We weren't disappointed. Absolute recommendation and almost all dishes can also be ordered gluten-free. The portions were huge and the atmosphere was great too. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. We will come back on our next trip to Hamburg. Thanks

We went here because of the good reviews and really enjoyed the food, but the portions are really incredibly large, so we only made it halfway through. Great for the price, of course, but not for our conscience. It might be an idea to also offer half portions.

Anyone who likes to eat potatoes will get their money's worth here (even as a meat eater). The Maximus baked potato was super tasty and the portions were more than large enough. The employees were super nice. The shop is a bit smaller, which means you sit close together, but surprisingly it was more comfortable than uncomfortable because it wasn't that loud in general. Taller people with long legs could use a little more space.

Small, every chair is always occupied, great potatoes with a variety of toppings. Vegetarian - but so well seasoned and prepared that everyone can be happy eating-wise. Unfortunately there is only one toilet and food to order at the counter and pick up yourself, but that doesn't detract from the good taste and the perfect size. Absolutely recommended 🙂

It was very tasty, of course you should like potatoes, the toppings are very different. So I'll come back, it's right next to the Chilehaus. Food + drinks were under €20 and that's reasonable in my opinion.

The three of us were there on a Sunday. Very tasty and very large portion. Prices are okay for the city, each ended up around €15-20 with a drink. The tables were a bit too small for the very foreign plates. It would have been nicer if the seating had been a little more padded. We had less of a problem with self-service, but the prices were reasonable. Although the drinks seemed a bit expensive, latte macchiato for €4.50 and €5.90 for the homemade iced tea. Overall, we would recommend it if you don't have a problem with the ambience and self-service.

I came at 8:48 p.m. and the kitchen was already closed. Apparently you had to make a reservation if you wanted to eat there in the evening. You understand that you want to finish work but then your opening hours change.

Ganz anderes Geschmackserlebnis: Ofenkartoffel mal anders! Ich hatte eher die griechische Variante mit Hirtenkäse, Oliven und Bohnen. Der Rest der Family hatte viel Salat und Caesar- Dip auf der Kartoffel.

Cantine végétarienne bonne mais pas de service, pas de dessert. Déçu pas par le goût mais je m’attendais à un restaurant et nous avons eu droit à un self, paiement à la commande et débarras sage de nos assiettes par nos soins.

Super cool, really, if you like baked potatoes, you'll love this <3 It's also very cool that you can swap three things and have flexibility here - I don't eat everything and it's super convenient for me that way. Delicious stuffed baked potatoes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Questions about allergens could be answered satisfactorily immediately. Not a negative, but the portions are HUGE! Nothing for the small appetite😂 if you're not super hungry you can probably share a portion and still be very full.

Self-service applies here and this was implemented accordingly, but the food was brought to us - TOP SERVICE The house-roasted espresso had an initial acidity but was quite tasty in the end. The food was high quality in terms of the individual ingredients and also very pleasantly tasty in terms of taste. This despite the fact that the potato actually came to the plate only lukewarm (almost cold). What was unusual for me was that the baked potato was also almost like mashed potatoes, but that was (according to my inquiry) due to the recipe. This makes it easy to pick up with a spoon when eating. I had the "Maximus" and my wife had the "Zicklein" as a dish and we were both very satisfied, except for the temperature already mentioned * * * * * / 5   for operation friendly and attentive and very committed and passionate about the matter * * * * / 5 for the food was "legger", even considering that the potato was lukewarm and actually rather cold at the end - that's why only 4 stars (but note: only good food tastes good cold👍 - proof to the contrary: eat a cold burger from McDonald's 🤮) * * * * / 5  for the ambience; kept nice and simple Seating also outside with a roof overlooking the street modern -Table reservation online -card payment only Maybe I'll come back here when I'm back on the corner

We were visiting Hamburg and looking for delicious vegan restaurants near the hotel and train station. Luckily we came across potatoes! Probably the tastiest baked potatoes we have ever eaten and will ever eat. The staff is super friendly and was able to suggest all vegan variants straight away. We went back there a second time and were very satisfied again. Huge portions for a fair price! When we are back in Hamburg we will definitely stop by your place again! Keep it up! 💚

I love this store! I discovered this nice shop a few years ago and whenever I'm in Hamburg or just pass by Hamburg twice a year, I just have to stop there and enjoy a potato. The ever new potato creations are a dream to enjoy. I always enjoy coming here! <3

Great place in the center of the historic district. Each lunch option is based on an open pie with a pile of toppings on it. We eat it all with a spoon. Each item has a vegetarian or vegan option. Prices are affordable for the city center, approximately €12-13 for a very filling dish.

There is also a large selection for vegetarians. The soda was quite simple, but still good. The baked potatoes were very generously topped, very tasty!

A visit is highly recommended! Super delicious dishes! Courteous staff. Large portions. Next time I visit Hamburg I will eat there again 🤩
