back.

Restaurant Ermis is by far the best Greek restaurant in Würzburg and nationally it is also one of the best Greek restaurants I have eaten at! Huge and tasty portions for a fair price. The calamari, the tzatziki and the (side) salad are particularly tasty. Even though I no longer live in Würzburg, I still enjoy eating here when I'm visiting the area.

Wollte mit meinem Freund zum Essen hierher. An einem Samstag um 17.00 Uhr. Besitzerin meinte , es ist nichts frei... Waren keine Schilder zur Reservierung auf den Tischen gestanden und es war auch erst 17.00 Uhr... Hätten uns auch raus gesetzt.... Denke 2 Plätze wären sicher irgendwo und irgendwie frei gewesen.... Na ja dann eben nicht mehr......

It's lovely to sit in the guest garden. Even the summer heat is bearable in the shade of the large parasols. We missed seat cushions for the “slatted chairs”. The food selection is extensive, from Greek dishes to German fare. The drinks were well chilled and the dishes were lavishly portioned. There was also nothing to complain about in terms of taste. The price-performance ratio is okay. It's a shame that the service staff's communication was limited to the bare essentials, even though we were the only guests on a Saturday lunchtime.

Wir hatte vergangenen Donnerstag unsere Weihnachtsfeier mit 35 Personen. Wir waren im Nebenzimmer untergebracht und wurden von der Chefin sehr umsichtig bedient. Das Essen war hervorragend, kam trotz der Menge schnell, fast gemeinsam und zeitnah - auch im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einfach unschlagbar! Derzeit aus meiner Sicht der beste Grieche in Würzburg und Umgebung. Ein großes Lob an die Familie Thomadakis!!!

Waren heute das erste Mal dort zum Essen. Kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Essen war sehr gut und wirklich reichlich. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung. Na ja nur die Einrichtung könnte mal ne Verschönerung vertragen. Aber das Personal war total freundlich. Wir werden sicher mal wieder hingehen.

Essen ist sehr lecker und reichlich. Wir bestellen zu 90% dort. Leider ist es die Regel, dass das Restaurant an gewissen Tagen keinen Lieferservice, auch nicht per Lieferando, anbietet, obwohl ausdrücklich angepriesen (momentan keine Lieferung, überwiegend an Wochenenden oder Feiertagen). Anscheinend ist das Personal dann überfordert. Eine Aushilfe einzustellen, die den Mehraufwand in gewisser Weise abfangen kann, bzw. generell jemanden einzustellen, ist wohl auch keine Option. Wir bestellen daher künftig bei einem anderen griechischen Restaurant, das nicht vor Andrang zurückschreckt, und holen, wie in den guten alten Zeiten, unser Essen wieder selbst ab. Es gibt Restaurants in der Umgebung, die mit Geschmack und Qualität mithalten, sogar vorbeiziehen können. Es ist sehr schade, dass das Restaurant Ermis den Andrang, den es augenscheinlich hat, nicht bewältigen kann, da das Essen wirklich gut ist. Rein vom Essen her gesehen, wäre dies eine 5 Sterne Bewertung. Edit: 1 Stern weiterer Abzug, da dies immer schlimmer wird. Nur noch "momentan keine Lieferung". Leute, entweder kriegt ihrs auf die Kette, oder lasst das Liefern sein, kann doch nicht sein sowas.
