No service outside. Absolutely unacceptable. Ice cream tastes more like water. Canned fruit is overly sweet and almost mushy. The price for the delivered ice cream is extortionate. Never again. Not recommended at all.

I visited this ice cream parlor yesterday afternoon and I have to say I had the best ice cream of my life. A true Italian ice cream parlor. You could tell it was still made the old way, with an excellent creaminess. The staff is super friendly and organized, not to mention the cleanliness. A scoop at this ice cream parlor costs €1.40, which I think is far too little for the quality they offer. The only criticism is that you can't pay by card, but if I were in the owner's shoes, I probably would have chosen to do so, because the low price and the lack of a card payment commission would make their work even less valuable. Undoubtedly the best ice cream parlor in the Sauerland region that I've ever tried.

Spaghetti ice cream didn't have a full flavor, and the aftertaste was even very watery. There was no hint of vanilla. The prices were quite expensive: spaghetti ice cream, 2 scoops with sauce and cream, €7.40. One is enough.

I wanted 3 different ice cream scoops but most of the scoops had the same taste, (chocolate, vanilla, caramel, all with lemon flavor) just a different color. The chocolate one, the worst I've ever tasted. And the fact that they have tables outside and a menu, misleads you that someone will come to take your order.

NO service outside, but the same/more expensive prices as other ice cream parlors. Ice cream tastes watery & the espresso is a disaster for an Italian ice cream parlor with a portafilter. The location is probably the only thing keeping the store running. Better go somewhere else.

Cozy family-run ice cream cafe in Plettenberg. The ice cream 🍨 is very tasty, the prices are reasonable. Without Ice Sagui, summer is not summer.

The tablecloths were clean (you should also say something positive!) Ice cream and coffee were thin and boring, no service outside, no card payment. But it still seems to be popular, for whatever reason.

As a native of Plettenberg, I have been eating ice cream there for years. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I think the quantity is extremely overpriced for the price. The ice cream also tasted watery. In addition, the outdoor area is only self-service while the indoor area is served at the same price. Unfortunately, the good old ice cream parlor Sagui, which I have known for over 40 years, is no longer there. Very unfortunate

The location and service are good, but I cannot say the same for the ice cream. I can say that even the ice cream from mobile ice cream shops is better than this. Also, the portions are very small.

The ice coffee Sagui offers a good price-performance ratio. The ice cream flavors taste good and the service is very friendly. One star deduction for the lack of card payment and there is only self-service. Nevertheless, I would like to come back next time I visit Plettenberg. Thanks for the delicious ice cream.

The staff is friendly, the ice cream tastes mediocre, but the fact that card payments are not accepted here because of supposedly small amounts is an excuse, not customer-friendly, and no longer up-to-date! You just have to look at the prices for the ice cream sundaes. A rogue who thinks evil...

Yesterday I took an ice cream cone in my hand. Price as usual now. The yoghurt and lemon ice cream was delicious.

From the ice cream taste to the quantity/size per scoop, just disappointing, watery and not creamy at all. Pretty much all the other ice cream parlors in the area can do this better. We won't be coming back.

Very nice place. In the center of a charming town. It is also possible to take a seat in the "garden" and enjoy delicious ice cream and desserts. Rich selection. Viel zu teuer der Kaffee für 4.40€ der Eis hat geschmeckt

Wir waren heute das erste Mal dort und waren vom Eis so begeistert, eins der besten, die wir gegessen haben, da kann jemand sein Handwerk! Kaffee hat noch Luft nach oben. Leider Selbstbedienung, aber das Café liegt sehr gut.Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung und wir kommen wieder.

Selbstproduziertes Eis, moderate Preise

Eis schmeckte wässrig und ich hatte ein Haar im Eis..

Traditions Kaffee, Preise je Kugel Eis ist akzeptabel und trotz der guten Qualität sehr gut. Der Eispreis ist seit Jahren kaum angestiegen und dies obwohl das Eis hier noch selber von Hand produziert wird.

Sehr leckeres Eis in zentraler Lage. Das Eis schmeckt wirklich gut und kann zu 100% weiterempfohlen werden. Die Lage ist einfach super zentral in der Stadt.

Das Eis ist sehr frisch und fruchtig, ein Genuss von hochwertigen Eis

Hier darf man wirklich echten italienische Eisspezisltäten genießen, hier gibt es original Tartufo mit Mandelkrokant, Cassatta mit kandierten Früchten jede Sorte ist ein Gaumen- Hochgenuss, komme seit Jahrzehnten früher schon beim Senior Klasse heute 1. Spitzenklasse, komme mittlerweile von 50 km Entfernung und das Alles bei vernünftigen Preisen. Der Winter ist schwer ohne Sagui Eis. Danke für so viel Gutes.

Eiskaffee und Eisbecher in Plastik. Ist nicht so umweltfreundlich. Kein Service mehr am Tisch, sondern Selbstbedienung...Lädt finde ich nicht zum verweilen ein. Personal ist nett.

Sagui gehört einfach zu Plettenberg, ohne diese tolle Eisdiele würde ein Stück der Plettenberger Innenstadt fehlen. An sonnigen Tagen kommt man nicht umher sich dort eine leckere Abkühlung in Form von Eis oder Shakes zu gönnen. Ansonsten gibt es auch sehr guten Kaffee. Es ist immer wieder schön sich dort eine kleine Auszeit zu gönnen oder mit Freunden dort zu treffen.
