I ordered two large platters in the morning and was able to pick them up from 2 pm. Normally you have to order a day in advance. It worked out perfectly. As always, everything was fresh and delicious. Lots of soy sauce and other toppings were included. Highly recommended at Akzenta Steinbeck. Oh, and the staff was very friendly.

If you want to call this "sushi", you should study sushi properly in Japan before selling it. The rice itself tastes so bad it's inedible.
