The most fantastic Asian thing we have eaten in a long time.....The soup (both chicken and beef) was very aromatic and delicious, clearly made with fresh herbs. The spring rolls as a starter were also worth it. Main courses more than sufficient and very full of flavour. so good that we went here two evenings in a row. Such a shame that we don't live nearby!

Fantastic food for a very reasonable price. Every item we ordered was very tasty and a generous portion. The bao buns were delicious, so light and fresh. There's seating outside on the patio or inside. Service was friendly and prompt

We spontaneously ate here and I was very satisfied. The restaurant is rather small, but very nicely decorated. The food was very high quality and tasty, and also very attractively prepared. The ice cream was also homemade and delicious. I would love to eat here again.

This restaurant in Prien am Chiemsee offers authentic Vietnamese dishes that are freshly prepared and refined with herbs and spices. The friendly and courteous service as well as the ability to take special requests into account are definitely plus points. The restaurant is also a good choice for vegetarians. If the ambience were even cozier, it could be perfect. Card payment is possible. Price performance is right

Hidden gem alert! The pho bo was a revelation - the broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the beef melt-in-your-mouth tender. It was easily one of the best pho I've had.

We found the EM91 by chance after a rainy morning at Lake Chiemsee. We had the summer rolls as a starter and then the bao burgers and a platter of various small dishes. Everything was very tasty, aromatic and fresh and the service was attentive and friendly. A clear recommendation!

I am really completely satisfied and thrilled. The staff is very attentive, friendly and quick. The food is delicious and what's special is that I haven't eaten so well in a long time. I can only recommend anyone who is nearby to come by.

The restaurant is excellent. Everything tastes very fresh and homemade, from the spring rolls to the red curry with a pleasant spiciness to the black sesame ice cream. It is also ideal for vegetarians. We were served in a very friendly manner and got our food without a long wait (2 people). The ambience is very appealing with subtle background music. A real stroke of luck that made us very happy. It should also be mentioned that only cash is accepted.

The food was really beautifully presented and the drink also came in a small vase 💕 The operators are incredibly friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back

We were able to sit on the terrace, the atmosphere was great, the kids really enjoyed it, everything was great and super quick. Everything really worked!

Excellent and delicious restaurant run by a nice, welcoming and a friendly couple. Food was nicely prepared with lot of vegetarian options. The noodle bowls were a pleasant surprise and the sauces prepared just right. Can also recommend the bao burger.

We called shortly after opening (5 p.m.) and made a reservation for 7:30 p.m. on the same day. When we stood in front of the restaurant there was a sign saying that it was closing at 7 p.m. today. Unfortunately we were not informed and had to go hungry and look for another restaurant.

In my opinion, undoubtedly one of the best restaurants of its kind and therefore a real win for Prien! The food is brought to you in a very short time, beautifully and lovingly decorated - the staff is always extremely friendly and asks regularly, not too intrusively but very sensitively, whether everything is OK;) The prices are fair and justified. Kind regards to the team - I regularly recommend the restaurant and am already looking forward to a visit soon;)

Came here on the cold day and a bowl of warm pho just served its justice. The broth is chef's kiss and the beef is tender. The atmosphere is uniquely tied to the south east asian vibe with wood furniture and calendar hanging on the wall. The serving plate is also cute with a little wood tray. I will definitely come back if visiting Chiemsee again :)

We decided to visit EM 1991 on Monday evening, it was open. Usually is not easy to find a place open on Monday, we traveled from Bad Endorf to Prien, really hungry of something delicious and warm, because the rainy day. After a little research on google and with the help of some reviews we decided to give a visit to this place. My first impression was that the atmosphere of the venue was not a typical Vietnamese restaurant and the name of it neither. But we decided to stay and give a look to the menu. We ordered our drinks and I thought it was a little expensive for a regular Cola or Water in a jar. So, we ordered warm Tea for the same price. The waitress came with a nice and traditional jar with a really delicious Tea. I ordered a big soup “Große Suppe” named; "Ridergulasch nach vietnamesischer Art". That is some kind of Misso soup with noodles and vegetables with some meat. And Wow! A delicious surprise. The taste was incredible and the meat so soft that was so easy to bite. My wife ordered a dish with chicken, rice, curry and vegetables that was so tasty also. At the end we ordered dessert. I choose “blacksesam eis” and my wife “Gebackene Banana”, what a great surprise. The quality, price and quantity were in an excellent balance to make everyone happy. I will comeback again soon. I really recommend it.

Perfektes Restaurant, super Gerichte und Preise!

This is my favorite asian restaurant. I have tried almost every meal on the menu (I‘m local and come here regularly) and I have never been disappointed. I love the bowls! Every sauce tastes very authentic Vietnamese. The service is wonderful and always friendly. I recommend this place to everyone! Meine Lieblingsrestaurant-asiatisch und auch sonst! Ich hab schon fast alles auf der Karte probiert (ich wohne hier) und war noch nie enttäuscht. Ich liebe vor allem die Bowls! Fantastische Saucen, die alle sehr authentisch schmecken. Die Bedienung ist wahnsinnig nett. Ich empfehle dieses Restaurant jeden, der Prien besucht.

Sehr guter Asiate und die Gerichte waren wirklich sehr gut. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man sehr gemütlich und die Bedienung ist sehr nett. Es war recht viel los und wir mussten etwas länger warten…das Essen entschädigt dafür!

Die Glasnudeln mit Tofu sowie das rote Curry mit Ente lassen nicht zu wünschen übrig. Genial! Der Service war zügig. Das Restaurant selbst ist schön eingerichtet. Leider ist es durch die Lagr an der Straße teilweise etwas laut. Dennoch spreche ich eine klare Besuchsempfehlung aus.

Leckeres Essen, gute Auswahl für vernünftige Preise, nette Bedienung und schönes Ambiente. Über Mittag gab es sogar 20% auf Hauptgerichte

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen sowie auch den Service. Wir haben mittags gegessen und haben dadurch Gebrauch gemacht von den 20 % happy hour Rabatt. Das Essen war sehr frisch und das hat man gemerkt. Die Ente war nicht wie man es von anderen Restaurants kennt, zu trocken und zäh sondern echt saftig und gut. Auch der Reis war sehr gut sowie das Gemüse, welches nicht zu weich war. Wir können das Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr gutes Essen zu einem vernünftigen Preis, das zudem noch schön angerichtet ist. Auch die Mitarbeiterin ist sehr freundlich. Kann man eigentlich nur empfehlen.

Am Ambiente sollte noch gearbeitet werden, aber Essen und Service kann so bleiben, es war lecker und wir würden nett bedient.

Vietnamesisches Essen vom Feinsten, tolle Auswahl, authentisch, wunderschön präsentiert und hervorragender Geschmack. Schneller, freundlicher Service. Die Terrasse könnte ein bisschen schöner gestaltet werden, aber sonst top. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gutes Essen mit frischen Zutaten. Das Essen schaut nicht nur super aus, auch geschmacklich echt wahnsinnig gut! Der Service ist sehr freundlich und das Restaurant geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Klare Empfehlung!

Also es sieht alles sehr schön aus. Es gibt Happy-Hour mit 20% Rabatt bis 1500. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön und es riecht gut. Wir wollten schon hineingehen, als wir eine Ratte entdeckt haben, die dort völlig unbehelligt auf der Terrasse umherspaziert ist und sich dann schließlich ins Haus begeben hat. Obwohl wir frenetische geschrien haben, hat sich keiner der anderen Gäste daran gestört, die Bedienung auch nicht. Vielleicht ist es eine Hausratte. Jedenfalls hatten wir dann Angst und haben nur noch ein kleines Gedicht verfasst: Rudi, die Ratte, Im Restaurant voller Schrecken. EM 1991. Gäste erschrecken.

- Richtig gute Gurken. - Frühlingsrollen waren auch ziemlich gut. - Soße war nicht zu scharf. - Die Beeren im Hugo, erste Klasse. - Tolles Wetter. - Straße hat auch nicht aufgeregt. - Man konnte mit Paypal zahlen. Empfehlung: seid doch mal etwas verrückt und fangt mit der Nachspeise an! Daumen hoch. Gute Preise.

haben selten so lecker gegessen, grosses lob. auch die optik drr Speisen war echt toll. innen sieht es aus wie in einer alten urbayerischen kneipe, wir sassen jedoch auf der Terrasse.

Gemütliche und einladende Atmosphäre. Die Wände sind mit wunderschönen vietnamesischen Kunstwerken geschmückt und es gab traditionelle Musik im Hintergrund. Es fühlte sich wirklich so an, als wäre ich direkt nach Vietnam gereist. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam und hat mich sehr hilfsbereit beraten, als ich nach ihren Empfehlungen gefragt habe Das Essen war umwerfend. Die Brühe war so reichhaltig und voller Aromen und das Rindfleisch war so zart und perfekt gewürzt. Jeder Löffel war ein Geschmackserlebnis. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist absolut angemessen mit der hoher Qualität. Die Leidenschaft des Inhabers war spürbar. Ich kann kaum auf den nächsten Besuch warten. Wenn du auf der Suche nach einem echten vietnamesischen Genuss bist, würde ich das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Schöne und besondere Einrichtung. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Freundliche Bedienung. Beim ersten Mal mit 2 Personen kam das Essen innerhalb von 15 min. Beim 2. Besuch mit 11 Personen mussten wir über 2h auf unser Essen warten! Die Getränke kamen auch erst nach 45 Minuten. Keinerlei Erklärung, Entschuldigung oder Nachlass. Für kleine Gruppen (2-3 Personen) zu empfehlen. Alles darüber hinaus mit entsprechend langer Wartezeit. Kartenzahlung ist momentan nicht möglich.

Mal nicht 0-8-15 sondern sehr schönes Ambiente, sehr nette und motivierte Inhaber und super leckeres Essen. Für jeden Geschmack was dabei. War nicht mein letzter Besuch.

Hervorragendes rotes Curry,die Ente perfekt gegart und sehr zart.Die Vorspeise war ebenfalls super und das zu sehr fairen Preisen. Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Dieses Lokal sollte viel besser besucht sein !!!

Das Essen war fein abgeschmeckt und sehr lecker, alles war frisch zubereitet und einfach köstlich. Der Service war schnell und sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
