The owner's behavior is absolutely appalling. First, he accepted our reservation for the table, then he simply resold the second hour, kicked us out, offered no apology, no refund, and had the nerve to point out that we had the second hour included in our discount voucher, and that if he can make money, he'll take it. With this kind of business practice, I'm starting to question the restaurant's credibility...

Convenience food, I suspected as much when I saw the extensive menu. One dish looked just like the next. Fresh cuisine is something completely different. And then there was the time pressure. The whole concept is ridiculous... Italian cuisine, yeah right.
