Wir waren das 1. Mal da nachdem es dort "Grichische Spezialitäten" gibt. Das Essen war super, auf Wünsche wurde problemlos eingegangen. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich. Der Service ist wirklich super und zum Schluß gab es sogar einen gratis Espresso/Cappuccino.

We visited a Greek restaurant for the first time in 20 years and were pleasantly surprised! The lunch menu offers a sufficient selection of fresh dishes that are really good value for money. The side salad was served on a large plate and everything was fresh. Gyros were crispy, yet tender and juicy. Everything tasted good and was very plentiful. The service was quick and friendly and there was also a schnapps and a coffee at the end. We'll definitely come back.

Nice cozy restaurant with good value for money. 50 euros for 2 people. Portions were ok, the taste was also delicious. The portion of meat (gyros) on one plate was a bit too large.

We were in the restaurant today for the third time, always great food and great service.

We were here for lunch, ten people. Although we only ordered for 9 people, they tried very hard to ensure that we could all sit comfortably and rearranged the restaurant for us. The service was excellent, drinks came immediately, and we didn't have to wait long for the food, even though the restaurant was very crowded. Ouzo and dessert were on the house. This is not a given. We were very pleased. We would love to come back, we really enjoyed the food. You should make a reservation so that you get a nice seat. Parking spaces are free directly in front of the door and behind the house with a parking disc.

Steak was again just like everyone at the table wanted it to be perfect at each point (different!) Salad was large (steak and salad) and the other side dishes were also very good. The service is very nice and quick. The Emmeringer has - like almost all restaurants - become a little more expensive, but there are still steaks for under €20. So it's still a price-wise recommendation for steak lovers! In summer, when the weather is good, the team serves in the beer garden, otherwise inside. Because the restaurant is always busy, a reservation is always recommended. When eating inside in the three areas it can be a bit noisy due to the number of guests. In the small adjoining room or in the counter area it is usually a little quieter. Update: Paros platter was also very tasty 😁

Top of the world. Top of all the Greek restaurants we have eaten. We have already eaten in a Greek restaurant in Freising old town, then tried many Greek restaurants in Starnberg, Nuremberg and Munich. We thought nowhere could be better than Freising. But no! Here! We stopped by the beer garden after a sunny day. We didn't have a reservation, which would have been advisable as it was quite full. Service was attentive. We got bread twice and several ouzos on the house. Portions were more than sufficient and very tasty, I had the rest packed up. Some parking spaces in the back yard.

We were curious to see whether the food was as good as the previous one. The steaks are exceptionally good and the Greek food can only be recommended

The worst service ever for take out. We called and wanted pick it up, 25 minutes was promised. Waited more then 1 hour in standing inside the garden. Service was very unfriendly and we had the feeling that our order was launched after we been there and paid. Were standing like an idiots next to the bar and watched other people in the wir mouthes. Neither drinks, nor seats were offered to us during waiting and we were lied how long it will take. Will never come there again and won’t recommend it for anybody who had hunger and wanted enjoy dinner home.

There were four of us and we sat outside. The food was medium Greek standard. Not bad, but nothing special either. The desert was a Greek ready-made product. In my opinion, the prices were not in proportion to the quality of the food. The service staff didn't understand a word of German, except for one. But they were friendly. The ambience was very nice.

We ordered, among other things, octopus. Unfortunately it was on the grill for far too long, a shoe sole would have to be better. ;) But when we told the waiter, he immediately agreed and offered us a replacement. In the end, the palate was satisfied with a couple of ouzo and expresso and of course this wasn't on the bill either. Thank you dear team, something like that can happen but that's how you should deal with it. Gyros were crispy and very good. At Taramas you could tell that it was fresh. We have been here several times since the new owner opened this restaurant. The food was great, the service too. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not soundproofed internally. The relatively high noise level remains the major drawback.

We used to always enjoy staying with the previous owner. But I have to say, the mix with Greek food is absolutely great. The owner and the waiters are absolutely great. They are constantly motivated to make the guest happy. Whether in service, space options or with free small delicacies. Just great people and Greeks. Absolutely deserve a positive review.

Formerly "Gasthaus Fuchsbichler" then "Emmeringer an den Amperauen", now a good Greek restaurant with plenty of choice and very good quality. The meat is well seasoned and fresh. The garlic baguettes are highly recommended, the steak medium is also TOP. And finally some free stuff, like melon, lolly for the children, espresso and ouso.... Keep it up. We recommend........

Since September, the Emmeringer has been a restaurant with predominantly Greek cuisine. But steaks are also offered. The staff is very friendly and attentive . The menu is very large and varied. Special requests are also happy to be fulfilled here. We were very impressed with both the food and the service. It certainly wasn't our last visit.

It was the first time at Emmeringer and I really liked it. Went there without a reservation right after the beer garden opened on Sunday. So we got space straight away. But it filled up very quickly. Reservation therefore normally makes sense. The food was very good, plentiful and prepared quickly. The waitresses were very attentive and friendly. For example, we received new bread without asking after the children had eaten the first batch. You can't complain about the price either. With drinks and starters, a family of 4 can budget just under €90 and be more than full. You can have leftovers packed up.

The quality and taste of steaks can no longer be compared with the “old” Emmeringer. Has definitely worn off. Greek food is terribly bad. Both in terms of taste and quality. As well as in Gröbenzell. It used to be good there. Now, for me, one of the worst Greeks in the district.

It's really a super Greek with high quality. The prices are reasonable. But the acoustics in the room are so high that conversation is hardly possible. That's a knockout for me. Criteria.

We were there twice and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cold starters, the very tasty calamari in an unusual preparation, a great farmer's salad, and the portion sizes. The beer garden is very cozy and could use some replanting of the hedges.

After my initial negative review, I tried the restaurant again today at lunchtime. There was very little going on (1 other person besides me). The staff was very attentive and the food was at the table very quickly. Since it opened a year ago, the interior has been redesigned, which I personally really like. The salad was good and tasted good (but I thought the salad dressing from the previous one was much better 😂). The gyros was a large portion and tasted good too. It wasn't anything special, but it was totally okay for the price. The garlic pita was convenience and therefore not worth mentioning. For a special, the gyros and the garlic pita around €19 is a very good price. If you want to eat Greek according to the price, this is the right place. If you're looking for something special, don't.

Food (gyros) was cold. No taste highlight. It took 1 ½ hours from ordering to serving. Not recommended.

Can't say anything negative! Every waiter was extremely nice and everyone was very attentive! The food came quickly and was very good. Large portions that should actually fill everyone up. In the end we even got dessert for everyone on the house without us ordering anything. The ambience is more like a tavern. But that's also because there was a tavern in the shop beforehand. Gladly again!!
