Mexican for the first time. But, I was totally thrilled. The food was very tasty. The service was super friendly. I felt really comfortable. Any time.

I find it rather cheeky that you don't find any prices on the menu and you just order if you're lucky and then you get hit with the bill...The food was good and 1 of the 2 waitresses was very nice.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed here... I ordered a burrito carne and it was subpar. The meat tasted sour and had no Mexican seasoning in any way. I then let him go back. The waitress asked if I wanted something else and I accepted. The quesadillas we ordered were edible but also seasoned in a completely boring way. It's a shame...we didn't get any...we're sorry or a tequila on the house. The bill for 5 people came to €144...in my opinion it wasn't worth it. It's really a shame but I can't recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. The meal was okay. I tried a vegetarian burrito that tasted good. However, we have the impression that the quality of the food has decreased compared to a few years ago. We also find the prices for the dishes to be quite high.

Price-performance ratio catastrophic! Per - good location between Rotmaincenter and Cineplex, but it can be very loud on the terrace as it is located at a busy traffic junction. - nicely furnished and very nice terrace Cons: - Cocktails are 80% ice for 8 euros - the enchilada for 14 euros was a very puny little bowl of soup that was more reminiscent of a frozen lasagne. It was heated way too much, so the beans etc. were already mushy and a partially burnt crust had formed on the outside. In addition, the seasoning was so strong that you no longer had any original taste in your mouth, only spiciness and heat. - the garlic bread as a side dish for 5 euros was a small bowl of oily “bread leftovers”. I would have expected whole slices of bread or a flatbread etc., but it was actually just leftover bread that had been torn off and it had nothing to do with garlic bread like at the Italian restaurant, it was just leftover bread dipped in oil. - The toilet was spacious and clean, but the floor stuck like crazy. I actually had to wipe my shoes because the soles stuck and squeaked, which is also very unpleasant when you walk through the whole restaurant and everyone notices. Sex toys have no place in the toilet, especially when families come with children. - ended up spending 25 euros for lousy food and puny portions - the service was nice and committed, but it was just a temporary help and it had nothing to do with professional service, as the side dish was forgotten, for example. Summary: - In my opinion it actually has nothing to do with a restaurant, but rather a pub or bar, although the cocktail was also lousy for the price - I really regret being there at the weekend and wouldn't go there again - for 25 euros you would get two large, very tasty pizzas at Losteria

I love Mexican, but sorry, there is coriander on every meal (I don't know that in Mexican cuisine), I had a mixed plate and none without coriander, it wasn't on the menu either! I couldn't enjoy the great food.......it would have been nice if the service had pointed this out......because with coriander there are only two options, you like it or you hate it.. .....

Today I was back at Enchilada in Bayreuth after many years. About 20 years ago the food was very good and then over the next few years it got worse and worse. Today, I hoped the situation has improved. Unfortunately, it was a false claim. The food has gotten even worse. I ordered burrito carne and a few more tacos. Burrito came lukewarm (from the microwave?) and was actually tasteless and way too sour. Beef taco was slightly better but far from Mexican cuisine. If someone here gives five stars for the food, they were probably too drunk. However, one thing must be emphasized here: Enchilada is not a real Mexican restaurant, but a franchise. Maybe they get the recipes (or frozen products) from a central office??? I'm not sure if a Mexican actually works there, if so, he had to leave his homeland many years ago. As for drinks, I wouldn't recommend getting the drinks - they have way too much ice for a price of at least €8. Jumbos are instead much better if someone likes sweet drinks and doesn't want to smell alcohol (I'm assuming there is an alcohol in this mix of juices). Then why two stars anyway? The service was very good and, in our case, very quick. The atmosphere is also very nice. However, this will not convince me to visit Enchilada again.

We came for dinner. We didn’t have a reservation and they still were willing to sit us on a reservation table until 8 which we left way before then. There were only two servers and it was busy so they were hustling. My husband got the strawberry drink and enchiladas and I got a burrito. My husband food and drink tasted better than mine. I had to ask for a side of sauce for my burrito because it was a little dry. Then I got churros. It was okay. Overall to me food was okay for price but the restaurant is very nice and good place to get some drinks with friends.

Service staff are PARTIALLY unprofessional and cheeky. Food was good but too expensive for the small portions.

I know this restaurant differently, it had a nice menu where you could choose the food. The emphasis is on WAR. There is no longer a menu, just a QR code to scan. After 10 minutes we gave up trying to choose any dish and left again. The reasoning that they want to save paper is a bit strange, there are other options. It's a shame, I won't go there anymore!

Unfortunately the food was lousy. Fast food. Too expensive.

According to the advertising on Mydeals / the flyer on display, the veggie burger was €5, which is why we went to Enchiladas this time. The ad is included as an image. It was then said on site that the promotion was not valid. Other branches have read online that the promotion is valid. We were told in Bayreuth that it was only possible for “toogoodtogo”. I think we as consumers were deceived because this limitation on taking the remaining burgers with you via the app is not clear from the flyer. The food was basically good. In my opinion, the prices, including for the fries (see picture), were exaggerated at €6. The visit had a nasty aftertaste because of the feeling of being lured under false pretenses.

Paid 9€ for a 0.3L glass full to the brim with ice with a shot of cocktail👍🏼 But the waitresses are nice, they can't help it

The food is very tasty, it was very busy. Reservation recommended, especially on weekends. We sat in the heated winter garden, which was very comfortable.

It was super tasty. Since the new owner took over there are no more Gampas and the pitcher is no longer there either. The cocktails are very tasty, unfortunately they no longer have the same volume as they used to. Drunk from the glass 3 times and the cocktail is empty because there are more ice cubes and crashed ice in the cup. For what is in the glass, the price of the cocktail is not justified. That was different before. If you want a cocktail in a large glass that is not listed as large on the menu with less crash ice, this will not be done, only what is on the menu. That's too bad. All sides must be ordered separately. If you order a steak you only get the steak without any side dishes, so order everything separately.... Unfortunately it's not what it really is but everything tastes great.

The food was great👍 but the service left a lot to be desired. At first you only get half the food, then something completely different and you have to speak to the waitress several times in order to be served.

Super nice service, cocktails also at happy hour with a decent mix. On Mondays there is always the highlight that you can roll the dice for the cocktail price. Puts you in a really good mood.

Fries would be completely burnt and inedible. Burgers not even the size of your palm. Very high prices and no one here is understanding - we had to pay the full price for this bad food. We won't come back.

Tachili's friends, I'm actually a regular customer at this restaurant, but that has changed today. Today I was craving a burger again. Normally I live by the motto “It has to be tasted and it has to work”, but this time I couldn't live out my motto because I only found out after a few bites that my burger was raw. Portions a bit small. I only weigh 65kg and am 1.80m tall but I couldn't get enough. Had grilled chicken with 1x fries. Probably should have had 2x fries. But I didn't want to pay an extra €4.50 for it either.

Great location for an evening meeting

So you're overestimating yourself a little with the prices. This is really bordering on audacious. I understand that everyone likes money, but greed has to have limits. The prices are now totally off the charts.

Fries are only available cold Buffalo wings little and no sauce Salad soaked in dressing Absolutely no recommendation for the price! That's why: Go home, open a pack of tortillas and you'll have more Mexican food than here.

Naja, Am Ambiente und am service lässt sich nichts aussetzen da war alles im grünen Bereich. Aber........ Ich bin jetzt kein Kenner der mexikanischen Küche aber muss das alles so salzig sein? Wir waren zu fünft und bei allen Gerichten war gefühlt die haubtzutat Salz. Falls das in der mexikanischen Küche so ist betrachtet meine Bewertung als gegenstandslos. Aber noch mal werde ich das nicht probieren.

Waren heute seit langem wieder dort. Essen ist nach wie vor einfach top. Das Ambiente läd zu einem gemütlichen Abend ein. Wollten hier zu zweit Abendessen gehen und haben einen Tisch online reserviert. Leider war unser Tisch sehr klein und mitten im Gang wo andauernd Gäste und Angestellt vorbeigelaufen sind und sehe wenig Platz war. War für uns leider weniger angenehm. Nach etwas Wartezeit wurden unsere Geteänkewünsche aufgenommen. Die Cocktailauswahl ist groß und ansprechend. Die Preise in der Happy Hour sind auch wirklich nicht schlecht! Dafür würden wir auch wiederkommen. Der Service war kurz gesagt einfach nur Schlecht! 20min nach Ankunft wurden erst unsere Getränke aufgenommen und es dauerte auch nochmal schlappe 20min bis diese kamen. Nach über 1h Wartezeit um unser Essen zu bestellen und zwei missglückten Versuchen die Aufmerksamkeit einer Bedienung zu bekommen, haben wir aufgegeben, ausgetrunken, es irgendwie geschafft zu Bezahlen und dann sind wir gegangen! Ein absolutes Durcheinander und unfähige Bedienungen... hier sollte sich unbedingt was ändern! Fazit 1,5/5 Sterne aber auch nur weil die Cocktails lecker waren und die Happy Hour Preise gut waren... sonst sehr teuer

Wir waren schon lange nicht mehr da gewesen. Portion war recht klein, früher kleiner Salat mit an Teller. Geschmacklich hatte mir der Pfiff in den Gewürzen gefehlt. Insgesamt aber in Ordnung, super nette Mitarbeiterinnen, alles im Griff und zügiges an Tisch bringen. Ambiente top

Das Essen war sehr gut, die Burritos sind so gut gewesen, da würde ich mich reinlegen wollen. Ich kann gar nicht glauben, wie gut das geschmeckt hat. Wenn man etwas Gewürze mag, dann ist das Essen nur zu empfehlen. Wenn man nicht so die Gewürze mag, dann sollte man es sich nochmal überlegen. Das Essen war gut gewürzt und das hat den Geschmack ausgemacht. 10/10 würde jederzeit wieder hin.

Fantastische Cocktails, und mittlerweile super Essen. Wir kommen seit 5 Jahren immer mal wieder gerne! Korrektur unsrer Rezension von 2 Jahren. Das Essen im Enchilada hat sich unglaublich verbessert. Wir finden es authentisch mexikanisch mit guter Schärfe. Die Cocktails im Enchilada sind einfach perfekt. Nicht nur die Auswahl, sondern auch die Qualität überzeugen. Von Klassikern bis zu ausgefallenen Exoten ist alles geboten - einfach erste Klasse. Zudem gibt es viele Specials. Würfelglück vorausgesetzt, lässt sich beim Cocktailcasino der Longdrink für ein paar Euro ergattern. 5 Sterne, was sonst! Das mexikanische Essen ist lecker, die Portionen sind gut, aber nicht übermäßig. Leider lässt die Schärfe und der Pepp für den gebotenen Preis etwas missen. An manchen Tagen mussten wir knapp eine Stunde aufs Essen warten...

Wir waren vor einiger Zeit schon Mal zum Essen hier und es war damals besser als heute. Im Klo war in manchen Toiletten kein Papier. Für Rollstuhlfahrer und Menschen, die schlecht Treppen steigen können ist das Klo quasi unerreichbar, da eine lange Treppe dort hin führt. HB

Das Essen ist für die eher niedrige Qualität leider eher teuer. Dafür ist das Ambiente cool und die Bedienung sehr freundlich.

Ich war mit meinen Freundinnen im Enchilada zum Abendessen. Eine Kellnerin hat mir ausversehen einen Cocktail beim Servieren auf beide Beine geschüttet. Ich war erst richtig sauer und wollte eigentlich nach Hause. Der Chef des Hauses und das Personal waren aber mega bemüht uns den Rest des Abends so schön wie möglich zu machen inkl. Getränke+Essen auf s Haus und Föhn und Lappen im Büro sodass ich meine Hose abwaschen konnte. Ganz großes Lob an Euch♡

Bei meinem letzten Besuch im Enchiladas war ich leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Burritos hatten keinen Geschmack, und ihre viereckige und plattgedrückten Form war unansprechend im Vergleich zu den üblichen gerollten Burritos. Die Dips mit Tortillas und der Cäsar-Salat waren ebenfalls enttäuschend und wirkten insgesamt lieblos zubereitet. Obwohl Kerzenständer auf den Tischen standen, wurden sie nicht angezündet. Die Stühle waren unbequem, und der Zustand der Herrentoilette war unangenehm, sie roch schlechter als so manche Bahnhofstoilette. Der Service war in Ordnung, aber es schien niemanden zu interessieren, dass das Essen nicht zufriedenstellend war. Sehr geehrte Inhaber, ich erinnere mich an Zeiten, in denen Ihr Restaurant viel besser war.

Had a great time there! We waited slightly long to order, but nothing wild, and all the waiters were lovely! It would have been amazing to have hooks at the high tables, but we both ate great and I can only recommend!!

Ich kenne das Lokal seit vielen Jahren. Dass Essen und Trinken schmeckt gut. Das Service ist sehr nett, aber es fehlt anscheinend Personal. das führt zu Wartezeiten. Langsam sollte man ein wenig renovieren.

Good. Meets the expectations of a Mexican restaurant. Very nicely decorated, many seats (both inside and outside), very clean toilets, staff helpful & nice and a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. However, there is no indication of the quantity of the drinks, so I had to order a new one after three sips. Furthermore the portions are small But all in all, it's worth a visit!

Sehr schönes Lokal Nette Bedienung und sehr leckeres Essen. Wir kommen sehr gerne hierher, da auch meine vegetarische Tochter hier mal mehr Auswahl hat.

Beautiful place but service take FOREVERRRRRR!!! I have had nice cocktails the first time I went there but the second time, they were not good atall. Either the bar tender was overwhelmed or he didn't know how to make some cocktails right.

Das Enchilada war mal sehr lecker, aber hat in den letzten beiden Jahren sehr nachgelassen - PreisLeistung stimmt nicht mehr überein. Leider. Sind oft extra wegen dem Enchilada nach Bayreuth gekommen.

Fajitas auf einem trockenen Zucchini Beet, lieblos angemacht, gebratene Paprika Zwiebel mediterrane Gemüse fehlt auf dem das Fleisch serviert werden müsste , das Fleisch (Steak) in drei Zentimeter dicke Stücke die man nicht in die Weizen tortillas einrollen kann, Salat mit ausgetrockneten Hänchenstücke die bei jedem Discounter für unter 1 eure besser bekommt. Könnte also nur so weitergehen und derart schlechte Küche sachlich beschreiben, macht einen Bogen um dieses Restaurant, die Getränke sind alle mögelpackungen , voll mit Eis, zwei kleine Schlücke und Jumbo Glas leere

Ich war 3 Tage nach diesem Restaurant krank! Sie servieren altes Fleisch, das vor 1 Woche gekocht wurde!

Gutes Essen, oft mit interessanten Geschmacksrichtungen, sättigend und vielfältig. Mit Beilagen summiert sich der Preis. Eines der wenigen Lokale in Bayreuth mit durchgehend warmen Essen. Gute Longrinks!

Hallo Enchilada Team, vorab möchte ich sagen, dass diese Bewertungen nicht böse gemeint ist. Wir waren allerdings heute mit einigen Leute in Ihrem Etablissemente und waren insgesamt wirklich nicht zufrieden. Die Cocktails waren fast alle nicht in zufriedenstellend Zustand mit Ausnahme des Long Island Icetea und des Espresso Martini (nicht schmackhaft war der Mojito, Maj Thai, Touchdown, Whiskey Sour und Frozen Magherita). Das Essen war laut den anderen Teilnehmer okay aber etwas teuer für die Menge, welche man bekommen hatte (zusätzlich war insbesondere die Sour Cream wenig gewürzt und nicht schmackhaft ). Die Toiletten waren ekelhaft (es hat nach Urin gestunken) und das Papier in den Haltern war bereits ab 20:30 Uhr bis zum Ende geleert. Der Service war okay, aber auch nicht wirklich freundlich. Zusätzlich wurde uns fast ein Getränk zu viel berechnet. Gerne gebe ich dem Lokal eine erneute Chance, wenn ich das nächste Mal meine Freunde in Bayreuth besuche, da es viel Potential hat. Aber ich hoffe meine Kritik wird angenommen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung.

Das Essen schmeckt wirklich sehr gut und auch die Cocktails ist klasse. Allerdings finde ich es recht teuer. Außerdem ist der Biergarten zwar schön, liegt aber an so einer befahrenen Straße, so dass es nicht nur laut ist sondern es auch wahnsinnig nach Abgasen stinkt. Das gibt es in Bayreuth deutlich bessere Locations.

We looked forward to a nice evening with the family enjoying Mexican food therefore choosing Encilada. We arrived at 09:00 pm and the restaurant was not overcrowded probably also due to corona. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and our orders where taken pretty swiftly. However then the headache started, after reminding the personell four times regarding our order we finally got the food 1 1/2 hour after we ordered with the explanation it got lost. Probably nobody bothered even to check when we asked earlier. Dinner 10:30 pm with young kids is a disaster and the appetite for the food was close to zero. We did not ask for compensation as I think a good restaurant should offer it themselves when something like this happened. Generously we got offered one beer of Corona for free as compensation.....

Das Restaurant wirkt grundlegend ansprechend und kulinarisch. Finger weg vor Aktionen wie Sonntags Buffet, die NICHT statt finden trotz Buchungsbestätigung!

Rotzfreche kleine Bedienung, 1 Cocktail kam nicht, auf Bezahlung wurde trotzdem bestanden. Gegenüber wesentlich besserer Service.

Mein Freund und ich gehen hier sehr gerne hin, da es immer sehr lecker schmeckt und die Bedienungen sehr freundlich sind. Der Preis ist etwas höher als der Durchschnitt aber trotzdem noch angemessen für die Leistung dort. Mit meinen Freundinnen war ich auch schon dort und wir haben uns super Cocktails bestellt.

Wir mußten geschlagene zwei Stunden auf unser essen warten. Trotz mehrfachem Nachfragen hat sich nichts getan. Dann hieß es, dass der Bon nich in der Küche ausgedruckt wurde und unser essen jetzt in 5 min. kommt ... waren dann doch 30 min. Als Trost bekam die Dame am Tisch ein Glas Wein kostenlos ... wir waren zu Dritt. Leider ist das nun das zweite mal, dass uns das hier passiert ist. Eilig darf man es hier nicht haben. Somit werden wir eine lange, lange Pause bis zum nächsten Besuch einlegen. Das Essen ist in Ordnung und schmeckt, das Ambiente passt, es war jedoch alles sehr hektisch und laut.

Wir konnten nicht draußen sitzen, weil irgendwie wollte die Kellnerin nicht die Tische zusammen stellen und ein Bereich war schon zu. War unser letztes Mal hier!!!
