Wir könnten uns keine schönere Location für unsere Hochzeit vorstellen und möchten uns von ganzem Herzen beim gesamten Team bedanken! Schon bei der Planung hat uns Janna mit so viel Herz, Engagement und Organisation begleitet, dass wir uns jederzeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Am Hochzeitstag selbst war der Service einfach außergewöhnlich – ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Yusuf, der mit seiner herzlichen, aufmerksamen Art maßgeblich dazu beigetragen hat, dass wir und unsere Gäste den Tag einfach nur genießen konnten. Die Location selbst ist wunderschön: warme Holztöne, ein gemütlicher Kamin, der offene Wintergarten und direkt daneben ein traumhafter Park für die Hochzeitsfotos. Besonders toll fanden wir außerdem, dass wir viele Dekoelemente der Location nutzen konnten, das Buffet ganz nach unseren Wünschen zusammenstellen und unsere Hochzeitstorte problemlos vor Ort kühlen konnten. Das Essen und die Getränke waren hervorragend (die Trüffelnudeln sind übrigens auch außerhalb von Hochzeiten ein absolutes Highlight, ebenso der Wein!). Wir gehen schon lange gerne dort essen und können nach unserer Hochzeit umso mehr sagen: Hier steckt in allem ganz viel Herzblut. Von der ersten Besichtigung bis zu unserem Hochzeitstag haben wir uns jederzeit herzlich willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, professionell und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, dass all unsere Wünsche mit Freude umgesetzt werden. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Janna, die uns während der gesamten Planungszeit mit ihrer herzlichen Art begleitet hat und immer ein offenes Ohr für uns hatte. Ebenso möchten wir Yusuf hervorheben, der uns am Hochzeitstag als Koordinator begleitet hat. Mit seiner ruhigen, aufmerksamen und unglaublich freundlichen Art hat er dafür gesorgt, dass wir den Tag vollkommen entspannt genießen konnten. Seine Aufmerksamkeit und Fürsorge für uns und unsere Gäste waren einfach außergewöhnlich. Auch das Essen war hervorragend und wurde von uns und unseren Gästen in den höchsten Tönen gelobt. Es herrscht eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, die Lage ist großartig und das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Die Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam.

Wir haben am 29.05.2026 unsere Hochzeit in der Eppendorfer Insel gefeiert und es war einfach wundervoll. Sowohl bei der Planung im Vorneherein hat uns Katharina immer zur Seite gestanden und alle Fragen beantwortet. Die Feier wurde genau nach unseren Vorstellungen ausgerichtet, mit der Trauung im Wintergarten, der Deko, dem Sektempfang und am Ende der großen Feier oben im Loft. Eine wunderschöne Location mit netten Ansprechpartnern. Vor allem geht auch ein riesen Dank an Yusuf, der uns alle Wünsche gefühlt mit Leichtigkeit erfüllt hat und immer ein offenes Ohr hatte. Eine ganz große Empfehlung, wir würden es immer wieder genauso bei euch machen!! :) Danke für alles.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis der Gerichte ist in Ordnung. Alles ist hübsch hergerichtet. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein.

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit hier gefeiert und es war wunderschön. Das Essen und der Service waren fantastisch. Alle Gäste fühlten sich fabelhaft umsorgt und uns als Hochzeitspaar wurde eine wunderschöne Location geboten. Vielen lieben Dank an Yussuf und sein Team für den unvergesslichen Tag 🙂

Wir hatten in der Insel mit unserem Taste Twelve Buch reserviert und waren in großer Vorfreude, da die Bewertungen ja durchaus überdurchschnittlich hoch sind. Umso überraschter waren wir, als wir an einem Samstag bei bestem Wetter fast allein auf der Terrasse saßen. Der Service war sehr freundlich aber auch etwas hektisch, obwohl kaum Tische belegt waren. Stattdessen war die Terrasse nicht wirklich einladend bzw sauber, der Boden war von Blättern übersät und Ameisen liefen leider auch permanent über unsren Tisch. Ok, das passiert im Sommer evt. und wir hatten vielleicht einfach den falschen Tisch, aber so richtig wohl fühlte man sich dabei nicht... Das Essen war leider nur "ok", es hat uns vom Geschmack aber nicht wirklich umgehauen oder gar dazu bewogen zu sagen, "hier müssen wir unbedingt nochmal hin". Die Auswahl der Flaschenweine war uns auch etwas zu dünn. Alles in allem sehr schade, wir hatten uns wirklich mehr versprochen und somit nur die Seite im Taste Twelve Bucht damit 'abgehakt'!

Als Hochzeits-DJ durfte ich bereits mehrfach in der Eppendorfer Insel auflegen und kann die Location absolut empfehlen. Tolle Atmosphäre, stilvolles Ambiente und super geeignet für Hochzeiten. Besonders angenehm ist die Zusammenarbeit vor Ort, professionell organisiert und ein schöner Rahmen für eine unvergessliche Feier. Immer wieder gerne!

Wir haben mit knapp 70 Personen unsere Hochzeit im Loft gefeiert. Vom ersten Kontakt über das Angebot bis zum Ende der Feier war alles super! Sowohl die Betreuung vor der Veranstaltung war sehr unkompliziert und es wurde uns alles ermöglicht, was wir uns gewünscht haben, als auch während des Events war der Service unglaublich. Selten so aufmerksames Personal erlebt. Uns wurden als Brautpaar ohne dass wir was sagen mussten immer Getränke hingestellt und der Umgang mit unseren Gästen war sehr freundlich und professionell. Auch das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Wir haben das Buffet zusammengestellt und sie waren sehr flexibel und haben sehr viele Optionen. Wir hatten Rinderfilet und Doradenfilet als Hauptspeise - Qualitativ top! Wir waren mit allem zufrieden und hatten einen sehr schönen Tag. Besonderen Dank an Katharina und Yusuf.

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Das Restaurant Die Insel hat uns rundum begeistert. Das Essen war einfach unglaublich lecker – perfekt und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Aber was den Besuch wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war die herzliche Bewirtung. Ein riesiges Lob an Mehmet und Yusuf – so freundlich, aufmerksam und authentisch erlebt man Service/Management wirklich selten. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können die Insel jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen! 🍽️

Wir waren zu viert an einem Samstagabend im Eppendorfer Insel und haben dort unser Taste Twelve Buch eingelöst 🥂 Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Abend. Das Restaurant war an dem Abend recht ruhig, sodass wir uns trotz Reservierung unseren Tisch frei aussuchen konnten. Der Service war wirklich freundlich und sehr bemüht. Teilweise gab es kleine Sprachbarrieren, aber ein Kollege hat das dann sehr nett übernommen und alles super geregelt 🤍 Man hat sich insgesamt gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Es wurde auch immer wieder gefragt, ob alles schmeckt, und besonders aufmerksam fanden wir, dass erst abgedeckt wurde, als wirklich alle fertig waren. Das Essen war insgesamt lecker. Burrata und die „süße Ziege“ waren sehr gut, der gemischte Salat dagegen für den Preis zu einfach und schlicht 🥗 Das Rinderfilet war qualitativ sehr lecker, allerdings waren Sauce und Beilagen etwas knapp. Das Schnitzel und die Süßkartoffelpommes waren dafür sehr großzügig portioniert und richtig lecker 🍠 Auch die Trüffeltagliatelle sowie die Desserts – Tiramisu und Schokoladensoufflé – haben überzeugt. Besonders positiv ist uns aufgefallen, wie aufmerksam auf unsere schwangere Begleitung eingegangen wurde. Insgesamt also eine schöne Location, leckeres Essen und ein sehr bemühter Service. Für eine Eventlocation könnten die Parkmöglichkeiten allerdings etwas knapp sein 🍽️

Leider haben wir nach dem Essen Bauchschmerzen bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend. Wir sind aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen hingegangen und wurden leider enttäuscht. Schade.

Leider passt unsere Erfahrung in diesem Lokal nicht zu den positiven Bewertungen, die wir hier vorab lesen durften. Der Service ist wirklich überaus gastfreundlich und bemüht gewesen. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, unsere Jacken wurden abgenommen und zum Abschluss wurde uns sogar ganz zuvorkommend die Tür aufgehalten. Allerdings konnte dies die Erfahrung auf kulinarischer Ebene nicht ausgleichen. Wir haben das Kalbsschnitzel und die Trüffelpasta bestellt. Die Pasta war beim Servieren schon eine Enttäuschung, da sie nicht den Bildern, die ich online gesehen hatte glich. Geschmacklich hatte sie weder mit Parmesan noch Trüffel zu tun, sondern einer einfachen dunklen Champignons-Rahm-Soße. Die Portion war sehr klein, sie füllte gerade einmal den halben Teller und die Tagliatelle schmeckten leider wie vorgekocht und nochmals aufgewärmt. Pluspunkt an diesem Gericht: die Rinderfiletspitzen. Das Kalbsschnitzel bestand aus mehr Panade als Schnitzel. Das enthaltene Kalbsfleisch war wirklich sehr, sehr dünn und die zugehörigen Beilagen waren nicht besonders hochwertig. Bereits im Lokal habe ich Bauchschmerzen+ bekommen, die den ganzen Abend und die Nacht anhielten.

Ich war mit der Qualität des Essens und der Cocktails nicht sehr zufrieden.

Wir hatten einen spontanen, spaßigen Abenden. Freitag Abend, für 4 Personen wurden wir mit offenen Armen empfangen. Mit einer tollen Servicekraft. Tollen leckeren Gerichten und für jeden Wunsch ein offenes Ohr.

Nettes Personal, aber Luft nach oben beim Serviceablauf. Wir waren kürzlich in Ihrem Restaurant und möchten gemischtes Feedback geben. Zunächst das Positive: Das Essen war wirklich lecker und ein Highlight unseres Besuchs. Das Personal war durchweg bemüht, sehr nett und freundlich. Man hat gespürt, dass sich das Team Mühe gibt. Allerdings wirkte der Service an einigen Stellen unprofessionell. Beim Servieren der Speisen und besonders beim Abräumen der Tische gab es deutlich Unsicherheiten in den Abläufen. Es schien, als fehle es an Koordination. Das dreiköpfige Team wirkte untereinander leider nicht eingespielt, was zu Verzögerungen und etwas Chaos führte. Mit etwas mehr Schulung und besserer Abstimmung im Team könnte die Service-Erfahrung das Niveau der Küche erreichen. Wir kommen aufgrund des guten Essens trotzdem gerne wieder!

Ich habe hier als Hochzeitsfotografin vor einigen Monaten eine super tolle Hochzeitsfeier festhalten dürfen. Die Location ist sehr modern ausgestattet, aber ist trotzdem cozy. Vor allem hat man aber hinten im Hayns Park die Möglichkeit auch noch richtig schöne Paarfotos zu machen!

Das Zanderfilet war sehr gut, zart und saftig, auch die Beilagen sehr schmackhaft.

Ein Abend, der noch lange nachklingt. Wir waren gestern Abend im Restaurant Eppendorfer Insel und sind immer noch begeistert. Bereits mit dem Hauptgang wurde klar, dass hier auf allerhöchstem Niveau gekocht wird: Das Rinderfilet – butterzart und perfekt auf den Punkt, das Entrecôte – intensiv im Geschmack und großartig zubereitet, und der frische Lachs – ein absoluter Genuss. Jeder Teller war ein kleines Kunstwerk und geschmacklich eine Punktlandung. Gekrönt wurde der Abend von einem Dessert, das sich kaum in Worte fassen lässt – kreativ, ausgewogen und schlicht unvergesslich. Was bleibt, ist große Dankbarkeit für dieses außergewöhnliche kulinarische Erlebnis. Die Eppendorfer Insel ist kein Restaurant, das man einfach besucht – es ist ein Ort, den man fühlt, schmeckt und in Erinnerung behält. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Ein sehr edler Laden mit unfassbar freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Besonders zu schätzen sind die Wartezeiten, es wird wirklich sofort sich um alles gekümmert und selbst beim Essen habe ich nie länger als 15 Minuten warten müssen. Zur Einrichtung lässt sich sagen das eine gemütliche Stimmung gegeben ist die jedoch auch eine gewisser Authentizität was für einen guten mix sorgt und einen entspannten Abend garantiert. Also alles in einem nur weiter zu empfehlen!!!

Im Rahmen unseres Weihnachtsmarktbesuch es in Hamburg Eppendorf waren wir bei der Eventlocation. Das Restaurant ist relativ klein und die Auswahl an Speisen ist auch nicht sehr groß. Allerdings hat uns das Essen sehr lecker geschmeckt. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Wir hätten Pizza, Ente und Schnitzel. Richtig gut bei die Bedienung. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The food took forever, and then lukewarm beef fillet arrived. However, the two servers were incredibly helpful, apologizing, offering free drinks, promptly bringing a hot new fillet, and surprising me with a delicious dessert and a birthday serenade! You can't be upset about that; you'll definitely want to come back!

The staff were very attentive and friendly, but their coordination wasn't quite up to par. The appetizers and desserts were beautifully presented and tasted good. Unfortunately, the plates were cold, so the food got cold quickly. The duck was a bit tough, and it could have used more sauce. The steak tartare was delicious, but difficult to eat from the serving dish.

Had an excellent experience at Eventlocation Hamburg. The location is stylish, the staff were attentive and friendly, and everything ran smoothly from arrival to departure. All the staff were amazing — especially our waiter Yusuf. His attention, kindness, and effort to make us feel at home were outstanding. There is also a free parking area available, which is a great bonus. Thank you for the excellent service; we will definitely come back.

To celebrate a birthday, we visited Eppendorfer Insel for the first time and enjoyed a feast with five people, sampling our way through the menu. The exceptionally friendly service, from the initial greeting and wine recommendation to the dessert, was truly impressive. The dishes are presented in a modern and attractive style, and the prices are quite reasonable for the quality. The only minor issue preventing a five-star rating for the food is that the dishes were served on ice-cold plates, resulting in some side dishes being only lukewarm. Next time, please ensure properly pre-warmed plates and perhaps sharp steak knives, and we will be completely satisfied.

We celebrated our wedding here on October 31st. We couldn't have chosen a better location. The ambiance was absolutely perfect for our Halloween theme. From the planning stages to the day itself, the service was second to none. We had an outside wedding cake delivered, which unfortunately shifted completely, but the service team did an amazing job rescuing it. According to all our guests, the food was a 10 out of 10. They even cooked the meat extra well for our pregnant guests, and they were attentive to every detail. Thank you so much! We had an absolutely perfect wedding. A fantastic restaurant in Eppendorf that's more than worth a recommendation! We had a wonderful evening with excellent food and warm, friendly service! Plus, the prices are more than fair! So, if you're looking for a great meal, a glass of wine, or cocktails, this is definitely the place to go!

We celebrated our wedding at Eppendorfer Insel (conservatory + bar) with about 50 guests. An absolutely fantastic location – the combination was perfect for our number of people! The meal (we opted for a set menu rather than a buffet) took place in the conservatory, and the dance floor was located in the room with the bar. This meant that even when some people were standing at the bar, the dance floor always felt very full. Plus, people didn't have far to go for their next drink and could easily return to the dance floor if they wanted to take a break for a song or two and catch their breath on the benches. This prevented the crowd from feeling scattered. The ambiance was perfect with the sunny, slightly cloudy weather (around 20 degrees Celsius) and the conservatory. Very pleasant and the lighting was dreamy. Organization: A huge thank you to Lea for the wonderful coordination of our entire celebration. She responded incredibly quickly to our questions, and it was very relaxed to plan everything together! Food/Service: The meal was a set menu with an appetizer platter. We had complete freedom to choose our options, and adjustments could even be made right up until the last minute, including regarding the number of guests. The food was of very high quality, and the main courses had very generous portions. Definitely 5 stars+. The food was ready on time for 50 people. The service was incredibly good – every wish was fulfilled, all the guests were happy and equally impressed by the excellent service. Many thanks to Yusuf and the entire team! Also 5 stars+. We were able to enjoy the day, and the team perfectly coordinated everything. The staff also took care of decorating the venue with our decorations. We were able to drop off the boxes and flowers the day before. The day after the celebration, the decorations were already packed away in boxes for pickup – it couldn't have been better! The price/performance ratio for the venue and the service was also very good. For anyone planning their wedding, check out this venue! The location alone is an absolute highlight: Located directly on Hayns Park, one of Hamburg's most beautiful parks – a backdrop you could only dream of! Even without the bride and groom, the park offers fantastic opportunities for photoshoots – natural, romantic, and simply Hanseatic beauty. 🌿📸 The venue itself is small but very charming – incredibly lovingly designed and with so much charm that you feel at home from the very first moment. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a beautiful fireplace, creating a warm, cozy atmosphere. I also particularly like that the dance floor is slightly separated from the dining area – so you can party hard while others chat in peace or enjoy the delicious food. And speaking of food: simply delicious! From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was fresh, lovingly prepared, and truly delicious. Added to that was the attentive, warm staff who anticipated your every wish – a combination you rarely find. Even the Hamburg weather couldn't dampen the mood: In summer, it's incredibly romantic there, even when it rains, and in autumn or winter, the heated winter garden creates a wonderfully cozy ambiance. In summer, the beautiful beer garden also invites you to linger – perfect for a relaxed end to a successful day. 🍷✨ Conclusion: A location with heart, style, and character – perfect for weddings, celebrations, or simply for enjoyment. We celebrated our wedding in the loft and were very satisfied! 10/10, a recommendation. Our advance planning was as stress-free as you could wish for. No hidden costs, everything transparent and flexible. The service team was very accommodating, friendly, and attentive. All requests and questions were answered promptly. Our menu was very good, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it (rumor has it that someone ate 8 mini burgers). There was a great selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes.

With a lot of guests, the bar is a little overwhelmed, but everyone is still very friendly and good. Parking was difficult. But the location is great, and so is the food.

We celebrated our wedding on Eppendorf Island and are absolutely thrilled. She explained all the options to us, made numerous offers, and we were able to reach an agreement quickly. The celebration itself was perfectly organized and highly professional. The food was excellent – ​​from beef fillet to vegan curry to zander fillet, plus antipasti, dessert, and even a late-night currywurst. Everything was spot-on and incredibly delicious. Special requests were also fulfilled without any problems, and we were even able to easily book a photo booth. The staff was friendly, attentive, prompt, and yet unobtrusive – simply outstanding. A particularly nice touch: It was possible to use a separate part of the island so our little daughter could sleep in peace. The fact that the celebration could also be held "open-ended" rounded off the evening perfectly. We are very happy and can wholeheartedly recommend Eppendorf Island for any celebration – especially a wedding.

I had dinner at Eppendorfer Insel with my family this week. I have to say I was absolutely thrilled; both the service and the food were top-notch. Yusuf and his team went above and beyond to fulfill our every wish. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, which definitely added to the atmosphere. The food was also delicious. I highly recommend the steak tartare and the beef fillet. We really enjoyed the evening and will definitely be back!

Based on the reviews, I had high expectations and was bitterly disappointed. I ordered two appetizers: beef tartare (€14) followed by warm goat cheese. The tartare was the worst thing I've ever eaten. 1. Very coarsely cut, poorly seasoned, and unfortunately still frozen. I complained, but a brief "I'm sorry" was all I got. Except for the full amount on the bill. If this were my restaurant, I'd at least offer the guest an espresso or a free drink, but no. It's a shame; the staff are probably just poorly trained. It was very frustrating for me. They'll never see me again.

A lovely restaurant, perfect for a group meal. We were here for business with a larger group and had a lovely evening. Unfortunately, the buffet wasn't at the right temperature in some places, and some of the food wasn't warm enough. Some of the potatoes weren't cooked all the way through. There's still room for improvement here. The food was delicious, though. Unfortunately, the desserts seemed very limited, and the service was a bit overwhelmed with the distribution. I think this was also due to the size of our group.

When the weather was actually nice but the wind was too strong, it was simply brilliant to sit in the convertible-style restaurant section, where the roof simply slides aside.
