Local located a stone's throw from Alexander Platz and the radio tower. Struck by the beautiful and numerous reviews I decided to try this restaurant for my last meal in Berlin. Very strong smell of spices upon entry, bordering on annoying. Sparse location composed of fake flowers both on the ceiling and in corners of the restaurant. Attractive menu but not noteworthy execution. No dish I tried caught my attention. There were 6 of us and no one was satisfied. Dishes heavily loaded with seasonings but not well balanced, more linked to quantity than quality and harmony of flavours. It didn't convince me in any way.

We wanted to go out to eat there yesterday, Saturday. We also had to wait and it wasn't a problem. There was a small two free tables, very narrow and very close to the other guests. It didn't work at all, there was no space on the left and right The window was free because the guests were ready and I sat down there quickly. There was no reservation in sight, there was no sign on the table. Then a very, very unfriendly waitress came and told me to do it. I should please get up Put the small, narrow two tables back, the larger one should remain free in case a group of more than 2 people comes. I explained to her in a friendly manner that the small table was too narrow for me and that there was no space there and I'm not fat. She insisted that I should leave the largest table, which only had room for 3 people. Otherwise she wouldn't serve us. I haven't experienced anything like that in a long time, outrageous and cheeky. This restaurant doesn't deserve a star .She said beforehand that it would be better to make a reservation, but with 2 people she put us in a small space... guaranteed just to accommodate a lot of people... that's not possible... and we were only on a stopover in Berlin and thought we were guests Welcome.Another employee got the dilemma and offered a table outside on October 19th at 7:00 p.m. Where it is cold in autumn. Just as outrageous. We left and ate in another very nice German restaurant. It was really tasty there and the staff were friendly and friendly, the tables weren't so cramped. Warmth and hospitality was still worth something to them... so dear Berlin guests, think twice about where you go to eat. We can only advise against this restaurant because of its unfriendly manner. Unfortunately, we couldn't try the food.

The service was great and the food was outstanding. They have a novel little cube that offers candlelight for the table but you can press it for service or to pay and it changes color. Great as you don’t need to spend time attracting attention of servers but also they leave you alone so you can enjoy your meal

We were lucky to get a table here during the Festival of Lights. A short stroll from Alexanderplatz on our way to the Berliner Dom. The food is excellent and is backed up by great service and a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Very nice decoration and good food!

Nice pho, only problem was it was way to small of a bowl of pho. Some ordered chicken with rice noodles, and also fried Udon noodles. Friendly service, and place was pretty packed for lunch. Everything was really delicious and table had a light cube for either ordering and also same time paying the bill 😊 nice way to get attention instead of always looking for a server.

Standart Vietnamese food. The octopus was the best within the dishes that we have tried. The rest was quite standard. We waited an extra 15 minutes passing our reservation time, which wasn't pleasant. Overall, in my experience, the restaurant seemed a bit overrated.

Below average, especially in terms of prices (€16-20 per main course). My chicken bun (usually lukewarm) came in a shallow cold plate. The salad was so cold it hurt my teeth. The sauce had a bland taste, no trace of lime, fish sauce or herbs. When I asked for additional sauce, for example something with chili, I was only offered the same sauce, at least at no extra cost.

We just walked in without booking,it was extremely busy but the waiter asked if we would be willing to have a table inside for 45 mins,as they were expecting a large party.We accepted and our order was taken very quickly and the food arrived speedily.We had plenty of time to enjoy our delicious food and then continued our drinks outside.They provided fleece blankets and it had a lovely ambience too.Each waiter kept apologising for us only having the inside table for a short while,but it was perfect.Thank you Eden,would highly recommend!

Very nice service. We were very satisfied with the food. On the one hand, we had the curry with the cross-fried duck Passion fruit - coconut - ginger sauce with octopus and rice. The second dish was very fruity. We will definitely go there again on our next visit to Berlin. We also really liked the furnishings and decoration.

The food is good, however the menu is very deceptive , they sell wine by the glass, BUT, your not really getting a glass of wine, your getting an once of wine, basically the same amount you would be getting at a winery in a tasting , so $4.00 euro for an once, not a real good deal for the customer. Secondly, if you ask some one what they think pho is, I am sure they would respond that it is a bowl of soup, and good soup at that, well they sell a pho Tran , well the menu never mentions the fact that it is not a soup, but a dry pho, very disappointing in that they don’t point this out on their menu, so you order and it is not what you thought. So that this place with a grain of caution . Very disappointing .

Today, two friends and I had an unacceptable experience at a restaurant around 4:30 pm. Initially, we ordered hot pot, drinks, tea and mixed rice paper. The food is delicious, nothing to complain about, but the service is extremely bad. When the hot pot was brought out, we waited forever but the hot pot water did not boil. We waved to the staff but were ignored by the waiter, even though the restaurant was not crowded at that time. What was more annoying was that after that she just stood at the reception desk and answered the phone, forcing us to call another employee to help and replace the gas tank with a new one. It didn't stop there, when we were in the middle of eating tea, a female employee came out and asked: 'Are you guys done eating? Do you want to order more?' After we answered no, she said immediately said: 'So can you guys pay right away? All three of us were surprised and didn't understand what happened because we hadn't called the staff to ask for payment and were still eating. After that, another employee appeared to "put out the fire", saying it was mistaken for the next table. Normally, if there is confusion between tables, the staff must ask customers politely like: 'Do you guys want to pay?', not force us to pay immediately with: 'Can you guys just pay?' without even giving a reasonable reason. This made us feel like we were being pressured to leave early. In the end, we decided not to tip a single penny because for the amount of 122 euros, what we got in return was an overwhelming disappointment in quality. amount of service. Finally, the three of us understood why the staff behaved that way. After paying and staying for about 10 minutes, another employee came out to ask to clear things and said to us: 'Can we have our table back, because a customer is about to book a table.' The reason was that there were customers who booked in advance, but the staff forcing early payment without giving an explanation from the beginning made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

I bought 4 dessert cups to take home. Unfortunately all 4 cups were spoiled, but the restaurant still sold them.

I had the red curry with crispy duck. The vegetables were crunchy, the duck carefully placed on top of the vegetables was very crispy but juicy and the sauce required a spoon. The service is friendly and the food came quickly and the interior is very cozy and nicely decorated. All in all, a very good restaurant that I can recommend without hesitation. 5+ stars

Delicious vietnamese food , we ordered our favorite crispy duck rice with red curry and a warm pho, which was a saucy soy sauce based rice noodle with poached prawns. Large portions, very rich in flavor. I ordered a mocktail with fresh pineapple juice and cream which resembled virgin Pina colada. Super.

Went there for the first time today at lunchtime with a friend. We sat inside and I thought the design was very nice, especially the floral ceiling. Otherwise, the rest was pleasantly sober, which created a nice contrast. The service was very friendly and special requests such as extra chilies, no sugar, etc. were no problem. The food was really delicious and fresh! Clear recommendation :-) :-) :-)

Red curry was decent, but not worth the price. Also got back three euro less than I asked for. The atmosphere is nice, though.

Food was bad and service was poor. There's a menu for Vietnamese people and a menu for everyone else. If you're not Vietnamese, you get the menu with inauthentic and poorly-tasting food. I find it pretty racist to offer different food to different people, based on the color of your skin. My partner's dish didn't arrive until after I was finished with mine. We had to ask several times. And when the bill came, they pressed for a tip, which I refused. I do not recommend.

I was recently and had a pleasant experience. The food was good, the portions large, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The only problem was that we waited a while for our orders to be taken, but once we ordered, the food arrived quite quickly. All in all, a good place for a tasty meal.

We were served promptly, nicely and quickly. Our starters, spring rolls and summer rolls were very tasty. The two main courses of duck and chicken were also very tasty and nice and hot.

When I bought sweet and sour lemongrass chicken feet and ate them, they smelled stale and the chicken feet were soft. After eating, I had a severe stomach ache and kept going to the toilet. Even though that day I only ate noodles at the restaurant. The previous times I ordered it, it was very delicious, but this time I had a very bad experience when ordering takeout. Hope the shop can fix it!

Ce restaurant vietnamien est très bien situé à proximité de l’île des musées dans une rue calme et peu fréquentée. Il dispose d’une terrasse ombragée devant l’institut Cervantes à Ackescher markt. Les plats sont copieux et de très bonne qualité. Les prix sont raisonnables et le service très bien organisé. Un système lumineux et connecté placé sur chaque table permet d’appeler les serveurs pour payer ou pour une autre demande. Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois en soirée avec toujours la même satisfaction.

Best phở gà (chicken noodle soup) I've ever tasted, with high quality chicken breast. Very good mango salad, with an unconventional taste for Germans. However, the chicken with rice breading was mediocre as it was largely unseasoned. The service is OK. Employees seem neither friendly nor rude. But the dishes are just placed carelessly next to you - you have to take the plate into your own hands. The ambience outside is very good, with pleasant music. I felt comfortable.

We came here after seeing the good reviews. Our expectations were mabye a bit too high. We are used to high quality Vietnamese food after visiting multiple Vietnamese cities, and also many great Vietnamese restaurants across Europe. There are not many options on the menu unfortunately. I was hoping to have some Banh Xeo or Bun Cha, but both were not on the menu. Instead, the menu was restricted to Pho and couple of other dishes. This is good to take into account when you are looking for plenty options. We had a couple of rolls (fried & summers rolls) for a starter, as well fried dumplings. All of them were not very tasty, not even close to Vietnamese standards. The fried rolls tasted like they were store bought. The fresh spring rolls weren’t tasty at all, just very mediocre, and again: tasted like they were store bought. I thought the dumplings were OK, but my partner didn’t like them. So that’s for the starters. For the main course, we had the red curry, and the chicken pho. The red curry was fine. The meat wasn’t really tender, but not bad either. The pho was fine. It did come with big chunks of chicken, but the chicken pieces were not tasty, nor did it seem like quality meat. It seemed like thick slices of chicken salami. Also, the chives weren’t chop is small pieces. Portion size was good, but we prefer quality over quantity. Thus, this place perhaps wasn’t for us.

Mediocre food; far too much iceberg salad, no Vietnamese herbs. Suspect chicken; bun cha only had tit, no cha. A menu with “red curry” should have already raised alarm bells in a Vietnamese restaurant, I guess…. . Friendly service and nice outside seating though.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante in una giornata di sole, tuttavia l'area all'aperto ben ombreggiata era molto confortevole, se non si hanno problemi con le panche senza schienale! Servizio veloce e attento. Abbiamo preso due piatti dal menù del pranzo, ottimi e abbondanti e uno dal menù normale. In tre con birra e acqua naturale meno di 60 euro. Direi proprio che è promosso!

Very tasty food, curry salad and summer rolls

Got up quicker than sitting down. After a trip to the museum we saw the restaurant and were immediately seated in the corner. Afterwards the waitress came and spoke to us in her own language. We didn't understand a word 😅 She was gone again quickly 🤷🏻‍♂️ We got up and left. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food.

I discovered this beautiful restaurant right at the start of my stay in Berlin. The atmosphere is exciting and, above all, I have taken the whole team very close to my heart. If you don't know it yet you should definitely try it out. A great card with great treats. My tip: definitely try the freshly pressed sugar cane juice. But please leave me something else 🤗

Eaten here once. Got crispy duck and a red curry. More like crispy skin. No duck. I complained. Vefg portion was as tight as a ducks arse. Aha, so there must hBe been the DUCK. Otherwise pricey for the quality and roadside with tram and traffic being quite close and noisy. Not a premium locayion. However all the staff are lovely and nice x

No ice in the drinks, rubbish bins are 10m away so you had to eat together with 50 green-eyed flies.

The salad dressing is very watery, I had the Bun salad, wasn't amazing. I asked for tap water and got denied, in europe everyone drinks tap water. I wanted to order a cocktail once i am done with my meal, but I will rather have it in another place. Edit: After receiving my answer from the owner, strict policy on tapwater? Really? There is a massive global warming, 40+ degrees in Budapest where I am from, crazy weather everywhere and we all need to buy 3.5 euro water from plastic? Changing my review to 1 star! its 2024, we have 7 billion people on this planet, oceans are filled with plastic. Change your mindset please!

Great fresh Vietnamese food, interestingly created, well seasoned. It was especially delicious afterwards.

Eden.. a name a guarantee, because as soon as I put my mouth on the food I felt like I was entering the gates of paradise on earth. Generous portions and full of flavour, washed down with a nice mojito, made up of 75% alcohol... but to be honest, I felt like Eve when I bit into the apple! The only flaw is the price, which made me happy with a full stomach, but made me sleep on the benches because it drained my bill😔

Asked to share more feedback, so here they are. The food was not bad, but very generic for a restaurant rated 4.6/5. Not sure if personally I love seeing “fried udon” at a Vietnamese restaurant (but ordered it anyway cuz of the price). Everything else was sort of expensive yet generic-seeming. The fruit salad (“Eden’s Choice”) was not very well-portioned and fresh tasting. Enjoyed the service, though. I heard the restaurant has a Vietnamese menu? Why don’t you make it available in German/English, and just tell people don’t expect to see fusion dishes there but there will be good food if you order there?

Sehr authentisch leckeres vietnamesisches Essen. Leckere Vorspeisen Leckeres Essen und guter Preis. Das Essen kam auch schnell obwohl der Laden voll war. Einfach guter Service, leckeres Essen und wir waren satt. Wir haben es direkt unseren Freunden weiter empfohlen und die waren auch begeistert.

Familal atmosphere with a touch of art on your plate- very good food

Bad and unprofessional service. I went to a table of 8 people and ordered 5 portions of sugar cane juice, but when I tried it, I felt like there was a problem and called the waiter out to ask. Despite hearing the explanation, the waiter did not take back the drinks to check but continuously stood at the table to explain to us that there was no problem with the drinks. I have also worked in the restaurant industry for many years and no matter how carefully prepared, unfortunate things can still happen (undercooked meat, foreign objects in the food...) handling the situation lacks sophistication. And then there's the waiter's rude attitude when bringing in new drinks. He brought it out and put it in the middle of the table and the new glasses of water were really bad.

Just had pho for lunch today! And I absolutely love it🥺🥺🥺 We're just visiting Berlin and we found this place here on google. It was super super good. The taste of the soup was so nice and the meat was super soft! I'll definitely go back again one more time before we leave Berlin! Hahahaha Really recommend it!

The food is good. However, the store annoys residents every morning when an employee blows away imaginary leaves with a leaf blower for 20 minutes. The store has been contacted but doesn't care. Next step: public order office.

After 48 hours in Berlin, our healthiest meal was the mustafa kebab! It was time to take charge of something healthier and more sophisticated... Our choice was then for this Vietnamese restaurant.... it was the best decision of our Berlin city trip, A culinary journey to the land of udon noodles and red curry.. Superb cocktails and very neat decor.. I highly recommend
