Super Tacos..! War eher ne spontane Entscheidung zwischendurch, aber ich und mein Sohn kommen wieder. Dankeschön und bitte weiter so!

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ort. Die haben sehr leckeres essen. Die Mitarbeiter sind korrekt und nett und hilfsbereit. Es ist insgesamt sehr angenehm dort und kann jeden nur weiterempfehlen.

Per Zufall entdeckt und für sehr lecker und gut empfunden. Sehr gute Portion.

Ehrliche Erfahrung Mein Freund und ich bestellten hier Rindfleisch-Tacos. Ich bekam Tacos voller Pommes und mit sehr wenig Rindfleisch. Auf Nachfrage hieß es nur: „So ist es eben.“ Das Personal ist manchmal unhöflich, und ich hatte eine schreckliche Erfahrung mit den Tacos. Seitdem habe ich keine mehr gegessen. Ich schrieb noch am selben Tag eine Bewertung, die Google Maps wegen angeblicher Verleumdung löschen ließ. Ich habe aber nie etwas Falsches geschrieben. Anmerkung: Ich gebe ihnen 2 Sterne, weil sie sich sonst bei Google beschweren und meine Bewertung gelöscht wird. Sie verdienen überhaupt keinen Stern.

1 Stern ist eigentlich noch zu viel. Ich habe einen Taco bestellt, der auf Lieferando lediglich mit Pommes beschrieben wurde. Nirgendwo wurde erwähnt, dass Hühnerfleisch enthalten ist. Erst beim Essen musste ich feststellen, dass Fleisch im Taco war. Als Vegetarierin empfinde ich das nicht nur als ärgerlich, sondern als absolut inakzeptabel. Fleisch ist keine Gewürzzutat, die man mal eben in der Beschreibung vergessen kann. Eine korrekte Kennzeichnung von Inhaltsstoffen sollte das absolute Minimum sein. Besonders wütend macht mich die dadurch verursachte Lebensmittelverschwendung. Nachdem ich bemerkt habe, dass Fleisch enthalten ist, konnte ich das Essen selbstverständlich nicht weiter essen und musste es wegwerfen. Für das Tier ist es gestorben, ich habe dafür bezahlt und am Ende landet es wegen eurer mangelhaften Beschreibung im Müll. Sinnloser kann man Lebensmittel kaum verschwenden. Wer seine Speisekarte so schlecht pflegt, sollte sich nicht wundern, wenn Kunden das Vertrauen verlieren. Für Vegetarier und Menschen mit bestimmten Ernährungsweisen ist so etwas schlicht untragbar. Nie wieder.

Nach meinem Besuch in diesem Café hatte ich starke Bauchschmerzen und Verdauungsbeschwerden. Zum Glück war die Toilette in der Nähe. Wäre das auf dem Weg passiert, ich weiß nicht, was dann geschehen wäre. Ich werde dieses Café nie wieder betreten. Und ja, das Personal dort ist inkompetent. Außerdem musste ich ewig auf meine Bestellung warten. Ich musste sie daran erinnern, dass ich bereits 30 Minuten wartete, obwohl ich der einzige Gast im Café war.

Even one star is a lot! I ordered yesterday at 11:37 PM through a delivery service that this restaurant officially partners with. The delivery was scheduled for around 12:30 AM. It's now 1:30 AM and nothing has arrived. The restaurant is officially open until 4:00 AM, the phone number is correct, everything is in order – yet no one came, no one answered the phone. I only received a belated response from the delivery service – with previous orders, delays were at least communicated in a timely manner, or I received a phone call. This time, I had to take care of it myself, only to receive the curt reply that they might not be accepting any more customers and that I should cancel the order. I waited almost two hours, stood there hungry without food, and was even prepared to leave a tip – everything was ready, but no one came. If a restaurant accepts orders, it must also be able to deliver, whether directly or through a partner. This behavior is disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This is no way to treat paying customers – very disappointing!

Warning: Food is lying on the floor. The place is very dirty. I had very, very severe stomach pains after eating there. I wouldn't recommend it.

I called and said the Coke had been forgotten, but there was no apology, nothing, just a stupid "we forgot it." Very unprofessional.

I ordered Ellos tacos late in the evening, the food was so awful it ruined the whole next day.

It tastes awful, especially not like a taco.

I ordered a halloumi taco through Lieferando and received a taco with halloumi and chicken. Unfortunately, I only noticed the chicken on the taco while eating it. As a vegetarian of over 10 years, it's outrageous to have to bite into meat and then be told on the phone that it was 100% cheese and vegetables. They offered to send me a new taco, but unfortunately, that never happened. It's a shame, but I'll never order from them again.

I ordered food on November 2nd, 2025 at 6 PM. My partner and I waited over two hours and called twice. The first time they said it would take ten minutes, and the second time eight. I find that incredibly disrespectful. Then they told us it would take about 60 minutes. We ordered at 6 PM, and by 8:45 PM, nothing had arrived. This is absolutely unacceptable! I'm furious! Eight minutes have passed, and still nothing. It makes me so angry! This is beyond words!

Dear Ellos Tacos Team, We would like to complain about our order today. We have been waiting for three tacos since 6:42 PM, and so far – after more than two hours – the delivery still hasn't arrived. We have already called twice, and both times we were assured that the delivery driver would be here in five minutes. Unfortunately, this hasn't happened yet. We are extremely dissatisfied with this situation and would like to let you know that we will reflect this in our review. We request a response and an explanation as to how this delay could have occurred. Furthermore, it still hasn't arrived.

Ignoring the pest that are "french tacos": My fries and chicken taco where clearly put in the same oil as the fish, Disgusting and unhygienic Staff was super impolite for literally no reason, I guess they were tired I'd say that is all forgivable if it was late, but it was 10 pm (place is open till 4 am) and it wasn't even full. There are literally hundreds of better options around, stay away from another fake taco place

It was incredibly delicious, but it took 20 minutes for our food to be ready. But the wait was worth it; we'll be back.

The employee made a taco with spicy sauce 3 times even though he had been instructed 3 times not to make it spicy (if you don't feel like working then you should leave it).

Good alternative to kebab. The place is clean, the food is cheap and also very tasty (tacos are not dry, with enough sauce in them). You can't go wrong visiting the store.

Were there last night. The service was absolutely unfriendly and disinterested. I had looked at the menu and wanted to know which one was the Marquess Taco. Unfortunately service wasn't that good. The younger employee didn't really notice us and answered quite ignorantly. Sure, I can understand that there aren't always good days, but we didn't talk rudely and had a neutral tone. Anyway, we wanted to eat there until the employee started making the music louder so that we couldn't hear each other anymore, so we took the food to go. The food itself was tasty, prices were good and opening hours were pretty good, but all the service made it taste less. Unfortunately, an order was also recorded incorrectly and the employee didn't really care.

What you get here is a lot, but A: not a taco and B: not tasty. What you get is a mishmash of dry fries and, in my case, dry chicken meat, rancid cheese that should have been in the trash can for at least half a week and a generous amount of mayonnaise wrapped in a toasted flatbread. Smells like it tasted and leaves an unpleasant feeling in the mouth.

I actually wanted a Dürüm Falafel, but then spontaneously got a falafel taco from Ellos Tacos. Grilled dumpling filled with fries, falafel, tomatoes etc., sauce and cheese. I found it very tasty. And the staff was friendly.

Great team, super delicious food. I've heard from friends that ordering isn't that practical (same problem as with burgers, etc.), so go straight there. The waiting times aren't long and the tacos are simply delicious! By the way, I always take the one with halloumi.

Unfortunately, what is sold as “tacos” in the three Bochum shops, e.g. OTacos, is not a taco. This is some kind of cheese sandwich.

I drove specifically from Gelsenkirchen to Bochum. Food to go. Cool concept of “tacos”. Had tuna, chicken and mixed. I liked the mixed taco best. It's like a burger with fries but as a burrito. 👍🏻 Will definitely come again.

The employees somehow get after everyone, which is very strange and makes you feel very uncomfortable, they talk while they work and seem very dubious.

We were there very early on Saturday and had to wait a little longer. We haven't had this type of taco before. I had the shrimp taco and my son had the tuna taco. As a whole it was very tasty. The combination with the sauce and the fries was surprising but tasty and the price was reasonable at 6.50 euros per piece. All in all, I was inspired and will make this form of tacos myself. Delicious, large selection and good price/performance ratio. What was not acceptable at all was the grotesque behavior of the staff. Customers with a migration background were given priority.

It was my first time ordering tacos from Ellis, and even though it was a little further away, the food was still delivered very warm. The driver was also very nice and accommodating. I was impressed by the quality of the food – it really tasted very good. I will definitely order there again and again.

Walked past it quite often, looked curiously and didn't buy anything. This time I finally decided to do it and was really happy with it. The food is super good and the tacos combine a bunch of good fresh ingredients, with the good experience when the sauce collects at the bottom of the dumpling and then the last bites are particularly intense. Every bite was super tasty and also super filling. Since the main street outside is not always pleasant and there is a lot of foot traffic, there is a little deduction in the ambience, but that doesn't take away from the food at all.

No matter how delicious it is, it takes too long. Sometimes we waited 40 - 60 minutes, and that's just too much for dast-food.

That's not French tacos what I ate there. The thickness, consistency and sauce is very weak, quality too. The amount of fries and meat is very small and not at all the amount of a normal French taco. Waiting forever for food and then you get something like this. This is a crepe, not a taco. You don't pay €6 for something like that! Not recommended!!!

They are not tacos, they are closer to fajitas with different fillings. Other than that the food is good, the portions are big and it's one of my favorite fast food options at Bochum.

The tacos taste good, but the fries that were included had two long hairs in them. Because of this I lost my appetite and therefore a star.

After waiting 30 minutes and asking five times, I received the wrong taco. Feeling like you have experienced a lengthy odyssey instead of “fast food”. Why do you have to give in to this unreasonable padded cell vibe for a taco that takes a minute to make? Soon only via Lieferando. This is foolproof and doesn't overwhelm the workforce.

Wir haben drei verschiedene Tacos bestellt (beef, chicken und Margez) und alle waren wirklich sehr gut. Der Mitarbeiter hat uns sofort bedient und das Essen sehr schnell zubereitet. Ihr habt einen drei neue Kunden gewonnen.

Die Tacos, wie die sie anbieten kennt man so noch nicht und ist dementsprechend eine neue schöne Abwechslung. Der Mitarbeiter hat extra überzogen und war trotzdem noch super nett zu uns. Das Essen schmeckt super, für das was es ist!

Kleiner imbissähnlicher Laden mit überschaubarem Menüangebot. Die Tacos und Beilagen werden frisch zubereitet und schmecken echt gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und fix. Die Sauberkeit, auch im Küchenbereich, war nicht zu beanstanden.

It was kinda tasty but totally not authentic. They don’t even serve tacos in a place called Ellos TACOS:/ The thing they’re selling is like burrito and they put fries in it which is devastating. The meat was alright but the fries are an abomination. The food was alright except the fries. The place itself is so not Mexican. They sell ayran and stuff and not a single Mexican beverage. No snacks except the fries too.

War gestern dort. Halbe Stunde gewartet immer noch kein Essen bekommen. Bin dann zum hin Mitarbeiter und habe nachgefragt. Er meinte „ja wir wissen Bescheid.“ Dann sehe ich wie andere Leute trotzdem vor mir Essen bekommen haben. Völlig respektlos ehrlich!! Dann schaue ich nach über 30 min auf den Grill und der ist einfach LEER. Kein Taco drauf. Finde sowas so frech habe sowas noch nie erlebt. Werde nicht mehr dort warten. Mitarbeiter arbeiten so langsam wie eine Schnecke!!
