We were in Hamburg and here twice in a row. Not far from Mönckebergstrasse it is within walking distance and a real hit. We had Caesars.

Delicious stuffed baked potatoes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Questions about allergens could be answered satisfactorily immediately. Not a negative, but the portions are HUGE! Nothing for the small appetite😂 if you're not super hungry you can probably share a portion and still be very full.

The filled jacket potatoes are fantastic—big portions with generous toppings. I went for the spicy Mexican one, which was absolutely delicious. The service is efficient, and prices are reasonable, around €8-12. It’s a perfect spot for a hearty meal that is local to German cuisine. I’d recommend it for its generous portions and great value, especially when you need something satisfying on the go for lunch or dinner.

2024-09-21 "if old Frederick the Great had known that..." ... he might have come👍😃🤩 We reserved a table online, although that wasn't necessary because we weren't there at the usual peak times, so we decided to sit outside. Self-service applies here and this was implemented accordingly, but the food was brought to us - TOP SERVICE The house-roasted espresso had an initial acidity but was quite tasty in the end. The food was high quality in terms of the individual ingredients and also very pleasantly tasty in terms of taste. This despite the fact that the potato actually came to the plate only lukewarm (almost cold). What was unusual for me was that the baked potato was also almost like mashed potatoes, but that was (according to my inquiry) due to the recipe. This makes it easy to pick up with a spoon when eating. I had the "Maximus" and my wife had the "Zicklein" as a dish and we were both very satisfied, except for the temperature already mentioned * * * * * / 5   for operation friendly and attentive and very committed and passionate about the matter * * * * / 5 for the food was "legger", even considering that the potato was lukewarm and actually rather cold at the end - that's why only 4 stars (but note: only good food tastes good cold👍 - proof to the contrary: eat a cold burger from McDonald's 🤮) * * * * / 5  for the ambience; kept nice and simple Seating also outside with a roof overlooking the street modern -Table reservation online -card payment only Maybe I'll come back here when I'm back on the corner

We were visiting Hamburg and looking for delicious vegan restaurants near the hotel and train station. Luckily we came across potatoes! Probably the tastiest baked potatoes we have ever eaten and will ever eat. The staff is super friendly and was able to suggest all vegan variants straight away. We went back there a second time and were very satisfied again. Huge portions for a fair price! When we are back in Hamburg we will definitely stop by your place again! Keep it up! 💚

I love this store! I discovered this nice shop a few years ago and whenever I'm in Hamburg or just pass by Hamburg twice a year, I just have to stop there and enjoy a potato. The ever new potato creations are a dream to enjoy. I always enjoy coming here! <3

Great place in the center of the historic district. Each lunch option is based on an open pie with a pile of toppings on it. We eat it all with a spoon. Each item has a vegetarian or vegan option. Prices are affordable for the city center, approximately €12-13 for a very filling dish.

There is also a large selection for vegetarians. The soda was quite simple, but still good. The baked potatoes were very generously topped, very tasty!

I was there with the family (5 people) and I felt very uncomfortable. About the ambience: Everything is squashed and there is hardly any space. The chairs and benches are uncomfortable because they are not padded and it was just loud. You didn't understand your own words or the words of your neighbors or staff. About the service: The staff was nice, but we waited forever for someone to come, until it turned out that you had to order at the counter, which of course wasn't said or signposted. To eat: They are all personalized dishes that you can make at home. You don't need to spend a bunch of money for this. In general the food was ok, but nothing special. For those with a sweet tooth: There are no sweets or desserts here.

We were there as tourists and happened to read the reviews on Maps. All I can tell you is a MUST for anyone who likes a baked potato. But no matter what, let yourself be surprised by what awaits you in terms of taste, it's definitely worth it. For that reason alone we would come back at any time! Many greetings from Thuringia

The food was very plentiful and tasty. Unfortunately, it didn't say anywhere that you had to place your order at the front of the counter and pay directly. So we waited for probably 10 minutes until someone came and said that we had to come forward. A sign on the table or posted visibly would be nice.

Super delicious food and great service. My wife ordered a bowl and discovered that she wasn't allowed to eat it. It was our mistake. We received a replacement bowl immediately and WITHOUT having to pay. Like I said, it was our fault. Thank you very much for this really great service, it deserves even more stars than just five. Oh yes, the food was super tasty and very generous portions for a really fair price. We'll definitely be back.

A cozy restaurant with a large selection of baked potato variations. All dishes are vegetarian and can also be prepared vegan. I can especially recommend the potato Maximus! Healthy ingredients, delicious sauces and a great combination and the portion was large!

A cozy little place perfect for lunch. The food is vegetarian and is top dollar, I don't think you will be disappointed no matter what you order. There is currently a lot of road work around the place which is a bit of a shame. Can still be more than warmly recommended

The food here is really very tasty and you can eat your fill. Four of us ate and everyone was happy with their order. One of the best places in Hamburg, green and healthy. I recommend.

Very tasty baked potato creations, all of them vegetarian, and every dish can be ordered vegan. The homemade lemonades and iced teas were rather boring and I wouldn't order them again. To order, you go to the counter and pay there in advance, card payment is possible.

As the name suggests, everything here revolves around the potato and more specifically the baked potato. Plus everything without meat. And it's more diverse than you might read and, above all, very tasty. Various fillings are on the menu. In the dining room you can see how the potatoes are cut open and then filled. A suitable filling was also created for my son, who is a little more difficult. Many great options (Indian, Mexican, ...) are available and one thing is for sure, you'll be so full afterwards. In summer you can sit outside.

I'm looking for a restaurant in the evening on Whit Sunday during my short vacation in Hamburg Came across this vegetarian restaurant near the Hotel Ibis Hamburg City. As a meat eater, I was very enthusiastic about the freshly prepared dishes based on the delicious giant potatoes. It was so delicious that I ate there twice. The staff are very nice and hospitable. I didn't have to make a reservation in advance and the food was served quickly. It's self-service and you get your drinks with you to your seat and the food is then brought to your table. The prices are cheap for a big city, the portions are generous and I will definitely eat there again next time I'm in Hamburg.

This place is so good, my favourite is the ceasar, the salad, the sauce, the baked potato, everything was delicious and fresh. The portion sizes are also pretty darn good, was barely able to finish it. Staff was very friendly, any question you have, they're happy to answer.

This is a patato and some salad. Not any extra thing on your plate. Theis plate is very big only. But it is really poor food. I am sorry but i really dont like. And price is very expensive for a patato and salad. I paid 13,5 for a plate.

Even the names of the different potato creations are delicious. Princess and the Peas or Spring Love....Great. And the food does what the names promise. Large portions, lovingly freshly prepared. Excellent. I can only recommend it here in Hamburg. Deserves 5 stars.
