I had an appetite for kebab that Sunday, but where can you buy a delicious kebab on "Lord's Day" in Cottbus and the surrounding area, the only place that came to mind was "Efes Döner" opposite the Spremberger Tower. What can I say, everything was to my satisfaction, friendly, courteous staff, pleasant atmosphere and the kebab was also delicious 😋, what more could you want! Conclusion: If you are looking for a delicious kebab in Cottbus and the surrounding area on a Sunday, you are in the best hands at “Efes Döner”, I can only warmly recommend it! 👍

The best kebab shop in Cottbus. I love their kebab, Sunday is kebab day for me and it's from Efes. Very consistent taste, the sauces are great. Hot sauce with garlic sauce is good. They have burgers, fries and beer too. The fried chicken in the burger is nice and crispy and soft on the inside, just like their donor bread. The atmosphere is one of the best I've ever seen in a kebab shop. However, I would suggest improving the quality of the salad. The location is just perfect, at the end of the Altmarkt, a walk at night after a Dönor is a pleasant experience

Tasty and at a decent price. Possibility to pay by card. €10 is their advantage. Not many seats in the place.

We came into the store, the staff was unfriendly: "Will it be or do we just want to stand around?" The five of us were still briefly looking at what we should order. Indoor tables not cleaned and edges partially damaged, children could easily cut themselves. Because of this we went out, there was rubbish on the tables outside and the floor was full of food leftovers, cleaning is probably not done during serving times. We then had to go to the toilet there for a moment, please don't do that to yourself. No soap, rotten looking and smelling furniture, sticky toilets and uncleaned bowls, and no towels to dry off or anything else. The food was okay. With the fries you didn't ask what you wanted on it and half a soup of ketchup and mayo was poured on it. The kebab itself was quite tasty. However, the Vietnamese guy looked much cleaner and would initially be the target, but this dirty place is not recommended.

A cool place with tasty kebabs in the very center of the city. Nice service. The guys even try to talk to each other in Polish. For €8.50 you can definitely eat a set of kebab + fries and wash it down with a cola. Large selection of beers. Including, of course, my favorite Turkish holiday drink - Efes.

I ate there on April 4th, 2024 and my wife and I both suffered from food poisoning. Otherwise always satisfied but will now eat kebab somewhere else.

Good kebab and nice atmosphere. The cleanliness on and under the tables still needs to be worked on. The price I paid wasn't entered into the cash register, it was just "filed"!

The employees are characterized by their extraordinary friendliness, without ever seeming intrusive. Her ability to fulfill every individual desire and delight the senses is truly admirable. Even with the rare misunderstandings, the team always proves to be extremely customer-oriented and always finds a solution that satisfies the customer. Their generosity is as remarkable as their prices, which are more than reasonable compared to the dining experience on offer. The emphasis on hygiene is paramount in this restaurant and is carried out with the utmost care. It is not surprising that Efes Kebab is considered the most popular kebab in the city, because they truly deserve this award. Personally, I would like to give this extraordinary place 6 stars if it were possible, and have done so for the proud 8 years.

To be honest, all doner shops taste the same to me now. They’re just a place to get a quick bite to eat in reasonable prices and this one is no different. Just maybe a nicer menu display board. So …

It always depends on who makes the kebabs. Overall, I'm still dissatisfied. When you're stressed, the meat doesn't cook well. Plus, you always end up using too much of what you want to get rid of. Thanks for that. Oh, and there are people hanging around in front of the store who just punch you in the face at night.

Doner kebab was tasty, but could have been a little bigger or more meat for my taste. Bread OK but nothing special, sauces tasty but none that stand out enormously. The staff was nice, but stressed and therefore unfortunately a mistake was made that we only noticed when we got home. The kebab plate for my father was also veal, instead of chicken as requested. The price is okay, especially the kebab box costs even more in our village.

Efes tastes very tasty but the order was packaged incorrectly for the 4th time. With 5 kebab men and just one customer at a time of 4-5 people, something like that shouldn't happen. Unfortunately you cannot check the food on site as it is well packaged. I'm starting to get tired of ordering from them when things go wrong so often.

Stani kebab, nothing special but you can treat yourself

Unbelivably terrible and humiliating experience. I wanted to buy a combo to eat there, but nobody asked anything and they started to pack my order for a take-out. Okay, nevermind. I wanted to bring a fork or something and go to take a seat. The guy stopped me, gave a paper cutlery for take-out instead and gave me a fully packed order. I've become a little awkward because of misunderstandings (or just their wish to kick me out) and was literally laughed and stared at. Is this a turkish hospitality? Hell no, I won't come closer than 100m to this place anymore. Not that I wanted, because it's located in the worst hole of this city, inhabited by drugged youth and gangs. Food was just as bad as every other doner you can buy anywhere, and they even "forgot" to give me a drink.

Immer schnelle Bedienung. Super essen und das Ambiente, außer ein paar komischen besoffen Menschen ganz gut. Bin hoch zufrieden mit dem Döner usw. Mega gut !!!!! Der Salat, immer frisch und super. Kann nichts dagegen sagen. Die negativen Bewertungen, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Man sollte sich aber immer ein einges Bild machen, bevor man Urteilen kann. Also, probiert es selber aus. Es ist gar nicht schlecht. Und einen schlechten Tag, kann man überall Mal erwischen.

War lange schon hier nicht mehr essen. Besuch hat sich echt gelohnt! Schönes, verändertes Ambiente, freundliches Team und geschmacklich ein sehr gut gemachter Döner. Komme gerne wieder - Empfehlenswert 👍

Frisches Gemüse, gutes Fleisch, gute Portion und Preis auch fair. 1 Stern Abzug für die Kräutersauce, die leider nach nichts geschmeckt hat. Ansonsten alles top.

Wirklich top Döner. Man ist aus Berlin ja gute Döner gewöhnt und wird dann außerhalb schnell enttäuscht. Dem war hier aber nicht so. Es passte fast alles. Die Knoblauchsauce war sehr geil mit kleinen Knoblauchflocken drin. Dazu ein wirklich leckeres Fleisch und eine mehr als frische Salateinlage. Die Portion ist auch mehr als amtlich. Für 6€ bekommt man hier einen richtig großen Döner serviert. Dazu ist der Gastraum sehr sauber und modern und es gibt zahlreiche Plätze drinnen wie draußen. Hätte nicht gedacht das man on Cottbus einen derartig guten Döner bekommt. Klasse!

Sehr guter Döner . Sehr freundliche Bedinung, sehr hygienisch & sauber und Lecker. Ich finde aber das die Döner Recht klein Geworden sind. Geschmacklich wart ihr früher besser. Daher 4 Sterne. Da sehe ich Antep wirklich mittlerweile Geschmacklich und Preiseistungsmäßig ein Stück vor euch.

TOP!!!! Ich kann wirklich un-übertrieben behaupten, dass DAS der beste, leckerste und schnellste Döner meines Lebens war!!! Ich habe für 6€ einen sehr sehr großen Döner bekommen, und für 50ct gab es nochmal 2 Upgrades, um die Größe zu steigern. Der Döner wurde im schönen und sauberen Lokal so schnell wie noch nie serviert: Danke der Ausgeklügelten Arbeitsteilung: Die Soßen waren Mega, und der Geschmack wirklich Einzigartig aber halt Klassisch. Ich wohne zwar 2h mit dem Zug vom Kebap entfernt, würde aber den langen weg wieder auf mich nehmen, um euch nochmal zu besuchen!!! STARK!!!

Just fantastic doner. They advertise as the best in town and it's true! Inexpensive, great selection and everything was wonderfully fresh. Staff were great and we got a beautiful meal. Will definitely return if I am in the area.

Daje 5 gwiazdek, mimo ze Panowie zmienili dostawce bułki - jednym słowem tamta była lepsza.. za to lokal tez się zmienił na plus. Maja nawet Polskiego Żubra ;-) Nie jest to Mustafa Kebap z zasmażanymi warzywami, tutaj są surowe, ale za to nie musisz czekać 2h w kolejce, oraz posiadają toaletę. Jeżeli chodzi o ceny to jest tanio. Aktualizacja: maj 2023 Niestety ale po ostatniej wizycie mam mieszane uczucia. Prawie całkowity brak sosów w dwóch zamówieniach, wiec nie była to kwestia jednego przypadku. Szkoda, ale muszę odjąć jedną gwiazdkę.

Vorweg: Das ist ein Dönerladen. Hier ist man auf der Suche nach feinen Speisen sicher falsch. Aber wenn man sich für Döner entschieden hat, ist man hier goldrichtig! Zügige Bedienung, eine Riesenportion, mit der man selbst nach einem Tag fasten Probleme hat. Die Soßen und auch der Döner selbst sind sehr lecker. Der Salat ist bunt, reichhaltig und frisch. Das Ganze gibt es auch noch recht preiswert. Eine klare Empfehlung. Zum Ambiente: Der Ausrichtung angemessen, man kann gut sitzen.
