Gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen. Bestellung geht auch sehr schnell. Das Ambiente ist auch ansprechend und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.

Essen immer sehr lecker, haben schon mehrmals bei Lieferando bestellt und das Essen kam immer pünktlich an. Sehr nettes und sympathisches Personal. Ich kann EAT‘n JOY jedem empfehlen

Wir haben via Lieferando bestellt Nach 30 Minuten war das Essen schon da, Riesen Portionen, Nudeln al Dente und noch richtig heiß 👍 2x Pasta, 1x Salat und 2x Tiramisu rund 29,- 👍

Alles sehr lecker und schnell aber wirklich zu teuer geworden preise werden jeden 4 Monat um 1 Euro gesteigert das summiert sich nach der Zeit leider nicht mehr empfehlenswert für das geld

Ich war schon immer ein Fan von Eat‘nJoy Schwabach.. leider ist es dieses Mal, erneut, wirklich schief gegangen. 2 Burger und eine Pizza Calzone haben knapp 2 Stunden gedauert und waren entsprechend matschig und haben wirklich nicht gut geschmeckt. Es ist leicht gesagt, dass man nicht mehr liefern sollte, als man stemmen kann, aber bitte macht nicht so weiter… es wäre super, wenn die sehr gute Qualität wieder Einzug hält… (und ja, das ganze war jetzt schon dreimal so)

Habe für eine Schulklasse 8 Familienpizzen bestellt. Sie haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Lieferdienst war gut und pünktlich. Den Preis finde ich heutzutage sehr fair

Hatte was über lieferando bestellt. 1h als Lieferzeit angegeben, über 1,5h gedauert. Der Fahrer hat über 4 zwischenstopps eingelegt. Essen kam lauwarm an.

Wir haben über EAT’n Joy online bestellt und sowohl den Bacon-Burger als auch die Pizza „Queen“ ausprobiert. Die Bestellung über die Plattform war super einfach und übersichtlich – alles direkt im Menü schnell gefunden und unkompliziert bestellt. Das Essen war pünktlich fertig und war richtig lecker, sowohl der saftige Bacon-Burger als auch die Pizza haben uns geschmeckt. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt ebenfalls 👍 – wir würden hier definitiv wieder bestellen!

Komme schon öfter her und muss sagen dass das Essen immer super ist. Personal ist super freundlich und nach den Umbau sieht es auch sehr schick aus.

Absolut großartiger italienischer Lieferdienst! Die Qualität ist durchweg top: frischer, knackiger Salat, Pasta immer perfekt auf den Punkt und geschmacklich hervorragend – nichts ist fettig oder schwer. Man merkt, dass hier mit guten Zutaten und viel Sorgfalt gearbeitet wird. Dazu wirklich faire Preise für diese Qualität. Rundum tolles Essen, absolut empfehlenswert!

Dieses Restaurant ist einer meiner Lieblingsorte! Meine Familie und ich gehen oft dorthin, weil das Essen köstlich ist, der Service höflich und die Tische und Toiletten sauber sind.

Das Essen schmeckt lecker, der Service zum liefern ist Scheiße. Ich habe auch mehrmals angerufen, obwohl ich jeden Tag dort bestellt habe wurde woanders zuerst hingelegt. Es reicht mir Nach über 1 Stunde leider sorry muss nicht sagen 25 % Rabatt oder Gar nicht

Ich bin schon länger Kundin dieses Lieferdienstes. Aber seit einigen Monaten nimmt die Qualität rapide ab, bestelltes wird einfach gegen was anderes getauscht. Auf Hinweise wird keine Rücksicht genommen. Letzte Bestellung war die Nudelsauce komplett im Pizzakarton aufgeweicht und eine sehr lange Lieferzeit. Auf meine Reklamation per Mail habe ich nach einer Woche keine Reaktion...echt schade.

Ich kann sie schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen. Wir sind regelmäßig im Restaurant essen und wurden wirklich noch nie enttäuscht, dass Essen schmeckt ausgesprochen gut und wird immer frisch zubereitet (frische Tomaten, Peperoni, Basilikum usw.) Der Service ist auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Probiert es einfach aus und überzeugt euch selbst davon.

Ich habe oft essen liefern lassen .Heute war ich in Restaurant gewesen. Essen war Top ,Service war Top. Fünf Sterne*****

Ich muss mich leider in den Reigen der vielen schlechten Bewertungen der letzten zwei Monate einreihen. Früher habe ich hier oft und gern bestellt (wegen der Hackfleischpizza), aber die Qualität hat in jeglicher Hinsicht massiv nachgelassen. Heute gab's nach fast 3 Stunden Lieferzeit kalte Pizza im vom Kondenswasser schwabbelig gewordenen Karton, dazu eine handwarme Cola. Die Pizza hatte zudem "kahle Stellen" von der Größe einer Handfläche komplett ohne Käse. Geschmacklich war's früher auch erheblich besser. Wir konnten die Teigwatsch'n zwar noch mit einem kurzen Aufenthalt im Backofen retten (sie war erfreulicherweise nass genug um nicht komplett zu verbrennen wenn sie ein zweites Mal gebacken wird) und Reibekäse war auch noch zu Hause, aber das ist ja genau das, was man durch eine Bestellung eigentlich vermeiden will. In sechs Monaten machen wir 'ne Testbestellung. Ich persönlich habe immer noch die Hoffnung, dass das nur eine kurze Phase ist und man bald zur gewohnten Qualität zurückkehrt. Ich werde berichten 👍🏻

Könnte ich null Sterne vergeben, würde ich es tun! Nachdem wir über ZWEI Stunden auf das Essen warten mussten, kam es KALT. Bei mehrmaligen Anrufen haben wir keine oder gar falsche Informationen über unseren Bestellstatus erfahren. Von dem versprochenen “da machen wir was gratis” nach mehrfachen Beschwerden, wusste der Fahrer natürlich dann auch nichts. Im Endeffekt wird dort nie wieder bestellt. Frechheit.

I'm so annoyed right now! Unfortunately, I only read the reviews after the phone call. We've been waiting for our food (schnitzel and two pizzas) for two hours. I just called to ask where the food was. For the last 30 minutes, Lieferando had been saying "the food is almost with you," but then it suddenly updated to "order will be delivered in approximately 36 minutes." With a laugh in her voice, she first said, "That can't be right, the driver is on his way to you." I then told her about the Lieferando update, and she suddenly said, "Oh, yes, it might take a little longer after all; all the orders came in at once again." Apparently, this delivery "problem" is well-known and has even reached the owners, but they should really consider making some changes, because the food itself isn't bad. Unfortunately, the service is an absolute disaster and an outrage.

I waited an hour and a half for my food, never again! The meat tasted sour, I would contact the health department.

Highly recommended! Try it out for yourself. I can only recommend it because many people have strange expectations, so the actual experience might differ.

We ordered from there almost every week last year. And almost always it was delicious and everything was fine. But recently the quality of the food has been steadily declining. What a shame! If they don't change course, we probably won't order from them anymore.

I used to order from here very often and was always satisfied – the food was delicious and the service reliable. Unfortunately, a lot has changed since the restaurant expanded. I've given it several chances, but I've been disappointed every time. The orders are incomplete – the Coke is almost always forgotten, and the pizza toppings are constantly mixed up. The food itself tastes good, but the service is truly awful. I think someone who makes pizza should know the names of the ingredients. It's a real shame, because this restaurant used to be one of my favorites.

I can only agree with the other 1-star reviews. Ordered on a Sunday, waited over 2 hours for food! I ate something at home in the meantime. I've never experienced anything like it... Absolutely unacceptable! Never again!!!

Delivery service: Ordered a salad and fries online. According to the email, delivery would take about 60 minutes. It didn't arrive for two hours. I then refused to accept it.

Waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for food. Food was cold and the meat (roast duck) was completely soggy. Driver offered no apology, nothing.

I ordered two pizzas through Lieferando. After a 77-minute wait and being very hungry, they finally arrived. However, instead of a Margarita, we received a seafood pizza. Since my son was so excited about the Margarita and won't eat any other pizza, I immediately called Eat'n Joy to report the mistake and request the correct Margarita. After another 40 minutes, the correct Margarita finally arrived. IT WAS COLD. I had to return the seafood pizza. After waiting for over an hour (first order), I received a lukewarm pizza. After 40 minutes (second order/reorder), I received an ice-cold pizza. This strongly suggests that I received the pizza that the person who ordered the seafood pizza had. The thought disgusts me. I will never order from here again!

I ordered food from Lieferando for the second time because I wanted to give it another chance, and lo and behold, I was disappointed again. The first time, I waited two hours for the food. This time, the estimated delivery time was about one hour. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, I called and was told they were very busy and that my order would be prepared soon, and that I should please wait another 30-45 minutes. This is unacceptable, of course. When you order food, you're usually hungry right then, not in two to two and a half hours.

Delivery took 2.5 hours longer than announced. Almost impossible to reach by phone, then finally got through and was put aside with a "One moment please". Never again.

The food (cheeseburger with fries and a salad for free) was very delicious, the local beers were also very good, and most importantly, the service — the gentleman who served us was absolutely amazing, friendly, and kind, adding a perfect touch to the overall atmosphere. We really enjoyed it and had a delicious meal. Thank you from Slovak boyz 🤝🏽!

I'm so annoyed with myself for even ordering from a place with such terrible Google reviews. The pizza was collapsed, the tiramisu was spoiled, and the pizzas were ice cold. It took over an hour and a half for the food to even arrive. The driver simply left the food on the doorstep and disappeared, yet it was still marked as "delivered." The one-liter Coke I paid for never arrived. I tried calling 15 times—no one answered. Definitely don't order from here!

Bad service! I ordered a pepperoni pizza, but got a jalapeño pizza instead. It wasn't what I wanted at all. Very disappointing – I won't order from here again.

Unfortunately, it's very disappointing. I ordered here twice, and both times the pizza wasn't what I had specified. The first time, they added ingredients I didn't want (e.g., artichokes, olives, pepperoni). The second time, they were missing ingredients again. On top of that, when I ordered, they said delivery would take about 45 minutes, but it actually took 1.5 hours. That's simply unacceptable. The pizza tastes good, but what's the point if the order is wrong and the delivery takes so long? My advice to other customers: It's better to order directly from the restaurant, because it doesn't seem to work reliably by phone or delivery.

We ate at the restaurant. The service was very friendly and attentive. I had spaghetti tonneau, and the portion was large and very tasty. It came with a free side salad, which isn't something to be taken for granted. I'll be back and highly recommend it.

The food took over 2 hours to deliver. Not a problem per se. Sometimes it can happen that things are busy or a driver is missing, but I find it cheeky to lie to me on the phone and say that the driver is on his way, will be there in 1-2 minutes, and the food is only being prepared on the Lieferando tracking. They do their job with conviction and joy; otherwise, such an excellent result would not be possible! A delight all along the line. It's a shame scampi (8 pieces) drowned in the sauce, noodles are broken spaghetti and where are the vegetables? The taste was okay, but not a hit.

We ate in the restaurant. Very friendly service! A very, very good tuna pizza with anchovies and onions was brought quickly. A very good side salad was served on the house and a schnapps was also served when paying. The prices are fair. We'll be back.

We have ordered here several times and were there for the first time today. Parking on the street was possible without any problems, even without a parking disc after 6 p.m. A reservation was not necessary, we got a table straight away. After less than 5 minutes we already had our drinks at the table. The service is impeccable and absolutely accommodating. The food is beautifully presented and was prepared quickly. Of course, it tastes much better freshly prepared than when delivered. The prices are also absolutely top. The store is nicely decorated and offers enough space. Payment is also possible by card.

Food is always a matter of taste. It's hard to judge. Of course, the pizzas here are absolutely edible! I think it's good that there is now a real restaurant. Super tasty, beautiful new guest room and incredibly nice service! The boss is also very personable and caring. The duck was crispy, the bruschetta was fresh and the salad with yogurt sauce was simply great! Overall, every dish was really beautifully presented on the plates. Another plus point: despite the large portions, the prices here are still affordable. Nothing to be taken for granted for Schwabach. 100% recommendation!

Unfortunately I don't have a good rating. Food tastes good, but they still need to work on the drivers. 3 times in a row the food came only lukewarm. Every time the driver came through the door with the food without it being kept warm in the box. You were so good until a few months ago and now the good standard is going down the drain.

On time delivery. Hot food. Supplier was friendly. Unfortunately, 20 euros couldn't be changed, so there was a tip of over 5 euros. Pizza Tonno (32cm) with an extra request: artichokes, was delivered that way and looked very good. Cheese everywhere and nicely melted. Not too much and not too little cheese. Luckily not too greasy, very minimal oil film. Dough OK. Tomato sauce Unfortunately not enough. All in all an average pizza. You could definitely improve the look with a few fresh herbs on top and of course you shouldn't skimp on the sauce. Not great but not a flop either. I can certainly recommend it, but you shouldn't have too many expectations. Always my pleasure.

We cannot understand the bad reviews. We waited longer for the food once out of 10 times. And an apology was made for this due to the large crowds. No reason to rate it negatively. The food itself (pizza and pasta) is not bad and the delivery time was always within reason. I think the bad reviews can actually only come from if the pizza has been on the road for too long and is no longer fresh or is already cold, then every pizza tastes like cardboard, that's for sure. All you have to do is reheat it briefly in the oven and it will taste great again! Danger! The dishes declared as vegan pasta are not vegan! There's definitely animal cheese on it! And that with at least 3 orders... That's not possible!!! Either declare it as vegetarian or leave out the cheese...in case you didn't know - vegan means without animal products and cheese is usually made from cow's milk....

On the homepage there is a beef symbol for the pizza with salami, when you call they say it's pork. Impudence.!

Today I ordered a Pizza Regina with salami. Once and never again. I often thought I had sand in my mouth. I then threw half the pizza away in the trash. I've never eaten such bad pizza. Every pizza in the supermarket is better. I will definitely not be ordering food here again.

Worst meal ever. Extremely deteriorated. They used to be okay, but are now no longer acceptable. We waited 2 hours instead of 1 hour and then ate some cold food. And you don't even need to mention quality.

I ordered Rigatoni Arabiatta, Tortellini Carbonara and a pizza special there. Everything really tasted very good. There were even fresh tomatoes in the Arabiata and the ham in the carbonara was hand-cut. The pizza was well topped and, above all, the dough was really crispy. Overall, everything tasted really freshly made.

Good evening, Unfortunately I'm very disappointed and I just ordered 3 family pizzas for my guests Since it's my birthday today. They were beyond dry and inedible. We also called there and unfortunately they only received something that was a lot of stress and was probably in the oven for too long. And that we'll get a free Coke next time if we let us know. Apparently the family pizza is being saved on special Tuesday. I probably won't order there again and won't recommend it to others, which is a shame because we ordered there very often Unfortunately I can't add any pictures

Wir haben 2 Burger mit Beilagen über Lieferando bestellt. Dass Essen kam über eine Stunde zu spät ohne das wir informiert wurden, dass das Essen nicht innerhalb der angegebenen Stunde kommt. Erst nach einem Anruf unsererseits wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Essen wohl in der Zubereitung ist und das nach fast eineinhalb Stunden. Die Burger an sich wären zwar ganz gut gewesen allerdings war das Bun komplett schwarz und verbrannt. In Zukunft bestellen wir unsere Burger wieder wo anders. Die Beilage war okay.
