As a barista myself, I requested a flat white. What I was given was similar to a cappuccino with frothy milk when in fact a flat white should be made with texturing the milk to create a smooth, silky drinking experience. As for the coffee flavour itself, it was poor quality with a dark roast flavour and tasted burnt. I've never been so offended drinking a coffee. I'm glad I'm going back to England.
