Enjoy Pizza in Delmenhorst

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time one of the drivers has parked right in the back courtyard, always blocking our neighbors' driveway. It's really annoying... We have a whole row of parking spaces opposite on Riedeweg... you can even pull over briefly and put on your hazard lights... It's not a problem there. But no... it's always the same. Unfortunately, we won't be able to order from them anymore – the peace of the neighborhood is more important to me than a pizza. Sorry, Enjoy!

Unfortunately, after eating half the pizza, I discovered that the bottom crust was moldy. A no-go, and I'll never order from there again, even though the pizza tasted delicious.

Pizza is always good, especially the curry dip. Well, I'd actually give it 5 stars ⭐️... But today I tried a burger for the first time... "cripsy" is more like a wobbly chicken burger 🍔 and a cheeseburger. Please remove that from your portfolio... you have ZERO ability, an insult to a burger. Truly terrible... it's better to make a little less and use what you can... No sauce spread... the bread is wobbly as hell. Fries... were they from yesterday and reheated?! Also absolutely ridiculous 🍌 You can treat yourself to pizza, but just not burgers.

Unfortunately, after my recent experience with Enjoy Pizza, I now have to leave a negative review. I have ordered there regularly for many years and have always been very satisfied – the taste, quality, and delivery were all excellent. My last order on Sunday was all the more disappointing. We ordered two pizzas, both of which were supposed to be 26 cm in size. All the pizzas delivered seemed very small and only had a diameter of 24 cm. That may not sound like much, but if a certain size is advertised, it should be adhered to – although this can probably happen due to variations. In addition, one of the pizzas was delivered with mushrooms despite being ordered without mushrooms. This is generally not a problem for me. Based on these two points, I called Enjoy Pizza, hoping for an understanding conversation. Unfortunately, the interaction on the phone was anything but customer-friendly. The error was acknowledged, but there was no apology or friendly word. They offered to replace the faulty pizza – which I generally appreciate. Beyond that, however, there was no concession whatsoever. I explained that we wanted to eat together and that a 20-minute wait would cause one of the pizzas to go cold – this was simply ignored. Even a small apology or a discount were not offered. When I suggested that we keep the pizza and simply take the mushrooms if they would at least accommodate us financially, this was rejected. Instead, I was simply offered the opportunity to pick up both pizzas and receive a refund – which was not my intention at all. All of this left me with the impression that customer satisfaction and service are unfortunately not a priority here. I then decided to exchange the pizza. On a positive note, I would like to mention that the new pizza was actually delivered quite quickly. Overall, as a long-time customer, I would have expected significantly more friendliness, goodwill, and professional treatment. It's a real shame.

Unfortunately I can't say much about the food. My question was answered stupidly: yes, they should have written in the "other requests" section. However, with all due respect, I'm assuming that pasta is included in the casserole and that I don't want it as an extra request because I couldn't select it in the ingredients. I definitely won't be ordering from there again because I don't think it's particularly customer-friendly. Especially when you say you didn't know you had to enter it as an extra, I think you could have approached the customer.

I've been ordering from here frequently for over a year now because I've moved. Initially, it was quite good and fast, but unfortunately, for the past few months, the pizza has been undercooked rather than properly cooked, and the pasta has been lacking any color. This has made pizza less tolerable for me. I tried it again yesterday and specifically requested that everything be browned more, which was also marked on the receipt, but unfortunately, it wasn't very successful. A whopping one of three pizzas was darker, but unfortunately, it wasn't mine. The only thing is the short delivery time, but I don't benefit from it if I can't eat it. It's a shame, many offer pizza, but very few actually manage to deliver. It's become very rare, especially over the years.

We have generally always been satisfied with the pizzas. On February 3rd, as is not uncommon, we ordered a pizza which unfortunately had hair on it (these things can happen). I then called and explained the situation (to a woman). She was unsure what to do and referred the call to the manager. He asked us for a new pizza, which we didn't need because I had the hair on pretty much all the way to the end and was full. I explained that we had ordered several times before and never received a complaint, so we agreed that we would get this pizza for free next time. So today (yes, 4 months later) we wanted to take up this offer again. We explained the situation on the phone and were just scolded and told that it wasn't right and that nothing would be noted, and certainly not after 4 months. I then said okay, then I know, and the very rude person hung up without saying goodbye. Phew, it's questionable whether you should treat regular customers like that. So it doesn't surprise me that the ratings are plummeting, and you have to ask yourself whether it's worth reacting like that for a pizza... what a shame.

The day before yesterday one of Enjoy Pizza delivered to the house. I asked him for a current menu and ordered there for the first time today. (I may adjust the quality of the food later!!!) ____________________________ I chose the "delivery hotline" according to the menu and ordered food according to the priced offers. Then the delivery person came and demanded an additional delivery fee!!! => We checked the map together - and didn't find any such passage!! When I asked the boss by phone, he replied - as the person delivering it - said: "Either you pay the euro, or there are no goods!!!! And no further orders!!!!" _______________________ > I probably can't put a current map here... So check it out for yourself!!!! I wouldn't have a problem with the euro!! But if it's not shown on the card, I no longer order from a Düsternorter, for example, who "incidentally" wants to take € 1.50!!!! At least he doesn't try to blackmail me or even harass me like that!!!!!! What's the point of something like that?????? I order something according to the menu and then fantasy surcharges are added to it?? And if I don't understand them, I'm out ???!!!???? Then the Pizza Mafia probably takes on a whole new meaning for me!!!! 🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣

Unfortunately the curry sauce was bad and everyone had diarrhea and stomach pain afterwards

I ordered Chrispy Chicken Burger, and there was a hair in it, which had happened before with a previous order. Disgusting and unhygienic! I'll never order again!

Disappointing – Problems and unfriendly service for the second time in a row. This is the second time in a row that something has gone wrong. We ordered two salami pizzas, the bill said two, but only one was delivered because only one was charged. Mistakes can happen, but what was really annoying was that the lady on the phone was totally unfriendly and showed no understanding whatsoever. My husband even asked her to listen to customers better in the future, but unfortunately there was no insight. It's a shame - that's how you lose customers.

Top service, good food, everything came fresh and was still very hot. Keep it up again and again

Apparently the driver was there and didn't see anyone even though I was home. Not recommended Poor service and was abusive on the phone.

Very disappointing! Food arrived after 75 minutes - cold. I also got a 26 instead of a 32. After I informed the driver about this, he made me a fair offer and offered to deliver a second 26 to me. I agreed. 2 minutes later the boss called and took the offer back and wanted to deliver me a 32 instead of a 26 for my next order. Um, I'm hungry now? Is there a reason why I order 32? After a short discussion, the boss hung up on me and I took the pizza to the delivery person and got the money back. How can a boss be so greedy and the customer seemingly doesn't give a shit? Impossible.

Pizza was delivered incorrectly, the woman on the phone was nice and ordered a new pizza. Unfortunately, this was once again delivered incorrectly. I also had to hand over my “old” fake pizza. I waited two hours for my food and spent twenty euros on a pizza that ultimately wasn't what I ordered. My evening was over!

The staff are friendly and helpful. Their products contain pork, but they also make vegetarian pizza upon your request. Enjoy your meal.

A completely unfriendly woman on the phone! We ordered a normal ice cream and got it vegan. Instead of simply exchanging it, we are told that we should write what we want in the comment. I've always been happy with €8 for the bin, but that was the last time.

The food was great as always, but unfortunately the dessert wasn't. I ordered Cookie Dough ice cream (via Lieferando), as I always do because we often order from Enjoy, and I received the vegan version. Not bad in itself if it tasted good. I didn't see it at first, I was surprised by the strange taste and then I noticed it. Call to Enjoy rather disappointing. Under cookie dough you should write both vegan and normal in the description which one you want. What? I've never had to do that before and I always order this ice cream. All other vegan variants are also available there. Very funny! Then the rather bitchy woman on the phone said it would be replaced if it wasn't already open. Because that way they can't resell it. What again? Greetings to the health department. Ice cream is in the car for at least 10 minutes without refrigeration just in aluminum foil, at home it was on the table in aluminum foil for half an hour while we ate and when I opened it it was logically a little melted anyway and is something like that then sold on? Have you ever heard of maintaining the cold chain? Incredible! I will no longer order privately or for the nursing homes there! We were basically regular customers!!

Nothing ordered. The delivery driver simply drove onto the lawn in front of the house. Because the parking lot was 5 meters too far away.

I was extremely exhausted just because I asked not to forget the cheese. After that the gentleman just freaked out and canceled my order. I've always had good experiences, but this gentleman really wasn't under control

The food is delicious, but the service is a complete disaster, because we paid with a €50 note, he threatened to take our pizza with him and not give it to us.

I ordered 3 pizzas and one fries today at 7:35 p.m. and they arrived at around 8:00 p.m. When I opened the pizza box for my child, I saw at first glance that this wasn't a 26 pizza. I then looked at the bill to see if I had misread it and maybe I bought a 24, but see the picture I ordered a 26 when I did Then I measured it and I couldn't believe my eyes. The 26 pizza was only 24 in size, the 32 was only 30 in size and the awesome thing was that the 40 was only 35.5 in size, that's cheeky and in my eyes it was cheating When I asked why this was the case, I was told that it couldn't be, so I measured it because I was puzzled at first glance. It couldn't be like that I then said I wanted them to pick them up again and I wanted my money back Then the woman became very unfriendly and forbade me to order in the future because they were now making an economic loss of 33.90 euros I mean, what can I do for it, but well, one less customer Should you deliver the size you ordered?

The pizza has only had very thin toppings for a few weeks now, and some ingredients are missing entirely. I don't order from there anymore. I switched to Pizza Service Amore.

I placed a larger order. Totally uncomplicated and delivered quickly. The food is absolutely recommended. Very tasty and sufficient.

I ordered a burger and couldn't eat it anymore. Because the bread was soaked and before that I got a fake citizen that was also soaked

I just received an order, The order (pasta) was with meat even though I ordered without. I then called and asked nicely whether this could possibly be a mistake and the boss personally told me that the tortellini always contains meat. But when ordering you only asked what type of pasta you could choose. But it didn't say meat behind it. The boss said he couldn't do anything and that's how it was ordered. He didn't care that I just had to throw the food away. There was no understanding and no good customer relations. I will never order from enjoy again

We have been customers there for about 3 years. Today we had a tuna pizza and a seafood pizza. Both were very tasty and delivered hot by a nice driver. So: everything is fine.

We picked up three pizzas for three people for the first time. My calzone was without any defects. I ordered 4 ingredients to be included: mushroom, artichoke, salami, ham. There was plenty of everything in the folded pizza. The consistency was good, nothing ran out, the dough was also good.

The driver is said to have rang the bell and was shouted at by the employee on the phone that he had no more time and that I would no longer be delivered and that after waiting for over an hour. If my bell suddenly didn't work (apparently, because I was waiting for my food) and would surely open the door for the expected food. I can only advise everyone not to order there. Pizza, Burger und Gyrosauflauf bestellt....Wenn Sie die Qualität beibehalten hat enjoy das Potential die beste Pizzeria in Delmenhorst zu sein....es hat alles gut geschmeckt.

Die Pizza an sich schmeckt immer lecker, allerdings ist bei jeder Bestellung immer etwas falsch... Entweder fehlt die Soße oder es ist auf einmal eine ganz andere Zutat auf der Pizza, die nicht gewünscht war. Jedes mal eine neue Überraschung.

Wir sind als Stammkunden mit Preis/Leistungsverhältnis super zufrieden. Danke umd weiter so. :-)

Pizza schmeckt eigentlich sehr gut, dennoch ist leider schon 2x vorgekommen, dass Haare auf der Pizza entdeckt wurden. Sobald man das Personal darauf hinweist, werden sie laut und diskutieren, dass das nicht stimmt, daher nur 2 Sterne.

Gutes Essen, fairer Preis. Nur dauert die Lieferung leider etwas lange. Ansonsten zufrieden

Pizzen kommen schnell und sehr warm an. Sie schmecken echt gut, selbst der Rand ist lecker und knusprig. Anderen Speisen kann ich nicht bewerten da ich bisher dort nur Pizza bestellt habe. Diese kann aber beruhigt weiterempfehlen. Werde gerne wieder bei euch bestellen. Preise sind absolut normal, eine gut belegte normal große 🍕 Pizza Mafia, 8€. Total o.k..

Ich muss mich echt beschweren das Essen schmeckt so gut die Lieferung ist 1A einen großen Lob an der Küche und an die Auslieferungsfahrer da gebe ich gerne mal auch Trinkgeld wer die Fahrer nicht schätzt der hat kein Essen verdient😁😉😉

Das essen Sehr lecker aber auch sehr unfreundlicher Lieferant der kein Wechselgeld mit hat und mich erstmal zum Geld wechseln geschickt hat während er die ganze Zeit ohne Hallo oder Tschüss zu sagen mit jemanden auf seiner Sprache telefonierte. Als er das Geld ( 6€ Trinkgeld) bekam drehte er sich einfach um und ging ohne was zu sagen.

Pizza und Calzone sind gut. Darüber hinaus große Auswahl

Vor 2-3 Jahren sehr gerne das Gyros Spezial gegessen, leider die letzten 3 Male hat das Gyros extremst nach Schwein geschmeckt. Süßkartoffelpommes bei Lieferdienste sind immer schwierig und kommen selten warm an, aber heute schmeckten sie als wären sie in kaltes Frittieröl geworfen worden. Dazu wird hier andauernd der Dipp/Saucen vergessen, selbst wenn man sie extra bezahlt. Wir haben heute nichts aufgegessen. Lieferung war dafür schnell und nett, daher +1 Stern.

Unter dem neuen Besitzer leider geschmacklich extrem nachgelassen. War jetzt erstmal das letzte mal ...

Liefern recht zügig, allerdings im Oktober dreimal innerhalb des Monats massive Preisanstiege unverhältnismäßig zur Inflation. Konsequenz daraus ist einfach weniger zu bestellen, vorher Stammkunde mit mindestens 3 Bestellungen pro Woche. Kundenservice am Telefon ist drei von fünf Sterne. Bei einer Bestellung wurde Sambal Oleg auf die Pizza rauf gemacht anstatt Chilipulver, ungenießbar. Bei der Problemlösung hat der Kollege am Telefon angeboten, die alte, angebissene abzuholen und eine neue zu bringen🤷🏻

Die Pizza schmeckte mal deutlich besser. Hatte mir eine Gyros Hollandaise bestellt und das Fleisch war eindeutig sehr alt. Dass sie Gyros vom Vortag, oder vom Vorvortag aufzubewahren, finde ich eine Dreistigkeit, nicht mehr zu empfehlen schade

Die Pizza ist wirklich in ordnung und schmeckt. Die Lieferzeit hält sich in Grenzen.

Der Laden schmeckt keine frage aber es nervt das man Lieferanten einstellt die kein Wort deutsch Sprechen.

Bei meiner letzten Bestellung haben die bezahlten Extras gefehlt, was ja mal passieren kann. Nichts schlimmes. Dazu war dann beim Schnitzel nicht das richtige bzw. angegebene Fleisch dabei. Vor einiger Zeit war der Laden so viel besser als jetzt. Schade eigentlich.

Vor 5 Jahren hatte ich noch eine super Bewertung abgegeben. Pizza schmeckt immer noch sehr gut. Mittlerweile habe ich auch Burger probiert, auch geschmacklich nicht zu beklagen. Was mir seit einiger Zeit auf den Zeiger geht ist dieses Rumdiskutiere über Abholer und "Pizza mit 3 Zutaten ihrer Wahl". Seit Anfang an Kosten zum Vergleich Pizzen 26cm für Abholer 5€. Ich bestelle immer wieder Pizza Margherita mit Salami und Gorgonzola und mal noch was drittes dazu. Mal geht das durch mit 5€ ohne Probleme. Mal werden die zarten extra berechnet, man muss diskutieren und letzt endlich wird dies korrigiert und man kriegt die doch für den Preis. Es nervt langsam. Entweder habt ihr eine feste Linie, weil online alles durchgeht. Und man mit Zahlung mit PayPal abgeschlossen Vertrag hat. Dennoch versucht ihr das zusätzlich zu berechnen oder ihr nimmt dieses Angebot raus. Es heißt natürlich, dass ich diese Pizza nicht mehr bestellen werde. Ich lasse mich schließlich nicht verarschen. Und die anderen Kunden ein Rat, lasst euch bitte auch nicht einreden. Es tut mir Leid 5 Sterne waren es. Ich bin gerade für 2 Sterne Laune.

Bestellen zum abholen. Liefern dauert immer zu lange. Pizza ist ganz ok. Was aber garnicht geht, ist der Zustand des Ladens. Direkt vor der Tür nur Müll. Sogar in den Seitenstraßen lag dieser rum. Kippen im Glas direkt neben der Tür.. Die "Terasse" vor der Eingangstür ist völlig kaputt. Die zwei Sterne gibt es nur für die doch freundlichen Mitarbeiter welche sich versuchen gegen dem Chaos zur Wehr zu setzen. Hier fehlt ganz klar Struktur und auch Sauberkeit. Tut mir leid, aber das ist nicht mehr in Ordnung.Ach ja, Kartenzahlung bei Abholung kostet 0,50€ mehr...

Wir haben schon mehrere lieferservives durch aber enjoy ist bis jetzt der beste, hoffentlich bleibt es so, das essen schmeckt super egal was, ihr seid spitze 👍
