Eis Cafe Gambino in Bad Pyrmont

We have been guests in Schellental several times. Most recently on Valentine's Day, when we were able to enjoy a three-course menu. The food was really perfect. There's really nothing to complain about. Added to this was the extremely friendly staff. And we also like the ambience, even if it was perhaps a little too brightly lit that evening. But that's moaning at a high level. We always look forward to an evening in Schellental, which always offers special offers (pasta buffet, schnitzel buffet, kale buffet, etc.). The team comes up with something and, in my opinion, it is well received by many guests.

Wir gehen immer wieder gerne ins Tempo di Pizza. Der Name wurde vor einiger Zeit geändert. Sehr gute Pizzen mit dünnem Boden und guten Belägen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Good, fast delivery service, but there is potential for improvement in terms of quality. Rotisserie plate without a small side salad, pizza too greasy and the Lamacun was cold upon delivery. The yogurt sauce with a light mint flavor is positive.

We had dinner there last week. To our regret we have to say that the meat/steak/fillet was fried to death. Burnt onions. The service was unfriendly, rude, insulting. The customer was definitely not a king. This was the worst restaurant we visited in Bad Pyrmont. Definitely not recommended... there are other great restaurants in Bad Pyrmont. The following addition to your answer from February 5, 2025: Without asking what the cooking point should be, I assume that the meat/steak will be served medium rare, which is how we would have liked to eat it. Pork fillet was (fried) with spaetzle and salad Beef rump skewer was (well-fried) with fries without salad. Neither are intermediate dishes. We were very friendly. Your answers to our questions were too much for you. Another colleague ordered two entrees and a salad, that's right, and didn't know that she was only allowed to go to the buffet once. Unfortunately she didn't see her notice at the buffet...that you can only have it once, she didn't know about the salad buffet, normally the buffet includes that you can go more often. They then pointed out to you that there was a sign hanging at the buffet, which unfortunately, as I said, you didn't see. When you paid, you insulted her unjustifiably. As we left, we politely said goodbye, to which you responded with “hopefully never again.” And now I'm looking forward to your answer...as I said, the customer is king...we couldn't explain why you were so attached to us and if you ask at the table whether it tasted good and we say it was at best ok, it was the truth...sorry...but a host treats customers differently...

Bought food there twice, unfortunately it didn't taste great, hardly any seasoning, it was served to go in an aluminum bowl (provably poisonous) Owners are friendly, prices are very reasonable.
