I bought something there once and it was actually very tasty. I also wanted to buy something on another day, I saw that the best before date was on that day. Nevertheless, it wasn't reduced, which I find too expensive for the best before date on the same day. Then I asked the Rewe employees whether it was sold in any other way, such as a rescue bag, or via apps like Too good to go or something like that. He said he couldn't answer all of this because only the Eat Happy employees were responsible. Well, they're hardly there!! Then that's just how it is.

It's not often that I give bad reviews, but this was an absolute disgrace today. We ordered food today (February 13, 2025) at around 8 p.m. and it has never been a problem so far. The status at lieferando showed for hours that our food was almost there. And we waited patiently. Now (at 10:24 p.m.) the lieferando status shows that our food was supposedly delivered at 8:45 p.m., which is not true. The food has already been paid for, so the money is gone and you don't eat there either. Luckily I was able to cancel the payment process. But you learn from it. We won't be ordering here again in the future. The food is so delicious and the staff is friendly. But we can kid ourselves, thanks. Short update (2/15/25): It turned out that our food from the day before yesterday was mistakenly delivered a village away. Well, I wonder what kind of people they are who just accept a delivery like that even though they hadn't ordered anything. I hope you enjoyed it. Eating at the expense of others is known to taste particularly good. Nobody can really do anything about that. Anyway, the really friendly boss at Quuq contacted us by phone the next day after this happened and smoothed things over. Thank you very much for the meal today, it once again tasted delicious. With that, we withdraw our star and convert it to five. Kind regards:-)
